The team at Action Pre owned are Awesome! Their no pressure sales and management team worked with me to find a car suitable to not only my needs but my wants! I also had an opportunity to interact with the service team. All were professional, knowledgeable with a genuine concern and commitment to customer service and quality. The cars on the lot are fairly priced and have such a beautiful presentation. When they pulled my car out...I knew it was for me. They didn't have to sale or service me the car....the car sold itself. And the financing was great!!!!!!! Now, I am a proud owner of a 2014 Mercedes-Benz E 400. I had been looking for the car that I called a must have car, but I seem to have no luck with good mileage and what I call the price is right. I had signed up for price alert and received an alert from their site with good mileage and a good price. When I check their site at the time had no picture and I was a little unsure and was thinking something was wrong with the vehicle. I decide to take a chance and call I spoke to Diego and he said the car had just come in and he had to clean it up first before they post pictures but as soon as its ready he will give me a call 1st and as promised he did call me. When I went to see the car I worker with Ben he was awesome GREAT Customer Service and a Pleasant person to work with. He let me and my husband go for a test drive and didnt have to ride alone as most dealerships do. He also said that someone else had called and was very interested in buying the car for sure, but I had the 1st opportunity and while I was signing the paper work he did show up to buy by MY CAR.I really felt bad for him but happy that I got a Great deal.

My Nissan was 11 years old and it was time to get a more reliable car. My mom's neighbor in Austin, Texas put us in touch with Judd at Action Pre-owned cars in Alexandria, Virginia. Upon our arrival, we were greeted immediately and Judd helped us to look for a car that was not only beautiful and reliable, but the best bang for my buck. Judd is very helpful, patient, and answered all of the questions we had. When I emailed him, he always responded promptly. I highly recommend working with him, he even bought me lunch!. I'm very pleased with the service provided to me by Judd and Diego at Action Automotive. I called in from my home state(Massachusetts) looking for a Kia Sportage they had in stock. For one, I have to say their prices are pretty low, the process was seamless communicating back and forth with Judd before I caught my flight down to purchase the vehicle. There were no surprises once I arrived. The vehicle was as described and in excellent shape, all the wear and tear items that normally wouldn't be addressed had been addressed. From the test drive to the completion of my paperwork, I was done and on the road in about an hour and thirty minutes after I arrived( fastest I've been in and out of a car dealership.) I'm very happy, and I'm sending a friend of mine to Action Preowned for a BMW he's looking for. I'll recommend the Action Preowned team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, they have a great inventory, with vehicles in excellent condition, even more importantly their customer service is amazing!!

Amazing price and great service! I had called to check the availability of the vehicle I was interested in and they were very professional so I decided to go checkout the Mercedes S550. I spoke with Judd and told him I was on my there to look at the car when I got there they had the vehicle parked out front for me. I had looked at the same cars at other dealerships by far this was the best price and in really good shape. I test drove the car and took it to a mechanic everything checked out so ended up purchasing a great car at a great price. Thanks action preowned.

These guys are great. I went in with the intent to buy a used car that I looked at 2 weeks prior and was researching information about. They had just auctioned it but were able to put me in a better vehicle for the same price. They want to put you in a vehicle that you will truly enjoy and it shows in their customer service. Buying process was simple as they have many creditors who will help out just as they did for me when I have a below average credit score. I was keen on selecting a car from Action from the beginning because I did a couple weeks of research and found that their prices for majority of their vehicles were two to four thousand dollars cheaper than other local dealerships and used car lots. Their inventory is outstanding and I would highly recommend that you check out their stock either online or in person.

I bought a 2013 Audi A8. I was a given a fair price for my trade-in, while given an even better retail price for the Audi. With any car that I purchase, I get a pre-inspection done first. The mechanics that did my pre-inspection told me the car was in tip-top condition with not one write up!! The customer service from Farook, Diego and Jud was extraordinary. They made sure to meet all my concerns and explain all details to put me at ease with such a purchase. Needless to say I'm glad I did business with these guys and would recommend their services to anyone.

In June, I bouth a Ford Fusion 2014 from M. Farooq and Action Pre-owned Automitive of Alexandria, Virginia. It had 37k miles on it, I have already in this short period driven another 9 on it, and it the car stil runs like a gem! Farooq, couldn't have been more professional or more kind. He made the shopping process so easy and quick! The bottom line is I am very, very please with the car, and I am very, very grateful to Action Pre-owned Automotive for the quality the car and the personal service and attention you get when buying a car there! I found all four young men delightful and knowledgeable when asked any questions.Very polite. I was happy with my purchase, financing and just overall helping me to clean out both of my trade-ins in the dark. Also getting my granddaughter's car seat out of the old car into the new car. I got a lower interest rate than I expected helping to reduce monthly payment. I would recommend to my senior friends. I am hoping the transfer of tags and registration will go smoothly. I had a multi CD box of 5 in the truck of my trade-in which they would try to get back to me since the CD's are so old and love hem so much. My first ride home in my new ride was smooth. When I pulled into the garage it knew it was home.

I came by to Action Automotive Preowned to roam around and look for a car. I was getting my car repaired next door and they were very rude and I came in to ask to talk to the manager but then he told me they were separate businesses. They helped me look for a car that I wanted and i sure will be back to buy one from them soon.

I found the car i wanted on line and contacted the dealer to see if it was still available. Diego, the sales manager, telephoned to tell me it was. I drove the 90 miles from Richmond and found the car as advertised, and ready for my test drive. After inspecting and driving the car, I made an offer which was accepted. Diego arranged financing at a favorable rate (>2% less than my bank offered even though my account exceeded the loan I asked for). The car is beautiful, looks and drives like new -- just as Diego had assured me on the phone.

I recently bought a Chrysler Town & Country 2013. The owner walked me through my various vehicle options, and compared rates/prices with me. This helped me to ensure I had the best vehicle for my money. I was reminded to try and secure a better-rate loan through a Credit Union where I normally bank, and that was very helpful. The staff at the dealership were helpful and courteous, and the owner M. Farooq went out of the way to answer my several questions regarding the sale process and timeline. On the overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a used car. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership if I or a family member had another purchase to do. Thanks!

Went into to buy a car and did so with little difficulty, but after having the car for two days I noticed that at driving at speeds of 40 mph the steering with jerk back and forth uncontrollably, also it would almost cut off while driving. So I took the vehicle to my mechanic for an overall check who then told me the brakes were warped. I called and talked to Diego who told me it had just passed inspection and should have no problems, but that I could take it to their shop and have them check it out. My husband took and surely the brakes were warped so the shop fixed them, but still nothing was done about the cutting off problem. Meanwhile, I received a letter in the mail saying the check I paid with was returned so I promptly called and talked to Diego and he said it was okay that he was going thru the process of getting a new one. So in about a week in half my car started stalling at lights. I called again! I took it back to their shop they didn't seem to examine the car--As if they already knew the problem. And told me it was something that needed to be cleaned out and that I had to call and talk to the manager at the car lot. I called and then he got off the phone with me and talked to the lot then called me back. He said 'this was the last thing they would fix not to bring it back anymore, saying he sold me a good working car.' In my eyes warped brakes and needing a fuel injection cleaning already is not a good working car, but I didnt want to argue. Then comes the day to pick up my tags thank God I called to see if they were ready or else I would of never known I had to get a replacement check or else would not be able to get them issued and was told I needed to get it done by 1:30 on a Friday *when normal people are working* I went to my bank and got the check re issued which took 4 hours! No thanks or nothing from Diego when put the tags on my car and I specifically asked if I was done and he said yes and I told him I didnt want to come back because I live an hour away.. So now I've been getting calls saying I forgot to sign a paper for the title and that my tags are ready(which I thought I already had!!)that I never knew existed and that they want me to drive back just to sign something they should of told me about. I would recommend anyone buying cars from this lot to get them immediately checked my a mechanic to check for problems, because this car lot sucks!!!!!

We got a great deal from Action Automotive...really a positive experience! Diego was fantastic - knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. We have been reluctant to buy from other than major dealerships in the past, but Action Automotive has cured us of that! Please continue to provide your current level of service, satisfaction and confidence. The buying process was extremely easy after finding the vehicle we were looking for through cars.com. Because we live almost two hours away, we had to rely on phone calls and text messages prior to showing up for a test drive and to purchase the vehicle. Diego was continuously response, polite and eager to earn our business. Although Action Automotive is a small company, their facilities are neat and clean. We looked at a really beat-up vehicle there a couple of years ago; it was clear after showing up at their lot last night that they have gone a completely different direction in their inventory - late-model, clean and really well-kept used cars. Our vehicle was a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. After the test drive, we knew we had a winner! The paperwork process was extremely fast and we were not given a high-pressure sales pitch to buy any "extras" such as extended warranties, rust proofing, etc. Thanks much to Diego and the rest of the staff at Action Automotive for a fantastic buying experience!
