As a former Internet Sales Manager, I know a customer's fear when making an out-of-state purchase. Let me tell you, my experience with AdvantEdge could not have been better! From the initial phone call, Chris did everything right and with the utmost level of professionalism. I did not have to go back and forth with a Sales Manager and all the numbers were clear and as agreed on. Chris picked me up at the airport in my new-to-me Mercedes and let me drive it back to the dealership. They are very thorough and have you personally inspect the vehicle to make sure it is to your liking. Ask for Chris and feel confident that these folks will take great care of you!

This was by far the BEST experience that we have had in shopping for a vehicle. Initially called to inquire about a vehicle- was pleasantly met with all of our questions being answered. Set up an appointment- was not told what we "needed" however, the salesman listened to what we were looking for and was extremely patient! We will be back for sure! If I could give our alll around experience more than 5 stars I would, hands down!

I spoke to Nick over the phone about some vehicles and I was at work so he asked me if I texted and I said yes so we were able to continue talking about vehicles being at work which was very convenient for me. I was unable to stop in due to work. We were finally able to meet and Nick was Great! We took the 2002 f150 out for a drive and everything was just like he said was the truck seemed brand new even though it was 2002. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Will definitely be back again when I need a car for my wife!!

Very bad customer service, I will never go there. I suggest there are many other dealers in the area who are very good at serving the customers. Very bad experience, salesman cannot give me price over the phone and tells me to come in first to look at it.

They have a very good selection of cars to choose from. The staff was very accommodating, they worked with me to get the payment down to the amount I wanted. Also after I purchased the vehicle I found a minor issue with the car and they fixed in their service department at no cost to me. I was very pleased with the buying experience.
