Ever (General Manager) and Amanda are the best! Good customer service and financing was quick. I love my new vehicle, just what I wanted. The Acura dealership in San Juan is SUPER FANCY, the staff are always energetic and smiling. Definitely recommending this dealership to my friends and family!

The gm was a completely disrespectful towards my dad to get the deal that we wanted. Telling him, “you do not want to help your daughter that’s the thing. What kind of human, “gm” says that to a father that’s buying a car for her daughter. 0 stars if I could give this dealership a rating. Got the deal I wanted at Gunn Acura in San Antonio. They have the best costumer service I’ve been seen. They treated us like really nice. Go to Acura San Antonio if you want a great deal and spectacular customer service.

Went to get service on vehicle, picked up vehicle today. If you are so concerned about where I parked my vehicle maybe you should have gotten off that chair you were on to guide me on where to park, instead of having one of your sales reps tell me “the GM doesn’t want you parking there” On another note, had multiple things done to the vehicle today, service guys were nice and professional ( keep up the good work). Noticed car was washed and vacuumed as a courtesy which I would appreciate, but prolly should have a quality control check as it wasn’t as described! I’m ok with out it but don’t say you did something and half a$$ it. Just makes me think so they really do their multi point inspection, tire check etc, pray that they did as safety would be my priority.

Acura of the Rio Grande should be your only stop when car shopping. Ever (the general manager) and his sales staff super friendly. I have purchased three cars from them and plan to purchase more in the future. Honest, friendly and accommodating.
