The salesperson was good. He worked to get us a great deal. The service department is not good. We are having issues with another car we bought from this dealership and the service manager wouldn't even come out and look at the problem. We talked to the assistant manager. Nothing was ever done about the problem.

After finding the vehicle I wanted online thru the All American Chrystler Jeep Dodge website that was extremely helpful giving you all the information you need on the condition of a pre-owned car or truck. I went to the dealership prepared to deal with some of the things you hear about car dealerships. At All American it was further from the truth. Upon arrival I was met by Alex Martinez a great guy really easy to talk to and made the whole experience a joy. He was very knowledgeable about the Chevy I wanted to buy I was surprised sense it's not a Chevy dealership. He never tried to upsell me or get me to buy something I didn't want. Financing was very easy and painless everyone on staff was so friendly and so easy to talk to I even was approached by the General Manager to make sure I was having a good experience. All in all I would return to this dealership for a future purchase I know with this type of service they will still be there in 10 years when I'm ready to buy again. Strongly Recommend

Went in just to look at Jeep Wranglers and Clinton Harris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Explained all the features very well. When it came to the buying process, he was very understanding about my financial situation and worked very hard to get me a price and payment that I was comfortable with. I was recently shopping for a used dodge charger and I looked everywhere within a certain mile radius and I came across All American Dodge of Midland and saw one. I had certain features that I was looking for but the car I saw didn't have those. Ali Mirzaie found me a charger with all the features I want and more, a reasonable price range, and helped me get the car as quick as I could. He wasn't aggressive, pushy, or annoyed when I asked questions. He made my first car buying experience a good one. I'd definitely recommend Ali to help you purchase your next vehicle!

I live in El Paso, TX. With three Ram dealers in town and a couple more between El Paso and Midland, some folks may wonder why I'd purchase a truck from All American CDJ in Midland. I had two reasons; 1) I had a specific list of options I wanted on my new Ram 1500 truck and 2) I wanted to get it for a reasonable price. I actually had to contact Robert Davis in Midland to find a salesperson who wanted to find the truck I wanted. Robert made no effort to persuade me to buy anything other than exactly what I wanted, to include color. He and his associate Big Mike searched around and found the exact truck I wanted. Of course I assumed I had lost my bargaining position by being so picky but this wasn't the case. Robert gave me a great price and I ended up with the truck I wanted at a better price than I could get in El Paso ... and the truck was delivered to my driveway. As a result of my experience with Robert and Mike, I will definitely be sending my buddies in search of new trucks to these guys. Great experience and I love my new Ram truck!

I'm not a client with great credit. I have been twice to shop for a brand new vehicle. The first time, my questions weren't answered. It seems as if once they see your credit score, if it's low they want to have nothing to do with you. I had a large down payment and not once did they ask me if I did. The second time, I was willing to put a down payment IF I knew I was getting a lower interest rate. Not once did the salesman try and work with me he just said no. I would ask him questions and he was EXTREMELY rude. Luckily, I went down the street and met a GREAT salesman who actually treated me like a human and bought a brand new vehicle that cost even more than the one I was looking at at All American. I hope you find a really good salesman otherwise, you might just be as disappointed as I have been!

Recently All American Chrysler Dodge of Midland, Texas had listed a trade-in vehicle with Cars.com. I found the dealership and Victor (Vic) Harris who was most helpful in showing me the vehicle i wanted to see. He even found a place close by for me to drive the vehicle in town and on the interstate. He never tried to question my decision, but was very helpful in completing the sales details if my selection. He and the staff were very helpful to make my visit a pleasant and positive one. I appreciated that so much!

Brought in vehicle after purchase for bent front axle. After many weeks of calling and for them to see it, I was notified that the 60 day bumper to bumper warranty claim was denied and that I should contact my insurance to get it fixed. Between that and a 4 year extended warranty not to mention the fact that that exact repair is covered as per the warranty info on their website?

Best service ever out of all the dealerships I've gone through! Purchased my second Dodge Challenger 2015 and Abdul was there and even helped me customize a certain type of rims to my satisfaction. We also purchased our family vehicle through him a Dodge Durango 2014 and he gave us a good deal and even had the vehicle up front waiting for us as we pulled up, which was great because we were coming from out of town. I would like to thank Abdul Nur, Sales Associate, for his help when I purchased my 2015 Chrysler 200. He told me if I ever had a problem getting in for an oil change or for service to let him know. I did have a small problem with my door and informed the Service Department while it was in for an oil change. The Service Department scheduled an appointment to look at it for April 27th, which was a month away. I called Abdul to check on an extended warranty and he asked how everything was going with the car. I told him that I would have to wait a month to get my door checked. He had me bring in my car that day and had Chris Prieto, Mechanic, look at it immediately. Chris had it fixed in about 5 minutes. I couldn't be happier with Abdul Nur and Chris Prieto. Employees that are not only interested in the initial sale but also make sure follow-up and repairs are quick are the reason I bought my second Chrysler. I still have my Chrysler 300 and I have no complaints about either one of them. Thank you again Abdul and Chris. You are both a credit to All American.

We just recently bought a Oscar Mike Jeep 2015 from here and we honestly didn't think we had the credit for a new vehicle. But thanks to Abdul we were able to leave with this new jeep not including we traded in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport that had 7,000 miles on it. THIS DEALERSHIP DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING!!! I would never in my life recommend them or Evelyn. They have been the worst dealership I have ever used! They are everything but professional.Some of you may have had a good sales person to help you purchase your car, but I did not. Evelyn was nice long enough to get the sale... I did not take my vehicle home the same day it was purchased due to some details that needed to be fixed on the vehicle. She lied about when my car would be ready for pickup. They gave me the run around and wouldn't call back. I had to call every day for 2 weeks until I received my vehicle. From the girl up front answering the phones to the so called sales managers, they are not adequate or near qualified to be there. They have no customer service skills and all they are worried about is making the sale. They're priority is not the customer like it states on here or on their website. Sadly I had already purchased the vehicle but wish I hadn't. My car is nice and its what I wanted, but regret having used them as the dealership... I had to take my car back not even a month later to get checked out because they failed to do it right the first time. Its now been a week and I still cannot get a rental or a call back to let me know status of a vehicle. By far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was told incorrect information about what to take in to make a copy of my key so when I get there they tell me the opposite from what I was told the first two times. Plus the lady in the "Parts" service had an attitude. Every single person that works there should have the SAME and CORRECT information to give to us, customer, so we don't waste our time going back and forward.
