Excellent dealership with quality people. 10 years ago, my wife and I purchased our first MDX from Acura Carland and the experience was great. Fast forward to now, my wife and I were looking for another car and found the perfect one on their lot. The sales team was awesome, very courteous and attentive. Yesterday May 31, 2021 was very rewarding for my wife and I as we ventured into purchasing the MDX 2022 Technology package. We were thankful that Hope our salesman was still there. This was our 4th purchase with him dating back to 2012. Hope is a people’s person that’s easy to relate to. He’s very knowledgeable of the product and walked us through the basic setup on the vehicle before we left. Finally, the general manger Jim Smith taking the time to share his appreciation of our purchase was a welcomed touch. Hat’s off to Hope and Acura Carland!!!

I have gotten service at this location twice. The prices are fair, the employees are professional. It's not the fastest service in the world, but the facility is very clean and comfortable. Why five-stars? Because I witnessed something incredible last week. I watched a service advisor display humanity to a customer who obviously needed it. The small act of kindness displayed by this employee to a stranger showed me all I needed to see. It seems that Acura Carland allows its employees to be human. It seems this company wants to be part of the community. I'll be back. I'll bring my friends.

Always come to Steve. He is up front and I trust him. Should he ever decide to leave I will find a new dealership. Everything was excellent except the processing for the loaner car. The process needs to be streamlined somehow. It took me 30 minutes to get a car checked out. It has never taken anywhere near that long before. I would rate this part of my visit as fair to poor.

We purchased an Acura MDX from Acura Carland. Our experience was an absolute disaster. We would have been treated better by Crazy Jim's slick Used car sales. EVERYONE we dealt with lied through their teeth at us, from the service manager, to the sales manager, to the finance guy, to the general manager. We settled on a true car price over the phone, drove 1 hr and 15minutes to the dealership, and they would not honor the telephone agreement when we arrived because " the regional manager would not approve the deal"!!!! You've got to be kidding me! Would NEVER buy a car from Acura Carland again!!!

I am seeing lots of great review for this place. I am doubtful if those are valid. Lets talk about my experience. I have 09 MDX. First time when I went to Carland was when I moved to Duluth and it was the nearest from my location. I went there twice. I am a non caucasian person, reason I am saying to cause I felt like I didn't belong there. Now before this place, I took this car to couple of the service in NJ and CA where oil change for normal was not more than $60. Here they charge $100. Anyway, they don't treat people with respect and charges lot more than other places. So please do yourself a favor and check before you drop your car there.

We called in late afternoon on a Saturday to the service department at Acura Carland because our battery had died and we had to jump start it. We went in immediately to have the battery assessed to make sure the problem did not extend beyond that. Our car was looked at immediately, assessed, and the battery was deemed in need of replacement. We were in and out inside of 45 minutes. Love the service crew there!

I arranged the purchase of my MDX through a buying service and a credit union. Hugh Kronitz had worked with both of these before and guided me through the process of buying my car. An appointment for the test drive was made and I had that and all of the new features were shown and explained to me. Then when the financing seemed to slow down, Hugh hurried it up and I got the car exactly when I wanted to get it. Again, all of the features were explained to me, my phone was paired with the bluetooth in the car and all the services offered by Acura Carland (service, etc.) were shown and explained.I cannot even imagine better service, more attention to detail or a greater concern for moving the [process along quickly and smoothly. A great experience, a great dealership and a great salesperson.

My experience was good. I'd rate it a 5 except the service department (for the second time since my purchase last September) has no record how my purchase of a service plan when I bought the car. Don't understand why this hasn't occurred. I was sold the plan with the promise that I would have hassle free routine maintenance experiences. Still waiting for that to happen. This is not the service advisors fault.

This day I drove into the dealership after a long days work. I was told I had to leave my vehicle but was immediatley provided with a loaner. I received several welcomed phone calls with updates on the findings and progress of my vehicle. My service advisor Steve LeCount is the best. He always explains in detail why the repairs are necessary, which repairs need to be completed right away and I never feel pressured. My vehicle has some years and miles on it but when I leave the Acura Carland Service department, it's always puring like a kitten.

We just purchased our third car from Acura Carland and each purchase was a wonderful experience! Each time we used Britt Kaminsky as our salesman and he is so knowledgeable about the cars, always answering all of our questions. I just bought a 2016 MDX and he literally spent 2 hours with us going over everything in the car and making sure that I knew how to operate all the new technology that is in this car! He showed me how to input my favorite radio stations, he set up the blue tooth and helped me input my favorites and even told us that if we had problems setting up the garage door opener that he would come to our house and do it for us....He is just one awesome guy!!I love my new MDX it makes driving around Atlanta in this crazy traffic FUN!! I highly recommend Acura Carland and Britt Kaminsky if you are considering buying a Acura!

Save your hard earned money! I purchased a used 2010 Chevrolet Equinox from Acura Carland September 2015. Four months later the transmission went out. I had only put approximately 6k miles on the vehicle prior to failure. I called the sales center to inform of the situation. The salesman who sold me the vehicle was unavailable and I spoke with the used car sales manager who said he would check to see if i had any warranties left on the vehicle and would give me a call back. Never heard from him again. I called back for the next couple of days trying to contact the salesman and even left messages. No response. Fortunately I did purchase an extended warranty with my credit union and it was covered. At the end of the day the what upsets me the most is the inconvenience and the fact that I was ignored. I don't think they understand customer service goes beyond getting someone to sign paperwork.

We've dealt with Acura Carland's service department for the past 20 years, but this was our first buying experience, and it couldn't have been better. My husband had spoken with Michael Tran earlier & the RDX we desired was sitting ready for us to test drive when we arrived Saturday AM. It was a no pressure experience; Mike took us out for the test drive, demonstrated all its features and had the paperwork ready in short order.Since we didn't wish to trade in our Acura Integra GSR, it was a straight purchase and quickly done. All warranties, maintenance were explained & he even fed us lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed.Prior to leaving the dealership, Michael synched both our iPhones to the on board computer, reviewed the many wonderful features of the cockpit, explained the "key" fob features, and sent us off with a full tank of gas.

First off I'm not much of a reviewer, but in this case I just couldn't help myself. I love to give credit where credit is due, and we had a wonderful buying experience with Justin Wilkes. He was helpful, very personable, and put the contract in terms I could relate to. We test drove multiple vehicles, and despite that it was raining, Justin pulled up under a covered shelter so we wouldn't get wet or ruin our experience. Justin worked within our budget, didn't try to sell us up on overly expensive vehicle alternatives, and he even gave us space to talk it over without being pushy. As far as a sales person, I would recommend him to my family and friends as being thoughtful, down to earth, and not caught up in the used car salesman stereotype. Thank you Nick for also getting us great deals on GAP protection and raking car f me during my oil change. Acuraland thank you for not trying to pressure your customers into a bad financial desicions and being helpful because you care and not because you see your customers only as dollar signs.

Gil Michaelson is honest and reliable. There was a noise in my car and Gil researched and determined the part that needed to be replaced. It was going to to cost me about $900. Gil said it wasn't something that I had to replace now and saved me $900. Other dealers would have told me that it needed to be replaced!! I truly appreciate his honesty! I cannot explain the professionalism and efficiency of Moses Strand at Acura Carland in Duluth GA. Upon arrival Hope introduced me to Moses and he worked with me during my experience. I am greatly appreciative and amazed at how comfortable and quickly he attended to the documents and processes needed. I did not feel confused nor rushed during this process. He was knowledgeable and attentive. I was in a rental and he assisted with the return and making sure I was able to drive off in my vehicle with no concerns. I handled the financial options over the phone with Hope and he was excellent. The ability to take the patience and ability to communicate to me what was needed was absolutely wonderful. I did not feel hassled or pressured. He was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and listened to my preferences. These two gentlemen made my car purchase a memorable one and comforting one. I had a warranty service done and additional work related to wheel alignment. Larry was very professional, thorough and explained work that was essential and work that could wait. I found that quite refreshing. In addition, while I had to bring the SUV back for realignment, he explained to me why the realignment was falling out. Nevertheless he had it fixed and suggested I keep a close look in case it comes out again.

Gil Michaelson is honest and reliable. There was a noise in my car and Gil researched and determined the part that needed to be replaced. It was going to to cost me about $900. Gil said it wasn't something that I had to replace now and saved me $900. Other dealers would have told me that it needed to be replaced!! I truly appreciate his honesty! My wife and I visited this dealership on Sunday. We are currently in the market for a 3 row SUV as our current Lexus lease is coming due and have been testing out different models each week for a few weeks now. I pretty much walked away from this dealership after about 5 minutes. It started off with the sales person trying to show me several different things about the car. Which i was not interested in. All of my research was completed prior to my arrival at the dealership. At this point since I couldn't get a moment to talk to my wife about the car without the sales person around, I ushered to continue in another direction with the test drive. He indicated that they use a demo model instead of cars off the lot which was fine. I proceeded to get into the car and much to my surprise I wouldn't be able to talk to my wife either as the sales person got into the back of the car. In the past 10 years and 12-15 cars I have purchased, I don't think I have ever had a sales person come on a test drive. It didn't matter if I was buying a Honda or a Mercedes. Having leased two Acuras before, I already knew this was not the experience to be expected from an Acura dealer. I decided I was going to attempt the test drive even with the sales person in the back as I had already wasted a half hour driving out to the dealer on a Sunday. I pulled out on to the street and he immediately started giving me directions on where to do my test drive. Needless to say, I quickly made two U-turns and pulled back into the dealer 2 minutes later. Walked to my car and left. I guess this weekend, I'll attempt another Acura dealer in the city to try out the vehicle. I can understand how some of those sales tactics might work if you are selling a 10K Honda Fit or Civic. However, I'm at a complete loss at the effectiveness of them relating to the sale of a 60K suv.

He told us the battery was dead. I called Larry back and told him this, he said bring it in and they would replace the battery. I previously had a bad experience at Sons Acura, and I decided to call Acura Carland to see if anyone there could help me. Vince took my call, and I am so glad he did. I already knew what I wanted so I was able to negotiate over the phone. My husband and I went to meet Vince the next day and the entire process of buying my car went so smooth. Vince gave my husband a tour of the dealership, walked him through the process of bringing the car in for service, he personally walked me through how all the features worked. He was awesome! He made a process that started out as a disaster so much better for me. Bryan Geiss, who was the business manager, was amazing too. He did a great job explaining the additional warranties to me, and actually convinced me to purchase it by showing me how it would benefit me. Bryan really knew his stuff.. I hate buying cars, primarily due to the game that nearly all sales people and managers play. The experience at Carland was just the opposite of my many past experiences. Nick was awesome! He is funny, engaging, completely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. He unbelievably pushed us toward a lower model MDX that was perfect for our needs. There were no hidden fees, and he showed us actual invoice price of the car. Nick will be the guy that we go to for all our future purchases. We bought an RLX from Mark Lieberman a couple of years ago. He was honest and gave us a fair price. So when we decide to buy an RDX, we called Mark and told him what we wanted. Once again he was honest and gave us a fair price. He also worked to get us the exact car we wanted, which required a significant effort on his part. There were no cars in Georgia that matched our request, so he arranged to procure the next car that came off the line at the plant where the cars are made. When we buy our next Acura, we will definitely call Mark again.

He is extremely efficient in getting information for me, finding me the right vehicle and answering my questions. He knows everything about Acura and other cars. Talking to him is indeed a learning experience. He is able to maintain a healthy relationship with his customers, very warm but not too warm. He is a fast speaker while he speaks so clearly and uses words so precisely that I felt easy to communicate with him. My family and I was embarrassed by an employee after he used a wrong choice of words. I was called a few days later by the GM Mauricio Hernandez and apologized on his behalf. Before Alfono, Bill Scurry reached out to me and apologized as well. This made me give Acura Caraland another shot and Bill was 110% professional and courteous to my whole family. He made me feel on top of the world and I would buy another car from him because I fell in love with Acura. The price has to be right though :). I would also check on the finance managers attitude, he seemed very obnoxious at first but the service manager went in and brought him back to reality.

To me, this makes a all around top sales person. I cant stand when I pull up to a car lot and a bunch of people start fast talking me. Well not here not at Acura Carland. I knew I was getting a truck today I had my eyes set on the Acura mdx truck or the BMW x5 well me and my husband stopped at BMW first and didn't get no service. I walked around the lot looking and not 1 person came up to ask if they could help me and others just looked at me from the inside show room so I figured they felt I was a waste of time and couldn't afford a truck so I left and went over to Acura. The buying process went smooth, I spent a total of maybe an hour and a half at the dealership between picking the car and signing paperwork which is typically an all day affair. I set up financing ahead of time to purchase a car for my business, and gave this paperwork to the salesman, Eldin. He had disappeared with the paperwork and had me wait at his desk. When I was summoned to Rich, the finance guy's, office he'd apparently tossed my paperwork and pinged my credit numerous times by contacting several banks, which he didn't have permission to do.The problem is that I had arranged this carefully on purpose, because I have other things going on in the business - and unbeknownst to this clown, he's asking for additional credit on top of other things I had going on. Just a stupid situation that shouldn't have happened. My financing rep confirms that they were never even contacted.I called and a manager called me back and assured me that they don't do business this way and someone would be right back to me in two days. That was, let's see, 3 weeks ago?Final comment: Also think it looks like stacking the deck to keep these comment cards in salesman's pocket rather than placed in your sales package. If you don't look like a happy customer, my suspicion is you don't get a card. I didn't fuss at the salesman, so maybe I slipped through the cracks and when I got one referencing this website.

He is very knowledgeable about the product, on point, and very respectful. Needless to say that he was there until almost 11pm until the deal was closed and to answer any questions I had. This is my first used car that I have ever purchased and even though it is in like a brand new condition he was also very accommodating in taking care of a couple of normal wear items. I would definitely buy a car from him again and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car.

My wife went to this dealer to have our 2014 TL serviced since we bought this car from this dealer and used their service years back from our 1999 TL when she got the car back my ray-ban sunglasses was gone. She immediately informed the service department about the missing sunglasses. The managersaid we just misplaced them and owe him an apology for accusing them. I almost walked away from this dealership. Im so glad I didn't. Moses Strand jumped through hoops to get me into a Lexus with marginal credit, a recent bankruptcy AND no money down. We purchased a 2015 pre-owned RDX on October 21, 2015. We were looking for a crossover vehicle to replace our '09 CRV. We wanted something with a little more comfort and all the bells and whistles. We thought we wanted a Lexus RX 350. We had a lot of friends telling us to look at the Acura before we bought a Lexus. Elgin Elezovic greeted me within a minute of my arrival. I told him exactly what I was looking for as far as colors and features. He didn't have anything at the moment that fit my criteria. I was just about to leave and he asked me to give him a few minutes. He pulled up in front of the dealership in a beautiful RDX with all the options and then some. It had just been traded in and was in the middle of being certified. Elgin knew everything about the vehicle and answered all of May questions. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. It drove so nice and quiet. I bought it on the spot. Elgin helped to make the whole transaction a breeze. We were in a time crunch and he even drove our documents to the credit union for us in order to expedite the transaction. The moment has arrived to look for a vehicle. I rather go skinny dipping in Canada.....in January, or chew on glass, then to deal with car salesmen. Seriously. One cool drizzly Sunday my husband and I reluctantly decided to test drive couple cars in mind. Test drove 2016 Honda Accord Touring. Sensible car and maker. Next, was to Lexus....closed on Sunday. Closed? Really? Right next door to the closed Lexus dealership - Acura Carland. Didn't have Acura on mind....but. Our experience at Acura Carland was amazing. We had looked at couple of other dealerships and it was "what will it take to get you to buy this car today?" Acura Carland was different there was no pressure what so ever. Eldin Elezovic took us on a test drive and answered all of questions - he did not try to sell us a car we did not want. He even worked with us after hours via email. In addition, he kept us informed the entire time and even came in on his day off to close the sale and make sure we were satisfied. As for the financing guy (forgot his name) we worked with he was great also. He did not try to pressure us to purchase any extra items we did not want. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone be genuine and friendly without making me feel I was not worthy of purchasing a car. They had a vast inventory of cars outside of Acuras (which we love). Initially I was there to see 2 Acuras but my husband didn't like either choices. Poor Griselda had to figure out what the xxxx was that we needed/wanted because we weren't seeing eye to eye on anything. She made us test drive a few cars and stressed the importance of feeling the car and seeing if that was a good fit for our family (even made us transfer the cars to the test drives). 9pm came and nothing. She made and appointment to see us the next day. We came already prepared. She had a few ppl ahead us but let us go see the car we wanted to see. It was the car she actually had in mind for us so it was nice to see she thought of us head of time. It took from 3-8pm on Saturday for us to get the car, as a they were pretty packed but we got it! If you're getting your car serviced here... DONT.There are very few nice people that work here. All they want is your money. I've been going there for years since it closest to my house and I've never gone in and out with a smooth transaction. I had to call up there 3 times today just to see what was gonna be done during a 45,000 mile check up. The first guy gave me the complete wrong information and I asked about the coupon they had online for $69.95 off cabin filter replacement to include in the bill and the total for my entire service he claims was $572.00. He said he couldn't accept it but he'll give me 10% off...ok that means I get like 57$ off instead of almost 70$. Why have the coupon online of you can't even use it. I called again and this guy Daniel was actually one of the nice guys helped me out tremendously. But he told me different information than the guy before so I wanted to know what was what. So I called a third time was told the managers are busy I'll have you on the call back list for top priority...4 hours later, no call. I call again and the service department is closed. This isn't even the beginning of the stress these guys cause. There has been much more problems with them than just that. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I was helping my nieces boyfriend shop for a used car on a limited budget. After going to a semi-sketchy used car lot to look at a car he had previously found on line, we quickly felt it would be wiser to have the assurances of a large auto retailer. We made our way out to Qwinnett County since there were a half dozen or so large auto dealers all within close proximity of each other. We visited Honda and Toyota before we found Acura Carland. All I can say is that after the terrible service at Toyota and the lack of vehicles in our price range at Honda we were glad we kept searching till we found the Acura Dealership! Upon arriving we were met with a warm greeting by a few staff members and then introduced to our Sales Consultant MARK LIEBERMAN. I can't say enough good things about Mark! Wow!!! Top notch service! He was genuine, non-imposing or overbearing, friendly, professional and strangely enough actually made us feel like family! All this even after we told him that we only could afford a used car no higher (out the door) than $6,000! Mark found us a great 2001 Toyota Camry for $5,500 on his lot and then held our hand through the process of test driving, inspecting, detailing and he even filled the car up with fuel! After we crunched the numbers, the price, (which included tax, tag, dealer handling fees etc), came to be just a bit over our budget and so Mark went to work the price down with his Manager. Two minutes later Mark came back in and said "No problem"! Wow!, no long wait and stressful haggling...., just simple, fair and good business practices! Acura Carland made very little money off selling this vehicle to us, and with all the other expensive vehicles they have on their lot, NEVER did we feel like our level of service was less than if we had spent $60,000 on one of their cars. I'm just amazed that this level of service still exist! This was the best car purchasing expeirence I have had to date! My next NEW car will be from Acura Carland!...., and Mark Lieberman will be who I ask for! Thank you Mark and all the team members that assisted in making this purchase so wonderful! I stopped in during lunch on a Friday to evaluate a pre-owned Acura which Acura Carland had for sale. Mark passed by and filled me in on Acura's current models, and why I could potentially afford one of the newer IXL models. He carted me around the lot showing various IXL's with assorted options packages and colors, and never made me fill rushed or pressured.Once I decided to pull the trigger on the 2016 IXL on Saturday, the dealership expedited the deal, as I had an event to attend that afternoon. Upon arrival, the car was ready for final evaluation. An hour or so later, I was driving off the lot.During the preceding night and the following morning, I corresponded with Mark several times via text with questions, even after business hours. Mark replied right away, keeping me in the loop on questions that arose about the car and the pending deal.I would highly recommend Mark and the crew at Acura Carland, and intend on bringing future business their way.

The documentation fee of $599 seems excessive, but everything was clear in the pricing and there were no unexpected line items in our bill of sale.

I did not feel rushed and was well informed throughout the whole process. I test drove multiple cars. When one deal fell through, they were able to come up with a second and more improved option. The staff was professional, innovative, well versed and knowledgeable. I especially liked the fact that my regular auto insurance company (Allstate) was there on site. I am obliged to write this comment because of the surprise phone call I received from them a few days after I bought a used car from them. I bought a 2014 (one year old) SUV and I was very mad when they told me the second set of key could not be located. This is almost a brand new car and my expectation was it should have come complete with all accessories. To make things worst I discovered after I arrived home that the manual is also missing. I decided to live with it. Some told me that the second key could cost me anywhere between $800 and $1200. A few days later they called me to inform me that they tracked the original owner and collected both the keys and the manual. What a moment. I give them a plus. I recommend this dealership to others. Big thanks to the salesman MOSES STRAND.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and we knew what we wanted, there was no pressure. Mark was very helpful he answered all of our questions and made it easy. We were even given lunch after the test drive. The staff is really friendly and compassionate about what they do and the way they treat their customers. Britt sold my wife a 13' Acura ILX and she is very happy with the car. He was willing to stay over 3 hours past the end of his work day to make sure she was happy. He even took the extra time to walk her through all the features of the car and make sure she understood how to operate all the cars tech. He also took a call at 7:30pm on a Friday night to walk us through the setup of out garage opener. Very nice guy and would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for an Acura.

My salesman James Mangham was pretty quick to call me back about my online inquiry. I went to see the vehicle the same day, and was not very pressured to buy. They offered comparison of same vehicles for sale in the area and provided car fax. The sales manager Jason Scobie did reduce the price by $976! I opted for financing through my bank, but they did offer to use theirs and match interest rate and have GAP coverage without a deductible. The dealership does have a Allstate office in the dealership. I met with an agent under the impression they only needed to confirm insurance coverage. My ID card was not sufficient. I had print my full policy declarations to suffice. I have coverage with their affiliate Encompass. The agent Tanya then proceeded to degrade Encompass and then my knowledge of the insurance marketplace. As an insurance agent that writes coverage for Encompass and 14 other carriers, with 9 years as an insurance agent, I have never treated a potential client as she did me. I am surprised I did not cancel the deal I had just completed. The Allstate experience was they only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

Bought a 2007 Honda minivan from this dealership last weekend. The van appeared to be in good condition for a older vehicle. The sales person and used car manager stated that the car passed their inspection and it was in great condition for the age. We took the vehicle to our mechanic for an inspection the day after we bought it for an inspection. Within 5 minutes our mechanic told us that the van was in a major wreck and it was clear that whomever repaired the van did a bad job. Our mechanic told us that the dealer was either lying or completely incompetent. We immediately returned the van. The sales person and the used car sales manager claimed that they didn't know it was in a wreck because it wasn't on the Carfax. They were clearly lying or incompetent, either way not the type of people I want to do business with. The same van we bought is now on the lot stating that it has passed inspection and it's in great condition. The van is a black 2007 Honda Odyssey with about 130,000 miles.

Just got the MDX Acura 2016! Totally satisfied with everything! We came in and got greeted right away by the amazing Mrs. Kye Sun Jun. She offered drinks right away, knowingly it was a hot sunny day. She's quick and very educated on all the models we were looking at. She gave us a ton of options and worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted. We are from Canada so she knew what we needed (sh-awd) and when we purchased the car, she took the liberty to throw in some weather resistant mats! How thoughtful! My husband and I were suddenly needing a new car for our family after an accident. So with our 21 month old in tow we went off to Acura Carland. Our sales guy Britt Kaminsky sold us on a 2005 Acura MDX with the touring package. (Touring = more $$). Britt told us several times how the Woodruff family owns the dealership. That they replace the brakes and tires on new used cars that have 50% or more wear. That their Acura certified tech looked over the car and it's it's excellent condition. Britt sold us on the car stating that other than oil changes we won't have to do anything else to the car. That EVERYTHING else had been taken care of. Not so. The tires on the car were put on 45,000 miles ago. They are rated for 55,000. Another Acura Certified Tech measured the tread as low. Stated they would need to be replaced very soon. In other words they have more than 50% wear. The brakes are all at 50% or more wear. The rear need replacing soon. The back rotors need to be refinished. This is what another Acura Certified Tech told us. Oh. The bluetooth feature Britt totally talked up to my husband doesn't work. Turns out that the Bluetooth units on older Acura are known to burn out. I've reached out to Britt with our issues. He claims his hands are tied. That the other Acura Certified Tech is lying to us. Trying to get a sale. When pressed about what appears to be a made up policy on replacing items with 50% or more wear he doesn't answer. Britt lied to us about their 50% or more wear policy. Lied to us when he said we wouldn't have to do anything to it for a long time. Other then oil changes. To get us to buy a car from him. So disappointed. We reached out to him and Acura and nothing has been resolved.

However when I walked in, a sales person, James Mangham asked me if I needed help. He didn't indicate at that time they were closed, and it was only after speaking with me for several minutes did I realize I had arrived after hours! I had come to the dealership looking for a particular type of Acura, but after hearing what I was looking for, James informed me I should consider the 2012 TL. I like this dealership because the approach they made to the consumer, which is myself. He was very precise with the information that I requested and helped me make a great decisive decision on my future car. He understood what I had want at the moment and that was to decide what type of car I want to invest in the future. I've purchased 3 cars in my entire life, and I think many would agree its a long mundane process and most have their guard up while dealing with salesmen. My recent experience at Acura Carland was my first pleasant experience! Nick Despotopoulos was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend Nick. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly and from a very objective and factual standpoint. He did not put any pressure on us and really seemed to have our best interest at heart. He also honored all his commitments. He said he would fix any major scratches on our Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. A few days later, when we returned to have the car touched up is when we realized that Nick really went above and beyond to make us happy. We found that the things Nick promised us were not a common practice. He stayed well over 2 hours after closing time to make sure we were taken care of. Upon visiting Acura Carland I was in search for 3 similar but very different vehicles. An Acura TLX, Mercedes CLA, and a Audi A4. I was not particularly ready to buy just yet,but when I walked into Acura Carland I could not leave without making a decision right then and there. Steven Fisher was VERY patient. I am VERY indecisive! There was no pressure from him which I appreciate. It was very late and once my amazing decision was made I came back the next day and drove off in my new Acura TLX! Steven Fisher was not available the next day, so his team member Marcus McWhorter came in and completely reassured me my purchase was the correct one! I was very pleased with my vehicle purchase experience with Acura Carland. They sent a driver to Huntsville, Al to pick me up and bring me to Duluth. I had already viewed pictures of the car online. The ride and conversation to Duluth were both pleasant. I was waited on in a timely manner when I reached my destination. Marcus McWhorter greeted me. He described features on the vehicle and escorted me to the business office. The paper work was already prepared and waiting for me by Rich Mahoney. There was one problem however. Apparently the audio system experienced a problem and due to the lateness of the evening, all of the techs had left. I was given a loaner car to get back to my home. This was a Saturday night. I was given a call on Monday informing me that the car was ready and was told that the problem was a blown fuse. I was also told that the car would be delivered the next day with a time, which was promptly kept. This was a very rewarding car shopping experience.

We came in on Sunday to perhaps purchase a used MDX. This didn't work out due to having so much negative equity that we could not roll into a used vehicle. We never imagined a new MDX would be possible, but Omid let us know that this was a possibility. He spent SO much time with us, looking/learning 2 vehicles, and his client service skills are superb. When I came in to see the car (which was listed for an incredible price!), Mr. Atlassi was personable, patient and informative. He explained all the features of the car I was considering (a 2012 Honda Accord EX), and clearly knew a lot about the car. He also explained the high standards to which Acura Carland holds all the pre-owned cars they sell. I was very impressed with his honestly about the whole process. And I was very pleased with the condition of the car I came to see.Long story short - I loved the car and decided to buy it. Mr. Atlassi was willing to negotiate the price and I was happy with the final number. (No pressure. No drama.)Mr. Atlassi made the whole experience a pleasant one. He seemed to take great pleasure in his job, but what really impressed me was how kindly he interacted with my 3-year-old nephew who was with me. I was an unusual customer at Acura Carland. I have lived in NYC for the past 38 years, and did not own a car during that time. I am not a car guy, and I have very limited knowledge of cars. This is my first purchase of a car....ever, at age 59. I knew I wanted a certified pre owned Acura MDX, and headed to the lot. Riley Walsh was my salesman, and I was honest with him about my lack of knowledge. He immediately put me at ease, and took all the time necessary to answer all of my questions about the car. He explained the vehicle to me in great detail. He compared and contrasted it with the 2015 models. The first car he showed me was the car I purchased over a period of 3 days. He walked me through all the paperwork and the financing. He even sat in the car with me and hooked up my i phone through the car's system and made sure I understood everything from the sirius radio to the FWD, GPS and everything in between. I drove off with the car that evening feeling like I was very successfully guided through the process and felt secure in my purchase of the vehicle. I found a late model used car on line that looked clean, in excellent condition, and in my price range. I contacted the dealership by phone. They were very professional. They confirmed the vehicle was there, scheduled a test drive, and did several follow ups. Once I arrived I was given prompt, courteous attention, even though it was a relatively small purchase for their business. The car was in the condition that I expected. I purchased the car. it was a simple cash purchase with a trade. They were flexible and dealt with me the same as if I had purchased a 35,000 car. The car is running well, no surprises. I have worked with Hugh Kronitz for my last 5 cars. I lease my cars and with a lease the emphasis is on convenience and lowest monthly payment. I have always shopped the deals that Hugh has quoted me and he is consistently lower than anyone else. No one has ever been able to match his deals. Not only that, when I have called him to ask if it is a good time to renegotiate a lease or to trade in a car, he will be honest and tell me if I need to wait. This kind of honesty and integrity is the reason I continue to go back to him. I love Acura, Acura Carland, but it is HUGH KRONITZ who keeps bringing me back to the Acura product and to a dealership that is more than 25 miles away from where I live when there is a big Acura dealership very near me. I have worked with Hugh Kronitz for my last 5 cars. I lease my cars and with a lease the emphasis is on convenience and lowest monthly payment. I have always shopped the deals that Hugh has quoted me and he is consistently lower than anyone else. No one has ever been able to match his deals. Not only that, when I have called him to ask if it is a good time to renegotiate a lease or to trade in a car, he will be honest and tell me if I need to wait. This kind of honesty and integrity is the reason I continue to go back to him. I love Acura, Acura Carland, but it is HUGH KRONITZ who keeps bringing me back to the Acura product and to a dealership that is more than 25 miles away from where I live when there is a big Acura dealership very near me. I came in no one wanted to help me. The guy that sold me the car seemed as if i was wasting his time at first. Then once i told him i had a check from the bank to purchase a car his tone changed. I only received one key for my car, i was told i must purchase it on my own. I was hassled about the price of the vehicle even though i physically showed Mark the check and the max amount i could spend. I eventually had to get up and leave because i did not have $225 to pay for a "down payment". Mark came chasing me down and told me his "boss" will accept my max offer. THEN I FINALLY GET MY CAR AND THE GAS TANK IS EMPTY!!!!!................HORRIBLE!!!!....ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

I felt like it was a bait and switch. Quoted one price when arriving given another price when I got to the dealership. Questioning the price I was told I heard incorrectly and I was not listening very well. I drove six hours to listen to someone tell me I was wrong,I was placed in an uncomfortable situation. The car sales man was despondent we sat in an office wondering where he would disappear to a lot. I will not deal with this dealership again and I would not recommend you deal with the company unless you have the numbers in writing first.

I'm always looking for a deal. I tend to buy cars that older and have higher mileage. Other dealerships toss you the keys and tell you to look at it yourself because they're too busy helping new car customers. Acura Carland actually staffs its used car department adequately and they go out of their way to give you a fast and smooth transaction. I inquired online through their website about a car. Tasha called me back in less than an hour to talk about it. I scheduled a visit to test drive and I was helped by Riley and Bill. There was no problem with taking the car to an independent mechanic for an inspection and we were able to close the deal before the dealership closed. If you're buying new or used Acura Carland is the place to go.

I am a tough sell and Bill Scurry, Quinten Jackson (Sales Mgr) and Charles Washington all worked diligently to get me in the car I wanted at a fair price. After visits and calls to multiple Acura dealerships, Acura Carland had the best price. Even after the sale I have been back to add accessories and all 3 reps still make themselves available to make sure I am being taken care of. Top notch dealership from top to bottom and they clearly show that they appreciate your business. I would give the dealership and staff more stars if possible. I highly recommend and will do business with them again.

I had driven an Acura RL, purchased through Nick Despotopoulos, for over seven years before trading it in for a MB E-class elsewhere. Within a year, I knew I missed my Acura and came back to find Nick was still here. What a great surprise! I came back to this dealer because the experience and service were so good the first time around and they reinforced that opinion this time. Nick is so amazingly knowledgeable and customer oriented, he makes the whole experience a very positive one. We knew we wanted a Certified Pre-Owned RDX and found what we thought was the right vehicle for us. We left the vehicle with them to do final prep for purchase completion the following day. When I spoke to Nick the next morning to confirm a few details, he mentioned he'd found they had another RDX that was being shown while we'd been there the day before that he thought I might want to see. So, even though he KNEW he already had the sale, he wanted to ensure I had what I really wanted and his instincts were right on. He brought the second RDX to my home so I could make a confident decision and we went with option 2 (that had my preferred interior color). I got a very fair trade-in value for my MB and am very happily getting back to Acura. The Sales experience has been great and I'm fully looking forward to getting back to the service experience that I already know is second to none!

I just want to firstly comment on the salesman, Nick Despotopoulos. When I arrived to see a car that was advertised, Nick showed me the car and then noticed that I was having a problem making a decision. We then regrouped and he showed me exactly the car I wanted. Nick stayed until 10:30 to get me out (as I did not arrive until 7:15). Most importantly, Nick treated me like a Queen! He was so very nice, knowledgeable and patient. He even came to my home after work and programmed my garage remote as I was unable to do so - NOW that is one AWESOME salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. He knows what he is doing and he explains everything without any pressure. I guess I will have to buy an Acura again when I want another car in order to get Nick to sell it to me. :)

Worst experience buying a car ever. The promised me a refund sent over night. It has been 2 weeks and they ignore my emails. Finally I escalated to a manager. It remains to be seen whether I receive it or not. I bought a used car with the them that had only 6k miles on it. I asked many times if there was any damage. They assured me it was immaculate. No issues whatsoever. Soon as I got it home I took it to get serviced to maintain the warranty (it was a Porsche). The service department at my local Porsche immediately sent me pictures of serious damage to the under body. It is a bright red vehicle and it would have been impossible to miss. When mentioning the damage to the manager, he just said they will work on their customer service since there is no way I could prove it.... Next, they were suppose to pick me up at the airport. After repeatedly asking for confirmation on pickup time days before they show up an hour and a half late. It just happens we arrived at the dealership at exactly the time they opened up. Convenient. Instead of ignoring me, they could have simply let me know when it was open and I could have re-arranged my schedule. All in all, they are untrustworthy and deceitful. I recommend trying any other dealership before this one. Even if you save a little with them, it will cost you more in the long term. As a side note, most of these issues could have been addressed by simple communication. An email or an some sort of status update would have done wonders for 2 of the issues. The damage and lying are serious however are serious issues that should make anyone stay far far away from them.

My husband and I had to trade in our less than 2 year old Lexus IS250 for a larger vehicle to accommodate our new twins. We came in intending to buy used and worked with Charles Washington and ended up buying new. Charles was very helpful and patience. I spoke with Natasha Marques about the cars I was interested in and she made me feel very comfortable unlike some other experiences I have had with pushy sales people. She told me that she was sure I could drive off with the car of my dreams. I was a little skeptical at first because she made it seem to good to be true. But when I walked into their dealership my salesman Riley Walsh was patient and attentive and answered the question that I had about the BMW I test drove. Truth is not only did I fall in love with the vehicle, but the people at the dealership. I've always wanted a BMW and I never thought that the process to get one would be that easy. The finance manager Paul went over every single detail of my contract and made me feel confident about my purchase. The one criticism that I can say is that I was at the dealership for quite some time, but because it was Saturday and busy, I didn't mind so much waiting. All I can say is I cant believe I found this place and I don't think I will buy from any other dealership.

Everyone was great at Acura Carland. Riley did a great job of being low pressure and just letting me check out the Ridgeline. The rest of the guys at the dealership were great. Everything was straight forward and no games. There was a little negotiation but that is to be expected when you buy something. Ed and Rich were great at the front and back end of the deal. Kye Sun Jun was the Korean lady who assisted me and helped me in picking the right car. I asked her many questions in the whole process and she explained me each feature in the car so patiently. There are few really good things CarLand provides, one among them of amazing feature package CarLand offered was the lifetime warranty they provide for the car. I went around couple of dealers to buy this car but after reviewing all, I figured out that CarLand was standing above all with what they provide to customer to see them happy. I have read many reviews before going to CarLand to see if that was correct but they proved wrong, the way sales person takes care of their customers was really amazing. I had a BMW 740i and it was totaled in a wreck. I was in the market for another 740i and had narrowed it down to three all from private parties. Was passing the Acura Carland dealership and realized that I had not really even considered an Acura so I thought I would take a look. I was aware that Acura is considered a premium vehicle. Met by Nick and he showed me a real nice RL. We took it for a spin and I was impressed. Back at the dealership Nick took me through the process and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. While the automobile was impressive Nick was equally impressive regarding his product knowledge and professionalism. I passed on the BMW 740i and I am glad I did.I had a bit of a picture in my mind that I would never have this type of positive experience with an automobile salesman; I sensed that Nick was my advocate with the sales manager in getting me close to the price that I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I did not think folks like Nick existed. I was wrong. Thanks Nick!

Went in simply to test drive RDX...met at door by a half dozen salespeople talking...standing around and talking...Nick the salesperson was rushed, bothered, and left us for extended periods of time. We later learned he was taking care of other customers while we were left....and left...and left...so we left. He asked us when we were coming back (in my mind...NEVER) - Saturdays were his busiest time...so try to avoid Saturdays if possible. Guess what Nick...we are going to avoid Saturdays and every other day. You lost a sale...you lost all sales for the present...future...and always. Previously purchased two other cars here...NEVER EVER AGAIN! Wow, so much has changed about this dealership...and not for the better. Kudos to those who experience greatness here....

I just wanted to let you know that I had a GREAT experience at Acura Carland. I have been searching for a used MDX at an affordable cost, and found one at your location. Marcus McWhorter assisted me each step of the way! He patiently answered every question, and even followed up with helpful information. He went above and beyond. Though the purchase price was $12,200, he treated me with the same level of respect and professionalism as if I was purchasing a brand new car.In the process of car shopping, my husband and I went to another dealership. Although we had made an appointment, we waited 45 minutes to test drive the vehicle. When we took that car for a test drive, it smelled like vomit, and the person driving with us knew NOTHING about the car. We brought the car back, hopped in our own car, and took off. After looking on Cars.com for 3 weeks and inquiring on several cars at several dealerships, I inquired about a used 2013 GMC Acadia they had on their lot that they took on a trade. It was reasonably priced with some extra equipment. Marcus McWhorter responded to my inquiring. I had a couple questions and decided it was worth the 40 mile drive. George Foster the Internet Director also followed up the same day. So I went to the dealership not expecting too much. Marcus was fantastic, great attitude and THE nicest sales associate I've met at a dealership. I thought "...there's no way this guy is like this ALL the time..." so i asked around at the dealership and even one of the porters confirmed that was just how he was. Agreeing on a price was simple and way quicker than I was used to. I got a great price on a great vehicle. Paul in finance was very efficient and quick. I already had my financing lined up, Paul asked if I wanted him to try and beat it, that was it. No sales pitch, I said sure, if you can I'll give you a shot. In 5 minutes he beat an already great rate by 1/4%. At no point in the whole process did I feel any pressure, even for the warranty. So last thing, I needed to run back in the showroom to get a phone number for an accessory guy they recommend, there was a couple at Marcus's desk. As I'm coping a phone number down I ask them if they were working with Marcus on a new car, they indeed were. I told them how pleasent my transaction with him was and they told me, "this is our second car from here, we specifically requested Marcus, we won't use anyone else ever again." Give it a shot, I don' t think you'll be disappointed.

Talking about a favorite place to visit, I don't think anyone ever said a car dealership. I believe I can say that. I used to take my 2005 Acura TL for service regularly to Acura Carland until I traded this car to by myself a new Acura 2014 MDX. Everything from trading in my car to buying the new MDX happened in less than 3 hours. Perfect, that is exactly how I would like to shop, quick and easy. And Britt Kaminsky and the Acura Car dealership made that happen. Even after buying the car, I was not really rushed. Britt took all the time needed for me to get to know my car (from all the options in the car to even pairing my phone to the car using bluetooth). I would definitely recommend my friends Acura Carland if you are looking to buy a new Acura or servicing your Acura car.

Funny enough - I hate(d) used car dealerships. I worked in a dealership many years ago and 100% loathe the businesses practices I learned there - and have seen in many dealers since. Games on pricing, pushy deal-makers, the "let me let my sales manager work on you" schtick, and the ever-famous, "I know you've been here since breakfast, but can I get you a free hot-dog for dinner? We're almost done." routine. Bleh. I found the Acura Carland '12 TSX Wagon online, but was planning to buy an identical car at another independent broker 30 miles away. Acura Carland was closer to my house for a test drive (to see if I liked the model overall), so I dropped by unannounced for a review and test drive. The Acura gods were smiling on me that day because my copilot was salesman David Edwards. Eventhough I MUST have come across as an abrupt jerk, he was repeatedly awesome. He explained features of car, benefits of buying certified pre-owned from the dealer, and most importantly - he let me leave when I was ready to leave. No games. No time tactics. He emailed me the carfax with a nice message later that night. I reviewed all the information, realized the benefits he mentioned, and the overall quality of this particular car; I emailed back with more demands two days days later - all of which he addressed with patience, ease, and no push. That night after all negotiations were done (over email), I showed up to buy. Y'all, I was in that dealership less than an hour! Car was prepped on my arrival, we signed papers, lined up financing, reviewed optional coverages, and got EVERYTHING squared away. THAT was amazing. I had such a positive experience, I may have to wholly reconsider my views on dealerships - at least THIS dealership. Go there. Ask for David. Walk in to Paul's office with a smile - he is the finance manager whom beat the best rate I could find by almost 2 points. So so so so happy. SO HAPPY!

I visited the dealership to meet a sales representative (Mr. Charles Washington) that I had spoken with on several occasions about a new MDX. My wife knew what she wanted, but I just needed to see what kind of money I was going to have to spend. The deal I was looking for was through a preferred buyers program from a club membership. Unknown to me, the buyers program excluded the MDX with the options we wanted because it is so popular. However, the sales manager (Abraham Caracheo) offered me the deal anyway! Further, I brought my wife's old car in to see what the trade in value was. They had the car sold before I could give them the keys. I had to be given a loaner to get home, while the new car was being prepared for sale! I hate buying cars. The whole transaction process makes me uncomfortable. Not with Acura Carland. Thanks guys.

My husband and I recently purchased an RDX from Omid (Hope). We received such personalized and exemplary service that I just had to let you know. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday after talking with Omid over the phone. He was extremly patient and knowledgeable about the RDX and its features. He did not try to add on extra costs and delivered the car and price as quoted over the phone. He stayed until 8:45 pm with us patiently waiting for my Rogue to be towed in and showing me how to sync my phone and operate all the features of the RDX. We never felt rushed even after the deal was closed. On Monday he called as promised and arranged for me to have a hitch installed on my new car. When I arrived he met me personally, drove my car around to the service area, and transferred my belongings to the loaner car. He even walked me down to my old car so that I could take a picture of it. The next day when I picked up my RDX he was in a meeting. He called me later that day to make sure everything was okay. I NEVER expected such incredible service when buying a car. Quite frankly I was dreading the process. I would highly recommend Acura Carland and specifically Omid (Hope). I love my new car! We located a Buick Enclave on Cars.com at this dealership. I called to inquire about the vehicle and spoke with sales associate Danny Kim. He confirmed that they did still have the vehicle. I asked several questions about financing and he politely transferred me to Mrs. Irene Hill. I informed Mrs. Hill of my credit score and financial situation. She answered all of my questions honestly and directly. I informed her that I was serious about purchasing the vehicle. She informed me that if we made the 1.5 hour drive to Gwinnett from Pickens county and liked the vehicle after the test drive, she would get us financed. We made the trip and thankful that we did. When we arrived, Mr. Kim had already pulled the vehicle around for the test drive. He was very polite and patient during the entire process. He answered all questions fully. When we decided that we wanted the car, Mrs. Hill delivered the financing she promised with an awesome rate! I had wonderful experience at this dealership. Gian took me for a test drive and thoroughly explained the different features. Gian was patient and kind and gave the information in a detailed but understandable explanation of the highlights or questions I had. I had a great buying experience. Rich explained the papers I sighned and gave me a self addressed Fed Ex envelope to return my title along with extra key. The car was just beautiful when I got in it before leaving. Gian, sat in the car and in detail explained the features of hands free, map, etc. So much information in short amount of time, explained in understandable way. Excellent overall experience.

I just received my 6 car from Acura Carland and the experience has always been as excellent as the first time. I have to say they are the best in what they do. I had repairs done to my second car due to an accident and it was amazing. Being someone not car savy they explained everything and took care of my transportation in the meantime. My person that I see is Hugh Kronitz in Duluth, Ga. He is so awesome. He pays attention to what I want in a car and stays focused on that. I have used him every time. He is honest and keeps my interest his utmost priority. I have never seen any salesman there be anything but nice and friendly. It is a wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Financing is a breeze and they are very good.

My wife and I brought in our 2002 Acura MDX for service. The whole check in process was easy and everyone courteous. Gil was our service rep. We went to the waiting room while they did the service and check-up. We needed some service work done and with 190,000 miles on our MDX we decided to look at cars on the floor. We have loved our MDX and so we wanted to stay with Acura. We looked at the new MDX but decided we did not need as large a car, so we bought the RDX. Our salesman was Mark Lieberman and he was very helpful and professional. We felt he got the most out of our car for trade and we decided on the 2013 RDX with 5,600 miles on it. Just two days, but we like our choice. Once we finished the sales process with Mark, Richard in finance was very helpful. He found us a very low rate to finance and was not pushy on selling the additional coverages. Then Mark spent all of the time we needed to give us a tutorial on operating the car with all of its electronics. A good buying experience, especially because we did not go in planning on buying a new car.

I have been leasing Acuras for almost 20 years now. I started out with the Integra and have now recently leased a new 2012 TL. No matter what the label, Integra, TSX or TL, the fact that it carries the Acura name is the part that has always made the difference. I have occasionally thought about going outside the brand and have test driven other cars thinking that I might want something new and different. I always come back to Acura because for one thing, they keep improving their product so that it does always feel new and different, and secondly because for the price, you really can't beat the feel of luxury, the bells and whistles, and the quality and reliability that comes with owning an Acura. No matter how much I have ever thought about straying away, I always come back to Acura when I go back and test drive the latest model and compare it to other cars in the same "luxury class". I can be guaranteed to pay less and get more when I finally get the Acura. In my 20 years of owning an Acura I have never had a single issue mechanically, or otherwise. I have had occasion to use the road side assistance that comes with owning an Acura FREE, and it has come through every time. Even when it was as simple as locking my keys in the trunk. I had a person there in less than 30 minutes and paid nothing for the service. In this era of economic instability, where I measure every dollar I spend more carefully, I also care that I am getting a good deal. In my 20 years of owning an Acura, I have also always returned to the same dealership and to the same sales person. I hate to even use the word "sales person" to describe Hugh Kronitz, whom I have worked with since the beginning, If you call, or go to Acura Carland, you will see the difference in service and customer treatment. You will be treated in a way that makes you feel comfortable without feeling pressured. If you deal with Hugh in particular, you will be dealing with an honest, professional and courteous person who stands behind his word and who can be counted on to give you the best deal possible. In the beginning it was hard for me to believe that I was getting the best deal possible when it seemed so easy to deal with Hugh. So I would talk to him, comparison shop and find out that he was in fact giving me the best price out there. It has now developed into a relationship where I call him and let him know I am ready to trade in a car and he let's me know what is out there and we work it all out over the phone. I trust him implicitly and I am in and out of the dealership in an hour or less with a brand new car. In this day and age, how many people have that kind of relationship with ANYONE. Hugh is part of the brand, Acura Carland is part of the brand, and my new TL is part of the Acura brand. You will not be sorry if you buy from him, from that dealership and you will be the envy of all when you are driving an Acura. I am always the designated driver because everyone wants to ride in my car! I love Hugh, I love Acura Carland and I love my new TL. Why else would I take the time to write such a long review!

Everything about my experience in buying my RDX was positive, from the email response to my online inquiry to my visit to my phone calls to my purchasing experience. Acura Carland had the best selection in town, both new and used. I looked at both new and used, ultimately buying a new car. My salesperson, Hugh Kronitz, was extremely professional and helpful in every respect. The buying process was smooth and reasonably fast. Then, after my purchase, I was surprised with a training session from Gian on every component on my car, from the trunk to the GPS. I never felt rushed; he even let me program in my favorite telephone number for voice command. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are considering an Acura.

I believe this dealership failed to discover a problem while my car was under warranty. It ended up costing me over $500 to fix. I contacted them and was not satisfied with their attempt to appease me. I will never go there again. I also contacted Client Services, to no avail.
