In all of my years of car buying this had to be the best transaction from start to finish. I would say "low pressure" sales, but in fact, it was "no pressure" sales. Christopher Wood, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, and ready to answer any and all questions. It was clear from the beginning that we were dealing with a true professional who knows his cars (and not just Acuras!) I never felt like Chris was rushing to get to "the deal," but rather that he actually enjoyed the process of introducing the vehicle and giving you a true sense of what it would be like to own it, and live with it. When it came down to making a deal, I felt that the transaction was fair and transparent. No smoke and mirrors. No extra charges lurking behind the final curtain. Even in the current environment of low inventory, I felt that I was getting a good price and a fair deal -- probably better than any previous deals when there were no pandemic-induced shortages. Everyone we came into contact with at Acura of Rochester was friendly, respectful, and professional. We drove away feeling like we were valued customers, and that they would be happy to see us again whether we were buying our next car or just stopping by to say hello. How many times have you been able to say that about a car dealership?

We sincerely appreciate all the extra TLC Christopher Wood gave to our family as we grappled with the decision over a new car. Your customer service, and follow-through were without parallel. Even though we were customers from out of state attempting to learn about and eventually purchase a vehicle that we had never seen directly nor touched with our own hands, Christopher was able to take the time to educate, inform, communicate, and make the best use of technology to allow this to happen. He was helpful, caring, and transparent throughout the process. Thank you for taking the extra time to make us very happy with our decision.

I have now bought 3 vehicles from the team at Acura of Rochester and Every Time is a fantastic experience. I live in Buffalo and Drive an hour out of my way to specifically utilize this team. On each Occasion I have been welcomed like family, treated with respect, given full attention, and even been able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle within the day seeing as I live farther away. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Simple, easy and fast. Really the best place and brand u can visit if buying or even leasing a vehicle. They have the most luxury sedans i ever seen. The interior really nice and comfortable all around. Not joking i really love this place so honest truth 20 out of 10. Highly recommend acura to anybody and everybody.
