Had an amazing experience at Acura of Milford. After an exhausting search for the right vehicle that was suitable for my credit/budget I was blessed to be referred to Dee. She was absolutely helpful in the entire process. She then connected me to Omar who finalized all the paperwork. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I work directly with customers and I know when someone goes above and beyond for you. The entire experience was just refreshing. The process was easy and hassle free. They knew exactly what my needs were and met them and went the extra mile. This type of Customer Service is rare now a days and very hard to come across. I purchased a used GMC Pickup truck from Craig Rich at Acura of Milford. He was by far one of the best Sales Specialist I have ever worked with. He communicated very well throughout the whole process and didn't leave anything unanswered. I have a few small issues to work out on the vehicle and he has been very accommodating and helpful regarding these issues. Hope to do business with him again in the future.

If we could give no star 🌟 we would. We went to test drive a vehicle and when test driving we found the vehicle had problems. They said that they'd sell the vehicle as is without fixing the issue or lowering the price. We put cash down to see what the numbers would look like and the car shot up to 15k from 12k. We drove an hour each way to see the vehicle and decided we didn't want to pursue. After calling them and stating we would drive down to pick up the cash they said ok and to bring the receipt. We drove an hour again to get our money back to find out they mail the check out to us and we couldn't get money back for the vehicle today it would be mailed to us in 5-7 days. When questioning them as to why they'd have us make the drive down they said there was nothing they could do for us. Avoid going and doing business with Acura of Milford. They don't have respect for time and no consideration as to the 4 hours total of driving back and fourth for nothing.
