Edit -- Feb 2021 --> Had one prior poor incident with this dealership which was resolved very well by the Service Writer Gigi, Service Manager Lori, and General Manger Mike Hall on a follow up visit noted below. However after that, I called on October 30th with an issue and never received a call back. I called on February 1st and spoke to Gigi. Set up an appointment for later that day to drop off my truck. Several hours later I received a call from Todd. Who stated that they would no longer service my vehicle. Eventually I was forwarded eventually to the Parts Manager who explained that Mike Jones the Service Director - who as it turns out is listed at Al Piemonte Nissan and oversees both - reviewed the file and they would not be able to meet my needs. Basically it explained to me that due to the prior problem I had with my truck they would no longer allow me to bring my truck there for service per Mike Jones. I make no claims to have been pleasant during this phone call. But the two people who resolved the issue are no longer there (Lori & Mike) Would give them all the business. Todd needs to find a new line of work. Gigi has been great. Instead , someone I never met didn't even have the time of day to call and explain or understand things were resolved. But apparently they were not. The truth is I was refused service because Mike Jones saw that my review on Dealer Rater and that I never deleted my first review. He did not want another bad review. He was never a part of any of the situation. BUT - What if maybe... The staff actually did their jobs and got a good review. Like the one they HAD on Google? The reviews on Dealer Rater manipulated plain and simple. (6 months prior) --> Since Al Piemonte taking over I have had pretty good experiences. I did have one visit go poorly. Which once brought to the attention of management... on this last visit was handled extremely well. They went out of their way to make it right and go out of their way to get my truck fixed despite not being able to pinpoint exactly what was going wrong with the truck. I had a loaner truck for a week or so just to try and get it done. Seems to have fixed the issue?!?! Dealt with the service manager and general manager directly. Met with and spoke to numerous staff and managers on a casual one to one basis and would honestly consider future business.

I order parts from there regularly and the parts department is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jake, Eric, and Robby always answer the phones with a positive attitude and help with whatever I need. We also had a great experience with exchanging a part, normally with most dealers its a huge process and difficult but they were able to take care of it no problem. This review is long overdue and if anyone needs help with parts from there, they will definitely take good care of you.

Not only did I have no problems, the experience was actually enjoyable. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and wanted to make me comfortable with my purchase. They truly went above and beyond, can’t recommend highly enough. Especially thanks to Steve Hall and Jon David! Couldn’t be happier with my choice to shop there. If you shop here you know you’re getting more than a fair price and the staff cares about making you happy! Extremely thankful they helped me purchase my new Buick Encore, it’s my dream car!!

We came to check out the different vehicles. Needed a larger car. Jake came out to us and along with JD they showed us multiple vehicles. didn’t think we’d drive away with a car that day but they helped us to find just the one that works for us. Great experience. Great sales staff. Have had the car for month - love it

Been car shopping for a while and this place earned our business. We were assisted by Mr. Juan Ochoa who was very patient and explained everything in a way that was comprehensive but understandable. He was knowledgable and genuine. The environment was homey and accommodating, not intimidating like other places. As for financing, Mr. Webb made the endeavor as light as possible and adjusted to our budget. The whole experience went smoothly and I would recommend you check in with them!
