I bought a very clean looking Subaru From these guys late last year. The day after I brought at home, It started producingHe allowed whistling noise which turned out to be a leaking muffler. After driving an hour and a 1/2 back to the dealership, I was sent to what I found out later to be their family's mechanic shop.. Their old man gave me the run around and said they "tightened the bolts". This fix lasted about a week. After taking it to a local shop, I was told the muffler was shot. A month later a rear wheel bearing went out and the steering rack has become loose... clearly this car had been sitting in the lot for a while. I hope the head gaskets they said had been done prior to purchase actually was.. I've never regretted NOT getting the " return insurance" they offered..i get it, buyer beware but seeing as i bought a money pit im still paying off...not impressed!

The experience was smooth and pain free. Azizi and Sam worked with my wife and I on the 2005 Honda CR-V we wanted to purchase. We inquired through a phone call and set up an appointment to come and see the car. Right when we arrived, all the staff was warm and welcoming. Showed us the car and then gave us the key to test drive it after making a copy of my ID. Started the process to buy the car, called my bank to get a loan and whenever I needed answers to questions I didn't have, Sam and Azizi were more than happy to get on the phone with my bank and answer them. They were patient and not aggressive (which you all know, majority of dealers are very aggressive!). The only problems throughout this process was with my bank and while going through this, Azizi and Sam were more than understanding and helped through the entire process and we're very responsive through text and phone calls. Thanks for our wonderful car and a great experience with both myself and my wife's first car buying experience!

Very chill dealership with good customer service. Not pushy and allows you as a customer to get a sense and feel of the cars and the car lot at your pace. Test drove with no hassle and even after purchase was instructed if something goes unnoticed, they will take accountable consideration to make adjustments. Also has very good relations with financing options with low Apr. Will work with ACE dealers again.
