Sean was great! We are located an hour and a half away so Sean sent us links of cars available in our price range. He had them pulled up and waiting for us when we got there. The dealership was up-front and honest about the vehicle we wanted in stating that it needed repairs prior to purchase. The service department squeezed it in on Monday and made the repairs Tuesday. We were super excited that the dealership offered free delivery! We had the car in our garage by 11:00 am Wednesday. Thanks for helping make this process as easy on us as possible.

He was knowledgeable, patient with my many questions. He went the extra mile making sure I was satisfied . The vehicle was freshly cleaned inside and out and the tank full. I received an appointment and was provided an additional key fob in less than a week. I was very impressed with his professionalism and extra services which he facilitated on my behalf. I have purchased many vehicles from Al Serra. My salesperson had retired .I am very pleased with my new salesman.

For years I worked with 1 salesperson at Al Serra staying his loyal customer. Then sadly he retired. Over time, I talked to a few other salespeople since then but didn’t quite receive the same warm feeling with them as I did with my long time friend. Until I met with Tom. His general concern and kindness to help me with the finding and purchasing of a vehicle with that same warm family feeling I’ve been missing has been renewed. No I don’t know him personally but his friendly conversations and answers to my questions gave me the feeling I found my loyalty again.
