I was in search for a vehicle and did some searching on cars.com and found a vehicle of interest at Global. My husband and I spoke with Weston/Don and they were both very helpful in answering any questions that we had. This was a great car buying experience. Drove down from the Raleigh area and worked with Mason. I had called ahead and everything was ready and as advertised. Throughout the process he was very helpful and very patient. In the end, we purchased the vehicle. Did not have to deal with pressure or hassle. I would absoutely recommend this dealer to others.

A big thank-you to Mason Blair and all the folks at Global Auto Expo. After looking at numerous cars in the Charlotte area I found one on-line at Global. When I called, Mason was very friendly and helpful about the details of the automobile and invited me to come by and take a look. When we arrived there was no high pressure, just friendly information. I gave Mason my budget and he did everything he could do to make my purchase affordable. I purchased an 08 Jeep Liberty from Global Auto and everything went smoother than you could possibly ask. There was no pressure to buy from the moment my wife and I showed up and we were treated honestly. Once we decided on the vehicle, our sales manager, Mason, walked us through all the different options we had in order to complete the sale. I ended up using my own financing but he showed us multiple rate and length options to choose from. The Jeep was in fantastic condition but the previous owners put some areas of the leather to good use. Mason offered to keep the car for an extra day to have it all touched up by a professional. Even the leather on the steering wheel was replaced! Global Auto was the perfect solution to our vehicle needs and we'll be back when we're ready for another!

I did my car shopping online and Global was the first place I came to for a test drive since they had two of the cars I was looking for (Honda Crosstour and Toyota Avalon). Mason, the sales manager, was very helpful and made my car shopping/buying experience very nice and easy. I was treated with courtesy and respect and felt like the customer's needs are put first at Global. Mason even prepared the paperwork in advance, so I won't have to wait when I come in to pick up the car (I purchased the Honda Crosstour). Global has great prices and amazing customer service. Needless to say I will recommend them to my friends.

The experience at Global has been outstanding. We traveled from 2 hrs away for a car that was in pretty demand. Other locations were not as helpful and understanding of our situation as Mason. Mason ensured we understood the condition of the vehicle as best he help us to picture it. Messages and emails with questions were answered promptly. Given the high level of service and quality of vehicle, you could not ask for more. Mason has earned a place on my "check with" list anytime I am in the market for a vehicle in the future. I deal with people and not companies and Mason is the guys to see if you have an auto need.

Friendly staff, they were very helpful in discussing different car options as well as payment options. They were glad to help with the paper work and did anything they could to ease the process of buying the new car. Mason did an excellent job of explaining their business model and understanding the type of car I desired. Mason steered me towards the "best value" on the lot, a low mileage 2008 Azera. When I called to tell him to hold the car, he offered to handle all of the paperwork over the phone and the car was ready to go when I arrived. The cars on the lot are all high end, fully loaded type vehicles at low mileages and competitive prices. They employ the Carmax model, so no price negotiation but I found they had the best pricing in Charlotte.

Just purchased a beautiful used 2010 Hyundai Genesis. It was in excellent condition and still under the factory warranty. I worked with Mason and he did a great job. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic EX today and I couldn't be happier with the overall car, buying process, and customer service I received. The car was priced more than fairly but when I brought up a minor flaw I noticed my salesperson Mason offered to give me more on my trade so I could put some of my own money towards fixing the minor flaw. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything like most cars salesman make you feel. At the end of the day I have a great car with a great experience!

We came to purchase a 2009 Acura TL with low mileage. The car was as nice in person as the pictures showed. Mason was our salesman and did a terrific job! Vehicles are cheap auction vehicles that only look good but run poorly. TThe warranty that they sell you covers nothing on the vehicle worthwhile and they know this, however they tell you they are giving you a warranty that covers items that it doesn't cover. Once they have your money you are treated very bad. Lesson learned if you are looking for a luxury vehicle that at a fair price with the service to go along with it then don't buy from this "used car lot". Nothing worse then to have your nice looking car to break down on you, have it towed to the BMW dealership to have them tell you nothing that is wrong with the vehicle is covered and that you have even more issues with the vehicle and you tell them where you got the vehicle from and he replys that he has seen alot of cars in the shop from there. Your best bet is to buy elsewhere.
