This is the worse place to purchase a vehicle. These people will hold your drivers’ license hostage to make a sale. Once they sell the car to you they will LIE as though they have sent the money to the DMV in Louisiana to purchase your tags. Sheryl in the License and Tags Department is NASTY and INCOMPETENT!!!! She (Sheryl) avoids calls after she has LIED numerous times about sending “temporary tags.” The manger does not follow up when he is left messages. Buy your Acura in Shreveport or Dallas...DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
