Terrific testing and buying experience. Manny and team, were great throughout the entire process. Manny offered to either accompany me or allow me to test drive the vehicle by myself. I chose to have him accompany me on the test drive, he was patient in answering my questions and allowing me to review and test all of the features of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I had decided to visit Acura by Executive looking at leasing a 2015 TLX and was greeted by William Carmon. William was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was very easy to work with. He was very upfront with the lease payments, explaining the money factor and residual value used to calculate the lease. I then was greeted by the general manager, John Apuzzo who at first seemed like a nice guy, he thanked me for coming in and explained their pricing philosophy toward their customers. However, we were interrupted twice by his "other employees" he explained to me that he was the owner of an electrical company and had a deli among other business ventures. I'm the type of person that doesn't really care to hear from other people about how successful and how much business they generate. I felt like he was bragging to me about what a BIG SHOT he was. I was immediately put off. I basically told him I would take the night to review the numbers and get back in touch with William. I don't understand how a dealership can allow a person, let alone a general manager to run a separate business out of the general managers office, doesn't make much sense. Overall my experience with William Carmon was great until the GM got involved. My advice would be to deal with the salespeople rather then the GM.

From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were greeted and treated with respect. Gary Anastasia assisted us with the purchase of our car and Gary in Finance made the deal happen. Both of them made the entire process extraordinarily easy. Greg is a gentleman, laid back but professional. I saw and test drove my car late on a Wednesday and Friday I was there to pick it up. If you love Acuras as much as I do, Acura by Executive in North Haven is the place to go. This dealership is friendly, professional and knowledgable especially a very sweet saleswoman Bana. The customer service goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. I would recommend Bana to everyone. The day I picked up my TLX it had rained earlier. Even though it was perfectly clean everyone knows what dried raindrops look like on a black car. Bana sent it back to have it rewashed, while Danielle gave me a manicure to fill the time. I was interested in a newer, pre-owned RDX, and I saw online that there were a few at this dealership. I stopped by and worked with a young woman named Bana Azhari. John Torre was the sales person I worked with. He was very accommodating and professional, and really went out of his way to ensure that my experience was stress-free. Everyone I came into contact with had a similar customer-first approach, the shop itself was immaculate, and most importantly, I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I recently traded my '13 RDX lease for a '15 RDX and the deal couldn't have been easier. Acura by Executive gave me the best deal of anyone else around. Andrew had everything ready for me when I got there and the overall communication was exceptional. Gary remembered me from my first deal two years ago and had no trouble recalling my name when I had to stop by the dealership a few days later to pick up an item that I had left hidden in my old car. There were several finance appointments lined up when I arrived, so it made the wait time longer than expected. Andrew was very apologetic and kept me informed the entire time as to how much longer they expected it to be. Bana Azhari knows her vehicles and promotes a no pressure, honest sales experience that inspires confidence and trust. And we thoroughly enjoyed the traditionally no so fun task of buying a car. Best of all, my wife and I hugged her at the conclusion of the sale. I am 63 years old New Englander and have never hugged a salesperson in my considerable experience of buying cars and trucks. So I started car shopping about two months ago looking into leasing , I went to few different cars dealerships but my heart was set on an Acura for awhile and after meeting with a sales women named Bana Azhari my decision was made no questions asked. She was open,friendly and extremely welcoming made me feel comfortable right off the bat. And I don't know about anyone else but the last thing I want to deal with is a sales person shoving information down my throat making me feel like I'm just another commission based sale there gonna make. In this case Bana was far from that, she answered all questions I ask and and gave her honest true professional opinion on what was best for me. She also gave me her personal number and stayed in contact with me via text for a couple weeks prior to finally take my beautiful new car home which honestly made this entire process like a walk in the park. May I add I am 22 years old young women who went into this pretty clueless on what to expect. Acura by Executivd in North Haven CT was absolutely amazing all around from Bana to there management to there financial department. I would highly recommend this dealership to any one who is looking for a smooth experience at purchasing, financing, or leasing a new or used vehicle! They truly make you feel like your part of there family, till this day even after I got the car about a week ago I still stay in contact with Bana who openly checks in with me and my satisfaction with my new car. I recently purchased a Certified Used Acura TL at Acura By Executive. I have been a customer for 10 years having owned 3 Acuras. I have all of my service done at the dealership and have purchased 2 of the 3 cars from them. I have always had the best customer service experience on the service/repair side. Kim is the service manager and has been there since I've been a customer and is the best service manager in the business. I've yet to ever have to bring my car back, everything is fixed the first time and they value repeat customers with loyalty discounts. My car is always returned washed.This review is for my recent purchase. I worked with Tom Hardisty who is a great sales person. He was very honest and up front and worked hard to get me a fair deal. I also dealt directly with the Sales Manager Terry who is an extremely classy guy. These guys are not what you would ever think of as "typical car sales people". I was close to a purchase at another dealer (Acura of Milford - see review) that morning becuase they had the exact car I wanted but they treated me so poorly that I finally walked out after they tried to renegotiate the deal when they wrote it up after we had an agreement and I provided a deposit. I ended up purchasing a great car that was not exactly optioned the way I preferred but I am much happier than if I dealt with a deceptive dealer. I will be replacing my aging MDX soon and I will be sure to make Executive my only stop. I look forward to another 10 years at Executive.

I started researching vehicles that I might be interested in as there was still a few months on my leased 2012 Acura TSX. I stopped in to see Jo-Ann Gradzik my salesperson on my previous leases from Acura by Executive. She suggested to wait as Acura was coming out with a new vehicle, the TLX that was replacing both my TSX and previous TL. It was her feeling that this new model would meet all of the requirements I wanted in my next vehicle. She steered me to web sites where I could get as much information on the TLX that was available. As soon as a vehicle was available to test drive she set up an appointment for my first viewing and drive. I was really impressed with the vehicle and decided that this was the car for me. It was a no brainer because of the professionalism of everyone involved with the sale of the car and the high quality of service I new would continue at Acura by Executive. A few days ago, I walked into Acura by Executive just to ask some questions and discuss my options (as far as a trade-in and lease). I was greeted by Sales Consultant Bana Azhari, who was very warm and personable, helping me to feel comfortable immediately (and throughout the entire process). Bana spoke with obvious experience and honesty as she answered my many questions and discussed my options with me. Soon after meeting here, I was no longer just asking questions, but seriously considering driving out of there the following day in an Acura ILX. So, Bana introduced me to General Manager John Apuzzo, who was extremely friendly and warmly welcomed me into his office, as he did everything he could to meet me where I wanted to be with my payments. He made it work, gave me a number I wanted to hear, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into doing this. By the time I walked out of there that evening, I was no longer just considering it...I was actually buying an Acura ILX...and picking it up the following day! At no point did I feel pressured, but rather, the opposite. Bana and John were patient and explained everything. I did not feel like just another customer, but instead, like someone they cared about and wanted to see happy. There was no doubt in my mind that I was getting a great deal and making a great decision. I returned the next day and met with Financial Manager Gary Secula, who was also very kind and patient, to go over and sign paperwork. During this process, Gary explained everything, including the additional packages they offered, and patiently answered the (more) questions I had. That afternoon, I drove away in my brand new 2015 Acura ILX! I couldn't be happier with the car or the experience I had working with Bana, John, and Gary. They, especially Bana, went above and beyond what was expected and I thank them so much for that!

I am a long time Honda/Acura leasee and demanding customer. My current lease (TSX) was coming to an end and I was interested in the 2015 TLX. After working with an Acura dealership close to my home for several weeks whom I have bought many cars from in the past we couldn't come to an agreement on terms. Then I sent an email to Executive asking about the same offers. They were very quick to respond in email (rather than an immediate phone call, heck I am sending an email for a reason) with better offers than the previous dealer. Next I visited the dealership and was greeted by Bana. I explained my situation to her and she knew the details about the TLX and the offers for current Acura owners. I also met the general manager John. He took Bana and myself in his office (rather than the painful back and forth that I was experiencing at the other dealership) and ran through the numbers and terms and the result was a lot less a month the other dealership! I left a deposit and ordered a silver TLX. A week had gone by and me being the impatient customer that I am, I emailed Bana asking when the car would be available. She quickly replied stating the factory is not giving firm dates but she had a gray TLX available and I should stop in to see it in person. I liked what I saw and was on the road with my new TLX in 2 hours! Thanks Bana and the Executive team for knowing your products and programs. You were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend you and look forward to working with you in the future.

I called Acura by Executive several days ago about a car. Bana, the sales rep, called me back to get her direct number. Today, I walked into the dealership and she gave me the keys to check out the TSX wagon I called about. I test drove it, got insurance, etc... and drove it home. I wasn't pressured to buy or anything- it was a great experience. Gary helped me figure out the final parts of my package and get rolling. We are thrilled with our new Acura MDX which we just took delivery of this afternoon. The whole experience was enjoyable and appropriate paced from start to finish. We initially looked for the car about 3 weeks ago and met with Bana Azhari. She was a major player of the Acura Awesome package at Executive. l She took us for a ride in the car and explained many of the features. Over the next weeks, we looked at other cars and vacationed in between. When we went back to the dealership she was just starting with another customer, but we waited for her. In the meantime, we met Geoffrey Baldwin, who was also an Awesome sales manager. He spent time with us explaining our trade-in, and the features of the car. We have always been a Honda family until we drove the 2015 ILX. Our first stop this time was Executive Acura. Drove the car and told them this was our first stop of possibly many and we wanted to drive the Accord. Bana offered to drive us to test drive the Accord, and like a family trip to the grocery store, off we went. No pressure, if we liked the Accord better, fine. In the past, I have approached buying an automobile with great trepidation. Most dealerships seem to have obstacles in place that make for a difficult time. Not at Acura by Executive. From the moment we walked in the door the process was seamless. We quickly found a car, and could have driven it off the lot that day, but decided to sleep on it, which they insisted was not a problem. When we returned, it took less than an hour to complete the paperwork and drive home in our new car. A special thank you goes out to our Sales Consultant, Bana Azhari, who was more than accommodating and answered our questions almost before we asked them. She was a pleasure to work with, and never once tried the "hard sell." In fact, there was no pressure involved. I would recommend her without reservation. This is our 3rd Acura, 2nd TL purchased at Executive, great experience. We have been an Acura customer for 23 years and counting. This was our first Pre-owned purchase and are very happy! First Acura was an Integra that had 170,000 and traded in for our first TL which now has 200,000+ miles and keeps on going, in fact its now going to college with my son, thus the purchase of a 2012 TL. Very happy with service, we bring our Honda CRV to Executive, because the Honda dealer we bought it from is terrible, won't mention there name but drive all our vehicles to North Haven from Guilford. The entire sales process was extremely smooth with Bana efficiently getting us out within an hour as we knew that TL was for us. Gary was great to work with and did not strong arm the process which made the finance side of things pleasant, and he listened to us and respected our decisions. Thank You Bana. This is our third Acura purchase but our first pre-owned. We had already viewed the online inventory and knew which one we wanted. Bana Azhari was the sales person who greeted us. She was friendly and accommodating. Our decision and agreement to purchase was made in just over an hour. We have always had good expereience at Acura by Executive, that's why we keep coming back both for purchases and service. Our next day delivery could have gone a bit better though. I didn't think the car prep detailing was that great- it didn't look like the car was waxed and the gas wasn't even filled. There wasn't much Bana could say other than it's because it's a pre-owned, not a new purchase (obviously the dealer's policy) but she was very professional and pleasant throughout our entire process.

Acura by Executive is my go to place for car maintenance and just recently became the dealership where I purchased a used 2011 Acura TL. The service was top notch, smooth and painless. My original intention was to go in for an oil change on my 05 Acura TL. When I realized that the service center was closed for the day I decided to peruse the used car lot and I was greeted by William Carmon who told me about a used TL that had recently came in. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle, but the deal that they gave me was too good to pass up. Four days later, I drove off the lot in my "new" car. The car buying process can be stressful, but I have to admit Bana Azhari made it as stress-free as possible. I did not feel the "pressure" which one would typically feel when walking on to a car dealer lot. She introduced herself, gave me her business card and left me to walk to lot. I later went into the dealership, where she greeted me again and offered me an opportunity for a test drive. From start to finish, she was helpful, and knowledgeable about the product (2014 MDX). If there was a question that she could not answer, she was able to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time with the answer. There was a delay (which was out of her control) with delivery, but was upfront about it and very apologetic. On the day of delivery, Bana set aside time to explain features of the vehicle all the while reassuring me that if I needed any additional help to call and/or text her. I am overall very pleased with the experience. Thanks, Bana!

My first time car shopping was a bit overwhelming. I went to a few places before i came to Acura by executive. Jo Ann Gradzik was so friendly and personable she mad my day so much better. Unlike all the other dealerships i been to, she made sure my wants and needs were well taken care of. When test driving my car she took me around different places to get a handle for the car. There wasnt that awkward silence while i was test driving either. She listened to me and gave me great feedback. When we went back to the dealership she asked for my price range and did tried her best to give me what i wanted and needed. It was a sunday so the bank was closed and we had to wait till tomorrow to find out numbers. Jo ann asked when i would like to pick up my car. I was so exhausted from car shopping in my mind i felt like it was too easy. The next day i was waiting for the bad news but it never came. Jo ann took pride in putting the smile on my face. I picked up my car and only had to pay about $20 more monthly. I was ecstatic. Jo ann came through on everything. She also showed me how to work the features on my 2010 tsx. I read the reviews for almost everything so i was glad that Acura by executive lived up to everything i read. The finance department is awesome too. Bought a new car from Greg Anastasio. He was terrific from the start to end. NO ISSUES THERE! It was afterwards that their service and parts department showed how terrible the experience can be. Their service department finds things that are not necessary for my car. I know this from a second opinion from another Acura dealer. My car was making a noise and it took them 5 tries to get it right! 5 tries is way too many and a big inconveince for me. They should have got it right the first time. They know Acura automobiles inside and out. You have to wait all the time for the garage doors to open to get into the service area and they never have snacks or good beverages to to drink in the waiting room. The Parts department is another issue I had. I ordered new mats for my new car and the Parts Department never called to tell me they came in. I had to call to find out. I thought this was a luxury car dealership? Where is the "customer service" is #1. When I went to pick up the mats I said "why didn't you call me to let me know the mats came in?" The Parts Manager said "we forgot". Really?!!! The General Manager is rude and abrasive. Dealing with him is like dealing with a rock. If this dealership wants the BMW, Mercedes or Audi clientele then I suggest you treat your customers like royalty instead of for granted.

Bought a CPO (Certified Preowned) car. General Manager doesn't know his inventory. Kept telling me I am "on my own" when it came to repairs. He didn't know it was a CPO car in his inventory? Service advisors are not knowledgeable and offer services not necessary. Parts Department never called me twice when I my ordered parts came in. Finance rates are not competive. Overall bad experience. I am a reasonable person and would find this maybe at another brand dealership but this is supposed to be a luxury car dealership. They treat it like a back road used car dealer.

The rest of the employees from the service desk to management could not have been more polite or inviting. Bana Azhari was most professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating regarding the purchase of our Acura this weekend. Before meeting her personally, she was most helpful over the phone, including an offer to bring a car to my home to test drive it (which I declined). Upon arrival at the dealership, I test drove 2 cars, and she spent a considerable amount of time answering questions and making suggestions. I recently purchased a RDX from this dealer. This is by far the best car buying experience I have had. I shopped around for the car with several dealerships in CT. I can say hands down Acura by Executive is the place to buy. I worked with William C. who was the consummate sales professional in my opinion. William was very knowledgeable about the car, and helped me make the right decisions on the fittings that met my needs. I threw him a couple of questions that I knew the answers to, (I did the same with the other dealers) and William was the only one that gave me honest replies. When I didn't like an offering, he wasn't pushy, accepted my reasoning (which showed me respect) and let me set the pace of the negotiations. William also went above and beyond in securing the color and model of the car I wanted which they didn't have in their inventory. The Finance Manager Gary was also a pleasure to work with. Not the typical scary Finance guy. He shopped around to help me find a good interest rate and made the car affordable within my budget. I recently stopped into Acura by Executive for a test drive of the new MDX. I was in the market for a new vehicle and really wanted to take my time and try several before making a decision. When I came to Executive I had literally just left a dealership down the street so I was preparing myself for another salesperson looking to close a deal. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in for a different experience. I was greeted at reception with a friendly smile and pleasant hello. The entire staff was incredibly warm and engaging- not just with me, a potential customer, but with each other. I felt like I was walking into someone's home. They were a family. I explained I was interested in a test drive and was introduced to Bana Azarhi. Bana was wonderful. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made me feel like she was trying to sell me something. Picked up my vehicle yesterday after having it properly fixed at another dealership. I also had a new issue with the vehicle showing airbag warning lights. The dealership found that the ground wire in the airbag / steering wheel was torn from when Acura by Executive installed the heated steering wheel on my 2014 MDX. This was fixed properly by the other local Acura dealer. Thankfully I did not have an accident, because who knows if my airbag would have deployed with this problem!This issue has been documented and I am in contact with Acura about filing a complaint against Acura by Executive for its poor quality service department.

I contacted John Apuzzo, General Manager, about another problem I had with my MDX. He said he would not allow me to come back to the dealership because I provided a negative rating on this web page and that he would not want another one if I came back and had more bad service. If John really knew the meaning of good customer service, he would have seen it as an opportunity to make things right with his customer and if he did, I would have provided an excellent review.I did take the MDX to another dealer, which not only addressed the new problems, but also fixed the old problems Acura by Executive refused to correct.I hope this information is helpful for others when they decide to shop for an Acura or service their vehicle.

I was shopping for a 2014 MDX. First went to MIlford Acura and spoke to a salesperson at that location that did not appear to have much experience in the Acura product, was less than professional and came across much to agressive for someone who clearly had little product knowledge. A friend recommended I go to North Haven, since he had a good experience here. I went and was greeted by a very professional and very polite salesperson named Bana Azhari, who immediately made me feel comfortable, but did not "charge" at me as soon as I walked in and she did not "pressure" me to purchase anything. I informed her that I was interested in the MDX and I was immediately impressed with her dept of knowledge of the vehicle. While I had already researched the car and thought I knew all about the product, I realized that she was so advanced in her product knowledge that by the time she finished decribing all the benefits of the vehicle and taking it for a test drive with me, I was already sold on her and the dealership. She, along with the GM, worked out a 36 month lease with a payment plan I could live with and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience I ahd at Aruca by Executive. In fact, I will looking to Purchase or Lease a new Mazda for my 16 year old daughter soon and as a result of my experience with Ms. Azhari, I will be going to see her for this vehicle as well, as Executive also has a Mazda dealership and I will work through her for the referral. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement parts so these will be replaced and the vehicle would be back to brand new condition, since this was a brand new car purchase. The scratches are still present on the front and the dealership's General Manager, John Apuzzo, told me that I am stuck with the vehicle the way it is because he finds it acceptable and that there is nothing further that they can do about it. I've also had electrical problems with the vehicle and the dealership and Acura have not been able to fix the problem because Acura does not have a fix yet for when safety system warning lights come on either after electrical components are replaced or when there is cold weather. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because of how they have treated me. The facilities were top-notch and although I hope we will not need their service department very frequently, the infrastructure, waiting area and amenities look great. I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to take my time without any pressure to look at the vehicles on the lot. I then went inside and asked for someone to assist me. Bought a 2011 Acura TL SH-AWD low mileage vehicle. Executive Acura had just taken back this leased vehicle; exactly the car I was looking for w/under 20k miles and in excellent condition. Spoke with Shane the manager who arranged a time for me to see the car. I was introduced to Tom Castiello who treated me like family. No pressure from Tom to look at other cars used or new. After my first drive I told Tom I was interested - we both knew that this TL w/SH-AWD model w/low mileage was a good find. I had done my web search homework as anyone is likely to do and knew what this car was selling for at other dealerships in the tristate area including Carmax where the price is the price. After a brief and relaxed session of negotiating I told Tom I needed to think it over. It didn't take long given that this was the car I wanted at a price I could accept. In the past week, we purchased a 2014 Acura RDX from Acura by Executive. It was our second car from this dealer. We went back because our first experience was so positive and this trip was just as good. How many car dealerships can you say that about? Tom Castiello was an excellent salesman to work with. Friendly, competent, professional, does his job but doesnt overdo it. He was very helpful and made it easy to discuss any possible concerns. Every aspect of dealing with Acura by Executive is straightforward. John is same General Manager we worked with from our first purchase 14 years ago. Amazing that he remembered us. Gary, the Business Manager, was also great to work with. Much better experience than we had two years ago with a different dealer and make of car. Since this car is new, we have not needed to have it serviced. But our previous experience with Acura by Executive was always excellent. No hassles, ever. We will drive the extra distance to have them service our new car. We have only had the RDX for a full week and I already love it. I have been having troubles with back pain in my other cars and in cars owned by friends on any trip longer than 2 hours. We drove the RDX to the White Mountains this week to look at fall foliage. I was completely comfortable for the entire 5 hour drive. Handling is excellent, tight and responsive. The extra 100 hp over our previous vehicle makes driving so much easier. The RDX will be our road car.

Being a customer that left Nissan for an Acura it was the best transition I could have asked for. I worked with the Salesperson William as well as the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. She works with you and has always gotten us an excellent deal. She does not pressure you to "make a deal". The customer is in full control of the purchase. Simply put, when it's time to purchase a new car, we just go to Executive and meet with Joann. Visiting other dealerships trying to get them to compete with one another is just a waste of time. It's no secret that Acura is an expensive car. But at Executive, your money is well spent. Our experience at Acura by Executive was excellent. We are not new to Acuras and have owned them for many years. Recently, after much searching, we were told at other dealerships that they were unable to locate a black RL in Connecticut. We traveled to North Haven and our salesman, Danya Kross located one in less than a day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Whatever we wanted - he made it happen. I highly recommend going to Acura by Executive and ask for Danya.

My salesman was the best when it came to overall treatment. However, management was very condescending towards me. Perhaps my work clothes had something to do with it? My family owns a large manufacturing company, so blue jeans and boots are a given. I was ready to purchase a car before management got involved, but they changed my mind pretty quick. So me and my crappy clothes bought a car elsewhere.

Awful service never got a call back, got denied waiting over a month for my deposit and still waiting!!! FAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed!! Jo Ann was nice at first said she would get back to me, returne one of my many phone calls said she would make sure Id get my deposit still waiting!!!

Dealer did a great job of during a curtesy trade of my car as we were selling to a relative and wanted to avoid the sales tax on the trade. Found a the new car in the color we wanted quickly and appeared to offer a good price on the first offer based on others we had. I did not push on price because of the curtesy trade in where they even registered the car to out of state and paid the taxes for them. Also excellent follow by sales on any questions on this high tech car with Nav etc.

I inquired on new vehicle through an employee pricing program. Acura by Executive responded the same day and stated they would get back to me in 48 hours with available models and prices. The only information I received was a message left at my home a week later that there was only one 06' model left. Never received a price or a list of available models. It appears Acura by Executive had no intention of offering any discounted price under this plan. I am in the process of having them removed from the employee pricing program.
