This is the first brand new vehicle purchase of my life and I am truly delighted with process, the service, and the professionalism of both Ruthie And Daniel. There was no haggling or pressure what’s so ever. I got the truck I wanted at the price that worked for me. Ruthie answered all my questions and concerns with great knowledge and a warm smile. Her and Daniel know their jobs and are truly great to work with. I would recommend Wakefield GMC to anyone looking for that one of a kind vehicle purchasing experience. I look forward to a great relationship with Ruthie, Daniel and all the dedicated staff at Albrecht!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

I just had an outstanding experience at Albrecht in Wakefield MA. The way I was treated was with the utmost respect of professionalism I have come across for quite a while. My car sales rep Mike was honest, direct , and so easy to deal with. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience and was a pleasure in his help with me seeking a car and the right I deal. In my profession I interact with a lot of people and these people truly get it. I highly recommend you to take your business there or at least give them a shot. Ask for Mike.

I can't say enough about the team at Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield. These folks are caring compassionate and made my experience the smoothest and overall fantastic. Billy the sales rep was very patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get the vehicle within my price range. Chris, Randy and Kendall were also 5 star team service. Seriously can't say enough about this team. If your looking to purchase please consider this dealership. I am so happy with my beautiful 2021 GMC Terrain. Thank you all so much for everything!

I've been on a search for a GMC Yukon Denali. I saw there was some on the lot so i went by. I was greeted right away by Mike Tarasuik (The General Manager) That introduced me to Scott Dunn (Sales). The Dealership has a great vibe atmosphere. They had the truck I was looking for on site but not all the options, This is when Scott got Brian Pollack (General Sales Manager) to try to make the sale happen. They had the vehicle I was looking for but it was sold and the owner was holding it for a family member. Knowing how serious I was to get a vehicle Brian and Mike got together with Scott and I and said it would hurt to call the owner and ask if he want to part ways with his vehicle and let me buy it instead ( BTW there's none in the country due to the chip shortage). The owner said yes because Mike and Brian made it happen. Thanks Guys I really appreciate what you did for me. I took the vehicle home and read the manual and still couldn't figure out some features, so I called Scott Dunn and explained to him what i couldn't figure out and asked to come by and he said of course. Ten minutes later I received a phone call from Scott and he explained it to me over the phone. What a great help and saved me time not to come back. I just want to say so far I'm very pleased with Albrecht GMC for there great attitude and professionalism. When I go for service I will continue my rating. As for now: I will recommend everyone I know to use an Albrecht dealership.

I have been looking for a car for my son who just graduated HS a few months ago. We all know how the inventory is low for new/ used cars. I found a great car online at Albrecht in Wakefield. We got there ASAP because it was it was a great deal. We met Gabriel Cortes a sales consultant at the door. He was so pleasant, sincere, and professional. We test drove the car and it was great. We made the deal when we got back. As we were waiting the GM was chatting with us and couldn’t of been more personable. It was an easy and smooth experience which was great because I HATE buying cars. There was no need for haggling because the price was fair in this market. Definitely a 5 star experience.
