We stopped in just to look around and everyone including the owner, Mr Adams, spoke to us in a very friendly and welcoming manner. They knew we were just looking but didn't act like it was any trouble chatting and showing us trucks and options. We left and shopped other brands and dealers and actually found the color and some of the options at another dealership. Adams called and invited us in to see what they could do and found the perfect truck with the options we wanted and gave us an excellent deal all the way around. Again, Mr Adams spoke to us and all the managers were very helpful. Justin went above and beyond to make this happen. I would highly recommend taking the time to come in and ask for Justin and Chris and let them see what they can do for you.

I bought a Chevy back in 2012 from a different dealer but always took my car into Adam's for service. They are so friendly and helpful with explaining everything since I know nothing about cars. They also don't tell you things are wring with your car just so they can make money. I really love that. Recently, I bought a 2015 Cruze LT from Adam's. Justin Grzybowski helped me out and was great to work with. We were able to stay in my budget as well.I definitely recommend Adam's Chevrolet for anyone wanting great service!

Adams Chevrolet auctioned a bike on eBay with no reserve. I won the bid then a minute later received an email the bike was not for sale and said they posted a message on the auction which they did not and was a lie. Then I received another email 8 minutes after the eBay auction ended that they cancelled the sale. What really happened was they did not get as much for the motorcycle they were hoping and instead of honoring the auction and their name they cancelled the sale. Pigs

My salesman Justin Grzybowski, was extremely helpful and was willing to help and work with a new buyer. He gave me and my family time to talk over the numbers without pushing us to just jump in and without questioning the vehicle I wanted. Also, once the paperwork was done he took the time to show me what every button did and make sure I had no other issues before sending me on my way with my new truck. Lastly, he said he will contact me and send me a new set of keys or the other original set along with a manual if he finds one. Once again pleasure working with him and the rest of the Adams team!

When our car's engine failed on the New Jersey Turnpike we were devastated! I contacted Adams Chevrolet and Todd Adams placed me with Tim Hoskins. He is a true gentleman and very customer oriented! When we met, we were devastated, but Tim made the buying process very easy and smooth. He was very sincere and honest. We even met Ron Adams who is a fellow Vietnam Veteran . We cannot say enough about the great treatment afforded us! What started out a stressful chore ended up being an enjoyable and unique experience. I'm a bottom line to the point kind of person. I was greeted by the salesman Nick Perez..who I found to be very kind and helpful. Our discussion as to what I wanted and was looking for was great. Within minutes I was on the lot and sitting in what would be my next vehicle. He explained the process and told me that they would work to get my loan approved asap. And it was done within one hour. I was driving away in my new Chevrolet Trax which I am delighted with. I had lots of questions and needed to have Nick explain things to me regarding the vehicle and how to set up Bluetooth and OnStar... etc. I will return to Adams as I replace my fleet vehicles at my driving school. I am also proud that I am supporting a predominately American Made car manufacturer. They even gave me a full tank of gas to get started. It was such a pleasure to deal with the people at Adams Chev. I went in with a ist of litle repairs; turn signal out, needed oil change, slow leaking on 2 tires, I also requested they check the brakes.The service depart addressed each item and repaired or replaced all items. I went prepared to wait and they were very generous to offer a replacement vehicle in case I needed to run some errands.The crew at Adam's Chevrolet is very helpful and showed attention to the length of time I waited.A Great Dealership Experience at their service department!

When I visited Adams Chevy on 10-07-15, I was greeted by Tim Hoskins, he didn't make you feel like you were at most dealerships where they follow you around like vulchers. He really listened to what I wanted and literally spent his entire day riding with me on test rides and searching for a Silverado that would fit my needs and wants. I have purchased a number of new vehicles through the years from this dealership and have continued to be very pleased with both the sales and service experience. I have referred friends here as well. However, I recently bought a new Cadillac from an out of state dealer which required some warranty work. When I contacted Adams Chevrolet about possibly doing it, Joe Alampi, the service manager, was very accommodating, as usual, and arranged for all my warranty issues to be handled promptly at their facility since they are a GM dealership. I was very pleased with how all the work was performed and how very careful they were with my new Cadillac. Joe Geist, one of their expert service technicians, did the actual work and did an excellent job as he has done with previous vehicles that I have brought in. I continue to have the greatest of confidence in Joe Alampi and all his staff and am very grateful for how well they handled this particular situation.

Timmy was the most patient salesperson. I told him I had s budget and he showed me vehicles right in my range. I never felt taken advantage of or rushed to make a decision. My husband and I were there for less than 2 hours finalizing paperwork - that's pretty quick! The entire staff from the manager to the finance manager were nothing but friendly and made us feel so appreciated. On 5-13-15, I visited Adams Chevrolet due to a " check engine light." It was later discovered that my converter needed to be replaced on our 2011 Chevrolet Traverse.Even though I was a bit surprised regarding the need for a new converter, Jerry Silverman ( Assistant Service Manager ) was honest, courteous, professional, and most of all, assured me that their service department would ensure that our vehicle would be serviced with the highest service technology and care available. The results were as he promised.My wife and I purchased two vehicles from Adams Chevrolet, and we routinely visit Adams for majority of our car maintenance needs. My only "complaint" is that, while the work was completed quickly, we weren't notified to retrieve the car until we had to ask about its status. This was my third time purchasing a car through Adams Cheverlot. They have always been polite, patient and personable with me as well as the other customers I have seen in there. They are willing to take time to find a car that you are completely happy with. With my recent purchase Tim Hoskins was awesome, he listened to my needs as well as the input that my parents had. He made sure we all were comfortable with the cars I was looking at and as soon as we had doubt with something he was able to problem solve the issue or show other cars that were more of what we were looking for. He offered drinks and sat and chatted with us while waiting for the paperwork and everything to be complete. Once the car was purchased he set up the onstar for me and asked if there was anything else I needed. He was a wonderful salesman and I highly recommend him!! :-)Monty Wells was my finance guy.....he laid out all of my options and helped me to make sure I understood exactly what my options were. He also reviewed the options with me to help me clarify exactly what my options were when I was trying to figure it all out. He was also very patient with me and gave me examples as to how each option worked. To make a long story short, my overall experience was wonderful as it always is......hence this being my third time coming to this dealer. I also like the mechanic work initiative that they are doing now too....that was just icing on the cake. All I can say is thank you so much to Tim Hoskins and Monty Wells for an awesome experience!! :-)

The week before Christmas 2014, my wife's 2007 Ford Freestyle needed to be replaced with some engine failure. I made my way to Adams Chevrolet and met Tom Penn. He was an answer to my wife's and my prayers. He went above and beyond was able to place us in a NEW 2015 Chevy Traverse. Not even 2 months later, my 2005 Ford Mustang also had engine failure. My wife and I went back to Adams Chevrolet looking for Tom. He was helping another couple, so I met with Nick Perez. Again, I couldn't praise Nick enough. As like Tom, nick went above and beyond and placed me with a 2013 Chevy Cruz. They both listened to my needs as a consumer and worked within their limits and placed my family with the right vehicles within my budget.THANK YOU NICK AND TOM!! they fixed the recall notice on my truck, but the 1st new module they put in was defective, and had to order another one, then that one was installed, and truck seems to run fine now, I guess time will tell , but after all the electrical issues I had have with this truck since I bought it in 2009, and having had it in the shop 9 times to get the problem fixed, I doubt I will ever buy another GM product!

I originally took my 2006 HHR in for recall service when I was informed of incentives GM was offering HHR owners on new 2015 vehicles. This put into motion us considering getting rid of our 2002 Suburban. Well a few days later my wife and I selected a new Silverado crew cab and then realized that a lease was going to be so much more affordable for us. After much discussion with Monte, and test driving with Tim Hoskins, then locating the truck we wanted, Adams transferred the truck in and got us rolling in a beautiful new Chevrolet. I was a little reluctant to purchase a new truck, but my wife and I bought a bigger travel trailer a few months back. I had owned a 2008 Toyota Tundra; no complaints towing the new trailer, or with the truck in general, but the bed capacity wouldn't allow me to carry my 720 pound ATV in the bed while towing the new trailer. I looked at every dealers inventory in Md and decided to shoot close to home so I sent an email inquiring about a Chevy 2500 to Adams. Not to mention that their pricing was a lot better than the other dealers. From the get go the dealer didn't pressure me, answered all my questions, and they just took the time with me as they knew I was again a little uneasy about giving up my Tundra. They won! Got what I thought was a great price on the new 2500 and I was extremely pleased with what they gave me for my Tundra. I certainly had the best truck buying experience at Adams. Even my wife who hates buying a new vehicle was amazed at how stress free the transaction had been. Go see Brian at Adams!

Since cars.com sent me an email to review my experience at the 2 dealers I went to I decided to post reviews about my experiences at both. Adams Chevrolet. My sales person was great (Justin), very nice. He showed me everything in the car we looked at, was a pleasure to deal with. THEN, the manager got involved. His name was Montee. Montee put off this vibe that was just terrible. Everything that came out of his mouth just seemed like a lie, from asking about price/financing, he wouldnt even give us a price, which I thought was very weird. Guy just seemed like a knowitall and did not care about what we were asking for one bit. Needless to say the reason we didn't buy a car from them was because of Montee. If Justin could have followed through with everything and gave us a good deal, we would have driven out of there with a new car. Instead, we went up the street and bought from another dealer who was up front about everything.

I was searching online and found that this dealership has the exact suburban I was looking for. I planned to visit this dealership and more than likely buy the suburban until I re read the emails the manager sent me. He offered a "ready" bonus of $500 If I bought the suv that day, but it had to be that day and then only $250 off if I bought 2-7 days from then. No offense but I'm not falling for strong arm tactics like this and I refuse to visit a place that does not honor the same price the next day to think things over. UPDATE: I simply asked not to be contacted by this dealership anymore as I have purchased elsewhere. The manger wrote me a very rude email address from a gmail account which was very uncalled for. My suspicions were correct, terrible sales tactics and rude. Will express any future customers not to shop here

I had recently purchased new tires, brakes, and other service at a chain tire store, however they were unable to balance a tire properly which caused the car serious vibration. I had to go back 4 times after I purchased the tires from them, and they could not correct the problem. They told me the axle on my 2012 Chevy Impala with 47,000 miles on it was going bad and the dealer needed to look into the problem. I brought the car in and Mike had the techs take a look at it, only to find out the wheels did not have weights on them and they were all balanced incorrectly. Also found was one of the BRAND NEW tires was faulty, I paid to get everything corrected properly then I went after the chain tire store to issue me a refund for work they should have done in the first place.The point is without Mike and his guys I would have not found out about this and the car would still not be right, so for that I am extremely grateful.Definitely will return for future service and work. Likely will purchase next vehicle from this dealership. Its reassuring to know that there are still some service departments who care about the customers / their vehicles and are not so focused on how to make a quick dollar. Thanks Again!

I had a problem with my vehicle's radiator and the warranty didn't cover the part. Adam's Chevrolet worked with GM and was able to get them to put it under a warranty deductible item. I came in on a Friday at the last minute because of an ignition recall. My car would not shut off. The service Dept had closed, but the service manager was there as well as the owner. My husband and I had been looking for a truck ( only a Chevy will do ) for awhile. We had visited several dealerships and even talked to a few salesmen. We saw a truck we thought we might like, on a Sunday and came back in hopes of taking it for a test drive. That's when we met Tom Penn, our sales consultant. I had to take the car back twice, the first was to fix the two front speakers that were not working. Adams replaced them with new, then the second time because the tech that replaced the speakers did not snap the power cord tight enough in the door to make the passanger door power window work. That was also a quick fix. There are many items to check out to see that they work. I guess there is a puch list much like a builder has when a house is sold to the homeowner, but the customer has to always be on top of things and not get side-tracked when purchasing any commodity. I am sure ADAMS has such a list, although I never saw it. Checking out the car from bumber to bumber is vital and to see that all the working instrments and gauges inside the vehicle are working , so take your time, and don't let the salesperson rush you. Bring a cheat sheet with you so you don't for get to check out eveything before you drive off the lot. My experence was a positive one with Adams and would tell others to visit them for a solid used vehicle at a good price. They will work with you in most areas, but your credit score is your responsibility to keep good.

Possibly the worst custom service I have ever seen. Drove 1 hr from jersey on a supposed mint truck upon arrive I found many imperfections in the truck. When I went to negotiate the manager got attitude and told me sorry you made the trip and began to tell me that the truck had 90000 miles so it has it's issues, which in my eyes is not mint condition.

Had a great experience dealing with Adam Chevrolet, specifically Jake Coy, in the purchase of a 2013 Chevy Traverse. I initially contacted all the Chevy dealers in the Baltimore area as to what vehicle I was looking for and the options/trim I wanted, and Jake was by far the most responsive of the various contacts I dealt with from the different dealerships, often getting back to my comments and questions over the e-mail within an hour or two at most. That is impressive. By contrast, one of the other Chevy dealerships in the area (one of the "big players") would respond with canned answer e-mail response that felt very impersonal, as if they couldn't care less about getting my business. Jake is a straight-shooter, and is not pushy about trying to get you to upgrade to trim levels/features you may not want or need in your vehicle purchase. All in all, I had an excellent experience purchasing my family's new SUV at Adams Chevy, and I will definitely seek out Adams Chevy when looking to buy my next vehicle.

I bought a certified pre owned HHR from Adams Chevrolet and my salesman was Tim Guptill and I must say he went beyond the call of the duty, this was a very long process but he hung in there even after he got the sale to make sure all my documentation was correct and I would recommend anyone to buy a car from him, got a good deal, good amount for my trade, so far the car is running good, everything is taken care of now= happy customer.

If you were a pevious customer of Adams Chevrolet and were used to the Debonis way PLEASE GO BACK and give them a new chance. I walked in with a vehicle recall and walked out with a 2012 Malibu at the price I was looking for. You will not believe the change! I am amazed with the courtesy, the acknowledgement, and the caring I experienced today. It started with Mike who opened the door for me and directed me to Joe where I was immediately acknowledged and waited on. Mike so impressed me that I asked him if he could help help me with car pricing. It continued with nothing but excellent from there. I wished I could remember the names of all that offered to "CATER TO ME". I was offered refreshments and everything possible I would need. Mike was so gracious in repeating his answers not once but several times over the course of time with nothing but courtesy and the will to make sure I knew what it all meant. Great experience with Mike and the staff at Adams. Came in to buy an new Chevy Volt and wasn't sure that we could make it (financially). To complicate matters we had two trades, not just one. Mike and the staff worked with us to get the car of my dreams.. Love my new Volt, almost 500 driving miles and I've only used 1/10th a gallon of gas! What's not to like?

My husband and I have been long time customers with Adams Chevrolet. We have purchased numerous vehicles from their staff and have always been pleased with their service department. We have never had any issues regarding wait time for parts or service. Joe Alampi's staff has always been more than courteous, professional and very knowledgable about the vehicles.One particular time, recently, my husband purchased a 2011 - 3/4 ton Silverado that came pre-dented on the sales lot. Apparently a large rock was kicked up into the bed side by the lawn maintenance staff. We purchased the truck anyway after being reassured the damage would be taken care of. It was brought in and fixed very quickly, with no hassles involved.Thanks to everyone at Adams who have continued to be professional throughout the years. You have made car/truck buying and service experiences pleasant.

Went to pickup my Arcadia (which was also puchased at Adams)after being serviced and my husband naturally started looking for a used truck. Joe Alampi(service manager) came out to show us some trucks that my husband did not care for. There was a dent on my Arcadia passenger rear door,Joe said no problem bring car back on Tuesday and they will take care of it. My husband was to wait for the car, so while he wait he browsed the lot. He found a 2011 Malibu that he liked. Our Arcadia was repaired, but the paint was not dry enough to replace the pinstripping. So Joe sent my husband home with the Malibu for me to look at. I liked the car. My husband was undecided. He really wanted another truck. First he wanted the car but was having trouble giving up his truck. He returned the next day and told Joe that he was keeping his truck, and picked up my Arcadia. Which was perfectly repaired. The next day he called Joe back told him he would be back to buy the car. Joe Alampi is very personable,experienced,extremely patience and got us the best possible deal that was available. We bought our car and are extremely satisfied. I would recommend Adams Chevrolet and Joe Alampi as a service manager and as one of the best salesman that I have ever worked with.Kudos to you Joe!

Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and courterous as well as knowledgable in what they were doing. I have had just a few minor repairs needed done to my truck and the "Parts Department" have been wonderful and taken care of me in every need possible. He proceeded to make the entire buying process comfortable and acccomodating for me. They found the exact vehicle I wanted, addressed all my concerns, were very patient with me and put me in a beautiful new vehicle. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the service we received. We first went in to simply test drive some vehicles. The salesmen were very courteous and helpful without being overbearing. We returned several days later to test drive a particular car we had seen on line. The car was at a different lot and they quickly got it to where we were. The dealership worked with us on the price, and we felt we got a fair deal. They were very thorough in the information they gave us. Glenn, our salesman was very amiable and helpful.

I traveled about 4 hours to Havre DeGrace to buy my new camaro. The price was given to me over the phone quickly and effeciently. When my wife and I arrived to pick up the car the new car was ready and perfect. Derek reviewed the options with me on the car and asked if it was what I wanted since I came from out of town. I don't know what that other person was talking about who wrote that other review about Adams Chevrolet. My family and I have bought several new and used cars from them over the years. We have gotten a great deal everytime we bought a car and the service department is outstanding! I understand that you have to be careful when you buy a used car and have it checked out, and you have to do your homework, but if there is any problem at all the management and owners of Adams have always been more than happy to help me out or fix the problem! Adams Chevrolet is the best dealership in Harford County, and as far as I'm concerned in the state! I like them because they are family owned and operated and I am important as a customer!

Attempted to sell me a used "certified 2007 Chevy Colorado" failed to disclose that the vehicle has been involved in an accident on their property and was fixed "poorly". Sales agreement had been completed on vehicle prior to incident - however, dealership lied about where abouts of vehicle. Failed to note this on Car Fax report - only after qualified outside quality assurance individual pointed out the faulty repair did the dealer then admitt to involvement and request us to leave the location - RUN QUICKLY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER - CERTIFIED WHAT? WRECKED - YOU GOT IT
