***Update: The Service department is HORRIBLE! My A/C went out which the part is covered under warranty and I drove very far to get it checked out. Barely had the car 6 months. Was told over 3 weeks ago now that the part would be in, in a few days and would take a few days to repair. Now no one will answer my calls or call me back and I have to drive around in the blistering heat with 4 children and no A/C! I guess after they get your business and money they no longer care about you! Highly recommend! I just purchased my new vehicle from here and Christian was amazing during the whole process. We had a two door car and needed something bigger for our family. He worked super hard to get me approved and in the vehicle I really WANTED! My finance guy, Dale was awesome as well. Overall great experience! Update

I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie here, and I had a great experience! I got a lot more truck than I was expecting for my money, and made a really good deal. I had been car shopping since 8:00 A.M., when I finally got to this dealership at about 4:00 P.M. It didn't take me long to figure out that I wasn't going to have to shop around any more. You can tell from the staff, and the showroom that some really passionate gear heads dwell there. The salesperson who worked with me was incredibly knowledgeable about the options available, and even had a mental inventory of everything that was in stock that might fit my needs. It was a tough negotiation, but the people involved pulled out all the stops to get me the most for my money. I highly recommend this location if you are seriously in the market for a new Dodge RAM pickup. If you aren't in the market for a Dodge RAM pickup, you should be. They are really nice.

I had the best car buying experience I have every had. I was buying a car for my daughter who is a teacher. The entire team did the absolute best they could to get her in a safe, dependable car within her price range. Shane was outstanding during every step of the process. He provided excellent customer service and was incredibly patient with me. His manager Ozzy was highly engaged and willing to help unlike other dealerships. I couldn’t have felt more taken care of. They even fed me lunch! Every buyer should start here when searching for a vehicle.

I loathe car shopping, truly despise it, but didn’t want to try the whole we deliver online stuff. I’d been to at least 5 different dealers and it’s was just awful. I was referred here by a coworker and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from Joe Szydlowski and I was impressed from the start! Joe made the entire experience fun, educational, and never once did I feel he was trying to “sell me”, he listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste my time showing me anything I wasn’t interested in or vehicles out of my budget. I really feel he genuinely cared about me and not a sale. He’s also got amazing desk neighbors, Adam and Erica, they both were so friendly and had such wonderful personalities. I also had the pleasure of working closely with Ray Ray and Dale to ensure I got the best deal, lender and rate. I felt like I was with old friends, and ended up trading stories and enjoyed laughs while going through the mundane task of paperwork. Overall, would highly recommend anyone to Joe and the entire amazing team there! This was BY FAR the BEST car buying experience I’ve had! Much appreciated!

We traveled from New Mexico to Scottsdale and after researching for the perfect vehicle we realized the Airpark Dodge dealership had a great variety. The whole team from our Sales rep Matt, his business partner Josh to the Finance manager and tech guy were great and our experience was fantastic! Matt knew exactly what we wanted and he got us the best deal possible. Having financed other vehicles in the past I can say the drive to Scottsdale was the best decision we could have made! It was a smooth and painless process. I highly recommend shopping at this dealership. Ask for Matt or Josh they’re great!
