I brought my car in for an inspection of my belts for light noise I was hearing during COVID 19. Dan checked me in and assured me that they would perform a complete inspection. I stayed in waiting area and felt completely comfortable. Only one other person came to wait and most of the time I was the only one. Every employee wore mask and gloves and every guest also wore a mask. Dan came to update me on my car several times. A employee cleaned the waiting area and restroom while I was there. The result was minor oil leaks which did not need immediate service. They did not charge me for inspection and thoroughly cleaned my car. As always I am so satisfied with their excellent service and Dan’s excellent customer service. I brought my 2005 TL in Oct 3, 2020 for a diagnostic test. Several issues were noted and Rick carefully went over each recommending the urgent services. He arranged a loaner and I was on my way. Excellent service especially Rick’s great customer service.

I had a great experience with Advantage Acura of Naperville. The entire process from start to finish was as painless as you would hope it could be. And living in Wisconsin, I really wanted to avoid a big headache, and, honestly, it paid off. Holly was amazing and I'd gladly recommend working with her to family and friends. Great customer service appears to be the focus!! I dropped off my car for an oil change but without an appointment. Rick in Service was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. The service was very good, as always.
