Don Myers is great to work with. He is straightforward, honest, and most importantly, listened carefully and heard and respected what I said I did and did not want. No pressure to add on anything that I was not interested in - what a huge relief it was to find him after trying to work with sales people at other dealerships. No pressure, no frustration, no sketchy sales “techniques”. Also, he is a great person who is an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his manager Don got me through the paperwork quickly and painlessly. You will not regret working with him.

I had the best experience purchasing my new car at Albany Subaru. I worked with Stephen Swisher, and was so grateful I did. Stephen was responsive, communicative, reliable, and so helpful. He was able to answer any and all questions / concerns I had, and made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy. I've had my new Subaru Crosstrek for about a week now, and Stephen has still made himself available to me to answer any questions I have had as I've become accustomed to the new car. My partner and I visited several Subaru dealerships before coming to Albany Subaru, and none of the other dealerships, or sales people hold a candle to Albany Subaru and Stephen. A huge thank you to the team at Albany that helped make our dream car a reality!

Fantastic experience! I was in a special situation since as an incoming international student I ordered a 2021 Forester Sport before arriving in the US, and Nick Riise was extremely helpful with my purchase despite the complexity of my case.
