Beware, they do not honor a true car offer for trade in. I emailed the guy before I went and it was no problem. I show up and it’s like oh uh um yeah no I never saw that trade in offer. Then the offered me 2k less then the other 2 dealerships I visited. Immediately left there and went to another dealership and happily purchased a car and got a great trade in deal. Make sure you shop around.

5 stars! I don’t post reviews normally. But Alexandria Toyota Service Center is the best! I’ve been their customer for about 15 years now, and Manny is my service advisor, and he's great. My car had some issues recently and they prioritized and fixed the issue ASAP as a team. They are very professional, reliable, accountable, flexible and accommodating. They provide quality and consistency in their service. I bought my last car from here, mostly because of their service center. Thank you Alexandria Toyota!

I came in for my 5,000 mile factory service check, they told me 90 minutes but ended up being an hour so that was really nice. Akela and Brenda were SO HELPFUL! They answered all my questions patiently and gave me all the information I needed. They were very kind and I appreciated their service. It's my first NEW car, so I had a lot of questions and concerns about how to take care of it. They were great and I'm thankful! Definitely coming back, I feel much more informed than I did before coming here.

Let's talk Toyota's Service Department. My 2013 Scion FR-S had a recall so after a couple scheduling tries, I managed to get my car in and leave it for two days. Jenny Kirby was the representative for my car needs and it just seemed as if she didn't want to take any responsibility for anything. She also constantly messaged me trying to get extra repairs that were "needed" when I wasn't interested in investing $2,500+ on something I could take to my mechanic and have it done half the price. There is a fine difference of customer service versus up-selling. Let me know what issues could be addressed. Make it sound like it's a deal breaker for me and not for you. Go the extra mile expecting to get nothing in return because sometimes, people might not do it at that moment but it's the trust you build that makes them come back and try again. That's customer care. Sending me high price points and insinuating that I have to make a decision at that second or else I would have financial consequences to my actions, is not gaining the client's trust. I pick up my car to find that the stereo system isn't producing any sound and Jenny just wanted to dismiss me without solving anything. Mentioning that "no one even touched the radio". She did say that there was a solution but it wouldn't be looked into it unless I paid that "repair" bill. I rate this review 4 stars due to Chris, the supervisor, who took the time and effort to have it fixed at that very moment. The issue? An unplugged wired that the mechanic forgot to connect when he finished the initial repair. Keep in mind, I too spoke with the mechanic and he denied having any fault with the sound system. If it wasn't for Chris, this review would have had gone very south. Perhaps, only that missing star would have been colored-in and the rest would have stayed empty... Update 12/01/2020: After the poor work on the recall made by this dealership, my car had a crankshaft issue that left my car with a broken motor.
