Customer service to me is everything. I got it here when I bought Mercedes ML. I didn't feel rushed, they were patient since I don't know a lot about cars. I get my car serviced here because why not. Literally drive 40 minutes for an oil change!! Yes it's that worth it.

Excellent customer service. Bought my car earlier this year Mercedes ML.They were honest and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy a car I didn't want. I was given options and they were very patient considering I can be picky.They service my car too which is a plus.

Hands down my best car buying experience. No pressure, gave a great price & took my trade, and they were able to get me a super low interest rate on the financing. Plus, I love my new truck. Everyone thinks its brand new, they can't believe its used! I'd definitely buy from these guys again. Ask for Jimmy!

No complaints here! I read reviews prior to going here to purchase a vehicle & was wondering if they were true. Well YES, These guys are great!! Everyone I spoke with from Jimmy, to Lee, to the Mechanic as well as Luis were all kind, friendly, professional & honest! I would DEFINITELY recommend Advanced Auto to family/friends. These guys definitely blew all the other places out the water I went to, before coming here.l I mainly dealt with Jimmy & he was GREAT, & very HELPFUL! through the process. I ended up getting everything done all in one day(Saturday) & leaving with my new vehicle the same day!!

Went in looking for a Chrysler Pacifica for my wife. Was a pleasure to deal with. Up front about pricing and negotiations. Soon after purchase the Check Engine light came on and it was diagnosed as an P0420 - Chrysler Powertrain - Auxiliary Emission Controls issue. They did not mess around and had me bring the car in and replaced the catalytic converter and the car has bee excellent. I was pleased with their prompt response and willingness to make my wife and I happy even after the sale.

When to many car lots before this one. All felt like the typical used car place. Advanced Auto took their time to review the cars, history and offered a no pressure atmosphere. All the cars where in excellent condition and reviewed with my wife and I the car fax related to the vehicles we looked at. Finally settling on a price the transaction was smooth and simple. I would highly recommend this dealer to experience the same sales process that we experienced.

The sales rep Jimmy made this an easy experience. Easy to deal with and got the car I wanted with a warranty for a fair price. The overall quality of all the cars I looked at or drove was good. Much cleaner than other dealerships I looked at. They were all clean and ready to drive.

Jimmy Helped me thru the process of financing a vehicle the process was quick and pain less i've been to another dealership before and had a bad expierience when i came to advance auto sales i was treated like a human and a friend the customer service was great the quality of cars on the lot where clean and taken care of with care. I came in on a saturday and jimmy was able to get me financed on the spot the whole process took 2 days. Overall great experience thank you.
