If you're considering, or even just dreaming about a car at Adcox Imports, but don’t live in Florida, please read this review. I know what you’re thinking. They have the perfect car for you on their lot buts it’s hundreds, maybe thousands, of miles away. Your mind is telling you “There’s to many obstacles, it’s seems to risky, there’s no way it can happen.” I know this because it’s what I thought too. I’m so thankful that I decided to call anyways. The short version of this review is that Gerald and Paul made everything about this experience simple. The kind of simple that only comes from working with people that know exactly what they are doing. The process was honestly easier than buying the last car I bought at my local dealership. Except this also included shipping, the part I thought would be the hardest. In all my dealings with Gerald, I felt confident that I was getting a great product, at a great price. And, in the end, I was delivered the car I was promised in exactly the condition advertised. Would I do this process again? With Gerald and Paul at Adcox Imports, absolutely, without doubt or hesitation. If you’ve read this far, then here’s a little more about just how cool my experience was. I’m a little old fashioned, I like to meet people face to face. I had already had friends that were local put eyes on the car for me. Gerald was very accommodating to them and encouraged them to go over every inch of the vehicle, drive it and provide me with a true to life description. My friend confirmed everything was as described. So, I got on a plane. I was picked up at the airport in the car I was interested in. We drove for over an hour around Pensacola. Back roads, highways you name it. Everything to help me experience what I was thinking of purchasing. The car was everything I expected, just perfect. By lunch time, with my mind well past made up to buy, the experience felt more like two old friends hanging out and taking about cars.. Just a great day. All that was left to was to pay for it and ship it. I’m Not going to lie but handing over a bunch of cash and receiving just a key and some papers is nerve racking. During the transport process, Gerald contacted me every step of the way and set me at ease. He told me when my car was ready to ship, when he ordered transport, who the transporter was, the transport contact. Told me when the car left. He gave me advice on dealing with contacting the driver and checked on it arrival. The transport was equally great and arrived within 3 minutes of the time the driver stated. Everything was perfect. Would I recommend them ? Yes. Would I buy again, absolutely. Don’t let location separate you from your dream car. Gerald and Paul can bridge any gap. Hope this helps.
