I was looking for a great reliable used car and searched all around OC and IE used car dealerships and right when I was getting frustrated and over the whole process I came across the dealership and thought its near by and has good reviews and prices. When i got there I was greeted with good customer service by Raul and asked if I needed anything. Long story short, George made me feel comfortable and at ease and answered all of my questions. The buying process took time but it was definitely worth it, thanks to Hermes(I apologize if I didn't spell your name correctly)! I came back the next day and told Hermes little concerns I had and he took care of them, So Thank you to everyone at Ace Motors!

George is excellent when it came to customer service at ace motors. he helped me pick out the best car and when ever i have problems with my car they have always fixed the car with no problems and has always put my mind at ease.

Salesperson wasn't knowledgeable about either the service history or the mechanical condition of the vehicle, which is crucial for high performance German cars. When challenged about the aftermarket intake system without a CARB sticker, salesperson became defensive. When challenged about the aftermarket paint job, salesperson understated that as a "minor accident, where the body shop did not do a good job matching the color, no big deal." When i test drove the car, i was told i couldn't take it to the highway because they didn't havea dealer plate for the vehicle. Overall, the experience wasn't shaddy, high pressure sales tactic was employed. Not a pleasant experience.

WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE AN AUDI A4. FOUND THIS DEALERSHIP ONLINE. SPOKE TO RAUL CARDENAS OVER THE PHONE AND VERY GOOD SERVICE I DROVE 40 MILES FROM LAKE ELSINORE TO ANAHEIM. WHEN I ARRIVED RAUL ALREADY HAD THE CAR READY FOR ME DRIVE. LOVED THE CAR AND PURCHASED IT. VERY FAST EASY AND RELIABLE SERVICE. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. Outstanding experience dealing with Ace Motors. At first I was apprehensive about driving from so far away, but they had exactly what I wanted (Ford F-150 FX4) and Jake walked me through the whole truck with me over the phone... I asked about everything on the trucks condition, tires, scratches, stains or rips in the interior, lights, gauges, leaks, etc. Jake assured me that I would really like the truck and wouldn't be disappointed if I made the "trip" over there... It was a three hour drive and I dropped the fam off at Disney expecting this to be an all day process but their manager had all the paperwork already set up for me when I arrived. The whole process was less than an hour and I was able to spend the rest of the day at Mickey's house. Couldn't have asked for anything more from those guys at Ace. Nice dealership - Professional etiquette - Friendly staff

I was searching all over orange county for a quality used vehicle but I couldn't find anything in Santa Ana. Until I came across Ace Motors in the city of Anaheim. They have a full selection of all makes and models with clean title and low miles. I was satisfied with their customer service and affordable prices. This is by far the best dealership experience and I would recommend you to stop by and look at their inventory.

Lots of "slight of hand" and deceit. I don't think these guys are ethical or honest in their sales. Very shady tactics like the other post mentioned. Read the very small print and not what comes out of their mouths. One salesman says one thing then the other says something different and when you make the trip to their lot, neither told the truth. I would never go here again.

I was recently looking for my next car and was looking all over Orange county. I came across Ace Motors in Anahiem and was surprised by their customer service, and quality cars. They had an excellent variety of vehicles to choose from and made my buying experience easy and fast. I am glad I found this dealership because now I have a reliable car that I wanted. Got a great used car. Went to private mechanic down the street, car checked out, except needed oil. I was very thorough and they were able to provide me with all info needed to make a purchase.
