Drew Carey went above and beyond to find me the car of my dreams. It was my first car buying experience and I didn’t know what car I wanted, but I knew what features I liked. Drew kindly and patiently worked with me for weeks, introducing me to new cars as they got them and letting me freely test drive with no strings attached. Eventually we found a Mercedes that I instantly fell in love with. I would have never found this car without Drew’s help. Thank you Airpark Motorcars for your excellent customer service!!

While the initial buying process was super smooth and fast there were issues with the car i bought. I bought a car from them and within the first week i had to pay $400 to get it towed and get a new battery. fast forward two weeks after that repair, i'm now having to pay an additional $1000 to get my alternator replaced. I read a review that after the 15 day period due to lemon law they won't help you out and that is correct. Another small thing that adds to the list of problems is that they gave me a key that doesn't work in my car door. Overall this was a bad experience as i am a first time car buyer.

I told them my price range and my family status. They had so many ideas and weighed all my options like we had know each other for years!! Loved the care and friendliness I had received. Very honest and the couple things I noticed about the car, they had "tuned up" and sparkly clean!! Definitely recommend them to all types of budgets!!

This was the most quickest, painless and smoothest transaction I have ever had when purchasing our car. Jenna was professional and answered all my questions. She found the car that I was looking for within 2 days and had all my paperwork laid out for me and ready to sign. This saved me a lot of time going out and looking for a car and being hassled by car salesmen. I would do this again with Airpark Motorcars for my next car purchase.

On a Thursday in August 2015, I found a 2013 Toyota Prius IV with only 14,777 miles online at Airpark Motors. I called and negotiated the price with Jenna over the phone. She was able to find financing better than what my credit union could provide for me. That Saturday I drove from San Diego to her dealership in Scottsdale, Arizona and drove off with my new (to me) car without a hitch. Jenna was beyond professional and straightforward. When I arrived, there was no surprise with the paperwork, the terms of the loan, and the price of the car were exactly what she quoted over the phone. I have nothing but great things to say about Airpark Motorcars and about Jenna specifically. If anyone is looking for a car, I couldn't t recommend Airpark Motorcars higher if I tried. This was by the easiest car buying experience I've ever had in my life! Five stars for sure.
