I have purchased 5 cars over the years at Airport Ford. Each time their informed staff told me about the benefits of the Ford new car warranty. It cost a little more each month (along with my car payment) and I thought it was the protection I needed for the cars my family and I have depended on for our long commutes to get to work. Thank goodness Airport Ford told me about the Ford Warranty Program. For the first time I had to use it on a large scale and I am very grateful I bought the Ford Warranty. DO NOT waste your time with this place, at least as far as the service department goes!!! I have taken my 2014 F-150 truck there 3 times now, but I will never go back. The first time I went to have my oil changed at Airport Ford the man argued with me when I said I wanted a full synthetic oil change. He was very rude and talked to me like I didn't have a clue as to what I was asking for. The second time I went to have my oil changed there, after stressing at least 3 times "I want a full synthetic oil change." They sill put semi-synthetic oil in my truck, and had to change my oil again that day. I had to wait over 3 hours for them to change my oil correctly. I went back in today to have the battery in my key fob changed. When I made the appointment, the service man did not tell me I needed to bring both my keys, or after having the battery changed in one the other may not work. So I didn't even let them touch it. I will need an oil change in the next month, but I will not be getting it from Airport Ford. They are conveniently located to my house, but I will be driving the extra 30-40 minutes to go to another dealer from now on!

I always take my vehicles to Airport Ford because the service is outstanding. Mario and team know my vehicles and just talk care of them as regular and special maintenance is required. My 2011 Ford Edge needed new tires because my daughter is taking the car to college in Florida. Airport Ford completed the last maintenance and put the new tires on the car. I shopped other tire stores, including the one with free alignment, and Airport Ford was the best price.

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment for an oil change and radiator flush. I was on time, but my truck ended up sitting on the back-lot for about an hour during which time no work was done. I was waiting on the vehicle. I spoke to Mario and asked what good is it to have an appointment when the vehicle just sits for an hour? He was polite, but gave no clear reason for the delay. Soon after my complaint, work began on the truck. The work took about an hour and it was done well.This is not the first time I had an appointment and waited an excessive amount of time for service work to begin. By the way........your service waiting area leaves much to be desired. Someone needs to visit some other dealer waiting areas and learn how they treat customers. Even your coffee is lousy.

Everything seemed ok except the wait time.i was there an hour-and-a-half for an oil change. My husband also drives a Ford truck and when he went for an oil change a few weeks ago, he waited almost three hours. He said he will go elsewhere next time. I previously owned a Nissan , and I always only waited about a half hour for regular oil change services.Also, at Nissan, we did not make apps., we just came by and it was still a short wait. I feel that when you have an appt., it should speed up the waiting process.

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. They communicated the status of my F-150's progress as needed. The work they performed was spot on and fixed the issue the first time. I brought the truck in to have the sunroof repaired. I also requested that they replace the AC outlet in the back seat because it had been knocked out on more than one occasion by my kids and no longer holds plugs securely. The AC outlet was not replaced. After having been without my truck for almost a week, I just paid my bill and left without saying anything else about it. Not a huge issue but it is what kept me from giving you perfect scores.

Staff was helpful but there was some confusion when I called and asked if it was complete. I called and asked if it was complete and was told it was and they gave me the cost. About three minutes later I received a call saying it was complete but they had not worked up the price yet. When I told them I had just spoken with someone else and had a price they said no, the price I was given was incorrect. Second price was almost $ 70 more than the original one. I did not get a very good explanation.

I just want to say your new Service Manager, Guy Ollier, is doing an excellent job. I have known Guy for several years as the Parts Manager and he could not have been nicer and more helpful when I bought parts. And now as the service manager he is still doing great. I purchased my 2015 Escape of Dec 30, 2014. 3 days later stopped in since it had a horrible noise when I was on the expressway. A service man went out with me and didn't make the noise. Figured it may have been something with the Eco-Boost. Was told to let it break in since it was new. The noise steadily got worse and had it in again. This time the noise was there for the service man. He said it was a wind noise, but they would take care of it. Had my car in for a week and half. Thought they had found it, but after picking the car up, I called the next day since it was still there. This time you had it 5 days but I think this time you found it since I haven't heard anything since picking my car up 4 days ago. The staff are super , but My only complaint is YOU NEED COURTESY CARS!!~!!!!!!!!! Everybody else has them why doesn't Airport Ford? It would have been nice to have one for the 2+ weeks my new car was there!

We are happy with the car and the deal we got. But we told them we were cashing some stock for our down payment. We were told they would hold a check until the funds arrived. They deposited the check the next day causing quite a problem at the bank. Fees etc. I would never recommend anyone do that again at airport ford

I really was happy with the staff. I came in to look at a specific 2015 fiesta. The advertised vehicle was on the lot and after pleasantly being greeted I was offered a test drive. I was treated with respect and the staff seemed to genuinely want to assist me. This was in stark contrast to another competing car dealer who seemed more interested in selling a car than seeing what I needed. The staff made the car buying experience as easy as possible. I knew the battery on my 2010 F-150 was getting old but I just kept putting off having it checked.During my last oil change Airport Ford checked the battery and suggested replacing it which I did this may have saved me from being stranded with a dead battery.

We had to order our Taurus Limited and it took the factory 3 months plus to make and deliver it to Airport Ford.Our salesman was wonderful. The only not perfect situation was the cleaning of the car at the time of delivery, not sure what actually was cleaned, but windows still had the sticker outlines on and were dirty. Driver mirror was cleaned with a greasy rag, first trip a night was hardly able to see anything through it.

I just purchased my new F-150 STX Crew Cab from this dealership. My sales associate was Mr. David Hiatt. He was polite and extremely professional. You often hear horror stories of the "pushy" car salesman/woman. Rest assured that you will not receive that type of treatment from Mr. Hiatt. When I arrived at the dealership, I told him what my budget was and what model I was interested in. He told me that if Airport Ford did not have it on the lot/in stock, he would find one in the surrounding area and have it brought to the lot. Luckily, they had what I was looking for in stock. My daughter and I were shopping for a Focus with manual tranmission. I tried to book my appointment on line using the web link I received when I received my notification that I was due for service. The web site was difficult to navigate. I did not receive a confirmation the next day as expected. I call the service department in the morning and the graciously invited me to bring my car in that morning. Your staff checked us right on upon our arrival. There was a bit of a line up of vehicles, but we didn't have to wait long at all. Then we had a comfortable area in which to wait with beverages, television, and restrooms available. The oil change took about 80 minutes from check in time to when we were on our way out of the lot, but we judged that to be a result of the many vehicles being serviced at the time. Your staff was courteous and friendly.

The chairs are not comfortable, especially when you have to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get your oil changed. I am used to going to dodge dealerships where they have actual furniture like couches and arm chairs in the waiting area, but this dealership only had old office chairs in it.

Also, my sister has her car serviced at Airport Ford and has had lousy service several time.Was very hesitant to go back. However, I have to say I was pleased with the service, was done in a timely manner.The only thing I can complain about, was that I scheduled the service online (which was fine), and it said i was going to get a call or email confirming everything was 'good to go' and I never got a call/email. Airport Fords service dept is head and tails above others. The service people that I dealt with were Great! My only problem was that it took two hours to get an oil change in a Ford truck F150. Maybe you need some type of quick lane for service like I had done. Also, he truck has only 2400 miles on it but I have had to go in and get three oil changes already. That is a waste of oil. I feel like telling them to save the oil that is coming out so I can use it in another vehicle because it is certainly not bad. This is not my daily driver but your maintenance is set up for daily drivers. Perhaps Ford should take a look at their requirement.

Ever since Chris Kruetzkamp became our service rep, we have been thrilled with Airport Ford. While service was good in the past, the former rep had us on the verge of finding another dealer. The former guy never told us what work was done, what might need looked at in the future, or even said hello. In fact, he was actually passive-aggressive. The new Mustang is absolutely stunning and is getting a lot of looks in Houston. True story - I had one guy come up to me and was asking if that was the new Bentley! Experience was great. I went in to purchase a base model edge. Reilly was my sales associate. He was awesome. He went over numbers on paper with me and I realized that an edge was just more money than I wanted to spend. Other ford stores just gave me "it will be around" this price. We test drove an escape and I just didn't like it. I knew I liked fusions so we went to check those out. On our way there he also mentioned a Taurus SEL that was on incentive. Taurus I thought would be too expensive. Price was great on it. Looked stunning, it had the nice wheels and had just enough bells and whistles and within my budget. We never made it to the fusions I test drove the Taurus SEL and it was amazing. Reilly was a stand up sales guy. I will be a customer of airport ford for a long time. I also appreciated the fact that you work with banks not just ford credit. My payment is less because if that.

I get was somewhat disappointed when attempting to get a quote for 4 new tires. I called twice and left 2 different messages wth 2 different service personnel. Neither one of them returned with a quote. I was however successful when I reached Adam M. who was able to research my tire needs and call me back with the desired quote. Adam always goes the extra distance to provide complete customer service. He even went so far as to complete the tire rebate for me!

I had missed a previous appointment due to work obligations and just stopped into the Airport Ford dealer to see if I could get an appointment prior to a trip I had planned that weekend. I was over on my mileage and needed service before making my family trip. A Service Representative found an appointment for me the next day, and I was able to get my oil changed and make it to my destination. The service that day was relatively slow (hence my score of 4 rather than the usual 5), in comparison to the usual wait time, but I couldn't be upset considering I needed the oil change, and I was given an appointment the next day from when I tried to schedule it. Always great service, I think the service department was just rather busy that day.

My only "slight" issue would be that when the young man brought me my service slip to take to the cashier, he didn't go over anything with me like the guys usually would do. I had cruise control installed and I am satisfied with the work. I also reported some potential problems with my transmission (which had been service once before). The transmission was checked and it was reported to me that yes, I was experiencing symptoms but that they were not yet at a level that required, or warranted, service. So, somewhere down the road I guess I will be bringing my Focus in again and responding to another survey.

Jim Grefer happened to be out on the lot when we arrived and asked if he could help us. I knew what I was looking for and he immediately took me to look at an Escape. While waiting for the model I needed to come back from being fueled, he showed me a top of the line Escape just to let me see the inside of the car. It was nice, but more than I wanted and needed and he did not pressure me at all to consider this model. The car I wanted came out and we went for a test drive and I loved the handling and the cockpit layout. When we came to get the car, the finance person was also helpful. He was very clear and concise with explanations. My husband and I were very pleased.Mr. Grefer connected the Bluetooth on my phone to the car and gave detailed explanation on how it worked. I actually had to come back to complete the upload because my phone ran out of power during the process. He made sure all my questions about the car were addressed and encouraged me to call him with any more questions that might arise.

When the gentleman came back on the line he did not apologize for keeping me waiting.When I brought my car in, Mario helped me. I see him just about every time I come in and he has always been pretty nice.The customer waiting area is awful. The chairs are dirty and uncomfortable, and the room is depressing. This area is in need of an upgrade, or at least a major scrubbing.If you could tell me where my car is after I pay for the service, I would really appreciate it. Then I would not have to spend 5 minutes walking around the parking lot looking for it.

The battery had died in my 2012 Fusion which I found not to my liking since I feel that Ford products should be of better quality. I am a loyal Ford owner and other than normal wear and tear items have never questioned Ford parts but to have purchased my vehicle brand new in 2012 and to have the battery last just a little over 2 years is appalling. However I don't blame Airport Ford I do feel I should have gotten a new battery free of charge but I didn't. As for the service it was as always great. I had taken it in for the battery early in the morning and since my regular maintenance had been scheduled for October 4th they went ahead and took care of it. Chris and the staff (mechanics included) are always there to recommend and help.

He then taught me all about using the system so that I left feeling confident in all the technology my new car had to offer. I could not be happier with my car. On the finance side of my buying experience I was met with the most painless credit system I have ever experienced. Service was fine, however the timing of service was not so great. I don't see the point in making an appointment, dropping off my car early in the morning (8:30), only to receive a call at 3:30 saying my car had still not be serviced and to ask when I really needed it done by. I know things get busy but if it takes me until 4:30 - 5 just to hopefully get my car back for an oil change, I may go elsewhere.

Was just a recall on my Fusion all weather mats. The parts department didn't call me when the new mats arrived, but wasn't any big deal. This way was able to stop by and check on them when I had time after a couple of weeks. But have the new mats and they look great! Chris did a Great job with the service of my 2008 Ford Taurus. I felt my van would safely get to North Carolina during the Labor Day weekend with no car problems. It did!!! A wonderful trip to see my Marine Grandson Ben graduate from Combat Training at Camp Geiger. Now he is at Twentynine Palms, California. I won`t need to have the van service, I am taking a plane!! But I will return to Airport Ford in the future.

My husband and I went to this dealership twice and both times absolutely no one came out to help us. The first time we drove around the lot, stopped and looked at a few cars on the lot, and then when no one helped us we left. The second time we walked around 3/4 of the lot and again no one helped us so we left. We were very interested in a Fusion and now they will never get our business or money and we will tell everyone about our experiences there.

I have been bring my auto back for oil changes since I brought it there, but this time there was a recall and I had a coupon for 10% off a oil change. This oil changed cost more then when I had to pay full price. I sat in by car waiting for someone to pick me up that morning and was walked right pass two or three times by the service personal and they didn't say hi or can I help you they wouldn't even look at me. I am really concerned if all the checks were really done. The wipers were marked off good and they are not. Not that I had the money to get them at the time, but it makes me really feel uncomfortable about the more important checks.

2013 Fusion. Hood release lever assembly broke away from mount under dash on front sidewall. Customer Service Advisor Mario Roberto made an immediate brief inspection, set up my appointment for the following week as my work schedule prevented leaving the car overnight as he had first suggested since it was already late in the afternoon. The following week Mario remembered who I was and what was wrong with the car without even looking it up! It was taken care of in a very timely manner. Mario has always been there for me over the years whenever a problem came up or if I had a question. He is extremely knowledgeable, always friendly and eager to help. Airport Ford is very lucky to have Mario dealing with their many customers. The Fusion is the 7th new vehicle I purchased at Airport Ford over the years because they have employees like Mario Roberto, never too busy to give the customer his personal attention and extremely competent advice. I had a wonderful experience with Joe Ghany. No messing around he have me the best price first. Which made the decision to purchase my 2011 F150 very easy. I was at another dealership (tom gill) and they took 2-1/2 hours to finally give me there best price. Which was such a waste of my time. I bought a 2014 ford fusion. The morning I came in was to see about getting my car fixed because something had hit me on my way to work. I live in Ohio and didnt know where to take my car, had quite a few reccomendations for this dealership. So I went in and seen that Chris K. was at this location. Chris took care of our car when he was at the 32 Ford dealership. So seeing a familiar face was quite comforting. Chris is the best and I will be returning for service on my new Fusion as long as he is there. In the end I ended up buying the new Fusion Riley Foster was our salesman. He was super nice, and wasn't pushy or intimadating like what you usually hear at a dealership. I was pressed for time because I left work and was suppose to go back, in the end it wasn't such a big deal. He did his best to get us the best deal, and to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. Lord forgive me but I can not remember the gentlman's name that helped me get my payments figured out, and sign paperwork. I know that he has been there for 20 something years I remember him saying. Was the nicest gentleman, he explained the paperwork, the warrentary's, Riley even contacted my insurance company to have the coverage transfered. Everyone that helped us on this day were above expectional and awesome. I didn't feel like I was rushed,and everyone took their time to explain everything. And I wasnt left standing there straching my head wondering what just happened. I know that this is lengthy. i work in customer service and it means the world to me and my team members when they receive recognition for a job well done. I hope that you folks do the same for these gentlemen. They deserve it, and this business is very lucky to have such fine gentlemen working for them. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier.

We were deciding between a used focus and a new focus a year ago. We explained to the salesman Jeff Huber we were leaning towards used but he explained why when with a new model you have 5 year 50 thousand mile warranty and you won't have to worry about problems during that period like you would with the used car. SO we bought the new car and a little over a year later and 38 thousand miles later the service engine soon light comes on. So we took it in and a fellow named Mario Roberto said it just needed reprogrammed and it e owe 90 dollars. I spoke with Mario and he said we can't have our car untill we pay the 90 dollars so I talked to my sales man and explained who I was and that he told me I didn't have to worry about anything for the 5 year 50 thousand mile period and he said he can't do anything about it and I should of read all the paper work. Its so funny how once a salesman gets your money they are no longer your friend and could care less about you and will say anything to make a sale. I told him I won't be buying a car there ever again and he said he didn't care. I own a business and I do what I say! I don't misslead to make a sale! I guess that's how they operate at airport ford and I nor any of my family will ever buy another car from airport ford again and if you do read everything extremely well and beware of what they say!

The whole experience was like a breath of fresh air compared to the bad experience we had with another dealership that we had bought several cars from. I like my salesman Riley. He explained the car and let me drive on my own. He didn't hover but he made himself available enough to answer all of my questions. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I understood the difference between all of the versions of the escape and how each would or wouldn't meet the 'needs list' I had given him. He was really good at pointing out things I might have missed on each of the vehicles I drove. Most importantly, he focused on what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on all the extras that would price me out of the vehicle. I finally landed a deal on a vehicle that had just what I was looking for with a few extras at the price I wanted.

I had taken my car to a local shop for an oil change and asked if they could take a quick look at my back right blinker/brake light as it was not working. After 3 days of keeping my car and an estimated $450 that they were going to charge me (they did not end up charging because they could not fix the problem), I finally got my car to Airport Ford. Adam Milton estimated the fix would cost around $45. I received a call the SAME DAY they had my car scheduled to work on saying it was ready and the cost was true to the estimate. Adam did a fantastic job keeping in touch with me and even facilitated that I keep my car there a day or so after the fix (as I had expected it would take longer to fix). He even connected me with the cashier so I could pay over the phone in order to facilitate an after hours pick up. Adam also included a great explanation of what exactly had occurred with my car so that I could take a complaint to UHaul as they improperly connected the wiring for my hitch ultimately causing all of my problems. I am so impressed with the efficiency and great service from the team at Airport Ford and fully expect to return should I ever need. I will definitely keep Adam's card handy and recommend him whenever possible. I will undoubtedly be going back to Ford years down the road when looking for a new car.

Jim Grefer was there when I got out of the car to shop, told him what I want, how much I am going to spend, and he showed me the car, said the price and gave me the key to drive it. I took it home for the night and came back the next day to make the purchase. He told me facts and did not waste any of my time trying to convince me of something other than the criteria I stated I wanted. I am VERY pleased I stopped at Airport Ford to purchase my new car after my wreck in my old from the weather resulting in it being totaled. Thank you so much Jim!!!

Airport Ford operates like a well-oiled machine. From the manager all the way down the line, they work as a TEAM and it is apparent that customer service is of paramount importance. This was an excellent experience. Jim Grefer was an outstanding sales rep to work with. We never once felt pushed or uncomfortable with him. He let us make our own decision and did not push us to buy something just for his own benefit. I will absolutely recommend Jim to all of my friends and will be coming back to him in the future. Also, everyone there was extremely friendly. The finance guy (sorry I forget the name... I was too excited at that point) was friendly, honest and straightforward with us. We were pushing closing time but he never rushed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I went to several different dealerships looking for my daughter a car. I was paying cash and no one wanted me to pay cash and I could not get a price from them!Ford gave me a price right away, didn't try to hide any "fees" and they didn't try to get me to finance instead of paying cash! I really appreciate the experience! It was a completely different experience than the other dealerships I went to! I never felt like they were hiding anything, or trying to get more money out of me!

Joe Ghany was a straight talker. The picture he had on his desk took me back to the 1976. There was no magic trick with the calculator that I had just experience at the Ford dealer in Lawrenceburg Ohio.

First of all, we had visited Toyota of Dry Ridge to look at Highlanders and were in the process of putting an offer together when I decided to check Ford Explorers. I have owned Explorers, Mountaineers and Bronco II's in the past. We were not impressed with the sales person at Toyota. Dave Hiatt was outgoing, knowledgeable and is a true asset to Ford. The limited was a much better deal than the highlander but Dave helped put the deal together. Every car or house we have ever purchased has been a "wow" event. Dave made this a "wow" event whereas Toyota left us feeling there might be more out there. My wife loves the car. I mean loves it! And I have always been a fan of Ford products.

We appreciated the "no pressure" approach from our salesman. He gave us a good price from the start. We liked how we were not kept waiting for long periods of time. We appreciated our salesman explaining the new devices on our Escape in a very knowledgable way. This was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced.

Our 2013 Ford Explorer had electrical problems while traveling in that area. You got on the problem right away, although the part had to come from somewhere else, we were only delayed 1&1/2 day. Did get a loner car, through another company.

We went in on Saturday and explained what we were looking for. He said he had the car for us. He took us out to a 2008 Ford Explorer. It was beautiful and loaded. We test drove it and he didn't even go with us. We came back and told him we liked the car but not the price. He sat down with us and we negotiated a price we could both live with. We are large people and needed seatbelt extenders. He provided them at no extra charge. The booklet was missing so he ordered a book for us. When we picked up the car on Monday, the paperwork was ready, the car was clean and had a full tank of gas. He showed us everything the car could do and even showed me a few things on my car which was purchased elsewhere. He told us if we needed anything to please let him know. The car was titled in my husband's name only which the other dealer refused to do. He was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. I would definitely send people to Airport Ford when they are shopping for a car. Excellent experience!!

I love my new Escape, It drives like a dream. Jim Grefer, my salesman was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. The paperwork was also a breeze. This is the third vehicle I've bought at Airport Ford. I would highly recommend them.

Went to them and had to get the owner of the dealership to get it done. Went in to fix the air and they keep it for three weeks. They kept telling us it was being worked on. They gave us a rental but they wouldn't pay for the insurance. I'm sorry I bought the car. We have had just had the car for over a year.

Airport Ford has the friendliest Salespeople, Management and a great home-like atmosphere, It was a pleasure to go and trade my Accord for a New Fusion. I had searched All of the Cincinnati Ford Dealers and found that this was the best overall Location for me! Keep up the Excellent Customer Service.

I attempted to purcahse a car with Airport Ford in July of 2011. I received the worst possoble customer service imaginable. The sales staff ignored me and refused any kind of help. Unless you appaer to be older, do not expect any help at Airport Ford. This dealership provided the worst customer service I have ever received. They also responded to my complaints with short, rude, and hostile emails. I will never visit Airport Ford again and would not suggest it to anyone.
