ALEXANDER IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE FEELING OF THEM BEING PUSHY 8NTO BUYING A VEHICLE. WHICH IS GREAT!!!! EVERYBODY I'VE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH AT ALEXANDER ARE VERY FRIENDLY NOT PHONY. I HAVE PURCHASED AT LEAST 5 VEHICLES FROM THEM. VERY HONEST!!

Time and time again Brandy in the car rental dept. has demonstrated excellent customer service! She is super friendly and thorough. I won't bother going any where else to rent a car as long as Brandy is there...she is that good!

The finance guy tried really hard to make us happy. I think his name was James. The first group of salesmen we approached told us they didn't speak English very well, and sent us to someone else. If you speak Spanish (like most people in this city), you'll have no complaints. If you speak English, then yeah... That's about all there is to complain about. Everything else was great!

Couldn't make it to my Lexus dealer in Tucson for my first service on my 2021 Lexus. So I schedule service here since it uses Toyota parts. They place 3 large plastic cones on my paint and proceed to slide it across the paint and scratch up the hood. I say something about only for the genius to get the cone stuck in the windshield wiper and literally almost yanks the wiper out from socket. I can't imagine how they treat it in the service bay. I get it, a $50k NX hybrid doesn't look $50K. Doesn't mean you can treat customers cars like trash. Disgusting. Leaving at least 2 stars because service was "fast".

Do not take your car to be fixed at the Collision Center. They told me parts of my car would be fixed and when I picked it up they said "oh it's supposed to be like that. " My car was definitely not fixed the way it should have been. *Alexander Toyota Collision Center.
