From the very beginning, this dealership made it difficult to go anywhere else. They were quick to respond to my request and provided excellent options immediately without excessive back and forth. I came into the dealership with specific options I wanted in my new F150, and John found one of the only vehicles available in Indianapolis. A few days later the truck was here and the rest of the process went as smooth as possible. I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle and it was perfect very nice sales person and the financing went well. All I had to do was get the insurance for it. Went and got the insurance the next day so I could sign the paper work and drive away. When I called to let them know it was now insured I was informed that they could not complete the sale as they had found a issue that would cost a lot of money to fix. I will keep looking for another vehicle at this dealership as I feel they could have said nothing and let me drive away like some would in my opinion this dealership wants to sell cars that will not have issues or be a hassle to own and being disabled and on a fixed income that means the world to me. I look forward to buying a vehicle from this dealership when I see one that fits my needs and my budget

I just purchased the BEST SUV of my life! C T the salesman was the perfect gentleman. I got offered food & water plus assistance in my chair. C T was knowledgeable about the vehicle I originally wanted on the showroom floor but, he really looked out for me and showed me that a different vehicle would be more suitable financially. The sale was seamless, Mark in finance was as Awesome as C T!The customer service was Great from the minute I waked through the door. I was asked how I could be assisted and I told the gentlemen who I was looking for and they found him. just bought my dream car from Al Piemonte ford Melrose Park (2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid). Mr. Jim Zegar was great to work with. I was able to purchase the car for well under the Blue book price, with all of the options I could dream of, and at payments I'm able to afford. Mr. Zegar even recommended an option for the car that I never considered. I jumped on it, and am thankful that I did. He didn't pressure me into anything, but he was there to help me through every single step, from test driving, all the way through financing. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. My husband and I are very impressed by the professionalism we where treated with. Walking into the dealership we seen changes being made. Since last time we visited. The changes look amazing. It has a modern look and is comfortable while you are waiting for your services. My salesman greeted us in a very nice manor. Giovanni Gagliano began to talk to us and right off the bat seemed very nice, knowledgeable, and treated us with respect. Was not pushy or tried to use any tacky Salesman pitches. He was straight forward and really came off like he would do what ever he could to make us happy. Well he succeeded cause we left with a new car. He and RJ gave us a great deal all around. Good value for our trade and great deal on the new. Giovanni waso able to get to the payment we wanted with no money down. The process was smooth and pleasant. The dealership it self is top notch. I will recommend all friends and family to check out Al Piemonte Ford before they go anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and Giovanni and Rj which he told me to call him when we met is a pleasure to work with and will do the best they can to make you happy. Well done. I have had some bad experiences with other dealers but this actually had put my faith back into car shopping. It was a fresh and happy experience.

I first went to AP Ford after having many problems with other ford dealers and other local places to see if I could buy a van for work. When I arrived I was sent to a Dave Glaser who thank god knew what he was doing, was very nice and helpful. I spent the entire day with Dave and I enjoyed the hell out of it. I also went home that day with my brand new transit. For me this was a god send because I have had nothing but bad luck with dealers, mechanics and car troubles. He took very good care of me and I have since then went back a got my second van from them. If he ever leaves this place I'm guessing I am going to have to go out of state for my future car deals. Found the car I wanted at a fair price. While getting the instruction on all the sync features the rep could not sync my phone contacts. And no one at the dealership knew how to set the transmitter to open only one door when the door handle is touched. All four doors open at once, which is a safety issue. Other cars offer this feature, friends Nissan and Lexus open only one door. So I am on my own searching for someone who knows how to reset the transmitter.

My visit to Al Piemonte Ford was already based on a referral from a family member who has purchased vehicles at Al Piemonte so I was off to a great start. Made contact with Todd in managent and explained to him what I was looking for. His recommendations were on point. Then enter Mort in sales and his knowledge of the Ford product is outstanding. He explained and demonstrated what my Explored XLT had to offer. Mark in finance gave a detailed overview of what my contract consisted of. I also asked about having window tinting and John took care of this for me with ease and it was done. This Al Piemonte team is outstanding. Thanks much gentlemen.

The buying process was quick and easy. I have had my car now for 2 weeks and 2 days and zero complaints so far. I had an idea of the car I wanted and the sales team at Al Piemonte Ford did everything they could to make sure that I walked out of there with the car Wanted. The price was simple what I saw online was it, there was no haggle in the price at all, just plain and simple this is the price $14,000 for your 2014 Focus. They also provided me with a full and detailed history of the cars past, and no temp. plates either I was able to walk out with permanent plates on my new car. Overall it was a grate experience and I will be buying my next Ford from them again.

We had hard time finding a dealership that had a 2016 Transit Passenger van. Most of the Ford dealerships did not want to find us a van if it was not on their lot. Some of them said they would look but never called back. Al Piemonte looked and found a van at another dealership out of state and delivered it to us with no issues. We were told to come in first come first serve on Saturday morning, they did not take appointments. We came and then were told they would not work on the car until Monday. We left the car as it would be inconvenient to come all the way back on a Monday since my husband and I both work. Then received a call back that they could service it that same day anyway. They were really nice and understanding about my situation and worked with me to get me into the car I wanted. I knew what I wanted before I walked in the door (made it easy for Matt, I'm sure) and most of the time I spent at the dealer was filing out paperwork and cleaning out my old car, which they took in as a trade. Super easy and fast processing. My dad and Matt even had a conversation in Polish for a few minutes, which was pretty cool.

Upon arrival at this dealership, my family and I were greeted with kindness by everyone we walked pass. My salesperson was Andre Collier. He asked what was I looking for, car/suv and how much I wanted to spend for a vehicle. I gave him the amount and I was truly amazed when he told me he could sale me an 2008 Nissan Altima!!! I purchased the car in cash and picked it up Monday afternoon. The car was sparkling like brand new?? It was cleaned up very nicely. I was so happy. I drove off and a mgr(Michael) called 30minutes later and asked how was the car driving? and if I had questions or concerns,don't hesitate to call. I was relieved to hear that. Later, that day I experienced trouble with my back windows going up. I called Andre back and was told to bring it in the next day. I took it in for service (free) and the switch was replaced. This car is BEAUTIFUL and most of all Reliable. I would refer this dealership to all, 3ppl referred me. I'm glad I stopped at Alpiemonte Ford in Melrose Park first. EVERYONE WAS GREAT!! As a woman who is new to car buying, I was very cautious before making a large purchase. With the advice from my male friends, I was sure to do some research online before I entered a dealership. After hours and hours of reading about APR's, vehicle performance, and rebates, I was beat. Here I am this confused girl, who doesn't want to get taken advantage of by a salesman. I decided to give car shopping a chance (and not online) and went to Al Piemonte Ford where I met the kindest, honest, caring, patient, salesperson, Matt Szajewski, and boy am I glad I did. To keep things short and simple, my car buying experience was easy as 1-2-3! Matt took the time to take me on a test drive in the cars I was considering, and on each ride he showed me every feature. He made it easy for me to decide which car I like best, without putting any pressure on me. He gave me a price which was very fair, and didnt treat me like the blonde that walked into the dealership. After my car buying experience, our relationship didn't end. He still takes the time and initiative to check in from to time, or answers my numerous calls and helps with my questions/problems. We had our vehicle totaled by a brief encounter with a deer coming home from Texas. The insurance took a while to decide whether or not to total it. Once it was written off we started our shopping of our retirement vehicle. Now we had to narrowed our choice down. Checked out the internet, TrueCar and (3) different car manufacturers. We decided on the Ford Explorer. I have always hated car shopping!Matt at Al Piemonte made it a real pleasure. No pressure, no rushing to make our decision and he made us totally at ease and made sure we saw the vehicle in the colors that we were thinking about. He went over the basic car and the upgrade in the XLT just in case we wanted added features. We decided on the basic since it had more upgrades on it than our original vehicle. The price we finally agreed upon was a great deal and better than what TrueCar was showing. Although we have just purchased the vehicle and only driven it on the test drive and the way home, not out today because of the heavy snow fall, we can't wait to take her on the road.

0 STARS DO NOT GO TO AL PIEMONTE FORD!!!There are many reasons why Al Piemonte does not have as good as ratings as other Ford Dealers.After waiting several years to buy a Ford Taurus. I am disappointed with my experience with this dealer. To make things clear as Chuck (some manager) doesnt want to hear any whining, he just wants short details and rushes you off the phone. Chuck tells me to hurry up with my issue as he has a customer in front of him, they why did you pick the phone when your busy!!! They got the wrong guy handling a customer service call, manager or not.DO NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF A USED OR NEW CAR UNTIL ALL ISSUES ARE FIXED, YOULL BE SORRY IF YOU DO.I test drove a used 2015 Taurus. I made mention to Lanell that there was something wrong with the tires or brakes. He told me they would fix anything that is wrong. (Get it in writing or dont buy the car). Well turns out the tires are crap at 23,000 miles (GoodYear Eagle RSA). I reasearched these tires on the internet, quite a few complaints. Any Taurus buyers, ask for the Michelin tires. Al Piemonte says too bad its my problem. At a minimum it will cost me $1200.00 to purchase and install new tires, over $1600.00 at Al Piemonte.DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY WELL FIX THAT, GET IT IN WRITING. LANELL GRAY YOU ARE A LIAR! I KNOW YOU WONT LOSE ANY SLEEP OVER THE TRUTH.DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE NEAR CLOSING HOURS, YOU WILL BE RUSHED THROUGH AND MISS FULLY READING YOUR BILL OF SALE AND CREDIT RATE.My wife and I know we were promised a 4.19% rate and found out it was changed to 4.99%.They added $600.00 for GAP insurance and never asked me if my own insurance covers that. That was a nice profit for them.I was told this was a 72 month loan only to find out it was 75 months on my contract. Dont trust anyone. You think they wouldnt do this but they do. I informed Lanell about this and all I get is a sorry and some floor mats, Oh excuse me, Lanell loved to say theyre $160.00. To a sucker that is willing to pay that. Get some WeatherTechs.I recommend you go to a smaller dealer there are a few with a 5.0 or close rating. In Chicagos North side, they are opening a new Fox Ford Dealer. Their South side dealer has almost 5.0 rating, So does Joe Rizza in Riverside!!!Al piemonte Ford is a large dealer, therefore they are too busy to take care of every problem. They may sell a lot, but they lost this customer I have two issues to take to their service dept., not anymore. I am going to a place with 5.0 stars. We had a appointment to look at a specific Ford Edge and our Sales person Miguel promptly pulled the car up for us to test drive! He had our trade in appraised while we were on test drive. The car buying process was very smooth and he was very attentive to our specific requests. Usually car buying is very stressful but this experience was straight forward and quick. We drove off with our new car and are very pleased with the entire experience! I would recommend buying a car here to any of my friends and family. It's not often I find myself wasting this much time, and I'm not only referring to sum of 5 hours of drive time my girlfriend and I spent to look at a vehicle at this dealership. I'm referring to going out of my way to write a negative review online only in hopes to help someone avoid this horrific place. After an entire week of e-mail and phone conversations going over the vehicle and anything that was possibly and obviously wrong with it - and I was very specific in my communications asking for any visible damage. And so a decision was made to spend 5 hours on the road to check it out in person - Upon immediate inspection of the vehicle, the front end had clearly been hit at some point, it was bowing out from the body and there was a large dent/scratch in the fender. After considering the amount of time already wasted to see it in person, a test drive was still in order. The overwhelming smells of oil and coolant welcomed us as soon as we left the lot. The first thing I wanted to do was get the it up to highway speed and see if it would fall apart. The salesmen then once again misdirected us around the block and back to the dealership. After returning the dealership, the mechanics wanted to inspect the check engine light that was lit (another perk I guess?). In the shop it seemed as if they had pulled multiple codes, clearing one after another, and all surrounding the vehicle in complete confusion. If you are looking for a horrific sales story and investing in a vehicle that is broken before you buy it.. maybe this is the spot for you!

You know the horror stories of buying used cars from dealers. I generally buy new. However this time I wanted my dream car a Mustang Convertible. Giovanni the salesperson was great over a two day period with the help of a co-worker the deal was done in two days. I drove the car home in the evening and woke to a hole in the cars apron and scratched paint on the front of the bumper. I thought I had missed the damage the night before. I called the dealership they said bring it in and showed me that indeed the car was damaged in my possession. I could not believe it. However even though it was not their fault they fixed the vehicle and did not charge me for their labor and time. Being a teacher I know what is like to go above and beyond to help people. This was one of those instances. I highly recommend going to Al Piemonte Ford. I know I will return when I get my next Mustang in the years to come.

I found my car in another state at a better price with the same equipment as Al Piemonte Ford had. David ,Lanell and Sam matched the price and gave me more for my trade, an all around "sweet" deal for us as the customer.The whole process took about 4 hours over a 2 day period there was never any " pressure" to buy. I arrived at 12pm to purchase a new 2015 Escape. I expected it to be a quick and fast process, I meet Lanell who was very friendly. I did mention to Lanell I had been communicating with Jason online about some 2015 escapes. Unfortunately Jason was unavailable at the time. So Lanell had a salesman David take care of me I mentioned to Lanell I needed to be in and out as soon as possible it was my only day off of work and I had errons to run. David was a great salesman but all the personal stories were a bit much. After an hour of hearing his stories my daughter was hungry so I mentioned to David that I needed to go by my daughter some food she was hungry and I wasn't sure how much longer David would be. So David offered to drive us to McDonald's on the way David almost gets into an accident thank god it was not busy or rush hour because after David hit the brakes we ended up in half of the intersection when the light was green for the on coming traffic. When we get back to al Piemonte ford I was ready to go my daughter was scared from the incident and she was upset I did not even get to test drive my new car before purchasing the Escape my heart was still beating so fast from the incident earlier that I did not want to get in the escape and test drive it with David. Mark in financing was awesome mark had me in and out of financing in 5 minutes that was the quickest process in my whole experience at Al Piemonte ford. David is a great salesman with the exception of all his stories and almost getting into a car accident on our way to McDonald's. I arrived at 12pm and ended up leaving at 4:20pm David you are a very nice person but you need to cut the conversations short to be honest I almost walked out because I was getting annoyed with all the stories......

I was in need of a car because my 96' Ford Contour needed work costing more than the value of itself. I began the search looking online and other dealerships. After a terrible experience at a dealership near my house, I decided to check out AL Piemonte Ford (A family friend recommended it). From the moment my Mom and I drove up, we were taken care of by George Nano. George checked my credit and budget first, instead of showing me cars out of my range. Not only did I have great service, I was able to get a car better than what I imaged I could get for my budget. I did not feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. I felt comfortable and as if my decisions were valued. The process of buying a car is not very fast, however, George was constantly making steps to keep the process moving! We were in an out of there in no time! I am VERY pleased with my car shopping experience with George and Al Piemonte, I definitely recommend avoiding the other dealerships and startand end with Al Piemonte, Ask for George! :)

First off I'm not a "planted" reviewer. I'm a real customer that DID purchase a car from Al Piemonte Ford. Very sorry to hear Al has left us!! Al Piemonte has been left in very good hands. No hassle buying my car at all. If they have wiggle room to give you a deal they will. Yes their May be some things to work out as you talk with them and fine tune your deal but I found that they were fare and willing to talk about anything they could possibly do to make me happy. Meeting in the middle and slightly leaning in your favor is what they want. Everyone has to make money to survive but repeat customers is the name of the game and these guys did what it took to earn that. They have the biggest inventory that you will find and if that's not a good enough reason to at least go their and see what's up then good luck. One stop shopping at Al Piemonte for sure. On April 28th my 2001 Ford F-150 decided - as the Sioux warriors used to say - that it was a good day to die.I am self employed and no truck = no money. I searched for 3 days. On-line, around town (LaPorte, IN. ) etc. with no luck. One dealership - in Plymouth, In. had a truck I was interested in, but between the time I called to tell them I was coming to look and the time I got there - about 1 1/2 hours drive time- they had put on a 5 inch lift kit and big old mud tires. I'm 70 -no deal there. Now to APFord. Saw this beautiful F150 on-line. Got contacted that night by Lanell Gray. Played I'm in Indiana and you are in Illinois phone tag for a day. Lanell caught me Friday the 1st. Offered to drive it and give a personal check. VERY honest - truck had a smoker as the first owner. I couldn't get over there until Monday May 4th. My wife and I walked in to a beautiful dealership. Three different people offered to help us track down Lanell - very busy guy. Busy for a reason - absolutely the easiest , most open, stereotype breaking, salesman you will ever meet. Love this guy. Long story short - bought the truck. Everyone - from Lanell, to Vann, to finance, to the receptionist were exactly what I would expect from a quality dealership. I almost forgot Jason - the tech who came out, synched my phone , and explained the whole system to a VERY non-tech guy. Great Job everyone. Thank you!

Walked in there getting my 2012 fusion tail light fixed with a simple oil change and tire rotation and walked out with 2014 F150... I love the new truck and it was a excellent experience. Hello to all consumers My name is Cassie I would love to share my wonderful experience with you about Al Piemonte ford. I previously had a 2005 Dodge Neon that i was so wrongly over charged for by a car lot named Value Auto in the amount of almost $20,000. Because i signed that contract i kept my promise and payed every note missing not even 1 payment, and no that car wasn't no where near brand new. How ever I had a talk with my husband and told him how i had a fear the neon wasn't going to last very long, at that point a trade in was pretty much what i had in mind. He responded "well i think you should take a look around first", but gave me knowledge about Al Piemonte Ford. The very next day we viewed a few car lots with Al Piemonte Ford being my second choice. I really had no intention of getting a car right then and their, how ever after talking to my car sales man rep George Nano, aside from him being a sales man he honestly did something i can definitely say you don't see often and that was truly with all honesty dedicate him self to helping me get out of the situation i was currently screwed in. With me being young not having that much of good credit established he went above and beyond to say "I will never do you like Value Auto did you" meaning he will never take advantage of someone just because, he went on to say "the last guy did you wrong, but I am going to make you happy today" , he kept every promise. I no longer have that Dodge neon any more I am so excited to say i now have a Brand New 2014 Ford Focus SE :-) :-) :-) yes i am very pleased with my whole experience. After everything was completed they welcomed me and made me feel like every customer every where should feel. So I originally came to Ford that day because my 2012 Ford Focus was acting up, brought it to the service center to have them check it out. I was pretty frustrated because the car was only 3 years old and I had had a few problems with it already. As I was sitting in the waiting area George passed and politely offered me coffee and got the details on why I was here. He said that if I didn't like what the service center had to say to come see him. After a long day I was ready to consider the possibility of trading in my car and just getting a new one! George was excellent and helped me out through this entire process and made it extremely easy on me. It was the biggest stress relief. He helped me to trade in my car and to keep my monthly payments around the same rate while getting into a car I didn't have to worry about! I was so relieved and happy to have someone like George helping me through this entire process. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and really helped me to put a smile on my face! I drove all the way from Kansas to Illinois because of the car I wanted. Matt took care of me even 9 hours away! I called many times asking him to personally check the features of the car to make sure it was in good condition. I wanted to make sure it drove well and didn't have any issues with the gear shift. He went the extra mile (literally) to make sure I wasn't coming to Illinois for a bad car. They provided me with the car fax for free which ensured me that they were not hiding anything about the vehicle. My car was in great condition and I had friendly service. I think everyone already knew me when I walked in the door, I was the girl that drove 9 hours for a Mini Cooper!

I stopped in to look at a vehicle on a whim, just before I was about to make a purchase at another dealer (not Ford). I was looking at a vehicle with Martin Dobski. He was extremely fair and worked quickly with the Sales Manager. He very quickly offered me an extremely fair trade-in value for my vehicle which I knew would not be matched else where. I nearly changed my mind right there. But the vehicle I was looking at was a little out of my price range, so I went back to the other dealer for the vehicle I was initially after. However, I was so impressed with Martin and the offer they gave me, it was not an easy decision. I really wanted to give them my business. Maybe next time. I certainly recommend them if you're in the market for a Ford.

My dad and I went into this dealership today, and will NEVER go back!!! Before we even got in the door, we were approached by Matt who was standing right in front of the door smoking, EW! So we tell him that we have never bought a car from a dealership before and we just want a car that is safe for my 2 year old, and that drives. I don't think that's a hard concept. We told him that we were already approved by our bank for a loan, but he insisted on running our credit because of course, he wanted the extra money. So while they are running a check, he comes back and loudly says wow, you have a lot of debt. Yes, he does, but ya know what, he pays it, and it was stuff that was out of his control, but that didn't matter, he just wanted to make us feel small. Then on top of that, he comes back out and says no bank will touch us, that he was sloppy with his credit, and that if we didn't take his offer for the car we wanted, that we shouldn't even bother going to another dealership because he would make that kind of impossible for us to buy from someone else. Who the hell does he think he is? The godfather of car sales?? He was down right rude, and when we tried to explain that we had already been approved by our bank and had the loan, he scoffed and told us he had already checked that bank and they wouldn't dare touch us. He berated us and belittled us, all for a car that he didn't even seem interested in selling. We thought maybe we were missing something by not buying from a dealership, but if this is how they treat people, we will just buy a car from a nice normal person. It's really sad because we were a sure sale, and we really wanted the car we had seen, but no, we will not be going back. Will definitely let everyone know how crappy this dealership and salesman is!!!!!

I went to Al Piemonte to have a 2012 Fusion repaired and to purchase a new car for my daughter. I as stonewalled with the repair cost until I signed the papers to the new car then I was hit with an over $2000 estimate for repairs on a 2 year old car. The only comfort they could give me was you should have purchased the extended warranty. The problem was with the Electronic Power Steering Rack and there have many documented complaints on this but all they would do is thank me for my purchase and lecture me on how I should have purchased the extended warranty.

I would like to gives kudos for the entire staff at Al Piedmonte Ford. I chose Al Piedmonte because I trusted them as a dealership from prior purchases, leasing and servcing provided to my prior vehicles. I have been a customer since the mid 1990's and even though I live southeast I travel the distance and recommend others because they show they value their customers. Al Piedmonte also, was the only dealership who could provide me the features I wanted, the color I wanted at the price I wanted. They were the triple threat to any other Ford Dealership. I came in at 11 am on Black Friday and was on the road with my new Ford Edge in Kodiak Brown by 2:30 pm. Mohammed was my salesperson and he did all he could to make sure I was happy. He took the time to walk me through the setup of of the vehicle and explain all the neat gadgets and upgrades the Edge offered. I am so happy with my purchase.

Checked out a explorer sport ( Great) The salesperson was nice and took his time to explain all the bells and whistles and didn't hound me afterwards. After about six months I found one that I liked, and I bought it. I am a longtime ford owner.

Seat, height, steering wheel, head rest, etc. He made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before I left the lot! Lanell Gray did a fantastic job making my first experience in the ford dealership abslutely rewarding. I am a graduate student, work and needed a reliable vehicle. It was a very rainy and dark night "ideal day for purchasing a new car!" Despite the rain Lanell and Vito did a great job with the paper work, making sure I was comfortable, and understood the reasons why I wanted a new vehicle. I felt as though I was with family. I was looking for a car that was dependable for me and something that I could get to work with everyday. I went in with an idea of what I wanted which was an SUV. So set up an appointment with George Nano. Met with George and right off the back a real friendly guy. We went through the process of what type of cars that were available for me. We checked out a couple different cars and test drove them. We ended up testing a Dodge Avenger and it felt like it was the car for me. George was extremely helpful the decision because he also wanted to make sure it was the car for me. Not only was he helpful with car choice, the financial side of it as well. With all those factors I thought this Dealership and George was the extremely awesome. Driving the car and I couldn't be anymore happier!!

When one goes to buy a car you dread the sales guy harassing you well here it is not like that and truly these guys don't make it about the sale but about what they can do to make the customer happy. I am not even quite sure where to begin, but with the fact that I had the best experience ever at Al Piemonte Ford!George was my Salesmen who greeted me right away with a huge smile and ready to work with me to find the truck that I wanted for my family. It was definitely a roller coaster ride for him because I wanted him to find a truck that wasn't even on their lot. George never let me down throughout the whole process. He called me each day to let me know what was going on and gave me details of trucks that he could find. I was very picky with what I wanted and so he kept looking and looking. After 3 hard working days... He called me and said "I found a truck for you and you are going to adore it!" Well he was right!! George traveled to pick up my truck and when I got to Al Piemonte Ford to pick up my truck I was tears. They were tears of enjoyment and for George because all of his hard work was finally over! I went to this dealership thinking I was going to come home that same day with my ford explorer that I wanted so much!Little did I know that it wasn't going to be that easy. Upon meeting George, right away it was noticeable that his goal was to make the car buying experience pleasurable. He was very interested in hearing what our needs and desires were and what kind of budget we wanted to maintain. George not only made me and my husband feel comfortable but also my 8 year old son. Being a first time car buyer, I was a nervous wreck. Not only was I about to sign the rest of my life away, but I also had my mom with me, who was new at purchasing cars "alone". I initially spoke to Jason Buno through email, who helped me out tremendously with my nagging questions on pricing. When we got to Al Piemonte, Jason was busy with his current customers, so we were introduced to George. I already knew the kind of car I wanted. I came prepared with the amount of money I wanted to spend, the mileage I didn't want to go past, and the kind of car, and color, I was looking for. I was looking for a used car. Being so young, I didn't think I would be the kind of person who would be able to afford a NEW car. Unfortunately, my two top cars I was looking to purchase (both used Ford Focus's), weren't available. I was heart broken. I had my mind set on getting a focus and really wanted to leave the lot with a car! But let me tell you, George made EVERYTHING happen!! He came to me with an offer that I was going to be able to leave the lot with a NEW car.. but only if I had a co-signer. Now, my mom and I both wanted to see me be able to do this on my own, financially. At that point, we decided to just go straight to financing to see what I could afford. I have some school loans, so my budget is pretty tight. We sat down, went through the credit apps and everything else. George came back and said "We can do this.. and you can do this SOLO". At that point my heart wanted to drop straight down through my stomach. I knew I wanted a car, but to hear the words that I can own a NEW car AND by myself? Woah. So we discussed a few more financing things. George was very understanding of my situation; he listened to my needs, listened to my wants, understood where I was financially. He was trying his best to save me every dollar he could And he did. He was able to meet my pricing limit and he was able to meet my monthly payment limit too. And once financing was taken care of and he pulled that 2014 Ford Focus around the corner, I knew I was sold. From beginning to end, George put my mom and I at ease, answering our questions, no matter how demanding they were! He was great! I would definitely recommend George to ANYONE who is looking to purchase a car!

While doing an internet search I found a used truck that I was interested in. Called and was told it was still available. Went in did a test drive and wanted to purchase. Finance ran me through the ringer. I had a bk a few years beck and I now have no credit whatsoever. They tried to sell me on an interest rate of 19.5%. I walked. Found the same truck elsewhere, a review of which I have posted o n here. Bought that truck and was financed at 9.2%. After checking my Credit Karma account I found that AP ran my through the same bank, Ally Bank, that approved my for 9.2 on my other truck. AP ran me through 6 banks. Then they tried to push me into Ford Credit as they were obviously making money from them and not making it with Ally. Shame on them. They tried to screw my for 10%. Thank good I walked

We decided to give Al Piemonte a shot after a not so great experience at another dealership. I was looking for a ford fusion and had the idea that we would come and see what they had and leave. We walked in and were greeted by Scott Caldwell. He took the time to find out what type of fusion I wanted and found it. He was helpful and enthusiastic. At no point did I ever feel pressured or worse, not taken seriously. I always thought it took an entire morning or afternoon to buy a car but Scott and the team had us out of there with the exact car I wanted in a very short time! I highly recommend this ford dealership, ask for Scott Caldwell!

My wife and I went to Al Piemonte Ford to trade in our old vehicle with intentions of purchasing a used or new Ford Escape or Focus. David Glaser worked with us to find just the right replacement vehicle. He was very courteous, patient and did not apply any pressure with our test drives of four different vehicles, before we selected our new 2012 Focus. Ted Nagel, the after sales manager, provided us with a well rehearsed overview of the available additional after factory options that we could select at a later date, and he also provided an overview of our existing vehicle warranty along with options to extend the coverage. Ted also gave us Al Piemonte Ford key fobs and a voucher for a free oil/filter change. After we got done making our payment and signing papers, David Glaser introduced us to the Julio Garcia, the Service Manager, who would be our point person for any unexpected warranty repairs. Overall, Al Piemonte Ford gave us a good price for our trade-in vehicle, provided an exceptional car buying experience, sold us an awesome 2012 Focus for a decent price, and provided us with piece of mind that they will stand behind the service of our new Ford. Generally you walk into a car dealership and expect to walk out and rush home to take a shower! Let's face it... How often do you actually buy a NEW CAR in your lifetime?! I went in with a blank check from Capital One to purchase a vehicle. After looking at the numbers and my payoff from my previous car ( which was financed thru Springleaf) the LVT was high. Rick was able to find d me a better deal thru ford finance. Since I went in late on a Wednesday night , and couldn't return until Friday after 5pm, Rick had the paperwork completed so I could walk in, sign the documents and be on my way. When I went back on Friday night , Jason completed the sale. They worked as a team to get me what u needed and get it done fast. I walked in at 5:30pm and left with my new car before 7pm. I am very happy with the service I received.

I had been looking at the Ford Fusion for a while, and one day randomly decided to stop by Al Piemonte to see what they had. George was very informative and accommodating from the beginning. Was showing me his best cars according to what I was looking for, price, color, interior. He did offer me an amazing price on a car that I didn't think I could get. But since it was my first place to stop I had to check around. Didn't find another car with the deal George gave me. Came back to see the car and George was very accommodating. He was able to fix little paint damage and other small issues I had with the car. He was very persistent on making sure I was absolutely happy with my car. At the end of the deal I must say I love my car. So glad I had a good experience with George.

As far as purchasing a new vehicle, I believe all car dealers are the same and it is the sales people that make the difference. Jason Bono is a knowledgeable sales professional who not only knows the product but knows how to treat a prospective new vehicle owner. No one likes to part with that kind of money, so the fact that Jason makes sure you feel comfortable with your purchase is a plus. All in all a great experience with an Al Piemonte sales pro.

I have been getting rejected from other dealerships all week because of my credit. I was feeling down and felt like given up until my dad suggested Al Piemonte. He had said that all of our relatives have bought cars from there and to give it a try, so i did. As soon as we pulled up not knowing where to park, we saw him. The man that made it all possible. George Nano was standing at the door with a smile and greeted my father and I right away. As he guided us to his desk I felt really good about the place already. The atmosphere was so inviting and full of good people. I didn't even feel bad anymore, this place put me in a great mood within seconds of being there. George offered us water and coffee. I told him my situation right away and I told him my credit was really low. He didn't even hesitate, he started asking questions right away on what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for. Credit was nothing for him and he said with a big smile, "You are going to get a car today." As soon as he said that, I knew I was in the right place. George didn't come off as a typical salesman. He wasn't pushy, he understood the situation, he was super friendly, I was very comfortable with him handling everything and that never happens. As he was going to check my credit I was a nervous wreck because of what happened at other dealers. Once he came back he sat down and said, "You're approved!" I couldn't believe my ears and my nervousness turned into automatic happiness. This was the first time I've heard this all week. However, since my credit was so low, i was only approved for a couple cars that I wasn't really interested in. George knew this somehow because he went over other options to get me into a bracket that can expand my car options and using a Co-Signer. Now, here is where it gets crazy. My dad has lower credit than I have and he offered to sign. George took my dads info and went to go do the credit check to see if we can get approved. My dad and I were thinking that there was no way we would get approved. Once George came back, he sat down with disappointment on his face and we were like, "oh, crap." Then he smiled and said, "You've been approved, you are driving home today!" I wanted to cry once I heard that. GEORGE DOES THE IMPOSSIBLE! We now got to expand our car options. I gave him a huge hug and he told me he had a few cars in mind for me and to go look at contestant number one but that was all I needed. We went outside and he started the car that would soon belong to me. A beautiful 2012 White Ford Focus! I couldn't even believe it was real. As soon as i saw the car, I was in love with it. I told him to wake me up from this dream and he made sure to let me know it was really happening. I've never had something so nice in my life and never thought it was possible but he did it. George literally made this car buying experience the most satisfying, happiest day of my life. He made the payments affordable, detailed the car AND even filled up the tank for me. This dealership was amazing and George was absolutely fantastic. I never thought I would be driving away in such a beautiful car but he made it happen and smiled throughout the whole thing. He made us feel like family, his confidence is outstanding, he is straight up and I would call you crazy if you worked with anybody else or went anywhere else. Thank you so much George, I cannot stop driving and looking at my car! Oh and by the way, I now have the remote start down pat! I love love love my car! I saw a Ford Edge on the website and emailed the dealership to make an appointment and my list of all of my questions comments and concerns. No one emailed me back. I then decided to call the dealership to make an appointment and to make sure they still had the car in stock. I go back and forth with two different salesmen over the phone making sure the car will be there before my hour drive over. I get there and find out not only isn't the car at the dealership, the GM has taken the car home for his family. The dealership then offers to have the car back the next day. Before I even agree to any of there options, I recheck with the salesmen asking that this is the exact car on the website with the listed features and he confirms that it in NOT the car listed on the website and that they do not have that car. Needless to say I was furriorious! The dealership then tried to sell me other cars that I was not even remotely interested in.

My husband saw a truck on their website, called and talked to salesman Matt about the truck and told him we would be there the next day to test drive it as we live 2 hrs away. Matt said that was fine, he would be there. We got there and not only was Matt not working, but there was no front seat in the truck, so we couldn't test drive it. Could have saved us a trip if Matt had told us that the seat was gone when my husband spoke to him on the phone the day before. Another saleman wanted us to put a deposit on it when we hadn't test drove it nor even settled on a price. We went home and the next day my husband spoke to Matt who said the seat was back. My husband and Matt negotiated a price and told Matt that we were coming first thing the next morning to test drive and then buy it. The next day we were 15 min away from dealership when Matt called to say they had sold the truck just that morning. They sold it right out from under us without calling us first and giving us opportunity to make deposit over the phone or to offer more for the truck. They were rude and unprofessional, saying that that is how they do business and its first come first serve. We will NEVER go there again and never recommend that place to anyone.

We called about a used red 2011 Mustang convertible. We were told the car was "perfect" "awesome" and "babied". I told the salesman since we would be driving 5 hours each way to come see the car, that I needed to know every issue with the car, no matter how small. He told me he had done a very careful inspection and promised me we would not be disappointed and knew we were coming long distance. We worked out a price and made the trip over. You can probably guess, we were disappointed. All four wheels had huge curb rash, there was unrepaired collision damage on the rear, there were several dings and scratches in the finish. We had an appointment and when we arrrive the car was filthy - no effort to clean it up for our arrival and salesman had lame excuse for that too. I realize it's a used car, and some imperfections are to be expected, but this car was nothing like we were promised it would be. We wasted a whole day, and gas on this place. We won't be back.

My fiance and I were in the market for a new car after a recent car accident. We went car shopping at the local dealerships and noticed two Chrysler 200's in the Al Piemonte Ford lot. We walked in and were immediately greeted by George Nano. We expressed an interest in the 300's and he immediately began selling the higher priced one, even though I was skeptical of the $3000 price difference. I didn't believe an 8000 mile difference was worth a $3000 price difference, especially when there was only one set of keys between the two of us. He insisted that he would get the other set "come xxxx or high water", and he would throw in floor mats for free. After a reluctant decision to take the higher priced car, I've tried to get a hold of George several times over the course of the past six weeks, by phone and in person, and got no response. Not a message, not a call, NOTHING. After having to leave the car on New Year's Eve at the in-laws, we found out just how important the second set of keys were when we had to make crazy arrangements to pick the car up as I had the only set of keys and was away from home (in my truck). I realized that it had already cost me more in time tracking down the absentee salesman than if I had just paid for another set of keys. I guess he figured I wasn't his problem once finance took over, as long as he got the sale. I recommend you avoid this place with their high-pressure tactics and false promises. Shame on you, George Nano!!!

Our beloved 2005 Escape died, and we had it towed to Al Piemonte. It turned out it could not be fixed, so we went in to test drive a new Escape. Our salesperson, Jason, was very nice. We test-drove a new Escape, and Jason ran some numbers on a new one for us. We told him we weren't looking to buy today, especially because a new Escape was a little out of our price range. He took the time to search the on-site inventory for a demo-model, and happened to find a used 2014 Escape with super-low miles. Jason ran several numbers for us, and gave us plenty of time to walk around and talk about it and didn't pressure us to make a snap decision or make us feel guilty for wanting to take a little time to talk about it. We test-drove the used model on the highway, and decided to take it. Because it was used, we got a good price on it, and the dealership threw in a free remote start and a few oil changes.The only slight negative was that we ended up financing through Ford, and I felt that we were sort of rushed through that process without all the options being explained thoroughly. They explained all the terms and our monthly payment amounts and everything, but compared to the time we took with everything else, that aspect felt a little rushed.Overall, Jason was very friendly and personable, and didn't pressure us to make a decision we weren't ready for. The dealership was also willing to work with us to roll the diagnostics bill from the service department into the purchase of the new car. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful, including the service department (I spoke to Jessica daily while my old car was being diagnosed in their shop). We definitely had a positive experience with Al Piemonte.

George was one of those sales people who is always moving. He is a young man with a lot to do. I like that in a salesman. we used to call it 'hustle'. George couldn't have been nicer to me and my 90-year-old mother. He negotiated a good price for the car I wanted to buy, but I was not quite ready to buy. After a few days, I came back to the dealership and bought the car. George was still moving and kept his word to get us out ASAP.

This is an edit to my previous review: Reading at my original review, I can't help to state the fact, I have too many grammatical mistakes. Almost embarrassing but it happens when you are angry. The reason for my edit of this review is that I received a call last week from the Service Manager at Al Piemonte. He wanted to know what happened the day of the service and apologize for my wait time and other inconveniences. He was a very nice guy and wanted to make it up to me in the best of his ability, which I accepted. Today I received an apologie with a numerical value in the mail. I am happy they showed concerned about making their customers happy. Hope this edit services them well and they get more customers because at the end, I am happy by using them. Thank you.

My car buying experience was perfect. From start to finish I don't have one complaint. My salesman Jason was awesome. I wasn't in the market to buy anything, I was going to have a key made, Jason asked if he can help me I told him why I was there after talking for a few minutes he told me about the rebates and the other incentives that were available. I told Jason that my credit wasn't the best and before I knew it I was test driving my new Focus and I couldn't be happier. Jason went above and beyond my expectations and the way he treated me, made me feel important never treated me like I was just a number. He actually cared, I purchased cars in the past and I was never treated as well as I was at Al Piemonte Ford. Thank You Jason for such a great experience I will definetly reccomend you to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. I went to Al Piemonte Ford in search of a used car for my mother. We were quickly welcomed by Martin who was one of the salesmen. He was very friendly and made sure he was accommodating our needs & wants. We already did some research on what we were looking for, and he showed us some options that he thought we would like. He was never pushy, and understood that we were on a budget. He asked questions to understand, and made it clear he would only sell us a car that was up to his and our standards. We both came to the conclusion that we needed more of a premium car, and he made it affordable for me to get my mom a car that was perfect for her needs. The process was fast, and everyone who helped us did a great job. I would highly recommend anyone who is in search of a used or new car at a fair price should stop by this dealership. I was not expecting to buy a car that day, but customer service is extremely important to me, and Martin went above and beyond to make this car buying experience wonderful.

Our experience with George was great! He was really friendly and informative. Showed us all features and perks. Took us for a test drive in the perfect area needed to test the kind of truck we wanted. Once we decided to move forward, he checked in on us through the whole paperwork progress. Made sure we didn't need anything while waiting. Walked us out when all signed and done and even waived us goodbye as we left your lot. My husband I are were really happy and will recommend people to go see George in the future.

Not your typical car sales people, they are kind, considerate and very knowledgable. They treat you like a human being making an important decision, not a means to a commission check, helping and guiding you to make the right decision for you. We were not rushed into anything and felt incontroll of the negotiation all the way. Excellent people to deal with, this is the second car I have purchased here and wil be the first place I come if I ever want to buy another.

I purchased a Ford Fusion hybrid through Piemonte's Internet dealership. Dan picked me up at O'Hare and drove us to the dealership. Our finance company dropped the ball, so we had to re-submit our credit information (with me potentially stuck hundreds of miles from home waiting for a resolution). Dan, Sam, and the whole team made me feel as though I were the only customer in the building, resolving all issues within an hour or so. The car was exactly as described, the price was eminently fair, and the finance office meeting was a painless five-minute process. I drove the car home, six hundred miles away, without any problems at all, and the whole family loves it. I will definitely check with this dealership for future Internet purchases.

I've been looking for a 2013/2014 Explorer XLT 4WD in dark color with a tow packege and possible remote star, I figured that using then net would be simple but found out that no Dealer would give me a price let alone a strait answer. After a month of looking got an E-Mail from DAN JUDD telling me that he found 9 in the area and gave me a OTD price that was under my budget.....VERY IMPRESSIVE. I came in, purchase my vehicle in less than an hour. DAN was great.

I went into the store to buy an used car and I was the first person interested in it and just finished a test ride etc., and came in. There was a second person also who just got interested. I started negotiating with the sales guys and I was in middle of negotiations. We agreed at some price (x). Marco from sales came in finally and asked form atleast 300 more. I said that, we agreed on "x" price and am not willing to go above than that - after few minutes of negotiations, he said - "deal" and took my initial on a white paper that just x price and left saying will get the paper work. I was talking to my bank about loan application etc., out of the blue some one else along with Marco came in, said - "sorry folks, car is sold while we were talking".. I seriously think they used the paper with my initials next to "x" price and used this to negotiate and increase price on other party. The treatment was so "un-professional" and "rude". On top of this, no body "really" apologized for this mess.. they just said "apologize" and from the sound, they didn't mean it. I would neither go back to this store again nor refer any body to.

My experience at Al Piemonte Ford went painlessly. I got very excited driving out of the parking lot with the car I came in for. My husband & I spent 3 hours negotiating, test driving, doing paperwork, etc. for the Escape Titanium and we couldn't be happier with this car. Lanell Gray was our professional sales agent and helped us through this important process. He has also answered our text messages through this following week when we have had questions about the car. The car buying experience whether new or used is not one of the things I like doing because generally salespeople/dealerships try to take advantage of you in so many different ways such as by lying about condition of the car, the number previous of owners, average market price for vehicle, etc. I told my father about the car I bought and the research I had done and thought that if the what was on paper was comparable to what we see when we go to the dealership we should purchase the vehicle provided the salespersons do not treat us like we were born yesterday. However, I did not experience this at Al Piemonte Ford. When my father called about the Chevy Malibu the salesman told my father, a senior citizen, that before he made such a long trip to come and see the vehicle let him drive it and he will call my father back to inform him of the condition of the car. The salesman, Lanell Gray, kept his word and told my father the problems he saw with the used vehicle. Overall the body and transmission where in good condition but the car needed brakes, passenger window was broken and the leather seats were worn. When we arrived that next morning everything stated was true and after the short test drive we bought the vehicle. When we went in to start the buying process we did not even have to ask about the CARFAX report the salesman gave it to us and informed us that they use AUTOCHECK which is the same type of report as the CARFAX. Needless to say that I had both reports with me and I just wanted to see what the salesman was going to do and I must say he was honest and upfront with us which complement that I can not give to the Chevy dealership in Tinely Park on 159th Street who lied to us on more than one occasion along with his manager and we had to ask 10 times for them to give us the CARFAX report and they lied about what was on it. Just goes to show you that a BBB accredited business can operate unprofessionally in my opinion. However, from the price negotiation, the interaction with the customer relations/after sales manager Ted Nagel to the finance manager, whose name I do not remember but no reflection on him, I appreciate the way my family and I were treated at the Al Piemonte Ford. We know that dealerships have to make money but asking thousands of dollars more than what a used car is worth is not the experience I had Al Piemonte Ford. The overall asking price was reasonable as well as the final negotiated price. As for the car we had it checked out by mechanic we found some other things that needed to be done which are mainly maintenance for mileage/use but we knew this was going to be the case because the car is used; however, we still feel as though we got a great used low mileage car for a great price. I was very happy with the way the deal went on the purchase of this new Explorer. I was especially happy with the fair treatment i recieved with the trading of my 2002 Ford Excursion. There were concerns of mine with the value that could have been placed on my truck due to the age. But the vehicle was in exceptional condition and had very low milage which didnt go unnoticed by the staff at this dealership. I was also very happy with the excellent customer service that i recieved from the salesman, Jason Bono. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and he bent over backwards to meet my expectations. I would definatly recomend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a new car.

For the 2nd time now my husband and I bought new Ford vehicles at he same time (2011 Fusion and Escape in February of 2011 and 2013 Fusion and Edge in April of 2013). Both times we worked with Marco, who is an absolute pleasure to work with. With this recent purchase we also worked with a salesman named Dan, who was very knowledgeable and also a pleasure to work with. The vehicle I was looking for was a bit above my price range, Dan suggested another vehicle within my range that had all the features and options I was seeking. I am so happy with my new Edge and don't feel like I had to downgrade to get what I wanted. I really appreciated the fact that my comfortable price range was respected and instead of trying to pressure me to buy that particular vehicle the other vehicle was suggested. Both times we arranged our financing with Mark who worked with us to get the best financing available and thoroughly explained our options. Neither my husband or I have had any major service issues but have found that we received great service when coming in for routine service. Unfortunately we have had 3 accidents in the past few years, each time we brought our cars to the body shop for repair. Again we received excellent service; a rental vehicle was immediately arranged for us and they worked with us to get the work started quickly while we were waiting for the other parties insurance to approve our repairs. We have no complaints about the body repair at all, the vehicles returned back to us looking perfect. A+ dealership all the way, we will always be customers of Al Piemonte Ford.

I found a 2007 Toyota Solara that I had been looking for on cars.com. It had low miles and supposed to be accident free according to AutoCheck.com. The car was advertised at $12,400 and after discussing the car, conditions and options, I agreed to a slightly discounted price. I studied the pics, and made travel arrangements from N. Mississippi. After a final review of the pics, before making a deposit, I noticed that the rear bumper had been replaced....with the wrong bumper. An older model bumper had been installed and therefore the car did not have backup lights. In '07 the backup lights are in the bumper. The older model bumper that was put on this car doesn't even have a place for backup lights. My salesman Jason Bobo was surprised when I mentioned it, but I sent him pics of the proper bumper, which he shared with the sales manager. They agreed it was wrong and said that were just going to return the car to the wholesaler that sold them the car. I checked the price for a correct bumper with paint and backup lights and it was going to cost over $1,100 to correct the problem. Used and aftermarket parts would be less, but this was supposed to be an accident free car. I realize that dealers paint bumpers all the time, but it was obviously damaged bad enough to replace instead of repaired. I made an offer to buy it "as is" for a discounted price. They turned me down at first, but after the 2nd offer, they agreed to accept my price. Before I was going to make the trip, I wanted to know as much as possible about any other issues. Jason said the interior was dirty, but would have that cleaned. He also shared additional pics of the scuffed wheels and the trunk with the convertible boot and factory floormats. He told me there was 2 keys and 1 remote, the owner's manual was in the car, and that everything worked as it should, and that no "check engine" lights or other warning lights were on. Everything sounded good and we agreed on the purchase price based on everything discussed. I confirmed my travel arrangement and arrived in Chicago on Friday morning. Jason picked me up as promised. When I arrived, the car looked good at first. But when I opened the door I first noticed the driver's seat was still dirty. No real problem. Then I proceeded to check out the electronics. The convertible top button lets the top down but the right window did not lower like it supposed to. Another button supposed to let down all windows, but again the right window would not lower. Then I noticed that an airbag light was staying on. This was definitely upsetting. Then I took the remote to open the trunk, and the remote did not work. I looked in the glovebox for the owner's manual but it was not there. Needless to say, I felt like I was mislead. Jason took the car back to the service department to check the airbag system only to find out that the side airbag was malfunctioning. Jason assured me that the airbag light was not own the day before, but since there were other issues and promises made that weren't true, I just don't know. He tried to be accommodating, but wonder if he was just trying to make another sale before the end of the month. They reduced the price another $150 dollars for the airbag issue, which won't cover the replacement cost and upholstery repairs to fix the seat. The window switches will still need to be repaired and the keyless remote programmed. I had two choices...to buy the car as-is, or pay for a flight back home. The Sales Manager made no apologizes. Maybe customer service would have been better if I had bought a new one. At least it would be in warranty if something didn't work.

I visited Al Piemonte Suzuki and found a cute Suzuki Grand Vitara. It was listed a great price and had low mileage. Ron Smith was my salesman and he was fantastic!! He made the purchasing process easy and fast! The dealership was clean and all the sales people, including the service director Mike Janotta are very friendly. I will definitely be going back there when it comes time to purchase another car. I highly recommend you check them out and when you do ask for Ron Smith, he was attentive and professional. Look for the best dressed man there, and you'll find Ron!!

First of all, let me start by saying that I am crystal clear on what "as is, no warranty" means. When I decided to purchase a vehicle to tow my lightweight travel trailer, I turned to what I thought was a reputable Ford dealer. Al Piemonte Ford had a high mileage 110K mile, 2000 Ford Expedition advertised on the internet for $4,470.00. Interested, I went to the dealer and talked to Moses (salesperson). We test drove the car. It drove okay for a 2000 model vehicle, except for the brakes. I told Moses I was going to use the vehicle for towing and for family trips, and was concerned with reliability and safety. I asked him if he could arrange to run it through the service department and have them inspect the vehicle to see what repairs it needed as well as any safety concerns, and I would pay for those repairs separately. They agreed to do the inspection. After about an hour, Tom Jahn (Service Director) returned and gave me the good news. The car was "well taken care of" and all it needed was a rear main seal and an axle seal, and it would cost me $516.00. When I specifically asked about the brakes, he told me they were at 60%. He told me there were no safety concerns. I agreed to the additional charges, they did the work the next day and I picked up the vehicle the next afternoon. Within a few days, the check engine light came on (just my luck), and I took it to a Ford dealer that was much closer to my house, Gurnee Ford, to diagnose the issue. They were excellent. While it was there, I asked if they could to a bumper to bumper inspection - just to see if Al Piemonte missed anything. Gurnee Ford did a thorough inspection, and told me it was about ready to fall apart. They gave me an estimate of about $3,000 - $4,000 in repair to fix everything, which included brakes (front and rear pads/rotors were critical), exhaust manifold gasket, rear trailing arms (upper and lower), new transmission cooling lines, a complete parking brake overhaul (the lines for the parking brake had disintegrated from rust, and the parking brake foot pedal would not go down), tune up, and a few other things. I had them do the exhaust manifold ($900) because I thought this may have been something that may not have been obvious to Al Piemonte's mechanics, but I immediately called Al Piemonte and spoke to Chuck Puzzzuto, the General Manager about the rest of the obvious issues. He told me that he would have to have the owner call me back. Todd O'Reilly, the Vice President, did call me back. I explained my concerns to him, including that another Ford dealer found items that required service on the vehicle, and his service department should have caught these issues on their inspection I requested before I purchased the vehicle, especially the parking brake that didn't work, a major safety concern. He dismissed Gurnee Ford's service department's findings by saying that it was "their job" to tell me things were wrong with the car so they could work on it. He told me the car was sold "as is". I explained that it was sold to me "as is", but the sale was contingent upon the condition of the vehicle, and his service department overlooked $4,000 worth of repair work. Todd agreed to have his Service Department look at the vehicle again, although no promises were made. I brought the car back to Julio Garcia and a different Service Manager. Julio set me up with a loaner vehicle and was very pleasant. A couple of days went by and I received a call from the other service manager. He told me that he confirmed, but didn't necessarily agree, with all of Gurnee Ford's findings. He told me that Mr. O'Rielly would agree to fix the parking brake and put front (not rear) brakes on the vehicle, but I would have to pay half. The rest of the items that Gurnee Ford found could wait until later, and were not immediately needed. I reluctantly agreed to that deal, and the next day went to pick up the car. Julio greeted me and told me the service manager (did not catch name) wanted to speak with me back in the shop. This service manager was very personable and was a straight talker. He told me that he was on vacation the week I purchased the car, and would have NEVER put it on the lot. He told me he would have sent it to auction, and to let this purchase mistake be a "life lesson". He showed me the pads and rotors that his mechanics took of the vehicle and said he has "never in his life" seen rotors and pads this bad. They literally crumbled away in his hands. He told me that the rear trailing arms did need to be replaced, but that was an expense they were not willing to go for, and that before I did it on my own, to wait a few months to see if I actually still wanted to invest that kind of money in this junker instead of just getting rid of it. He told me they tried their best to replace the parking brake - new shoes, pads and a line were put on, but they could still not get the brake to work. He told me they would have to take the gas tank off to get to where they thought the problem was, but the expense to do that "wasn't worth it because they were already upside down on this deal". He told me that they would be willing to leave the parking brake hardware that they installed on the vehicle anyway (even though it was still not working), and they would not charge me for the front brake work, and that was as far as they would be willing to go. I was at their mercy. At this point, I knew the car was totaled (it needed more in repair than what it was worth), so I asked if I could trade it in, and use the $4470 I paid for it on a new Expedition. They told me "now since they knew what was wrong with it, they would only give me $1,000.00" for it. And this was about a week after I bought it. I brought it to another independent shop to have it looked at to see if it could be saved, and they told me they have never seen a car that was as rusted out underneath as this, but there was no rust on the body. They could literally take their hand and put it through the holes in the rear trailing arms (I took pictures of this and will try to post). They told me if those would have come apart while towing with my family in the car, it would have been disastrous. The rear brake pads crumbled away when they took them off. They put the car up on a lift and showed me where the front end had rusted away. The bushings were all disintegrated from rust. They advised me not to drive the vehicle, in fear that the rear axle would fall off. I traded the car in a few weeks later for $1,500 and took delivery of a new Land Rover. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying a used Ford from a Ford Dealership that had been inspected by certified Ford Mechanics for obvious mechanical issues. All I needed was an extra, inexpensive, rd vehicle to tow my travel trailer. Instead I got an experience I would never forget and lost thousands of dollars in the process. I would advise you steer clear of this dealership.

Let me say that it was the best experience I ever had dealing with any auto dealership since I been buy cars and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my day. he salesperson ( Matt Szajewski ) was professional, he answered all my questions and concerns and there was no pressure at all to buy. The sales manager (Cen Salifoski ) was very polite and also professional and will find the best deal for you on the vehicle you want to buy. As the time you walk into " Al Piemonte Ford " and the time you leave they make you feel like family. They are great at Al Piemonte Ford I will recommend anyone and everyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle to go see these two guy's you would not be sorry believe me we wasn't. After I bought my Edge my wife bought a vehicle to we left with two vehicles that day and we will be back thanks Al Piemonte for having such helpful and professional staff ... Mr. A.Evola...

It was a great experiece dealing with such a professional staff, I did not feel preasure at all, they were very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. The minute you walk in, to the time you leave everyone acknowledges your presence and tries to make sure you are being help. Al Piemonte, has such a large array of inventory, that you will find your vehicle at a great price. It was worth the 20 miles I drove to get a great deal.

I just bought a 2012 fusion here and the experience was outstanding. They took the time to explain to find the right car for my budget. My sales associate Jason was great. He took the time to explain the details of each car, the time to test drive any of the cars I wanted, and he took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Let me first say that I dislike going anywhere to get the "buy a new car experience" because it generally ends up as the "here we go again" experience. Well I'm a person that rarely gets shocked but at Al Piemonte Ford it happened. A real human being (Jason Bono) stepped up to assist me and right from the start he kept the "sales pitch" open and honest. More important he actually listened to what I was saying and geared the whole process toward my expectations. Bam, my credit report comes back and it is less than steller so I suddenly feel that this deal will go down the drain but in steps Sam Hammad. I don't know how he did what he did but the deal went through and with a far greater result than I could have possibly imagined. The entire experience went very smooth, trhese two gentlemen were extremely helpfull, and all off my negative thoughts were gone. Even at the end of the deal when some other obsticle could have stopped the deal I was given options on payment that worked for me. I drove home in my new Focus and have been happy since. Jason and Sam, Thanks for listening and going the extra step to help. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new vehicle.

After many disappointments at other dealerships, Al Piemonte Ford in Melrose Park was professional and efficient in financing me on a used vehicle that fit my needs. There was no high pressure and the salesman, Jason Bono and the finance manager, Mark Dazzo were awesome. I would recommend this dealership and that sales team to anyone that is interested in finding a car that best suits them. When it is time to trade in this vehicle or purchase another one--Al Piemonte will be the first dealership I will visit.

We went it to take a look at the New Focus. We were pretty sure we would buy one but wanted a certain color.They did not have the car we wanted but searched and found one a few hours away.They got the car for us and had it ready to go home in a short time. The salesman Lanell was perfect we usually end up wanting to leave a dealer as fast as possible but he and Cen made the experience somewhat enjoyable. Ted Nagel also helped us with ideas on after market items we were looking for for this car.

I had been to many dealerships in the weeks prior to buying a new vehicle at Al Piemonte. I dealt with sales people that had no idea what they were talking about, were arrogant, sarcastic, rude and flat out lied to me (more than once). I did not get that "pushy" sales routine at Al Piemonte (which drives me away every time). Most of all I felt Jason Bono was a professional at all times and that he was being straight with me. I will refer anyone I know looking for a new car to Al Piemonte. Thanks Jason.

Jason Bono was by far an excellent salesman. He went out of his way to get me the car I wanted. The minute I saw the car I knew it was for me. The man who took care of applying for the financing was very polite and helpful. In fact all the people working there were so cheerful and thoughtful. I saw other customers who left there after their purchase just as happy as I was. I just can't say enough about all the people that work there. Such a wonderful communication between customer and salesman left me in awe. Its been years since I experienced such a smooth transaction. The people that work there are sincere especially Jason Bono who gave me an experience that I will pass on to others. I highly recommend Jason and all the other people that work at Al Piemonte Ford. As we pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted by a a friendly Galo Montero. I had researched which car I wanted to buy and had already applied for a Capital one loan and Mr. Montero was very helpful in explaining the next steps I would take to get a vehicle. I showed Mr. Montero the two cars I was looking at and he immediately explained which car I would get the most value out of while staying in my budget. I alwasys felt like he was on my side and never felt pressured to purchase anything. I also worked with two other staff members, one who helped me in my decision on choosing an warranty package that covered my paint jobs and the other employee was very helpful in assiting me with getting my radio and phone connected to car. My first experience buying a new car 6 years ago at another dealership was horrible and I prayed I would have a better experience this time around. Mr. Galo Montero and the Al Piemonte Ford staff made me truly enjoy the experience of purchasing a new vehicle. I would refer to any and everybody I know!

Bought my first truck here and first new car in 20 years. I was dreading the experience but it was such a pleasure to work with Jack Z!!! Although he is very busy (likely due to his customer service and attention) and may have multiple customers, Jack Z and his staff make you feel like you are the only customer. He was a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford vehicle to visit Jack Z.

I was looking for a New Ford Taurus SHO after driving a rental a few months back. I used to live in Chicago and recently moved to Florida and had a hard time finding the right deal and the right service. A colleague of mine bought a used car from Al Piemonte a while back and he recommended to go to them. I met Luis & R.J., who were both very helpful in helping me find the right car. They were great at helping me get all my paperwork completed in a timely fashion and I was on my way. This car can definitely handle the demands of driving in Florida. So far, I have had no issues with the car, but I was told that if anything came up, I can give them a call and they would work with me to find a nearby dealership to assist me. The friendliness of the staff and the overall experience exceeded standards in my personal opinion. The price was also a key factor and being new to Florida, I felt more comfortable going somewhere familiar. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car.

I was tired of going from dealer to dealer playing the price game.I called into Al Piemonte Ford and spoke to Catie. Asked her for some details on the Fusion. She was new at the dealership but still helpful and polite. She has John Gomez return my call with more details regarding the new Fusion. He gave me good upfront pricing. When arrived the price told to me over the phone was the actual price. I like things to be up front and will be returning to AL Piemonte Ford.

I was looking for a used car. And I was greeted at the door with friendliest and kindness salesperson. They answer all my question and took my application after showing me around. But my credit score was too low and they could not help me but advise me to come back within 6 months to see if they come assist me to purchase the vechile that I wanted.

I had been searching the inventory of every Ford dealer from Valparaiso to Gurnee trying to locate a 2012 Fiesta sedan in Violet Gray for my daughter's 16th birthday. But the only salesperson/dealer in the entire Chicagoland area who was proactive was Jason Bono at Al Piemonte. Jason not only located the exact car with the features & price-point we wanted - but his customer service skills were impeccable! He was honest, forthright, easy to reach - I can't say enough good things about Jason. The Fiesta is our family's 8th Ford - but when it comes time for our 9th, Jason and Al Piemonte will definitely have our business.

I brought my car into Al Peimonte Ford in Melrose Park, Il yesterday March 18 for a regular scheduled maintenance. They had found that the transmission fluid was overflowing by about a gallon. Since they were the last ones that worked on my car back in January, they had to have been the ones that caused it in the first place, but instead they charged me for their mistake which they simply denied. My car is a fleet vehicle which is where Ford is able to take advantage of. They had pulled another stunt on me once before where they replaced the entire gear shift without my consent or my knowledge. Instead they had got the authorization from the fleet company. The only thing that was wrong was the orange marker had fallen out, which it's only purpose is to highlight which gear I am on and has absolutely no effect on the car mechanically. This costed the fleet company $400 to replace. Also, the mechanic who drove my car had pushed the seat so far back crushing and damaging my belongings that were behind the driver seat. He should have looked behind the seat and removed anything in the way instead of forcing the seat back. Please do not bring your car here. If they find anything wrong with your car, chances are, they put it there in the first place. Beware!!!

Dont' go to them!! they are lying about the price, so people come back and sign the contract with the higher price without telling you!!they really think we are stupid!! we yelled at Jack Zaremba that he is a liar and he agreed with us, and told us that we would not come back to him if he did not lie!! but you know what? we still bought the car because we made it a little bit lower than on the contract but it was still not what he said over the phone....so he is a liar like everybody there and he thinks that he speaks polish and english, so he can treat polish customers like idiots!!i am polish, and he was having hard time to deal with me!!! i would never ever go there again!!!

This post is in response to my previous post. On Monday afternoon I received a phone call from Marco Piemonte who said he was the owners son asking what had happened at the dealership and to apologize for my bad experience. Marco asked me if I would be willing to deal directly with him if he could get the pricing right for me to purchase the 2011 Taurus SHO that I was interested in. After talking to Marco and getting a call back I was comfortable with making 1 final attempt at this dealership providing I did not deal with the folks that made me feel pressured and upset. I was assured that I would be dealing with Marco only and he would make sure everything was right and to my satisfaction. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Marco and introduced to Lanell who was outstanding. Lanell had the vehicle spotless for me and I wanted to test drive the vehicle 1 final time before I made the purchase. After driving the vehicle my price was in the range I wanted to be in and we had a deal in place. I then met Sam who is in finance and was treated with courtesy and respect and we went thru the paperwork and I drove off in my new car. Upon returning home I discovered that some of the paperwork had very minor errors and upon calling the dealership this morning (01/26/11) and speaking with Mark in finance everything was corrected with no problem at all.(only error was the type of extended warranty I wanted for the car). Mark was even able to get the finance rate lower than what was originally given to me. I am glad that Things got corrected here as this is 1 of the most beautiful dealerships I have been in and it is huge!!!! One last thing I would like to comment on is the delivery of the vehicle. In all my years of buying cars I have never received a vehicle as clean and detailed as I have this vehicle. The porters here took their time cleaning this car up. Hopefully if anyone experiences a problem like I first did ask to speak to Marco or the owner Mr Piemonte himself as I have been told he is frequently at the store and I am confident that the issues will be addressed.

I just bought a New Ford Edge from Al Piemonte Ford. Overall the experience was decent. They were able to get me the specific car I wanted at the X-plan price. The two negatives were 1. The "check out" process took about 45 minutes with the "undercoating" pitch etc. (I just want to sign the financing docs and go) 2. The Salesman was not knowledgable with regards to transfer of plates (resulting in an additional visit to the dealership) I even specifically asked if it was OK to transfer plates in my wife's name even though everthing else is in my name. (it was not and they had to redo the registration)

I bought a GMC Safari from this company... a real lemon...<br>Just one day after I bought this vehicle I Realised that the trans shifts hart when engine is in operating range. The air does come only out of the top!Rear defroster does not work.<br>I went to the dealership and surprise......the do not do anything!!!!<br>Reason: I bought it as is.<br>I went to a repair shop.....costs me 2345.56 USD! I paid 7000USD at the dealership for the vehicle!<br>My advice: buy somewhere else!
