Customer service is awful! Fake advertisement, being an hour away from the dealership I made a call to ask for physical damage, I was told the vehicle I wanted was in great condition, and that they were willing to negotiate. As I got to the dealership, noticed the damage on the front of vehicle, pointed it to the sales rep. The answer was “I have no issue to sell vehicles here, I’m aware of the damage on this vehicle, what you see is what you buy. Price is non negociable”. Do not waste your time visiting this dealership. Their vehicles are overpriced as well.

Very unpleasant the truck I bought a week ago is up at Latrobe Chevy. Just got told it needs 1900 dollars to fix everything that is wrong with this suburban. Thinking the warranty would cover the cost. I got told the warranty will not cover anything. I went to talk to the guys at airport auto he told me to get the F out of his office and threatened to throw me out. Mind you I didn't go in and argue I just wanted him to make it right. I don't have the money to fix now I'm paying on a truck that is sitting in my garage. And can't drive it. Please do not deal with these guys.

Purchased a 2006 Toyota Matrix in July, that I thought was too great looking to be true . The test drive was flawless, and Gino let me take extra time to decide. No pressure to sell the car. Well, 7 weeks later, the Matrix is still perfect, and for a vehicle with 180,000 miles, it's flawless. My only problem is that I still have not received the Title or Registration! Gino expedited the Docs, they arrived, and the Matrix is still doing great! It's all good for a 14 year old car.

They sale junk cars don’t go here go anywhere else but here bought a red car here and the motor went a week after and they won’t give me my money back

I found these guys very reasonable to deal with. They would not negotiate price on the vehicle I was purchasing but to be completely honest it was a very good price for what I got. They had me in-and-out of the dealership very quickly. When youre buying used cars you have to have proper expectations but I feel a lot of the reviews below don't reflect that. I appreciate people who are straightforward and cut to the chase. My car with detailed better than a regular dealership and had brand new brakes and rotors. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from number one Cochran the week before and they sold the car while I was driving to the dealership after I told them I was on my way to pick it up. These guys waited at the dealership after hours until I could get there just to accommodate my schedule.
