Would not recommend this place! My daughter bought a car and 4 months later had to replace a main component which was said to be caused by water damage. the component is on top of the motor so how did water get in it and of course the warranty that they give and you pay for doesn't cover it so it cost us $1800.00 and the car to sit in the shop for 2 months and they didn't even offer to help with the cost. Also, purchased a pick up truck in February and to find out 6 months later that the frame has a hole in it and it was sold that way. Also, had to pay $90.00 to transfer the title from my name to the lender due to their error. when I contacted them about this there response was I have to check with the owner. No response after that. We spent over $18000.00 in cars and no help.

The staff are very helpful and informal. Everything in the process leading up to driving off the lot is like an express pass at Disney. You out the door before you know it with a great car. Bill and Tom were great company during the process and straight forward with answering any of my questions. Will definitely send friends their way and return if I'm ever looking for another reasonably priced used vehicle.

Very horrible company . Bought a vehicle from here & found out the rear end was no good in the vehicle . Sent it back & they put it on my credit report . If you are late on your payment even 1 day late they will turn the ignition to vehicle off . I would not recommend anybody to buy a car from this place . This place sucks & so do the employees . All very rude & will lie to your face .

My wife and I went to Advantage Auto to check out a Grand Cherokee. It was decently priced and among a handful that I selected online as a potential purchase. We arrived and were quickly greeted by Bill Julius who seems pleasant and friendly. We were given the keys and checked out the vehicle. We went back to Bill to ask if we could take it for a test drive and that’s where the attitude changed. Bill spent the next few minutes asking questions to profile my wife and I before telling us he would need to run our credit first. I understand there is some risk involved, however this is a normal activity during a vehicle purchase. If he were to run my credit it would immediately affect my credit score (which is rather good and I am very proud of it) and all for what just a test drive? Regardless there could have been other ways of proving that we were serious and completely qualified to purchase the vehicle, however Bill immediately profiled and rejected us the opportunity without a credit check. I declined the credit check until after we test drove the vehicle since I had no idea if there were any issues. The request seems shady even if its only a sales tactic. I will NEVER consider purchasing from Advantage Auto. On a positive note leaving their pretty beat up Grand Cherokee with them that day lead us to an even nicer/newer Grand Cherokee a few weeks later. What a surprise that I test drove multiple vehicles at multiple places and found a great deal without a credit check until I signed the finance papers.
