I’m blown away by how great the customer service is at this dealership. I buy vehicles all the time for my company and this was the best place I’ve bought from by far. My sales guy, Jay, was awesome! He was honest and not trying to play games, which I can really appreciate. Kevin, the sales manager, was so nice and professional as well. What a great team they are there. No wonder they have great ratings.

Top notch service! My wife and I were car shopping for weeks and we had an amazing experience compared to the other dealerships. From the time we walked through the doors, to the pick up of our new vehicle it was great and they went above and beyond. Extra shout out to Nate and Aubrie who were tremendous help!

We met with Aubrie today to buy an Acura TLX. Great experience! Aubrie was very informative, professional and patient. It was a comfortable experience. We also met with Ron for financing and received an equally great experience....present our options but not overly pushing them on us when we opted out. One of the best car shopping experiences I've had. Was worth the 30 minute drive through Boston! A must visit!

I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dealership. My sales consultant Aubrie was phenomenal and I truly recommend you going in and asking for her service. Very attentive and listened to my needs. Was able to get the car I truly wanted.

Rarely do you walk into a dealership and just enjoy your day there. This happened to me when on a whim I decided to check out the Acura of Boston Dealership in Brighton. I was really interested to see the ILX model. I was met by the wonderful Ed Martens. He listened more than he spoke (important to me when I am explaining to any salesperson what I am looking for) and guided me through all the options I had. I never felt rushed. He was attentive and thoughtful and while I know they are there to sell cars and conduct business, it felt friendly and not pushy. He really gave me an overview of all the details I needed to look at and consider, and was just really awesome to discuss purchase options and car models. It's important to me to build a nice business relationship with someone as I am planning to make this major and costly purchase soon. I highly recommend working with Ed for your car buying needs, it was a very enjoyable experience!
