Ive never bought a vehicle from a car lot but Cass and Barbie are amazing. Checked out a vehicle at noon and drove it home 4 hours later. They made it very easy. Awesome experience. I highly recommend this place.

It was a very good experience, they readily handled any issues I had. Barbie and Cass worked very efficiently. I looked at it one day and took it home that evening. I have dealt with the garage side of the business for several years and have always been satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My son was going to purchase a car from them. He put 500.00 dollars down on this car on June 3rd 2021. The car had a airbag light that came on, so we didn't sign loan papers until the car got looked at. It never was looked at, Adams Garage was too busy or short staff to look at this car. I went back on Saturday to get my refund because we changed our mind of purchasing the car. Cass said I need to talk to Barbie on Monday. My son and I went back on Monday, June 7, 2021 to speak with Barbie. We told her our situation, and could we get our money back. She said it's policy they don't do refunds; I told her I wish I was inform of this policy. Barbie said there's a sign on the wall. The location of the sign was not where customers could see it very well. Let me say, I was very calm of this situation, and gave her suggestions of where to put the sign, so customers can see it clearly or she should have mention to us this money would not be refundable. Just be honest with your customers, she became very hostile towards my son and I and order us to leave the building. My son took pictures of the location of the sign inside the building, then he left and said he was calling BBB. I stayed and very calmly told Barbie I was not disrespecting her; as a customer I was being disrespected how she spoke to me. Barbie did refund us $400. I said Thank You. I do not like to be talk too, and how she spoke to me and my son. Later Adam's Garage text my son to give him the remainder of the 500.00. I know this is a long review, so Barbie don't talk to your customers in a disrespectful way. I will not do business with Adams Garage or Auto Sales.

I use Adams car repairs for my other vehicle. My husband wanted to buy me a PT Cruiser which I have always wanted but could not afford. Adams had a couple PT cruisers. They allowed us to take our time and take the car out for a road test worked with us in our budget VERY MUCH SO AS IT WAS MY 50TH BIRTHDAY!! They were patient helped us get all the paperwork done and I never felt pressured or pushed into a car I really did not want. I hate shopping for cars as it seems I always get pressured into buying something I am not comfortable with and one that just does not feel right. I take my van to Adams Auto Repair across the street to whom they are affiliated with and they do an excellent job fixing my van as when before i knew of Adams I took my van elsewhere and was quoted 1500 in repairs. These were unnecessary repairs as it was only 300 including parts and labor at Adams so happy I found them not only for the repairs of my vehicles but for the purchase of my car. I also took my son to their sales lot whom they too accommodated him with an amazing vehicle of his own. Both cars we purchased are in excellent condition inside and out Thank you salesman Larry and Adams Auto sales and repairs for having decent cars for people on a budget that need just a little help to get back on their feet God Bless ^j^ ^j^ ^j^ The Coffman Family
