BEST DEALER IN ALL OF THE BOTTOM HALF OF FLORIDA!!! We've been looking for a replacement minivan since March. My wife and I have tried to purchase several other at different dealerships from Miami, to Tampa, to Orlando. The biggest issue we ran across was greed. Not profit, but greedy dealerships. One dealer in Tampa actually refused to sell me a car because I wouldn't use their loan. (My load was $353, their loan was $503) I brought the full amount in cash (to eliminate all their fake fees) to the dealership and was refused even though I had the full amount for the vehicle that they told us was the "out the door" price?!? One dealership had us drive 1.5 hours just to find out the car didn't exist. This dealership knew I was 2 hours away. I told them we were having issues with dealerships. We specified our concerns, and was sent videos of the vehicle showing my what I needed to see. I told them what wanted to pay and they agreed without any issues or manipulation to inflate the price. I asked for a final out the door price. The price that I was quoted was EXACTLY what I paid when I showed up. Whole time at dealership was less than 1 hour. LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! Yes, I will go back to them for my next vehicle. They treated us like they wanted to be friends. We cant tell you how happy we are. Thank you Santiago!!! tldr: This Dealership treated us like friends and made the sale the easiest we've ever had. Thank you Alan Jay!!!

Alan Jay Ford took such great care of me and my truck! The service I received really made me feel like I was part of their extended family. I will be servicing and purchasing every single one of my current and future Ford’s through Alan Jay Ford! They went above and beyond in assessing, diagnosing, and repairing my vehicle. I was kept in the loop at all times and I felt like they completed the repairs in record time. I can’t thank the team at Alan Jay Ford enough, seriously, you guys are the best!

Very prompt, great service at a reasonable price! Update, we took our car in for warrenty work. They performed the work, then gave us a bill for diagnosing another problem. What kind of service is this??

I noticed my dash said tire low, so stopped at Ford dealer. Service tech was very nice and had all tires checked.It's the sensor , all tires were fine. In the past I bought a Kia Optima from Beverly B. She was the best.I now have a Dodge Journey , but they still helped me out. 100% Customer Service satisfied. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

The attention in this place is excellent, I moved to this city and twice I have gone to do the oil change and it seems to me a pleasant place, good service and comfort for the client and not to mention the attention of Mr. Jorge I think it the maintenance manager really makes you feel at home, thank you very much.
