Bought a car for nearly $300 less than the online asking price, which was over our budget but we somehow made it happen because we thought the car was a decent a car. It turns out that after paying $5800 and being told that he wasn’t aware of anything being wrong with the car other than the sensor on the engine, we drove it, it sounded fine, we bought it. He said he’d change the MET sensor and we hoped he would, rather than just turn off the check engine light. Took the car for an inspection the same day we picked it up and it failed. We were told that he could tell there was a reset but couldn’t be sure the was MET sensor was replaced and recommended that we drive the car for 100 miles!! If the light came back on, it means they didn’t fix it. Thankfully the light didn’t come back on, but that was just the beginning of our problems. The next day, we took it to the dealer and we’re told that the car needs $6k worth of work and that the car wasn’t safe the drive because the springs were broken, it needed struts, a sway bar, wheel bearings, etc. When they lifted up the car to show us the urgency of the matter, we had no choice. We’ve since put $4k worth of work into the car just so it would be safe to drive. On top that, he gave us a car with a hood that doesn’t open and a key fob that doesn’t work. You can’t tell me that he didn’t know the hood didn’t open or that the key fob didn’t work. For the love of God, save yourself the aggravation and from financial ruin. But, most importantly, a person who is selling cars that are not safe to drive, is putting your life, the life of your family, and others at risk. Not worth it! Lastly, MA LEMON LAW DOES NOT COVER YOUR PURCHASE IF IT HAS OVER 125k MILES and most of their cars have more than that.

Not a fan seems like there is always issues with the cars and if you don't get those issues fixed before those 30 days your kinda screwed. I've gone with two different friends to purchase vehicles from this place 2 years apart both vehicles had Ac problems that Adams wouldn't deal with. If you need a beater at a not so low price this is the perfect place for you.

I bought a subaru Forrester last june they lied about everything with this car, i returned it so they could "fix" the issues check engine light they turned off the light and returned it to me, took so long the time ran out 3 months for their responsability, its still does not run i know have to junk it. Buncha db's!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A USED CAR AND WENT TO NUMBER OF USED CAR LOTS AND I WASNT HAPPY UNTIL I MET LEE AT ADAMS STREET MOTORS. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL AND HONEST USED CAR SALESMEN I'VE EVER MET. HE SHOWED ME A NUMBER OF CARS AND I FINALLY SETTLED ON ONE.HE MADE MY BUYING A USED CAR MORE PLEASURABLE.I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE

Although I was very picky Lee was very patient and was very nice through the whole process.. I bought a 2001 Volkswagen Passat.. Thanks a bunch Lee and Carl. I would recommend Adams St. Motors.. A big variety, stop by you wont be disappointed

Overall a very good experience, especially with their level of customer service and follow through. Found a Volvo V70 XC I really wanted and they worked with me every step of the way even when the car had a few issues at first. Running great now and the price was very good. Lee is who I dealt with primarily and I would recommend him to anyone, very professional and personable with no high pressure sales tactics. They seem to find quality used cars and run a good business so I suspect I'll be heading there again in a few years.

I bought my first and certainly not last car with these guys!!!!! At first I was hesitant and did not think I could afford the van that I saw on the lot the day I drove by . I wasn't even going to go in and see what they had to offer . I was about to leave after walking over to look at it ,and the salesman said " do you want to test drive it ? " and threw me some keys. I took the van out and pushed its limits for a minute to see if it had any kind of problems. Nothing ! Too good to be true I thought ,so i went back to the lot to find out the price.? It was well within my range ,even though at other lots a whole lot less van was a whole lot MORE EXPENSIVE!! I bought the van .It had some minor problems a few days later then guys there serviced it with no problem,and I have been extremely happy since . This van has been an integral part of my business and has served me well for the last few years since.

I purchased a 2003 Volvo 560 from Lee at Adams Street Motor, there was a couple of thing that I wanted fixed on the car before I picked it up. Upon picking up car everything was done that I requested and car was clean. I have been to a few dealer ships and Lee was the nicest man to work with. I love the car and Lee is the best!

I purchased a vechile from this dealership only to have the car fail its mass state inspection 3 times making it fall under the lemon law. Then its been a nightmare trying to get my money refunded. The repair work in tryong to get the vechile fixed was nothing but lies and deception from the owner Carl godosky and his assisant lee kruger. I finally recieved a check from the crooked owner , which he conviently forgot to sign. If you are lokking to purchase a car from this dealership id think twice because you willmore than likely end up with a nightmare experience. I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy let alone a friend. I am in the process of legal actions to recoup my money from this less than honest dealership. Consumers run away as fast as you can from this company.
