Easy, fast, friendly and an overall great experience! I have driven Ford for 16 years and was deciding between a Ford Edge and a Acura MDX. Lisa and Mike were so friendly and helpful. They took the pressure of sales out of the equation and just gave me great information so I was able to make an informed decision. They made me feel valued and truly wanted me to find the right car for me, regardedless of the them making a sale or not. Because of them I chose Acura and will again in the future!

We're into a steep learning curve to master the new GLC 300 but already have managed the basics of the car and had enough mental strength remaining the first evening to thumb the pages of the owner's manual. Many times before we left the dealership, Lisa invited us to return for another tutorial and we may take her up on it.

We had an excellent experience with everyone at Acura of Salem. They were all very professional and easy to work with. Everyone there treated us very well and gave us a great deal on our trade-in and on the new Acura. From start to finish it was a no stress, no pressure experience and I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

We have purchased from Acura of Salem for several years now & have always been pleased & well taken care of. We recently decided to try a lease, for the first time. We are very much loving & enjoying our beautiful 2016 Acura RDX. We worked with salesman Robert Gale, who did a great job & took the time to explain the vehicle & go through showing how to navigate the new options, etc. We have always been happy with the excellent customer service we have received from Terry Mosgrove, when our vehicle has gone in for servicing. Terry is top notch & has always had a loaner vehicle to use, while the vehicle is being serviced. The staff are all very professiona. We highly recommend purchasing from Acura of Salem. Stay local & stay happy!

We have dealt with Acura of Salem for many years and bought several cars. Klaus Laetsch was such a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. He took the time to go over all the new things on the car and was so good about following up to make sure we were happy and if we had any problems. He even actually offered to come home with us to program the garage door opener. Dealing with him was great and probably the best salesperson we have dealt with at Acura besides Wayne who has retired. On our previous owned vehicle, Mike Schmidt was so helpful with a problem we had and went above and beyond to resolve it.

extremely professional, helpful staff. facility is immaculate, and a pleasure ti visit. extra help such as syncing devices was offered by both sales and service staff. service is carried out properly, quickly, and vehicle is left clean. loaner offered when dealer was doing installation of tgow package and treating carpets and upholstery.

For the second time in the past year, I received excellent service from Paul Nastari at Acura of Salem. Paul had been extremely helpful when I obtained my Acura TSX earlier in the year, so when my wife was looking to replace our Acura RDX, I contacted Paul when I saw a newer used model had become available. As is his custom, Paul was very knowledgeable, providing useful information throughout the process. He also promptly relayed offers and counter-offers, as the negotiations proceeded. Due primarily to his tireless efforts, we received a reasonable "trade-in" value for our "used" vehicle and an imminently fair price for our "new" vehicle. Also, when we arrived to sign the papers, Paul thoroughly reviewed the features of the RDX with my wife, explaining the various options available to her. Because of this exemplary service (as well as that shown by the financing and service departments), I will continue to seek Paul (and the dealership's) help whenever I'm in the market for another vehicle.

We were very happy with the the whole group of people working there, they were very helpful and knowledgeable , and not pushy and tried to help us get what we wanted at the price we wanted, and the trade in price we wanted. We love the RDX we bought, and would go back there again.
