I came in for a required service software update per American Honda and to order the recalled Takata airbag. I asked them to check for slow leaks in the Driver side front and year tires. I was waiting for the car, as I was told the software update would only take approximately 35 minutes. I was not communicated with for an hour and 40 minutes. The maintenance customer service rep (I don't know his name, but had red hair, beard & mustache), came out with 2 filthy air filters claiming to be from my car and told me it would be over $100 to replace both of them or $75 to purchase them from parts. I declined, called a local auto parts store & found out that the brand name air filters only cost $37! I was told that my brake fluid should be flushed for $125 and that all 4 seals on my tires were bad and that would cost over $100! I declined all of those services and was told they hadn't even started the software update or ordered by airbag! That was the reason for my service appointment! I had to keep asking when my car would be done. I asked the service manager to come speak with me, but he didn't. I had to go to his office and speak with him. He apologized for the time and lack of communication and tried to justify every price and misstep they had made. He offered me no credit, only an apology and "if there is anything he can do in the future..." NO THANKS. I only hope they did actually perform the software update correctly and when I get my new airbag, it won't be another 3 hours and other "problems" found.

Very impressive dealership to say the least! My wife was driving an RDX and the lease was almost up. As our family is expanding we needed a bigger SUV and third row seating was a must. We went into Acura of Limerick interested in the 2016 MDX. All of the staff was so nice and personable with my family and I. They were so excited to teach us about the MDX and even offered to save us thousands of dollars and have a longer warranty by showing us a certified pre-owned 2015 MDX. At first my wife wasnt very interested in the 2015 but after learning it could save us that much money, she fell in love with it. I was so impressed that they even offered us that option because other dealerships arent too concerned with saving you money as long as they get their sale. This staff, including management was so incredible and made this experience well worth it. They were 100% honest and unbelievably kind. A few days ago we took the MDX for its first oil change and even their service team was remarkable. At the end of the day, this dealership exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be recommending Acura of Limerick to everybody I know. My family and I will unquestionably be going back in the future to purchase another vehicle.

Such a great experience here working with Derek on my new RDX. I'm an attorney and always on the road, but researched enough to know the new 2016 RDX Advance was the right replacement for a Lexus lease I never liked. Derek and his Coordinator Tom were able to get me information all by email without distracting me on the phone during the day, and I made an appointment to stop in the next day. Even though Derek was busy, another associate Brittany was thrilled to show me the new RDX Advance and once we were back I sat down with Derek and got right to the point talking about my car and what I wanted on the new one. 5 minutes later we had an easy great deal, no back & forth, no uncomfortable "what if we could", he just got it done and I had a great time. Can't wait to pick up my new RDX, and looking forward to seeing these guys in service when I visit later too.

From the second I walked into this dealership, I knew it was luxury. I went into Acura of Limerick looking for an ILX and met Brittany. She made me feel so comfortable and was so personable with me as she helped me pick out the perfect car. Brittany did not make me feel pressured or cornered like other sales people do. She took her time in making sure she knew exactly was I was looking for and figuring out what was most important for me to have in a car. She was knowledgeable with the product and was also confident in teaching me all about the ILX. Because of Brittany I recommend all of my family, friends, and co-workers to go to Acura of Limerick and ask for her. As a result of having such a positive experience at this dealership, I drove away with a white Acura ILX premium A-SPEC. This whole team at this dealership is wonderful, helpful, and has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions. I already am looking forward to going back in the future when my lease is up!

From the modernized furnishing to the technological innovations, this schematics of this facility are truly pioneering. I was promptly greeted by an exuberant receptionist upon walking in. From that moment on my experience was incredible.The sales staff was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and energized. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever and felt they had genuine interest in my wants and needs. Management was also very helpful and insightful on the brand due to their numerous years of dedication to Acura. Their service department goes above and beyond! The first oil change is on the house, car wash done by hand every time you service with the option of a free loaner (every time), and FREE state inspection for LIFE!!!My experience was easily a 10/10! The internet staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, between the emails with Tom and working directly with Derek it was an overall great experience in which I normally dread. I provided my company pricing on a new TLX V6, and they went even further by beating the price and working towards MY numbers. I left with full confidence, and will be driving out of my way to stop by their dealership for service. I recommend going through their Internet department, as you will not get generic responses but actual answers to your questions.

This dealership gets an A+ in my estimation. The professional manner of Tom & Derek far exceeded any expectation that I could have assumed. I waited until I got my first service done to write a review. And as expected, they were nice,personal and professional. I had Acuras for a long time and had to deal with multiple dealerships since they didn't have a dealership locally until they opened Acura of Limerick. They exceeded my expectations based on experiences by other dealerships to sell me one and now service. Having the best facility with plenty of personal space does not hurt. I usually don't write reviews but I decided to write it here because they had nice reviews everywhere else but here which can be confusing for customers.

April 2014 - Inspection - rear brakes are 7/6mm June 2014 - multipoint inspection - rear brakes are 7/6mm October 2014 - multipoint inspection - rear brakes are 1.7mm that will be $1000 please. I was told by Shawn that salt on the road (in the summer) caused the caliper to hang and that caused 5mm to wear off in 100 days.

Please don't waste your time or money here. This dealership is dishonest and rude. They make empty promises and then try to pull bait and switch tactics. The won't stop at any expense to deceive you and try to confuse you with payment numbers vs. the true value of your trade and price of the vehicle. I think I have seen better customer service at most used car lots on your local corner. If it looks and smells like a rat it is a rat!!!

When I pulled up to the dealership I was very impressed with the facilities. However, once I got inside, the customer service immediately overshadowed the space. I was very surprised to see just how accomodating they were here. Jon, my salesperson, did everything he could to make sure I ended up driving away with my 2011 TL SH AWD, and more importantly, that i was happy with the deal I got. Unfortunately, I live too far away to continuously get my car serviced here, but, I am extremely happy that this is where I purchasedit!

Awesome new Acura store! I live in close to the Delaware border below Philadelphia and there are a few dealers in the area but none I was ever overly impressed with. Especially after one didn't know how smart key access worked or that the car had bluetooth audio where I first test drove.Started browsing online to see what was out there on a new TL because I enjoyed the drive and from the first (and nicest) phone call from Kelly to working with Derek who found me the one last 2012 TL in a color I wanted, it was easy and fun. I wasn't exactly sure where Limerick was at first but it's only 10-15 minutes from the King of Prussia mall and so easy to get to without traffic. I will be coming back again and look forward to visiting for service--the customer lounge in this new place has to be seen to be believed. Great people to work with!

I had my first test drive of the MDX a couple of weeks ago. After test driving a few other cars at other dealerships, I decided on the MDX. I worked with both Mike Gorka and Adam Green and both were extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. I wanted a new car but dreaded the car buying process, but I have to say it was a very positive experience. I will recommend this dealership and Mike and Adam to anyone interested in an Acura product.

At 56000 miles I experienced engine failure in my 06 Acura TL. Initially I was told my warranty expired at 50000 miles. When I pointed out it was covered up until 70000 miles, they quickly told a second lie, saying it was denied because I had a cold air intake system on my car. No way will this cause crankshaft bearing failure. When I pressed them to prove it, which I knew they could not, they insisted I pay $400 for them to find the cause. Low and behold, crankshaft bearing failure. I religiously change my oil with Royal Purple Synthetic oil which is rated for 12000 mile change interval. I went a step further and changed the oil according to the car's MID. Over the 5 year period I had misplaced one oil change receipt from three years ago, showing an interval of 9000 miles where there was no proof of me changing the oil. Corporate Acura denied my claim without a specific reason. They told me it was because of inconsistent oil changes. I will never buy another Acura or Honda again.

I recently purchased the car of my dreams - a 2007 Acura TL type S...or so I thought. Going to Metro Acura has proven to be a true to life NIGHTMARE! I do believe that Honda makes a great car and if you're in the market for a "new" Honda/A...cura you can go to any dealer and be assured you're more or less getting a great car for the price, NEVERTHELESS... if you're looking to purchase a per-owned/certified Honda, or in my case, Acura, please PLEASE take it from me DO NOT GO TO METRO ACURA. I've had my TL for a little over 3 months and have had to service so many times I've lost count! 1) As I pulled away from the dealer, the very day I purchased it, the radio and navigational system died, had to take my dream car the very next day and leave it for several days to be serviced . Shortly thereafter...2) Rear window had to be replaced due to malfunctioning defrost. And then...3) Several lights on the dashboard had to be replacedFurthermore...4) Passenger car seat warmer was defective and had to be serviced. Oh no! STILL MORE...5) I noticed the car was pulling to the left...took it in...had to align 6) Took the car in this past weekend because the brakes were screeching... $675.00 for brakes and rotors, on a car I've just had for 3 MONTHS!!! This is supposed to be a CERTIFIED VEHICLE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE SINKING MONEY INTO IT, NOT THIS EARLY IN THE GAME. Oh and also...7) I told them to check my driver side seat because i had notice it seemed to shift...YES THE SEAT RAILING HAS TO BE REPLACED!!!!Paid the 675$ but then thought how unjust it was for me to have to pay for something that should have not gone bad soooo fast. Called Metro the next day and spoke to Manager Tom McDonald who listened and at times I felt would take it upon himself to rectify the situation, however, he said he would have to take it up with GM June Park to see if some sort of reimbursement or discount could be given me. Nevertheless, Tom called me a few minutes later to tell me that June Park was not going to do none of the above and if I had a compliant take it to Acura and offered me a number to call!

I am a college grad and purchased my beautiful 2010 acura tsx here. I did my research and went to several dealers. I found a car that I wanted at another acura dealer. The salesman was rude and played the stereotypical salesman bs and gimmicks which I found to be highly irritating and discouraging. Needless to say I ultimately decided they would not receive my business. However I continued in my search and fortunately found OSCAR QUEZADA. He was absolutely amazing and resembled nothing of a stereotypical salesman. He was honest, very informative, and best of all, no typical salesman gimmicks. By this I mean he was there to answer every question, was extremely easy to talk to, friendly, very knowledgeable, yet at the same time was not pushy. He was very straight forward and I cannot express this enough. It was almost like shopping for a car with your friend that works at that dealership. He made my first car buying experience an absolute pleasure which I didn't think was possible. I absolutely would recommend you purchasing a vehicle from Oscar Quezada at metro acura. I will definitely be purchasing any and all my future cars with Oscar at Metro Acura! Ask for Oscar Quezada, and I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed! I have recommended him to other family members, friends and even coworkers.

Had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. Was straight forward, truthful and especially, J.P who spoke with us for the long time on our first visit. They definitely honor their price quote, and did have the vehicle we were looking for in stock, unlike other dealers who did not and made us drive to their place, only to be told, they have to make arrangements to get the car here for extra cost. Overall a very good, experience and would definitely recommend this dealer.

Purchased an 06 TSX in Nov06 from Metro. Dealt with 4 different dealers through Internet/email negotiation. By the time I got to Justin (internet sales mgr) i had all the numbers worked out and was able to haggle fairly well. He also made sure I got the head unit out of my old car. all in all was fairly painless.I also took the car back in April for an oil change. I had an appt for 1pm but they didn't get to it until almost 2pm. However this was on a saturday. No major issues with service but it was only an oil change.
