This is the third car I have bought from here. The whole process started out horrible. My previous salesman, who no longer works there, basically lied to me to make the sale last time...However I got David Garza this time and he truly did everything he could to get my payment where I wanted it at and answer all of my questions. He went out of his way to help me get out of the car I was in and into something that I really wanted. He had his work cut out for him and he never once got rude or agitated with me.....or my constant question asking 7 year old. I highly recommend him. They'll be glad to sell you a car or truck but if you ever need service, forget it! Their service department is ABYSMAL!!! Be prepared to be without a vehicle for at least a week, they don't have loaners. And be sure to get anything the salesman promises you in writing. They tend to renege on their word. We were told by the dealership that they would run our new "used" vehicle through a complete inspection to insure it was in perfect condition as well as detail the vehicle as if it was brand new. They needed a couple of days to get this accomplished. They delivered it to us and took our trade in. The next day we noticed that the carpet still had stains on it as well as other spots that were never touched.Also after driving the vehicle, we noticed several issues with the motor and exterior molding. After numerous attempts to call and address the matter, we were told that the vehicle was still under warranty and that we should take it to a local dealership to get them fixed. They wouldn't even offer to go ahead and detail it for us.My wife was also lied to by the guy who has you sign all the papers. He told her that there was extra insurance that we could get that would just add $32/month to our payments. Upon further inspection, we found that it was more like an extra $85/month. That guy, Santiago, will not call us back.

Not so happy about the service we recieved. Oscar Rodriguez was suppose to be helping us. We signed the contract, were told we were approved with zero down were gonna have the truck delivered cause we live 4 hours away. Needless to say we did not get the truck,lost money from missing work. Also was asked to delete my negative review by the gsm himself. This has been poor business by getting the run around. I dont recommend anyone going to them.This message was wrote from Oscar Rodriguez himself :We work very hard to get you approved on that truck and me and the general manager both spoke with you as well as our customer care center and told you we would contact you as soon as we hashed your deal out with the bank( they where hard to contact) and as soon as we had a definitive answer we me and the general manager called you back and let you know what the issues were. From the moment I contacted the dealership, I was completely impressed. I scheduled an appointment and had to change at the last minute to a different day of the week early in the morning. My salesman, Oscar Rodriguez, was off but decided he wanted to make sure he saw the process through with me and came in to meet me. Upon meeting him, I was very impressed with his demeanor and how he interacted with me. From the test drive to the point of agreeing on a price was less than 30 minutes. We got down to business, no back-and-forth, and found a price and I bought my truck. What really impressed me was after I had already signed the paperwork, he coordinated the delivery of the truck 30 minutes later and the transport driver was waiting for me to leave... But when I was leaving, I asked Oscar about the second pair of keys and he looked and couldn't find them. He told me he will make it right. Either he will find them or get me a second set. I looked at him and shook his hand, told him thank you and departed. 2 weeks later he contacted me (without me prompting him) and told me he had the keys and if I wanted them sent to me? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He contacted me and was ready to execute the process.... Never would I have thought I would get this kind of service, this fast, reliable and with this kind of integrity. Oscar is a family man who is trying to make a living while demonstrating incredible character and integrity in a business known for much less. I would recommend family and friends to Oscar and this dealership in a heart beat. Someone with this type of integrity, credibility and character will get my business every day!

I am giving five stars because it was so easy and fast to get myself my dream car! I went in to look at a 2012 Kia Soul I had seen online. After talking with Chris Garner I came in the very next morning to puchase it. He made it real easy to figure out the details and gave me a good price that worked for my budget. Had no problem trading and buying a new car, but after it went all down hill. Tried to get it refinanced, told them what I wanted to do instead tried to sell me a new car even though I have only had my car for one year. The dealership itself smells like stinky boys and isn't very clean. The workers there were not professional, and heard several make rude or inappropriate comments. I do have to say there were few that were actually working and acted like gentlemen. I also haven't had a good experience with the service department. I have a life time oil and service and I would actually rather pay else where then deal with them. I normally don't review poorly, but I have just been very disappointed and wish I would have bought my vehicle else where.

Just want everyone to know if you want a new vehicle i advise you not to go through San Angelo Dodge dealership. They have the worst service department and poor standard operating procedures in this town! I will never buy from any All American dealerships again because of them. Not to mention the prices of their vehicles are higher than the other dealerships. I do have proof of all this! Also they expect you to "plan" your vehicle breakdowns, do without your vehicle for 2-3 days ti they get around to "diagnosing" what is wrong, then tell you the breakdown repairs don't qualify enough man hours to give you a loaner vehicle! Arent they wonderful??!!!

This is the worst service center by far that I have ever dealt with, from being lied to on warranty issues to setting a ridiculous appointment date to being 3 1/2 hours out on an oil change and refusing it. Every time I have been the service was sub par to put it lightly, go anywhere else!

2012 Dodge Ram in shop for blinking engine light. After 2 weeks and 2 days they looked at it. Picked it up today, and the problem is still there. Sean in the service dept said his tech drove it on the loop,no way. I just had gotten on Mertzon highway, and the light started blinking. They only drove it on the loop and never accelerated, but the computer said no problems. Well now the truck goes back, and they keep it another FEW WEEKS until its it goes thru the rotation. Last time it was in for a reset on a sensor it was over a week. . I just purchased a 2015 jeep with an issue, wow. when I take it there is no telling how ling it will be until I get that back. The service department lacks empathy for customers in this situation. They did not look at the truck and therefore did not see what was going on. Sad Sad place, NEVEK again will we purchase a vehicle from them. We did not learn the first time . Sean had told our son it was not accelerated, only went on the loop. But truck runs rough on or off the loop.

Pricing is too high and not willing to negotiate due to oil boom. Lets take advantage of the economy mentality.Service after the sale? No. None. Not happening. They typically have a two to three week wait just to get car diagnosed, not repaired, but diagnosed. Depending on what needs to be done and availability of parts, that wait can be a lot longer. They refuse to allow you to put your name on a list and drive around, and they will not loan a vehicle to you. If you have one car in your family, that means tough luck you are out of a car. When you have a warranty what good does it do when you can't get it serviced? I realize it is West Texas and they may be limited on bays, but with the money they make they could afford to expand to better serve their customers. But that is not the case nor concern. Drive to Abilene, don't bother with All American in Midland or Odessa because they are in the same boat with the same ownership. Either that, or consider another brand. After buying four cars here, I refuse to even recommend them to anyone.

Very pushy, rude & talked to us like we were idiots. Every time we tried to leave they literally stood in our way trying to talk us into a vehicle we didn't want - the salesperson, sales manager & finance manager! Our kids were with us, they were very obviously cranky & ready to go but that didn't seem to phase them. I even have finance experience and they kept throwing out the same numbers in different ways trying to make it seem like they were giving us a great deal when really they were trying to screw us. I will never set foot in there again.

2013 black gold ram 2500 crew cab pickup, it had a back up camera which is what i liked most since I'm a contractor & back up to trailers a lot, it also had Nerf bars, bed liner, tow package, several things i liked. I worked with the salesman named Ryan who was very nice & also with Andrew the sales manager. I told them I love the truck, But needed a white one just like it with the same options because all our company trucks are white. They said, no problem, we don't have white here, but we can bring one from another dealer & have it in a couple of days, they even thru in a grill guard, I said OK, sounds good, so I signed a contract & made the deal that day. when they called a couple of days later & said we have your truck I was excited & went right down to pick it up. when I got there I was very disappointed. The truck they brought me was a plain work truck with no back up camera, no Nerf bars, no bed liner. I spent at least 15 minutes arguing with the sales manager Andrew who tried to say the truck doesn't come that way, that he added those things to the other truck i test drove, I said I was promised the same truck as the one i test drove with the same exact options & paid $40 some thousand dollars. I said if I cant have the same truck, I'm backing out of the deal right now, I do not want this truck, I said I want the truck I paid for period. He said no problem, Take this truck & I will order the camera right now & we will put a bed liner in right now & order your grill guard & put your Nerf bars on within a couple of days. they did everything except get the camera, They said this truck is not designed for a built in back up camera, But we will take care of it, I have been in there about 15 to 20 times over the last 6 or 7 months & have gotten nothing but a run around. The most important thing I wanted on the truck, I still have not gotten. promise after promise & still nothing. It makes me so sick & I feel like I have been completely ripped off by this dealership. I even went to see the main general manager who had the nerve to say, Well if you would have done something early on we could have done something for you. Well if i would have known I was going to be screwed over like this, I would have never excepted this truck & made them bring me the right one, I would have been glad to wait for the truck I ordered & paid for. I feel like I have been treated very poorly & on top of it all I also bought my wife a new 2013 Durango approx 2 weeks later all the time thinking they were going to make things right. All I wanted was the truck I ordered & paid for, I have been patient for 7 months & am really angry about this. All I want is for them to make it right, I will not stop until they do. I feel like all they cared about was making that money & not my satisfaction as a customer. I have tried so hard to get them to help me & make it right to no avail. I wonder if they will even show this review. As a business owner myself, I will bend over backwards for my customers & make them happy, Even if it means I don't make a dollar or even go in the hole.

Finance Manager George Kalaitez pulled a good job on me, he told me I was getting FREE OIL changes with my new car and bumper to bumper service contract, later after I got home started reviewing my contract I noticed my FREE OIL cost ME $499.00 and the bumper to bumper cost ME $2200.00, so I went back to the dealer to have these items removed from the contract and George K. had me filled out a Contract Cancellation Request Form that NEVER made to the Finance office to have $3,448.00 removed from my contact, I think George K just threw it in the trash, now my payment reflects the extra $3,448.00 he added to my contact. Never buy anything from All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge of San Angelo....; EVER!!!!!!!!

Went in with my husband to purchase his jeep. I was going to be purchasing a different vehicle from another dealership that day also but after hearing Coy's knowledge about my husband's jeep, i asked Coy if he could help me to decide what type of vehicle to purchase. In May 2013 I went to the Dodge dealership to just shop around a bit. Todd Parker actually listened to me, which is not the response I have gotten from other car sales staff. He found out the price point I was looking for, the type of vehicle I wanted to look at and some other particulars and then found it! We did not find my new car on the first day, but he kept looking and called me the next day to come down and test drive the car I ultimately purchased. His 'can do' attitude and up-beat personality make him a great salesman and when it is time to purchase my next vehicle, he WILL be the first person I call.

I went in to trade in my car and get a new one. Todd was very friendly and helpful. The trade in offered was going to leave me too upside down so he went out of his way to help me find the best trade in offer even though it was next door at Honda. Todd then helped me look at cars at Honda and continued to help me through the sale. I came home in a great car and was very happy. I told my neighbors about my experience with Todd and they went the next day to see him and traded in their car for a new one. They also loved how helpful Todd was. I would recommend Todd to anyone (and I do) that is looking for a friendly salesman that will make you feel comfortable about buying a new car!

When I was in for normal service, I also told Josh about the ":check engine light" being on. He discovered a problem with the rocker shafts; they needed to be replaced. I was given an immediate service time (plus a ride home), and in a couple of days the whole thing was fixed! The car runs well; it's quiet; and it even "feels" more powerful. Excellent, speedy work; outstanding customer relations withn Josh; and a totally satisfied experience! THANKS! You can be sure that for any future service needs, I'll be back!

All of the comments that I am making is in reference to the experience that I received while buying my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on 10 October 2013 from Osvaldo "The Champ" Martinez. I was out shopping in a local grocery store when I received a call from "The Champ" informing me of the great deal that All-American CJD had for previous owners. I had no intention of purchasing another vehicle even though I had previously bought 5 new and 1 pre-owned vehicle from the dealership since 2005. I was currently driving a 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT and 2011 Dodge Charger R/T with only 19k miles on it. But after talking with "The Champ" and looking at a 4x4 that they had on the lot, I decided to trade my vehicle in for a Jeep. The vehicle was in transit but I decided overnight that I didn't want a 4x4 so he worked with me to get me what I wanted. My wife went online and found her perfect vehicle. The dealership went to Boerne to pick it up. I had issues with vehicle upon arrival because it didn't have exactly what we wanted. I was going to walk away from the deal but after "The Champ" explained to me all of the details of the vehicles and the options that I had, we decided to purchase the vehicle. If not for his knowledge and professionalism I would had walked away from the dealership and even took a voluntary repo on the Jeep if they did not return my Charger. If someone is paying for something then they should get exactly what they want and if not be able to walk away from the deal. I am a 20 year Army retiree and have a Gold Recruiter Ring and was working on the Medallion as a detailed recruiter. So I know how to make sure that people get exactly what they want from a contract. That is the only way to be successful at your job. "The Champ" did an excellent job. I would recommend anyone who is looking for honesty and a great job from someone who is looking out for his customers to ask for Osvaldo "The Champ" Martinez when you go to this dealership.

Service Advisor Josh Hewitt is personal, friendly, efficient, and ready to serve. He's a credit to the organization. I've come to trust his judgment, his recommendations, and respect his ability to do all that he does. (Nick Nicholson is excellent as the Service Manager, too.) Josh immediately scheduled the service needed on my car; Kenny was the mechanic who not only discovered the problems but fixed them; and all was done quickly, honestly, and to my compete satisfaction. I can't believe the difference in the ride (and sound!) of the car now. It's almost like new! I appreciate the dealership, the service department, the people working there, and the results of their work in my behalf. KUDOS, You Guys! You KNOW I'll be back!

The vehicle when accelerating, will just lock up, could be at 20 mph or 60 mph, it's never the same place. The cruise control also doesn't work when this is going to happen. It was in the service dept for 3 months on multiple dates starting in November last year. There have been problems since the first time we dropped it off. Originally we dropped it off on a Monday, at the service writers request. My wife had explained that I work out of town and that I would only be home that week and she has to have a vehicle. We called numerous times trying to find out what was wrong with the vehicle that week, and on Wednesday, Josh told my wife that it was being diagnosed and should be ready on Friday. On Friday morning we called numerous times, for Josh, all unreturned . I called for Nick the Service Manger, that morning and he also didn't return my call. I called Paul, your Operation Manager, later that morning and left a message stating that I was coming personally to visit with him since nobody would return calls and I needed a rental, as my warranty states I was due because it had been in the shop for a week. I live 40 miles from the dealership and as I arrived in town, we received a call from Paul. He told me that it was being diagnosed as we speak( was told that on Wednesday) and he was authorizing a rental for my wife for the weekend. He said that he would call me back in 30 minutes to let me know where to pick up the vehicle. I decided to run some errands while I was in town. 1 1/2 hours later I still had not received a call, so i decided to drive to the dealership. I went in and asked to speak to Paul and while waiting I received a call from Nick telling me that the car should be diagnosed and back to me that day. He told me that it should be ready by 5, which meant that I was expected to sit in town for another 1 1/2 hours. I became irate and and told them that their service was unacceptable. about 15 minutes later, Nick called me back and was extremely rude. He told me to come to the dealership because he needed to show me something. He told me that the oil was extremely dirty and that is why the cruise control would not work. I told him that I change my own oil and it had been changed 3 months earlier. I waited at the Service Dept. until he came and got me at which time I told him i was recording the conversation as I had been lied to pretty much each time i spoke to the dealership. at this point he became very irate and and belittled every comment that I made, easily the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced. I admit, I didn't help the situation, however, I am the customer. He also told me that he had just checked his voicemail from 4 hours earlier, that's why he had not called me back. He had the Lead Mechanic tell me that my dirty oil was the reason that the cruise control wouldn't work, because of a cam sensor. I had them change the oil, and took the vehicle home for the weekend. The car did the same thing on Monday morning. My wife called the dealership, 3 times for Josh and once for Nick that morning. The call was returned by Josh at 4 that afternoon and told my wife the head mechanic said that she should drive the car for a month or so and see if the new oil made a difference. Obviously it wouldn't have, they have changed it at least twice since then and its still happening. I then emailed Lithiacares and received a call from Paul and Nick apologizing for the bad service and unreturned phone calls. He assured me that that is not the way his facility is ran. My wife has driven this unsafe vehicle to your dealership with the issue occuring twice and picked up your techs so that they could experience the problem. Both of them said there was no way that they would drive the vehicle, but you kept expecting my wife and 2 year old to do so. I work on the road so my wife has had to deal with everything else. I am not sure of the dates, however, if you care I'm sure that you can look them up or call and we can talk more. My wife picked her car up 2 weeks ago Monday and drove it to the airport, she was out of town for a week. I was home for the weekend and it did the same thing on Sunday. She asked for the service records the time before when she picked it up and Josh told her that we couldn't get a copy. When she asked again 2 weeks a go Josh told her that he would mail them out. As of today, we still had not received a copy. In the last 2 months I have emailed Lithia cares twice, nobody returned the email. I left 2 messages on Pauls voicemail and 2 emails on the All American Dodge website that is connected to Paul, each with no response. Finally, I posted on the Lithia Dodge facebook page stating my concerns. The post was removed in less than 10 minutes, but it accomplished what the numerous unreturned correspondences couldn't. Paul and Nick called me and told me to go somewhere else to have my car serviced. They could not fix it. Meanwhile I am stuck with an unsafe vehicle with my wife and 2 year old inside.

We had gotten the car and price we wanted with the car sales man and everything was going great until we reached the finance manager Mr. Martinez. He was there to seal the deal and lead us on our way with our new car. However, Mr. Martinez didn't have time for us because we had come to a pause with the insurance. We weren't able to walk out with the new vehicle because the insurance was in my dad's name and not mine.Since my father wasn't answering the phone, I wanted to resume on the next business day so we can come to a solution.Santiago had a bad attitude by telling us he didn't have time for that and told us we were wasting his time. We already had our check on the table and ready to go and we gladly took our check back and went to another dealership because it's their job to serve buying customers.

I am very picky and currently pregnant which makes it worse. We had gone to look at possibilities for a vehicle that would better fit our new family. I had a C1500 pickup that I was not about to get rid of however Jerardo showed us everything. At one point I think he was about to give up and wasnt going to be able to find me anything. But he kept trying. I am one who can sit in a vehicle and know within 30 sec if I am willing to drive it. He listened to everything I was listing I liked or didnt like to narrow down what I may find to be the perfect vehicle. He found one that not only was perfect for our needs but I was willing to part with my truck which I never thought I would do. Kudos are in order for this rep.

George was fabulous at getting us the deal with options that were perfect. Without George's attention to detail I would not have known about the lifetime warranty deal that was spectacular. Tony made the experience very personal, rather than business, i felt like i was taking my car to a friends to get worked on. He was extremely efficient and precise in his work. taking a car to a dealer to get after-market work done is more expensive then taking it to most other garages, but knowing how much care and attention was put into mine, makes it worth the money to me.Raymond made sure all the details were ready to go before i brought my car in and even worked everything around my schedule. he was very accommodating throughout the entire process.

I wish the rating scale went higher than 5! Cody and "Monte" were extremely helpful in getting the exact price for our 2012 Dodge Journey. They didn't pull any punches, were very polite/friendly, and were more than willing to go the extra mile to help us upgrade from a 2005 Dodge truck to the 2012 Journey. They came well recommended by several people I worked with and were very highly rated on other dealer rating sites. If I were going to be stationed here longer, I would most certainly buy from them again.

This young man got my van fixed tow days early. He kept me informed of what repairs were needed and how much they would cost. I felt like he really cared and got everything done with a price that I could pay. The van drives so much better. The brake light was coming on and it is now off. The brakes no longer make me wonder if they are going to stop the van. The leak is fixed. I was very pleased with the service.

We began looking into buying a new vehicle about two months ago. On our first trip to look around, Valdo greeted us on the lot and showed us several vehicles that met the criteria we had expressed to him. We then went to several dealerships while on a family vacation, but we did not get the same hospitality as we had from Osvaldo which urged us to come back to San Angelo to make our purchase. Additionally, other salesmen we worked with did not know as much about the vehicles they were selling. When my husband asked specific questions that were important to us as we decided on a truck, Osvaldo was able to provide us with the information we needed. We felt as though both Osvaldo and the dealership its' self helped us get into the truck we needed to fit our family of 4 with the accessories we wanted. We were happy with the trade in on our old vehicle as well as the price of our new truck. Following the purchase, Osvaldo has efficiently followed up with us to see how we were liking the vehicle as well as checking on our appointments with the service department for getting the grill gaurd put on. Overall, a great salesman and a fantastic experience. Very happy with our new Dodge! :)

I gave the All American Chrysler Jeep Dogde of San Angelo 5 star rating all the way! Even though i bought a car from the Honda lot, I loved the overall expiernce i had at this location! The employees were very professional. My husband and I went into the dealership not expecting to get a car that day. But with the help of Maddan, we walked out with a 2011 Honda civic that day! Maddan was very professional! And each time I have had to go back in there for something, he has always remembered our names! I have never been to a dealership that was clean, professional, very knowledgeable and honest. They worked with us so much that we are paying lower then what we expected on our car payments. Upon taking the vehicle in for some fluids leaking the dealership managed not to find leaks that were pointed out. This I found hard to believe and asked to speak with a manager, which was refused and I was transfered around over and over. I hung up called back questioned again how the leak that was plain to the naked eye wasn't found and I was asked to immidiately told to pick up the vehicle. Upon going to the dealership no manage came to speak with me and they returned the vehicle with caps off, and parts literally stacked up under the hood. I took pictures and asked for their corporate number which was refused. Then I was informed if I did not leave immidiately the cops would be called. I got in my vehicle and went across the street waited for police showed them the damage they immidiately returned to the dealership but could not do anything to them because they did not charge for the work. Now I am left with a vehicle in pieces and upon going home and calling corporate was informed dodge has no affiliation with the San Angelo location and that they are not an authorized dealer. Dodge also informed me even if the vehicle was under full waranty the problem was my own now and it was up to the dealership to honor the waranty. This I find interesting, you buy a new car and its up to the individual dealerships whether or not they wish to honor their companies warranty that the customer is paying for. All I can say is if your needing work done do not under any circumstances take it to this dealership as they have poor quality work, poor customer service, poor management, and even a worse set of ethics. They overcharge for work even for a dealership quoting me 700+ dollars to replace a waterpump on a dodge ram 1500 which is approximately 20 minutes of work and the part is 52.99 from the dealer. Nothing special needed to change it and a part that most people can change themselves if there willing to take the time.

I had an issue with my 2012 Charger Police Package car. The AC/AM-FM controls stopped working with less than 2000 miles. I called ahead and spoke to Raymond who told me to make the 70 mile trip into San Angelo and they would work me in. When I arrived Raymond got my vehicle in quickly and Tony took the car back to get started. Tony was very professional and had me come to the back to help with the police equipment that was in the way of him making the repairs. After about an hour and a half I was back on the road with everything working. Tony was a pleasure to work with while determining the problem with the car and deserves a pat on the back for his professional appearance and attitude. I was also impressed with Raymond for getting me in and how he handled the entire situation. It was nice to be made a priority so my patrol vehicle could get back on the road. Thank you.

The experience we had buying our new car was by far the best one ever. The time we spent at the dealership was very pleasant. Very low stress.... and that is rare. We appreciated their honesty and we didnt feel like someone was constantly pressuring us. The process was quick and painless. From out of nowhere, Terry made our deal happen. When we got the cold car to come and see about a trade in, we thought there was no way to get out of our car that we were totally upside down in. Somehow, Terry and his sales guy were able to get us into two new cars even after another sales associate told us that there was no way we could work a deal. Terry went out of his way to get us the deal that we wanted/needed. This is the fifth time for me purchasing a vehicle, and by far, Terry was the easiest sales person I have ever dealt with.

I took delivery of my Ram 3500 after returning from a deployment. I had an awful time going through AAFES/Overseas Military car sales but, taking delivery at All American made me think i should have just bought through them. Everything from keeping in contact with me and sending me pictures of the truck (thanks Paul Mcclure) to all the paperwork processing (thanks Sherry Welch) to fixing one of the problems that the AFFES folks couldnt get right (after 3 tries) with the door handles (thanks Josh). I will not only recommend this dealership but, my next purchase will be with them as well. Thank You for taking care of me even after i had taken delivery.

When I went into the Dealership today, everyone was very professional and very helpful. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jay Scott, the service rep. He took my information and got the car in line to be serviced. I was there for less than a hour this trip which was very nice. All the guys up there at All American CJD are great in the Sales Department and the Service Department.

I recently bought a car from this dealership. They delivered it to me. I never went to the car lot. I only talked with a Sales person on the phone. I was given free oil changes so I go there to get my oil changed often (drive a lot for work). They are always friendly especially (Ruben) I believe that is his name. He always offers to get us a ride somewhere since we live out of town and always have things to do while waiting on the car. Overall no complaints. Would rate a 5!

I have been a Ford Truck owner all of my life however about a year ago I started researching new Trucks I fell in love with the Dodge Laramie Longhorn. I went this week to All American in San Angelo and had the opportunity to work with Mr. Oscar Rodriguez. The entire staff that my wife and I worked with at All American were top notch all the way around. In all the years I've been buying new vehicles I've never worked with a more professional yet very nice and personable sales staff. By the time my wife and I drove away with our Laramie Longhorn we had no doubts in our minds that we were offered a very good deal all the way around from final price to interest rates these guys worked for us to get us in the truck I've wanted and dreamed of. This Dodge truck is decked out from top to bottom and I could not be more satisfied with this vehicle. The quality and craftmanship is nothing less than outstanding and all of the reviews I've read on this excellent vehicle were dead on! I've never had this great of a sweet ride in any Ford or Chevrolet truck. As a dedicated Lithia Group All American Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Honda of San Angelo customer, I have had the pleasure of buying a few new vehicles from outstanding sales consultant Eli Ramirez. Eli has a high level of product knowledge combined with tremdous interpersonal skills. Eli worked very hard to establish my trust and build a positive relationship with me. Eli has continued to communicate with me after my 1st Honda purchase over a year ago, demonstrating excellent follow up skills and continues relationship building. High pressure sales tactics were never used in any of the dealings I've had with Eli. Eli has always treated me with kindness and respect. His customer first approach and honesty directly relates to "you make customers in order to make sales" mentality. Eli's truly outstanding qualities deserve the highest praise, as he is a valuable asset the the San Angelo dealerhip stores. An example of Eli's outstanding customer service is when he was willing to meet me at the dealership on his scheduled day off to deliver my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. That action , among many, earns a "5" for customer service. The rating of "5" for quality of work is a combination of the maintenance of my Honda and the work ethic of Eli Ramirez and dealer to dealer trade specialist John Long. I sat with John Long for 2 hours as he worked the phones contacting dealerships as far as 800 miles away in order to find the exact new vehicle I was purchasing. John Long's efforts were truly exceptional, and a dealer to dealer trade was quickly completed. The 2012 Grand Cherokee Limited I was seeking is in high demand, and John worked tirelessly to find "the needle in the haystack". The "5" rating for friendliness was earned by Eli, John, and Paul Hatcher. Paul Hatcher is an extremely talented leader who truly puts the customer first! The "4" rating for overall experience was lowered from a "5" to a "4" only because it took 9 days to transfer my chosen vehicle from a dealership that was only 284 miles away. The "5" rating for price is based upon what Sales Manager "Glenn" was willing to do for me do to the time frame it had taken to transfer the vehicle in a dealer to dealer trade. I am a customer for life at the All American San Angelo stores / Lithia Group because of quality people such as Eli Ramirez, John Long and Paul Hatcher. I could not end this review without mentioning finance guru Sergio "The Car Father". I have NEVER closed a car deal in the F&I office with an individual who was open, honest, and all about taking care of the customer! Great job to all!
