I've been impressed from the moment I bought my car April 2021 at Advantage BMW Midtown in Houston. Ricardo Quiroz was the best car salesman I've ever had. He was very personable, honest, forthcoming, and helpful. Matt Phillips in the service department is also very personable, upfront, and honest. Both never have any problem answering questions or assisting in any way. In addition, every other person I've come across throughout the dealership has been polite and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more!

I arrived at the BMW service department and I didn't have an appointment. I was greeted immediately by David. He was very friendly and helpful and took my car in for service right away. While my car was in service, David kept me updated with the progress on my vehicle via text message. My car was ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. When I arrived to pick up my car, my car was clean and looked as good as new! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

2020 Update: Took my car into get factory recall services done. Made an appointment online, easy to drop off and pickup.. Service advisor Elena was kind and professional and kept me informed of progress. I chose what, if any optional services and there was no 'hard selling to get other things done. Keep in mind the service is expensive relative to other mechanics. 2015 - This was the best car buying experience I have ever had - by far! I purchased a pre-owned BMW from Advantage by working with a Client Advisor, Josh Camargo. I feel like I got a very fair deal and Josh was courteous, kind, and easy to deal with. This is the first time I bought a car from a dealership without feeling like I was taken for a ride. Josh was upfront and honest about the price of the car and he treated me with respect at all times. A great experience overall. I highly recommend this dealership. Go see Josh...he will take care of you!

Can only speak to Sales as that has been my only experience thus far. But, it was amazing. Jazmine was super helpful and made the whole purchase process very quick. Was in and out with a new X1 in a couple hours after work. Financing was quick and easy too. Loved it, and will definitely continue coming to this location for service and any future purchases. Thanks guys :)
