I spent 9 days trying to buy a 2016 High Country from them. For me to have to contact another sales person because the first one stopped responding to me. Then I agreed on a price with them said I would take the truck and started the buying process. Only for them to sell the vehicle while in the middle of buying it. An absolute waste of my time! Do not shop here

I bought a certified RDX 50 days ago, I haven't get my plate .... the paper plate was expired 4 days ago!! I left a message to the sales person last week, she didn't reply me. Today, a lady called me after I sent my question to their website. She told me, "I don't know when you could get it, you can ask DOT if you want". I don't think the sales persons and staff I met had professionally trained, the attitude 、the related knowledge、 the response...... made me feel so bad.
