Very unresponsive and unhelpful. I came in, saw a vehicle I liked and got all the numbers for my purchase and wanted to do a test drive but the answer was no. I was only allowed to test drive after I signed a contract.... What's the point of a test drive if your basically driving what you already would own at that point. Makes no sense. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Go to another dealership period.

Ok, I’ve been monitoring the market of pre-owned AR cars for sometime (almost a year 🙈) and it is hard to find the right one without the seeing it in person. When we had a chance to be in LA area, we came to Ellis Dealership. Huge selection of Alfa Romeo & Fiat cars 🚗 At first couldn’t decide which one is better AR Stelvio or AR Giulia… Angelo, wonderful Adviser at the dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable and we did test drive on both cars… also I had a specific list of things I wanted (pre-owned, possibly certified, 1-3 years old and specific color combination inside and outside, no sport seats…), and this “unicorn” was in stock and ready to go! Transaction was very smooth and signing all the documents with Financial Director was easy and simple. Thank you guys again! Love my new ride 🌟
