Recently bought the used car from this dealer and extremely satisfied. I walked around some years ago and stopped by and we had a pleasant conversation with the sales men who showed me couple cars. At that moment of time I was not ready to but an Acura and I moved on. In this year I found very attractive deal and stopped by again. I was so surprised to see the same sales person and I was so happy to talk with him again. I usually have several requests before I go to sign the papers, and sometimes dealers refused them. Not in this case! All my requests were satisfied and overall process of buying and registering car was simple and transparent. No hidden items, no extra fess, everything on paper. Amazing deals and very good quality. Will recommend this dealership.

I took my 2013 ILX in for a standard oil change. During my consultation with Colin, I told him that I suspected a nail in the rear passenger tire and requested to have the service team take a look. Additionally, Colin let me know that they could also take care of my recalled air bag inflator while i was there. As promised, within 1 hour, all three items were addressed and I was on my way.

As I was driving home late yesterday afternoon, I began to experience trouble with my car. I drove straight to Brookfield Acura and arrived at about 4:50 PM. I had not called and had no appointment. I was greeted with a smile and told it was no problem to see to my problem. Within the hour the trouble was diagnosed, repaired and I was on my way. Every person I encountered was courteous and professional. I have been using this dealership for the eleven years I live in /Brookfield, and would not consider going anywhere else!

I went to look at a really nice 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6, one owner, low miles. The car was nearly perfect. I dealt with Robert Castelli, who was very helpful with the functions of the car. After a test ride he asked if I wanted to trade my 98 Accord that I drove there. I was not even considering that but after some negotiating we agreed on a price and BINGO....I drove home a beautiful car. The whole experience was great! I have not dealt with many car dealers but this was painless. I got a good deal from a great dealership. I would go back there again.

I had some problems with obtaining my Home Equity Loan, mostly because I own a condo. It took 7 1/2 weeks before it was finally finished. Keith lost the sale for May because of the loan problems, but he was so nice about it. Finally on June 30th the funds were deposited and I was able to get the car. Keith picked me up because I was not trading my car in and it was his day off. Just a great person to work with and always so nice.I had set my heart on the Honda CRV, but once I drove the Acura RDX, I was hooked. Came in for my scheduled oil change and had a minor issue with a tire losing a bit of pressure over time. Diagnosed as a minor leak in the Tire Pressure Monitor, which didn't need to be now, but in the future. No charge for that diagnosis. Great service when I brought my car in for an oil change. It turned out that my car "signaled" that other service needed to be done. The amount of time for the service was longer than expected. I was offered another car while mine was in "the shop". Plus they delivered my car to my house when it was convenient to me! I have never experienced this type of service! Richard Bravata has been great as my "salesman" for each of my MDX purchases and really has become a friend. I always trust that he will come to me with the best deal and keep me informed of my options. They take you thru every detail of the car to make sure you know all the new options in the car and are fully comfortable with your purchase. My great experience does not stop there as I continue to have great interactions with everyone in the business offices as well as the service team. They all are extremely good at communicating every step along the way. David Kaemmer was very good to work with. I made contact during the previous week with David answering several questions about a particular used vehicle. I advised David of my visit and upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted and vehicle was cleaned ready for drive trial. Dealer pride showed in the way the used vehicles are cleaned. I have visited several dealerships that make a very poor attempt at cleaning their used vehicles, such as still having dog hair still in the carpets. I knew what vehicle I was looking for, and the options required, so the actual deal was pretty straight forward. Brian Chilson is very knowledgeable and the financial closing was handled in an expedient professional manner. Title processing was also expedient, where as I had the title processed from Wisconsin through Illinois in less than 2 weeks. My wife appreciated the flowers at delivery. As stated earlier, the used car prep is outstanding. In fact, prep so so detailed, we were able to take delivery the same day instead of the normal 3-4 days, which saved me a 3 hour round trip.

I made an on-line appointment for scheduled service, based on the reminder that appeared on my dashboard. After doing so, I received a call reviewing the recommended repairs, etc. The Service representative stated that he would apply a coupon that was available on line (that I wasn't aware of) - which I greatly appreciated. In addition, I knew I would not be able to pick up my car when it was complete, as my husband was out of of town and didn't have a way to get there etc. I was offered transportation to and from the dealership. Even though the logistics wouldn't work, I greatly appreciated that it as an option. I received updates on the progress of my repairs and a call when they were completed. I picked up the car the following morning - and even had the delight of having the frost from my car windows scraped so it was ready to drive. I love this dealership. I have a 2009 Acura TL - it is by far the best car I have ever had. It has ONLY needed scheduled maintenance. You have the option of a new loaner, which is fun; everyone from the service staff to the cashiers, to the guys who retrieve your car for you are top notch and make you feel truly valued as a customer. Wrong oil in car. Synthetic oil should have been in computer. According to manufacture wrong pressure in tires. Scheduled for oil, blades & tire rotation. They don't charge for things they shouldn't, they let you know exactly what they are doing and don't go ahead on repairs without letting you know, their work is good and timely and they are pleasant and wonderful to work with. I have bought two cars from them and both times my experience was good and the cars were in excellent shape. My car broke down on a Friday evening. I called just before closing and they advised my to have the car towed in the next day. I did and they took me in on Saturday and provided a loaner until completed. besides the need for a starter (the reason for the breakdown) they also proceeded to look other things over and found additional work to be done. The work was done completely and done early. I was contacted several times in between to make sure I was OK with the repairs. I was provided with several options and I was treated very courteously.

Always the same staff who are friendly, professional, and are incredibly knowledgeable about the product and services offered. Scheduling for service is super easy, just pull in the side door, which opens upon your arrival, pull in to the heated, tiled almost showroom like room, they great you at your car and thoroughly take the time to understand your needs and explain the services and costs up front. My TL ended up having a coolant / transmission issue. I was near the airport at the time and couldn't drive much more that few blocks before my temp gauge would hit the roof. I talked with John Vasos and he advised it would be best to tow at that point. He hooked me up with a preferred towing vendor that arrived quickly with a flat bed too. Colin met me at the tow truck to check mileage and start checking me in. A loaner was setup quickly and I was on my way. Picked up the car the next day and I'm back on the road!This is just one of my many excellent service experiences I've had at Acura of Brookfield. They know how to keep their customers happy. I bought my first Acura from Brookfield Acura 16 years ago. I kept my TL for 13 years and then traded it in 3 years ago for an RDX. I have all my service done at this dealership for all 16 years. It is always a fantastic experience, unlike many 'service' experiences I have had. They will give you a ride home if your work will take awhile or you can get a free loaner while the work is being done. So very easy and convenient. Also their waiting area has big comfortable leather couches, a TV, snacks, a fridge full of cold drinks and a custom coffee machine. There are computer workstation areas and bistro tables if you want to get something done while you wait. And on my most recent visit last week, they have added a free chair massage while you wait. What !?? My 90 minute appointment sailed by. My service was done, my car was washed and waiting out front. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

My MDX was in for a minor recall fix. This car has essentially been trouble free for 20,000 miles. When I called for an appointment they greeted me, as always, with friendship and welcoming attitude. I bought a used 2003 MDX(182K) a year ago from AoB. I've had in back in for service and recalls 4 or 5 times and have always been treated well. Problems have been fixed and they have handled me as though I had purchased a new car. Twice I've been given a new car as a loaner when the work would take a while or overnight. Even when we brought my daughters '98 Acura in for a new key they bent over backwards to serve us.

This is in stark contrast from the experience I had with another dealership down the road. This dealership did not appreciate the fact that I like doing some of my own work, and it seemed like a real chore for them to deviate or modify their set maintenance.

If and when I changed automobiles it will not be the fought of dealer. It will be because of the manufacturer. I have been disappointed the last few years with the manufacturer's engineering and design team. They have become more radical and out of touch with the market each year. I've posted reviews for Brookfield before. I will continue to do so. That's because similar to what another review said, it's hard to believe that an honest, charge less rather than more Acura dealership exists. Almost sounds like a fantasy;-) I live in Chicago, bought my first car from Brookfield 13 years ago, and continue to return as I'm on my third Acura. Service is exceptional, I usually work with Colin, who knows what it means to give personalized attention & get things done. They charge by the book for what a job costs & their techs get it done in that time, instead of maximizing time & charging for every minute, as I've had happen every time I go to an Acura dealership in the Chicagoland area. It's paid for the gas/travel time to Wisconsin many times over through the years. Nick, the head technician at the dealership, almost always works on my cars & does excellent, top-notch work. I never have issues after leaving the dealership. I'm moving out West in a few months & am terrified at how badly I'm going to get jacked at local dealerships. When the car needs major work (clutch, transmission, etc) I will probably bring it back to Brookfield to have it done, even at extra cost. That's how much I trust their integrity & quality of service. John has also been an invaluable source of information & guidance regarding aftermarket upgrades for my car. It's been truly inspirational to be a customer of theirs. I will miss you guys!:-)

I say sadly surprised because I have become accustom to manufacturers and their distributors refusing to stand behind their products, and have just accepted it as the way things are done in the modern world. Acura of Brookfield is a refreshing exception to this. I have been dealing with other automobile manufacturers and dealerships for over thirty years, and this is the first time I felt motivated to give anyone a positive review. The story below goes into a little detail of how well I was treated. I went to Acura of Brookfield fully expecting to pay for a repair that was the result of an obvious design problem with my car. (On-line research indicated that the problem I was experiencing was also being experienced by others. It was a minor trim related problem, mechanically the car has been solid, as you might expect from Acura.) When I checked in, I got the typical well take a look at for you from the service representative. I didnt say anything about knowing that this was a design problem, figuring that it wouldnt help anyway, and it wasnt the service representatives fault so why yell at him. After only a few minutes the service representative came over to give me the damages (like I said, I expected to pay for the repair). He told me they had the part in stock and could do the repair while I waited. And, that because they have seen a pattern of my model car with this issue, they would be doing the repair for free. (My only complaint is how hard their floor is because I fell out of my chair.) Are you kidding me? Someone in this day and age putting their money where their mouth is? It would have been easy to tell me how sorry they were, but because the car is out of warranty it was going to cost me to get it fixed. They could have offered me a bottle of water, apologized again and been like the rest of the friendly distributors who dont stand behind their products. Acura of Brookfield was not only friendly, they did the right thing for their customer.Why cant every car dealer behave like Acura of Brookfield?

I worked with Matt in online sales who hooked up a great price on my new Acura TLX and then paired me and wife with sales consultant Mike Brumfield. Mike was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We drive the vehicle and did the appraisal on our trade in the dealership but then everything else was handled online. It was amazing to have everyone emailing and taking care of everything rather than sitting in the dealership for a long time (their dealership is beautiful so no negative points on that). We came back in on Saturday, got the confirmation on trade allowance and signed docs with Sue Klein. Mike then took us to the car that was in the showroom bay with a dozen roses sitting on the windshield. What?!?! Who does that anymore? Completely blown away on the presentation. Mike showed us the adjustments on the personal settings and we were off. All within an hour at the most. Nice job everyone- you've got an Acura buyer for life now. Considering I sold cars for 3 years out of college and have bought 5 cars of my own since, I know a diamond when I see it. This dealership is something special.

I've had the opportunity over 30 years to have purchased multiple Acura vehicles dating back to two Legends in the late 80's and 90's, a TL, MDX, RDX and most recently an RLX Hybrid. The 4 latter vehicles were sold to my wife and I by Rich Bravada, who I would highly recommend as a thorough, meticulous authority on vehicles he sells. i had made a mistake and took my wife's MDX to a small local garage for an oil change and rotate her tires. Well the next day she called me from the road and asked why it was shimming and vibrating when she went over 60 miles per hour. I drove it to the same experience and took it back to have the local garage to take a look at it. We were told it would be about a week before they could get at it, I called the owner and they looked at it in a half hour and told me the tie rods were bad. We have both Acura Care and another 15,000 miles on the certified warranty. So I called Acura of Brookfield and we were in the next day. They took a look at what was going on and found the local garage for some reason over weighted the front tires and then lied to me and his boss. Now it would have been very easy to go along with the first analysis and have all new tie rods done on our warranty but they were very truthful and removed the weights and only charged $66.00 which they had to lose money on the deal because i was there for almost two hours. But there is a great waiting area with WIFI and Starbucks coffee so i was able to work while i waited. Only place that will work on that vehicle from now on.

As a first time buyer of a used Acura I had done my research and was not in need of much assistance picking a vehicle; however the sales reps were very friendly and not pushy. They were persistent and were there to assist in any way they could. The only quarrels I had were with the used sales management and financing department; they were pushy and bordered on disrespect. I was not happy with their lack of sympathy for the situation as a first time buyer. Besides that aspect I am sure I will visit again down the line and would refer AOB to friends.

I recently purchased a 2013 used Acura RDX. I looked at a couple places but I liked the whole dealer experience. Mike Brumfield was my sales rep. When I walked into the dealership I liked the fact that I was able to just go in and see the vehicle. You hear all these horror stories of how pushy car salesmen are but Mike was very professional and gave me all the information I needed and let me walk out to think through it. I then stayed in touch via email and when I went in to actually purchase the vehicle, I had vetted every single number on the invoice and so there were no surprises. All of the paper work was already drawn up when I got there and the whole process took less than 40 mins. I felt comfortable going in by myself since I had reviewed all the numbers before. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that the vehicle had a lot of small scrates and scuffs. However, Mike brought over Jake (service department) to help me before I drove off with the vehicle. Jake was very understanding and patient. He was willing to buff and clean and touch up every single item I pointed out and he did it with a smile. I wish this was done prior to it being delivered to me but Jake helped make the vehicle so much better. So note to all used car buyers - make sure you take delivery when there is daylight so that you can see all the scratches and dents if any. Always do a walk around. Overall, I was very happy with my buying experience and would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an Acura.

This was my first visit and consideration of a Japanese brand. I was replacing a 2007 SUV and had read a ton of materials. Acura seemed to have a great SUV product from all the articles. I had compared a number of vehicles for size, mileage, storage and a number of other features. One area of Acura impressed me is that the company does not try to be everything to everyone...stick to what you do best.While casually viewing the products in the showroom I was asked by Richard Bravata if I had any questions. He was low key and most helpful. I returned with my wife a week later and we test drove two vehicles and eventually put a deal together. Mr. Bravata and Acura of Brookfield were pleasant and easy to do business with. Mr. Bravata was most helpful in going over all the features and we are most pleased with our 2014 MDX. They also pleasantly took our 2007 classic off our hands. Although only owning the car for less than a week I am most satisfied with my purchase from Acura of Brookfield...and I live forty miles away. Many SUV dealers in between.

I've purchased seven cars from AOB and referred numerous friends, six or so of whom have bought from AOB as well. Love the RDX and it had been a service loaner with very low mileage, so feel I got a great value -- didn't have to experience the big depreciation of driving a new car off the lot, but got the incredible reliability and mind-blowing tech package of the 2013 RDX. My only "could-have-been-better" comment is that I felt the dealership did not initially start out with a legitimate price on the car and it took many many back-and-forth offers to get them down into what was a fair price. Hate to assume that was because I was a woman negotiating the car alone, but.... Haven't yet used the service process for this particular car, but traded in an Acura TSX and have found the service process and facility to be outstanding.

After the drive he took us to his office and worked on various paper work and he offered us coffee and water while we were there. I have used Acura of Brookfield for many years, and find their service department to be top notch and their service advisers to be highly competent. Vehicle is usually done on time and done right, with no returns for additional repairs. That being said, their rates have risen to some very, very lofty levels in the last few years, and routine services are now bordering on obscene prices. For instance, to change spark plugs in a 4-cylinder Acura, a job I can do myself in approx. 30-40 minute, with 20 bucks worth of plugs, I was quoted $142 BEFORE TAX! An oil change on an SUV - $55. Again, this is something I can do myself for $23, labor and materials included. This is completely out of line, and the reason I no longer consider them I viable option for routine maintenance. Unfortunately to get the "maintenance required" light cleared, I need to bring it to them.

I stopped by Acura of Brookfield to schedule a routine oil change on my 9 year old Acura TSX. They asked when would it be convenient. I said anytime in the next few days. They said that they could do it now, if I had ~30 minutes. They offered to take me back to work and pick me up at the end of day as well. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Acura of Brookfield when I purchased a new vehicle. It was never forceful or pushy but seemed more like a conversation of getting to know what I wanted and needed. Rich was exceptional with listening and walking me thru the process. He even spent quite some time teaching me about the vehicle - something I have never had others do. Negotiating on the price was not as unbearable as I thought it would be. He was reasonable and very competitive. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience and will likely purchase a car from them again. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Starbucks coffee, what else can you ask for?!?

I took my 2009 RDX in to have a new key programmed. While I was there I asked the service representative, Gary if they could remove a couple of scratches on the hood. The scratches were buffed out and the car looks great. As always, the service was wonderful and the car was ready in the time promised, washed and looking better than ever. The car was taken in for the 15,000 service, nothing major. The technician failed one of my major auto-service pet peeves by not resetting the oil life indicator. Honestly, that should be included as the last check the technician makes before driving the car to the wash bay. It left me to search the Internet for a how-to when I got home from work; not what I expected from the dealership.

I had my clutch replaced. It took a few days as parts had to be ordered. Colin Fiedler was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. He explained the process and the "whys", which is not often my experience with other dealerships or repair shops. Colin gave me all my options and helped me make a decision by telling me what he would do. Colin, thanks for making a difference! I have been a customer of AOB since 2001, getting my bought before I lived in WI Acura serviced there and then have subsequently purchased two (2003 CL-S; 2004 RL) from them. I have nothing but the highest regard for this dealership. I wpould recommend them without any equivocation. Over these 12 years I have been treated great. The sales experiences were reasonable--good price and not too drawn out. (I've bought / owned 34 cars...I KNOW! :>) ) The service from John Vasos's team (Ron K., Gary K, Colin, etc.) has been nothing short of excellent. I bring my cars in every 7,500 and so that usually means 2x a year over the last 12 years we've interacted. They fix my cars, they do it right...or make it right when needed; they provide loaners, they provide rides if need be. Only "down" comments: they need a bigger dealership for the thruput they handle; their car wash ought to be brushless and the water in Brookfield--even after treatment--is a huge challenge to them. Yet...they do great within these constraints. keep it up! One loyal and very happy customer.

I had my 90K tune up and a timing belt replacement. They pampered my car and it runs like new. They never pressure me into trading up, they do the work they promise in a timely fashion and actually came in under what they estimated. I always feel at ease at Brookfield Acura. I love them. I'm waiting for their hybrid to come out and I will buy another Acura, my fourth.

Over the past 20 years, I have always received nothing but outstanding service at Acura of Brookfield, unlike just about every other service department I have dealt with. One aspect which I really appreciate is that they have never 'upsold' me on items which did not really to be replaced, like just about every other dealer does. I also like that they always return the car to me washed, and as clean on the inside as it was when I dropped it off (no 'complementary' grease marks or tools). Their prices are definitely fair, especially considering the high level of service I receive, and I am very appreciative that they offer a new Acura Service Loaner when I need to drop off my car for an extended period - this is invaluable, and Acura of Brookfield is one of the few dealers to offer this! This overall dealership experience, coupled with outstanding reliability, remains a primary motivating factor for me to continue to purchase Acura again in the future, even though their current models have definitely lost the class leading appeal they had in the mid 2000's.

I never worry when I bring my car to this dealership - I know I can trust their integrity and am always treated with exceptional service. From the handshake when I arrive, to the ease of using a loaner (without cost) for the day, it is a delightful experience. Honestly, before using this dealership, I would have preferred to go to the Dentist for an extraction over taking my car it. Repairs are done in a timely manner, I am kept updated and receive a call when the car is done. Check in at 7:30 am took less than 10 minutes, including getting the loaner car; check out was the same. Highly recommend Acura of Brookfield to ANYONE.

Outstanding buying experience. Mike Brumfield was my salesman and kept me informed of the inventory and search for just the right equipped model I had asked for. I really enjoyed Mike's easy-going style of selling and appreciated his willingness to come in on a scheduled day off to accommodate my calendar. The actual transaction couldn't have been simpler, too. The RDX is great - a technological wonder of mechanical and electronic engineering. Lastly, I gave the facilities 4 stars instead of 5 because it's located on stressful, very busy Bluemound Road ...and far away from my house ! :)

I have never received friendlier service from any dealer. I used to bring my old 1990 Acura Integra in for servicing here when I was in college a few years ago and they treated me with hospitality and respect as if I were 50 years old pulling up in an RL. The service is very friendly and helpful. In all the years I went there (about four) The service department made only one mistake, which was not securing the plastic splash guard under the front suspension after servicing, and it came loose while driving home. I drove back and they replaced it for free without argument or dirty looks. The parts department was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I definitely recommend this dealer for servicing and parts.
