Picked up a brand new car 5/23/16. I am still waiting for a part that was broken off the car in the salesman's hand the evening of pickup it is now 2 months later!! The car was also delivered without the floor mats listed on the inventory at time of pick up. Numerous phone calls to the salesperson asking about the part status are responded with that's not my department. A phone call to the sale manager also goes unanswered. I could go on and on but honestly this dealership is not worth my valuable time being wasted on them. My husband and I will never buy another car from them and neither will anyone that we know!! Word of mouth goes a long way!!

For sales Mike Lemley can't be beat. Robert in service is a great guy too. He is helpful and knowledgable. Other than that run for the hills. Service department is run by so many incompetent people, it's a wonder anyone goes there at all. Customer service is supposed to be their top priority however no one has trained these people on how to speak to their customers. They do not know their products, they don't notify you when parts come in for your recall, and they lie to you about repairs. I don't know what happened to this dealership, but I do know that customer loyalty means nothing to them. I have bought or leased at least ten cars from Mike in my tenure with this dealership so I know what I am talking about.

JJ Petrillo provided the best car shopping experience I have experienced. He was so knowledgable about every aspect of the car and was able to compare features in a way that made sense to how I would use the car. Besides that he was a total gentleman. I will be buying my cars from JJ from now on. In addition to JJ I also want to compliment Art Lieberman in management and Alberto Rivero in Finance. Art worked miracles with a difficult financing situation and Alberto was just a pleasure to deal with even though it was 10:30 at night. It was all so easy. Thank you all.

I just called earlier in the day and told them that I will be there in 10 mins. The moment I walked in and instead of putting me in wait because I had no appointment with anyone they found a salesman like in 2 mins.My salesman was Elliot barinberg, an outstanding salesman. He knew what I was looking for and what are my requirements, in terms of price and the car. Most important thing he didn't do any typical dealer "B.S" excuse my language. He couldn't have been more helpful to make my purchase easy. He found the best deal possible for me and the car I was looking for. Janette Vaccaro in the service dept was a total pro. I blew out a tire and purposely avoided servicing at the dealership b/c I had in my head that it would be way more expensive. I went to 2 Sears auto, one in CT where I blew out tire and the one in Paramus, both tried to tell me I need 4 new tires on a car that's less than a year old. Janette walked me through, did depth measurements and told me I only needed one. Replaced my tire with a matching Michelin and had an alignment done. Even had my car cleaned for me. I will be back. I'm no longer afraid of service at the dealership and I will be back. Saved me $650 as I almost had the guys at Sears talk me in to buying 4 new tires.

Hadn't bought a car in 8 years, but everyone at All American Ford were great to deal with from start to finish. When you walk in the person at the front desk greets you with a smile and makes sure that you are being taken care of. I was always treated with respect and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. They were happy to show me options on other vehicles that I was interested in and made sure I was happy with my final selection. I shopped at several other car dealerships over the last week and there were many where I felt that even though I liked the car, I could never consider buying from the dealership because of the way I was treated. Dan, Jim and Julio made me feel like a part of the family and I would refer any family member or friend who is looking for a vehicle. Thanks again for the great service!

I began researching certified pre-owned inventories at 12 different dealerships throughout New York/New Jersey two months ago. After reviewing everyone's website and visiting their locations, I soon realized All-Amercian Ford had the broadest selection of low mileage vehicles with clean CARFAX reports. The night my family and I first walked into All American Ford, we were technically still in browsing mode. However, when we saw how well-maintained the vehicles were and when we met our salesman, Ansoni Romo, our thought process shifted from browsing to buying. Romo guided us through the process in a friendly and professional manner. He was able to answer all of our questions and also gave us an attractive offer on our trade in. In short, he made our decision easy and we couldn't be happier with our certified pre-owned Ford Explorer.

I purchased a used vehicle off the lot last week after the team at All American brought the car back from auction as we waited too long prior to making our decision and the car was sent out. I thought that was pretty special. We tested the vehicle one last time and the tires needed to be balanced in the front. Upon our return the team performed the balancing as soon as we returned which was 6:30PM on Good Friday. We did have a little delay in the paperwork which was due to the high volume of car purchases on this holiday. The salesman apologized and bought us dinner to make up for the delay.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested purchasing a vehicle.

I purchased a brand new 2016 ford mustang from All American on Feb 29 2016. When i went to pick up the vehicle the rear molding was cracked they replaced the trunk after we waited for 3 hours. thats what service said. I picked up car on Friday night after 8pm. The car sat on my driveway until the following Friday, the drivers side mirror we noticed was loose, worked but loose.I sent my son down to all american on that Friday. Dan the service manager stated that it would not be under warranty he was not sure how it happened, because there were no marks to indicate it was hit, but he said probably someone leaned on it, Probably impossible because it sat for a week with the drivers side closer to lawn so no reason to be leaned on, unless that happened at the dealership. They wanted to sell us a new mirror on a car with 100 miles on it!!!I spoke to dan myself, who was unhelpful, rude, and really did not seem to know anything. My salesman was more then helpful, he tried to speak to GM but he refused to help. So i took it to body shop, and when he opened up the door he found the bolts holding mirror on were stripped and someone put glue on to hold. He did what he could so that we could drive the car but my mirror should of been replaced. You do not treat customers as they treated us. It was a brand new car and they should of done whatever to make it right, they did not. Watch if you bring car to dealer for warranty work they try to get out of it, unprofessional and Dan is unhelpful!! Atleast we were told Dan was the service manager by Dan, not sure if that is the truth either!!!

I was driving home when I had a flat tire from a nail on the road. After changing the tire with the spare I realized I had along ride ahead to take my daughter to a basketball game. It was already 3:15 and we needed to be on the road before 5. I called All American & spoke with Lauren Livaccari service adviser. Lauren had me come in and when I told her my situation she had a service tech get right on it. The tire was repaired and put back on. I was out of there and back on the road in 40 min tops. We made the game in plenty of time with no anxiety of riding on the highway with the spare. Lauren was great in understanding the importance of where I was at time wise and making sure one way or another I was able to get on my way with the proper tire on the car. As well she was a pleasure to talk and deal with.

They manage to somehow mess up every service call I've brought my car in for, to the point where my car isn't functional when I leave. Stay away. When I brought my Lincoln for service to replace a proximity sensor module, the vehicle was returned to me completely clean and intact. My experience was when the dashboard has to be opened, usually I would be able to tell the difference from a factory assembled quality to a dealer technician re-assembled quality. But this job was to my surprise, the dashboard looks like never touched. Excellent work quality!

Curtis was extremely knowledgeable about both the Fusion I was interested in along with other comparable cars from competing Makes. He wasn't pushy at any point in time. I have been on the search for a new car ~ driving many mid- size models. When I entered American Ford in Paramus the dealership was large, clean and all staff greeted me with a smile. JJ Petrillo was my salesman. He has been with this dealership many years. He asked me key questions and was able to zero in on the perfect Ford Model Fusion for me! JJ is knowledgeable, funny, kind, business like. I actualy went back 2 or 3 times for the test drive. I wanted to show the car to my mother who was not able to come to the dealership as she was sick. JJ came along to Glen Rock! He was great with my Mom and answered her questions regarding the car. When we were about to leave, to return to the dealership, JJ said, in a fatherly way, "get your Mom chicken soup and ask her what else she needs than do it" He meant it too. JJ helped me get this car with options I Love as did Mr. Steve P the manager. Alex was terrific when signing the financial documents. No pressure. All were businessman and gentlemen the entire time. My wife and I traveled to Paramus New Jersey from Southbury Connecticut on Saturday to look at an H2 that they had offered for sale. We were on the fence with it as it had been in a accident that caused damage to the undercarriage and frame. We were told it was too old and would have to try to find financing on our own. The salesman Steve P talked us into leaving a deposit and told us if we changed our minds that they could refund it over the phone. After talking with our bank and credit union they said the same thing. It was too old. So I went down the following Tuesday to see the vehicle one more time and ask for my deposit back. i asked for he deposit back and was told the person needed to return the deposit wasn't available and that hey would return it over the phone. So I got a text message from the salesman the following day saying he needed a picture of he card and the CVC number off the back for the refund. Hesitantly I have him he info. About ten minutes later I got another text stating that the refund needed to be done in person. As you can see they are playing games with my wife and I and with our money. I would not buy from this dealership. And if we don't have our money back by he end of the day today I will be contacting my attorney and I will make sure the news gives them all the free publicity they can handle. I have contacted my bank to reverse the charge and told that all American ford denied the refund even though they know that they are supposed to return it. I will also be contacting the state attorney generals office to file a complaint, motor vehicles to make a complaint against their dealer license and the Better Bussiness Bureau.

I wasn't really planing on getting a ford. I needed a car and was looking at other options, but nothing stuck out. After going on a test drive at a another dealership on RT 17, I was coming up on All American Ford and pulled in. I thought why not just see what they had. I saw the Fiesta and in the showroom and was surprised with how much I liked it. Tom approached me and he was great, he was able to tell me everything I needed about the car. from the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by this warm and welcoming salesperson, JJ Petrillo who won me over with his honesty, hard work to find me the perfect car, and royalty treatment that I have never before experienced in a car salesperson and a fabulous dealership. Arthur Lieberman, the manager, was warm and welcoming as well and helped JJ perfect my ideal vehicle. JJ asked me what I wanted to spend monthly and between he and Arthur they searched all over for a car with all my specifications that I wanted at the price that I could afford to pay. They made me feel so comfortable during this whole process and then sent me to Gabe Cabrera to take care of the financial end. He was very knowledgable and whisked us through his end of the process with ease and attentiveness. When we picked up the car, JJ was quite detailed on all the information about the workings of the car and walked us through every inch of the workings perfectly. My cell phone didn't work so well with the car in the beginning so JJ called Mike Lemley to help fix the problem and he was so terrific as well. He knew how to fix my phone to program it for the car. Hats off to JJ Petrillo, who became like a member of our family, Arthur Lieberman, who helped us greatly with his searching for my ideal car, Gabe Cabrera who made our finance visit so easy, and last but not least Mike Lemley for assisting in programming my phone to make it compatible. I was looking to trade in my 2006 Audi for a certified pre-owned car, it was time for an upgrade. I had looked at several other car companies and had inquired about them but no one was as responsive as All American was, it sometimes took days to hear back, but Jasmine (the internet sales manager) was quick to reply to my questions about the cars in stock I was interested in.After doing my research I wanted to look at a Ford Fusion because of the great gas mileage and the over all look and they had a couple on the lot. I worked with Steve who was great, he wasn't pushy (as some sales reps are) with trying to "close the deal", he was helpful and wanted to work with me to get a deal done. He showed me the two cars I was interested in, one was fully loaded(leather, Nav etc) and the other was also great and had all the features I was looking for. I wasn't looking for all the bells and whistles (is it nice to have, yes, but I didn't need it), he didn't push the more expensive car at all, he was there to work with me, he was calm as we discussed the numbers and ultimately got me to the number I wanted on my trade and also the monthly payment for the car I ultimately purchased. He was very friendly and we discussed cars in general during the wait time before I went up to finance. It was quick and pain less without a lot of back and fourths, see Steve next time you stop by.

I was in a finacial free fall & had to make the hard decision to give up a vehicle I loved to make my payments lower. With less than stellar credit I assumed I'd be lucky to get a 1983 Le Car. I dropped by Ford Paramus last Thursday around 1 pm and I was out the door with a new vehicle four hours later thanks to the help of its salesman, JJ.He sat me down and went through the numbers to see whether we could reach a fair deal. I had brought in a quote from True Car. Though we did not reach the True Car price (partly due to my fault of quoting him a higher True Car quote initially), he did offer me a price that was well in range and below the average price paid for my vehicle. The paperwork for the purchase also went smoothly--these guys know what they're doing. What I would suggest for other buyers is getting a True Car quote, asking them to negotiate within a ballpark figure, and paying a fair price.Though that may not be the hardest bargain that you drive or the cheapest price that you get, it makes the experience fair and enjoyable for both parties.

I recently purchased a 2015 F-150 XLT from All American in Paramus. The sales staff (Elliot Barinberg) was excellent. Far from being the stereotypical "car salesman" Elliot was in total control of all the facts and numbers regarding my vehicle of choice. After forking over a fee of $500 it took more than a week to find a suitable vehicle for lease. Then the finance manager bungled the lease agreement and called me to come in again and sign a new one! Meanwhile, I asked the sales person over and over when I would get the registration and plates. A day after the temporary registration expired I still hadn't gotten the permanent registration or plates. When I explained this to the sales person, he said, "Don't worry. They won't pull you over for that unless you do something else wrong." After an irate call to the manager of the dealership, I finally got the registration and plates delivered to me two days later. The whole experience with these inept, masters of excuse and uncaring attitude was a nightmare. Anyone who attempts to deal with these people should prepare themselves for unprofessionalism and abuse.

The people at All American Ford of Paramus are wonderful. They always do an excellent job on my cars when they are in for service. They let you know upfront what work will be done. If any additional issues are discovered, they will let you know and explain what needs to be done and what the costs are. They always keep you up to date on the status of your repairs. The new facility is amazing. The waiting area is bright, airy, plenty of tv's to view and have free wi-fi available.

Al did hes best to get me the vehicle i wanted , witht the options that were a must for me. And most importantly got me the rock bottom price right in the begining , i went to a few other dealers and no 1. Ould match the price he gave me. He was 100% correct when he said you wont get a better price then me. I bought a 2015ford transit cargo van, and i was very picky about the type of works bins i wanted inside of it. Al personally took me straight to hes connect that i stalled custom bins for all american ford and did a custom job for me. When the van was ready i came to pick up. Something wasnt quite right with the bins. He promised me he will take care of it . I bought the van , paid in Full . And Al called me the next morning to tell me when to bring in the van to get re-done. After everything was done he called me agin to make sure i was happy. I would recommand Al whole heartely and all american ford for having such great service and honest salesmen that care about their customers. I hAve bought 7 new cars b4 from other auto makers and other dealerships but NEVER had such good expreince like the 1 Al Monteforte had given me. THANK YOU AL! You are a man of your word.

I own a Toyota and someone at a Gas station, in Glen Rock over filled my car with too much oil. I had a feeling that something was wrong so I asked a friend to check the oil and he told me I had 1 1/2 quarts too much.It was the 4th of July and I had to drive 60 miles. Nothing was opened. I live in Paramus and just by luck, I went to the Paramus Ford dealership. It was late in the day and the men in the service dept. were starting to close out the day. I explained my dilemma and they were very kind and stayed. They drained out the old oil and checked my car for any possible trouble. In fact, everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely comforting and helpful. I was very blessed to have found them.As a result of this experience, I will buy a Ford the next time, I shop for a new car.

I had an extended warranty on my vehicle which I sold. Fords Corporate Headquarters send my money to All American Ford in Paramus and I have been trying to get reimbursed almost $700 for two months. They have been giving me the run around for putting me into voicemails and never returning my calls. After having an extremely unpleasant experience with Quality Ford in East Rutherford, I was advised to give All American Ford a try. Upon my arrival, I was introduced to Elliot Barinberg, who was very courteous and professional. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of Ford vehicles and his pleasant, understanding attitude. Not only did he manage to beat Quality Ford's initial deal by including immense savings on additional fees, but he was able to provide me with the exact vehicle that I wanted within 2 hours of my arrival. I can honestly say that Elliot turned my awful car shopping experience into a great one. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE SHOWROOM , MY FAMILY AND I WERE GREETED WITH A SMILE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING...AND EVERYTHING WENT UPHILL AFTER THAT. It is such a pleasure dealing with JJ. He's a man of his word, does what he says he is going to do and he doesn't beat around the bush trying to sell you everything you don't want. I tell him what I need or don't really need as far as equipment and options. Then he comes back with what you want, trying to max out any option selected. He is very knowledgable of all rebates and gives you the necessary down payment and resulting monthly payment. THE END. No well let me talk to my sales manager, etc. No back and forth about price, etc. My time is valuable, I trust JJ will give me the best price available with no back and forth haggling. I bought my 2014 Edge last week and made arrangements to pick it up today. I arrived at the dealership at 10:15am and was driving home at 11:50am. So if you value your time and don't want to spend most of the day buying a car. Go to JJ at All American Ford.

Went to a couple dealerships testing out service and sales reps in the beginning but when I landed at Paramus I was finally satisfied with the service to continue with my experience. Factory ordered a 2015 Mustang and very happy with my ordering experience. Unfortunately my ordered kept getting pushed back and delayed which was super frustrating (at the fault of Ford itself) however Al was as helpful as he could possibly be and could always be reached. Also even dealt with Dominick the GM and when I came in to the dealership in person to inquire about my car and where it was Dominick really let me know he was doing everything he could do to help. Really good to know and couldn't ask for more. Soon after my visit the car came in and I couldn't be happier. Got to peep it right after it rolled off the delivery truck and before they had a chance to detail it. Really felt like being in the delivery room for a new born and Dominick and Al were a blast to help along. The next day when it came time for pick up I was really super pleased. Al even helped set up the bluetooth in the car and also found out a cople new things I didn't even know about it (despite my several months of researching the car). Great experience and great guys all around.

We are repeat customers of All American Ford in Paramus for many reasons, the first and foremost one being salesman JJ Petrillo. At the age of 46, I have bought a number of new cars and dealt with many different dealerships and sales people. Buying a new car was always a stressful and aggravating experience; one which I dreaded. My wife and I bought our first car from JJ about 6 years ago and have gone back since because of JJ's professionalism, knowledge and the fact that we were able to walk out of there feeling GOOD opposed to feeling taken or defeated! JJ is a great listener, never pushy and did an incredible job making my wife happy- not an easy task 'cause she is ALL ABOUT BUSINESS when buying a car!! All American has a large inventory of vehicles which is great because we've always been able to find something we like on the lot instead of having to wait for an order. The staff is friendly and very "customer focused;" one of the managers offering my 2 year old son a slice of pizza while we were finishing up on paperwork. It's the customer service and all the little touches that add up to a great experience, and will bring us back every time.

From the minute I walked in Raul Who is some sort of service manager was rude to me very unhappy Ford owner every winter I have had the same problem with my car it does not start every winter I bring it back to Paramus forward because they're the only ones who know how to fix it something in the wiring is draining the battery when my car didn't start again this winter after they said they fixed it every other time I was not happy.... Not only did Rockwall try not to help me he tried insulting me and making me uncomfortable and he deserted to bullying me... Making me wait for manager that never came and telling me I had to stand there and wait while he was done doing something in his computer because I walked away and didn't want to pay and mother speak to the manager so he wanted to spite me... He told me the diagnostic test would be $150 I was so unhappy and nervous that I was being bullied like this I just could not wait to leave then I get a phone call from one of the other guys that work there and he told me it's now going to be 370 something dollars I knew right then and there was a no-win situation after they get a $408 diagnostic test they told me it was $1800 module that needs to be replaced this is the same Roger up from the day I bought the car that never worked right and when it was under warranty nobody wanted to fix it even though I went back repeatedly just pick my car up that the red light is on meeting at the burger is open or the trunk is open I just wanted to leave they were such bullies I was actually afraid to not go there

J.J. was the opposite; he took the time to work with me on the specific vehicle and options that I felt were important and helped me to weigh the benefits/drawbacks of buying vs leasing. His manner was straightforward and non-pressured, even encouraging me to check with other dealerships if I wanted to be sure that the deal that he was offering was a good one. As part of the deal, J.J. gave me a fair price for my trade and took the time to explain how the process would work in terms of changing vehicle ownership, paying off my remaining car loan and how these issues would factor into the overall deal. I was in search of a used cadillac cts-v and ended up finding exactly what I wanted at this dealer. Steve Van handled the sale. I've been to many dealerships in the past and never went back twice. I must say that I would totally come back to this dealer. They had their number, I had mine and we made a deal that was fair for us both. They even beat my own banks interest rate. When does that ever happen?Lots of people give bad reviews to dealers when they don't get what they want. Problem is that they walk into a dealership with an unrealistic number in mind, then lie about their credit score and income, and get upset when they sit with the finance guy and the interest is through the roof. People, this is not the dealers fault. You can't walk in claiming you make 90 grand a year and have a 750 credit score when you know it's not true. Be honest with them and you'll get the same in return. With all that said you'd be an idiot not to give this dealership a try. Thank you Steve, you're the man!!!

I have dealt with buying cars with family and friends and the time consuming process. This car was for me. I wanted to get in and get out. I knew what I wanted and when. JJ Petrillo is the man you want in this and many situations. He's professional and personable at the same time. He will get you what you are looking for and in your price range (realistic price range, we all have pipe dreams about costs in this world). Especially is you are looking for a sports and/or luxury car, he can do it. A hard to find special edition? He's your guy. I never had such a pleasurable experience while spending significant $$$. I even dragged my reluctant friend Fusion owner who was looking to dump his lease and buy a Hybrid. After my purchase, I hooked him up with JJ and he took care of him as well. Trust me, JJ Petrillo is the go to guy if you are looking for a real car, a Ford. A F150 truck, a sedan, an SUV and especially a Mustang. I know where to go when it's time to get my wife out of her old Honda Minivan and into a Ford.Not to mention that the Paramus location is convenient even for City dwellers like me to jump over the bridge to take care of business.

While purchasing a new 2015 Explorer the salesman, "JJ" Petrillo, was quite helpful and explained everything clearly; I felt like I was talking to a close friend. He was warm, friendly and treated me like a member of the family. A wonderful salesman who told me to drop by any time with questions--and I would not hesitate to stop in to see him-- that may arise in using all the options that were included in my vehicle. JJ is definitely the one to talk to!!!! They had my vehicle ready within a few hours, including adding the auto-start feature. Let me begin by providing a disclaimer: that is - the main service facility for this dealership is currently undergoing renovation so a lot of my review is marked as "average". I am fairly confident that the facilities will improve . . . That is Service Reception, Service Bays and Customer Lounge. So Customer service: These days, e-mail is the easiest quickest and most convenient way for me to communicate and schedule. I would like to DIRECTLY communicate via e-mail w/ THIS DEALERSHIP'S service to set-up appointments and recieve a response within 24 hours (on a business day). It is not always just a simple thing to call. Sometimes when going through the Ford System I feel there's a non-invested third party between me and the dealership. Buying the car was (and in my experience is always) pleasant. Hey - a salesman wants to sell you a 20 to 100 thousand dollar product - why would she/he be a schmuck? This was low-pressure, courteous and professional. Looking back though not all my questions were completely anwered or, more presicely, the answers were not clearly articulated. I didn't quite get the options I'd expected. Not a big deal - this is a commuter car and doesn't need tons of bells and whistles. I felt the price was fair and the saleman extended himself and I appreciate that. I am disappointed that this dealership seems a "Boy's Club" and there weren't any women as sales persons or behind the service and/or parts desks. They might do well to widen the demographic up front. They lose a star. I'm still out regarding "service" and have rated on expectaion rather than on current reality. I brought my Focus in with 10 months of driving now and 13,000 mi on it. The Transmission rattles through the first few gears and it's annoying. I suspect this will become either a recall issue for this model and/or a class action lawsuit . . . for me it's a nuissance but, as I've investigated, for some it's a safety concern. The other problem was/is the A/C: on a paricularly rainy day the defroster was more of a RE-FROSTER! I could not see out my windows and was wiping them for the entire 22 mi drive home. In hind-sight I should've called for road-side assistance as the conditions were just plain dangerous - cleaning a window while the other hand was steering through flooding streets and irratic traffic. Initially the Service manager suggested it was normal and, apparently, I wasn't clear that this was NOT NORMAL. Getting the car back, neither problem was resolved so I have had to return it - this time being clear about the A/C problem. I've put the tranny on hold as I suspect, as already mentioned, Ford will probably have to put out a recall on the model.. It remains to be seen how long it will be before my car is returned to me. So far the dealer has had it for 5 total days. I think, too, that a dealership of this size would be just plain smart to arrange for loaner/courtesy cars (I've other cars so not a particular problem FOR ME). It may just become the make or break amenity when purchasing my next vehicle, though, as to who my dealer becomes. A previous dealer of mine afforded the option and it really is a great treat. And Classy. Finally, I'll recommend this dealer reluctantly. There's another dealership a bit further away who has impressed me in that whether complaint or compliment ALWAYS responds Publicly in writing to reviews such as this. They apologize for when they've dropped the ball and been gracious when praised.

My son wanted to buy "American" and it was his first time purchasing a new vehicle. They kept us at the dealer from 3 in the afternoon until 8:30 at night. I think Gabe was annoyed that my son did not opt for any extended warranty so his tactic was to delay, make difficult both the lease rebate and military discount. Gabe does not return emails or phone calls to follow up - he is the epitome of the sleazy car dealer in tone, mannerism, and attitude. This is one of the many reasons people buy from Honda, Mazda, Hyundai etc - its the quality of people they train and hire.

Anyone that is leery of car sales people and wants to just hear the simple, honest facts, you have to go see "JJ" Petrillo at All American in Paramus! I was searching for a car and had no idea what kind of car I really wanted - it was over 10 years since I bought my last car and really did not know the current market at all. JJ asked me a couple questions and right away he seemed to know exactly what I would like and led me out to amazing choices. This totally proved his experience as takes the time to listen to a person and understand what THEY want, not what the dealer wants to sell them. I am now driving the car of my dreams and JJ took care of every little detail with ease! I went to All American Ford as a very confused and worried consumer and am amazed at how wonderful I was treated; I left there in my Lincoln MKZ , but only after JJ carefully showed me how to use all the accessories in my car! Very deceitful and dishonest salespeople. I was promised a price for a car, only to find out days later when I returned that the salesperson had no intention to sell the car at that price. They then countered with an offer almost $1000 more and encouraged me to go to the other dealer I said who would sell the car at a price close to the price they promised. So I did. I got a great deal at Fred Beans in PA and saved $1,200. My experience with All American Ford could not have been worse. They were dishonest, deceitful and a complete waste of time.

Curtis took excellent care of me while at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars. He took his time showing me the cars and answered all my questions. He was able to find the cars I wanted and had them prepped and ready in less than 48 hours for me to pick up. Anyone thinking of using All American Ford in Paramus, I highly recommend you go the other way. This is by far is the worse dealership out there, They are thieves that take advantage of hard working people, and make promises they cannot nor will fulfill. They sold me a Precertified 2009 Infiniti that I have had several problems with, this vehicle was sold to me, and down to the seatbelt wasnt even working correctly. I have had to go back several times, and the customer service is horrible, they do not return calls nor emails but there real quick to take your $. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and feel for any future customers they may take advantage of. They say the best compliment you can give a business is a referral and I wouldnt even refer my worst enemy to this dealership. Run the other way!

I've been to a number of new car dealerships in the past - whether it was Mahwah Ford, Ramsey Jeep, etc. and I don't mean to bad mouth any other dealership, but I will say that I felt like these three guys at All American Ford in Paramus - Joe Green, Nelson, and Dominic went out of their way to try and get me the best price.. Other dealerships always had me feeling like the salesmen were just talking to me to see how deep my pockets were and how much money they could make off of me. Not here. I felt confident that what I was signing was a good deal. And when I checked the internet on "What Others Are Paying", my intuitions were correct. I got a heck of a deal. And all the while Joe Green took the time to show me every single detail about the pickup truck i was interested in. Don't believe those old lines that Japanese cars are better than American cars. Because these new line of Fords are great! Couldn't be happier.

While the staff was friendly I was a bit taken back by two things: 1) The unwillingness of the staff to revise their own franchise fees to match another dealer offer about 10 miles away. The difference was less than $60 dollars. 2) The length of time it took to complete the process. It took about three and a half hours. I got their at six thirty and I was the last sale that they took at 9pm. I was not done until 9:40pm. When everything was done I had locked myself out of my car. Everyone seamed to want to go home and I was caught outside in the cold and rain.

By far the worst car dealership experience I have ever encountered. I had initially contacted the dealer online when I came across a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I explained I had a trade-in and was attempting to lower my payment. I exchanged the VIN number, mileage, etc. and then spoke over the phone with the internet sales person and asked if the numbers I was thinking of would be feasible. I was put on hold while he "talked to the manager". He came back and said yes, totally feasible - come on in. I stressed I was 2 hours away and didn't want to waste my time as this was the only deal I'd be interested in. He swore up and down he would not waste my time. Upon arriving at the dealer (2 hr+ ride), no one offered to assist me for about 10 minutes as I walked around looking for someone who may be able to help. These were some of the most miserable people I have seen. They clearly did not want to be working there. Finally, I was introduced to the internet sales guy who then handed me off to a salesman. I of course assumed he had briefed the salesman on the situation, but upon sitting down and beginning the discussion, it was clear he had no idea why I was there. Once we got down to the same details I had already discussed over the phone - literally 2 hours prior - he laughed at how impossible the deal was. I politely explained this was already discussed over the phone, and long story short, he called his manager over who then explained the same to me. He called the internet sales guy who then said we had never discussed this pricing. At this point I'm obviously annoyed that I've wasted 2 hours of time, but to top it off, the "sales manager" calls me a liar. I asked to speak with his manager - politely - only to be cursed at and told "there's the door, you can leave" over and over. He then went on to a rant about "I'll just get all the bosses, do you want that?" Wow. Professionalism at its finest. The 2nd manager comes over and instead of apologizing for me being screamed at and cursed at by his subordinate, he tries to "work the deal" for me. He got it down to within $20 more than the original deal over the phone to which I explained we could have just started there rather than having to have you all shout, rant, and rave about me being a "liar". I promptly left at this point as this dealership is not deserving of any business. Best advice: Stay away. No matter how good the deal looks. These are inexperienced, disgruntled salesmen who can't work at a reputable dealer. Their management is no better.

This is the second vehicle I have leased from JJ, as always he is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always makes the buying process enjoyable. My lease was ending on my fusion sport which JJ sold me 2 years prior, the car was amazing but since I was looking to upgrade to something bigger JJ showed me the Edge Sport, what a beautiful SUV! Since I was not able to purchase the vehicle that day I ended up having to go in and pick up the vehicle on a day where JJ was away. Searched vehicle online, contacted All American Ford Paramus, They called us back and arranged to see vehicle. Drove 45 minutes to get there. The car was not there, was never there. Bait and switch?? Are they unorganized, stupid or dishonest?

Third car purchased here and third great experience. Had the same salesperson Boris Valencia. He was very knowledgeable about Ford products and a pleasure to deal with. The rest of the team was fantastic too. They helped me get a great price, without the hassle. They were The General Manager, Dominick Minervini, the Sales manager, Nelson Minier and the Business manager Albert Rivero. When I came in for my scheduled delivery, it was freezing outside.But there was my car was waiting for me all warmed up so my salesperson, Boris could go over the features with me. That made a great buying experience even better.

We were very pleased by our entire experience at All American Ford, and in particular with our sales person, JJ Petrillo, who helped us lease our new Ford Fusion Hybrid. JJ is obviously a seasoned and knowledgeable sales person, and we were delighted with the great deal that we got on the car, and the service and information that he provided. He knows his cars inside and out, and was friendly and accessible. He has a great sense of humor and was fun to talk to during the down time while our paperwork was processing, and was particularly nice to our 7 year old son, who was getting antsy during the paperwork and other business, providing him with popcorn and treats from the vending machine. Buying or leasing a new car can be stressful, but JJ really helped make it a pleasure and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new Ford.

After a not so great experience at another Ford dealership, I stopped in on a whim to All American in Paramus and spoke with Al. He was friendly and, I felt, honest with pricing and features available within my price range. He took the time to speak at length with me about my options and didn't try to sell me on things I did not need. I ended up with a Ford Fusion at a decent price. Al was very friendly and considerate about my time, having me head home to wait while the paperwork was being done. I highly recommend Al Monteforte at All American Ford in Paramus!

In November, 2013, I had an appointment w/Bryan Strozza. At the appointed time, I was met by a Ms. Saurez, offered water, and told that Mr. Strozza would be "right down". I waited for over 1/2 hour, walked around the dealership (the showroom isn't that big), and Mr. Strozza never showed up...no call, no nothing. I left, and the next 3 days I got calls from several employees (including Mr. Strozza) still trying to get me to come by to look at the Ford I was interested in. I told them all of my experience, they all apologized and promised to get back to me.....nothing.This experience with All American Ford in Paramus completely soured me on the buying experience, and I would never recommend the store to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and inconsiderate treatment are not to be believed.

When the deal was made I was told that there was no second key and that the will look for it then when it wasn't found that it was a as I'd deal .i am wondering where do the do that at besides fALL AMERICAN FORD IN PARAMUS NJ ! No I am jumping to hoops to fix this matter and every time I do get connected to anyone who would listen they would tell me that the sales person or persons I am trying to reach is a meet , just stepped out or is with another sales deal or person . I left a large number of messages and still haven't heard from anyone , I always given a remote starter I OWE YOU SLIP THAT I CANT EVEN USED UNTIL THE OTHER KEY IS FOUND OR REPLACE . So I'm still waiting for away or person to fix this matter . So I mention to the sales person if the car I just purchased had afuel in it and my sales team mention all their cars leave the lot with a full tank of gas but when I am driving home not happy at all. With my new car cause of my worst experience I just went thru in purchasing anything in my life ! I see the light on the gas meter come on and I now notice the I was driving on an empty tank ! How much more was my purchasing a new car experience was going to get ? Not a happy customer I should be and I am going to do my best for anyone to avoid ever having the experience I had at ALL AMERICAN FORD IN PARAMUS . I came in to buy a car for my daughter. Jose was very helpful and showed me the Fiesta I was interested in for her. He also showed me some certified used cars that I liked better. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. (I asked many questions) In the end, we ended up getting a fiesta right from the showroom. My daughter was ecstatic with joy. Jose made sure to show us all the perks in the car, synced her cell fone to the car, and made sure we left with a full tank of gas. My best experience ever. I will come back next week with my boss, because I know he is interested in getting a car too.

I bought my car in August of 2013 and the night before I was going in to pick it up was told it would be ready when I came in. I arrived and it was not even there. It took 5 hours to get my car. I called when got home to let them I forgot my prescription sunglasses in my trade in car and they supposedly never found them. I contacted them 5 days before my temp plates were to expire and they said I would have them in time. Guess what I missed 3 days of work because they did not get my plates to me in time and the temp plates expired. They still have not addressed my issues as of 12/31/13. I expected 3 days of work pay reimbursed to me at the least. Steer clear of this dealership!

I would definitely recommend this dealership. Everyone was so kind and courteous, even ones I wasn't working with directly! My sales consultant Pat Payne listened to what I wanted in a car and what I could afford and made it happen for me. I came in with no intention of leaving with my car that day but after speaking with Pat and Jim Payne, I know I made the right decision by signing those papers! They made me feel important and at home, offering me water, coffee and popcorn. Pat did not try to rush me or pressure me into making a decision I was not ready for, which is hard to come by when shopping for cars. All American Ford in Paramus is a GREAT car buying experience and I highly recommend it.

All American Ford in Paramus is one of the most disorganized and flat out dishonest car dealerships I have ever encountered. I bought a car 3 weeks ago and they were not even able to organize the plates before the temporary plates expired! When I called to complain about it, the manager promised me that he would get back to me which he did not even bother to do. Both the salesman as well as the manager basically kept telling me that I have to just wait - WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING. So here I am with a brand new car and I am unable to drive it. I was then told that our plates would be there on Monday and that the sales person would "personally go to the DMV" if they were not - only to be told on that they were STILL not ready. He flat out LIED to me. In addition to this, they left out a few documents on signing day, and I was forced to come back to the dealership at a later time. Even on signing day, the purchase document for my car, with my VIN number was listed at double the price. Even signing the documents when we came to pick up the car took over 2 hours when there were no other people in the dealership. I have bought numerous Nissans, a Toyota and an Infiniti in before, and I have NEVER experienced a slower, more frustrating experience. The guys at Ford Paramus are no better than seedy used car salesmen - they will lie to your face and not even apologize when you catch their lies. I would HIGHLY discourage dealing with them.

The staff at All American Ford provides excellent customer service. They always do what is right and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. The mechanics also do an excellent job, I have dozens of cars repaired here and I have never had to bring a car back to fix an existing issue.

My husband and I went to this dealership after finding a used Nissan Murano listed on autotrader.com. We called ahead of time to ask if the specific car was still available and we were told that it is. We made an appointment to come in and see the car a few hours later. When we arrived the specific Murano we wanted was not there, but they had another one they could show us. (More expensive, of course) We were assured that the car was in great shape and that all work had been done already. We agreed to take the car. The only visible defect we were aware of was that the driver's side sun visor needed to be replaced. That same evening my husband was driving the car and discovered that the horn didn't work on the car. We called right away and made an appointment to have it fixed the next morning as we were going away for the weekend. I was assured that as long as I brought it first thing I should be in and out in no time. Unfortunately, I was sitting in the office waiting for over 3 hours before they were done. I chalked it up as a one-time issue and went home. The next day we took the car on our trip. This was a perfect opportunity to break in the car as it was a 100+ mile drive. As we were driving the rear view mirror fell off the windshield. We were able to snap it back in place, and while it was still a little lose we figured we would have the dealership look at it when they get the new visor. Then when we arrived at our destination I noticed that there was smoke coming from the front of the car, by the engine. This worried us both tremendously, but we also knew that we couldn't do anything about it at the moment. When we continued to notice the smoke and a smell after we arrived home on that Sunday (3 days after we purchased the car) we decided to call and make a service appointment. I called the following day and we brought the car in on Monday evening so they could work on in first thing Tues morning. No one contacted us ALL DAY to let us know ANYTHING about the car. Finally my husband called around 4PM and after going between service agents was told that they have to order parts so we can come get the car for now. We waited and waited to hear back and would call without resolution. While we waited a myriad of new things kept going wrong with the car. The rearview fell off again, the service engine (oil change) menu continuously stays open, there is an error light on the RPM dial, and the electric adapter fell out of it's location. This makes us more and more concerned that we were lied to at the dealership and that we in fact were sold a lemon. All the while we were still waiting for "the part" that was ordered. We waited for THREE AND A HALF WEEKS before I called and made a stink about the location of the parts for the car. I was told that "it takes time" and I should understand that the had to get the parts and they have to wait for someone that can work on this type of car etc...Then they said that it would take a few days to fix and when I asked about a rental they originally told me that they couldn't offer us one. They eventually agreed to offer us a rental, and then made an appointment for us to drop off the car and ADDITONAL TEN DAYS after the conversation. So we are now over a MONTH after we first reported the problem and brought it in for resolution. We brought the car in on Monday Dec. 2nd to have all the work completed on the car. On Friday December 13th the service manager called to tell us that they took apart the engine (just then-after 10 days) and will need more time. That the car should be ready by Monday. When pressed he admitted that they had yet to do ANY work on the car up to that point! Today- December 16th they have now had the car for TWO WEEKS. No one called us to let us know any status. My husband called and was told that they found "another leak" and now need to order "another part" so that can take another day or so. I have never dealt with such complete lack of honesty or integrity in my life. There is no reason that they should have this car for this long. We have now had to make a payment on a car that we haven't even had use of during this time and have dealt with nothing but arrogant, inconsiderate people. In fact, when I put a negative review on their Facebook page they had the audacity to call me and ask me to remove it!! I told them that if they are embarrassed by the negative rating, then they shouldn't treat their customers so poorly. All I get is excuses from the service manager about why things aren't done. He loves to tell me that "I" need to understand. This experience has soured my image of Ford completely. I will NEVER buy a Ford and I will ensure to continue to let my colleagues , friends and family know about this experience.

Our experience at All American Ford in Paramus was amazing! We worked with with Nelson Minier & JJ Petrillo & we couldnt have been happier. They didnt make us feel like just another customer....they made us feel like family. Its rare to find service & people like that in this day & age. Ford is lucky to have them both a part of their team. We are now enjoying our leased 2014 Ford Explorer & look forward to doing business with them again! I went to ford because I had a scratch on my car. Because it is a lease I was concerned. I went in and spoke with Peter trotter and he in turn got Anthony Rubino to come look at my car. I was a walk in. They took the car back into service, buffed out the scratch and did not charge me. All the while being very pleasant. They educated me on lease "standards" and I was out in about 45 min. My salesman Curtis noticed I was there and asked if everything was all right with the car. I love this dealership. It's unlike any other car dealer. They are friendly and they treat you like a person. Nothing worse than feeling like a dollar sign.

Took my Ford Fusion in for a recall on the fuel pump and the service advisor greeted me right away, did not leave me waiting while he passed me several times, as in other service centers, was very polite and courteous. He kept me informed of the progress made, I did not have to keep calling to find out when my car would be ready. I would definitely recommend this service center to friends and family.

This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from All America Ford in Paramus.After going to several dealers looking at all suvs from several manufacturers uncertain of what I really wanted and still just looking, I stopped in at All American Ford, this was the only dealership I visited that did not hassle me, pressure me or demand I speak with the manager.I met Al Monteforte, whom was extremely helpful in answering my questions, showing me the cars and never once asking me for my personal information, or demanding I speak to his manager, instead Al was helpful, pleasant and funny, such a pleasure to talk with, I almost forgot I was in a car dealership, rather lunch with an old friend. I left the dealership with a good feeling no stress and no pressure. Als winning personality brought me back to him to purchase my 2014 Ford Escape. Al made my purchase a lovely experience, he paid attention to every detail so I didnt have to.From taking care of my old lease, setting me up with a body shop, handling everything effortlessly for me.He took care of everything, all I needed to do was show up meet with finance and off I went in my new car. My name is Nicki. I came to All American Ford in Paramus by my moms house in September after a bad experience at another dealership in Wayne. As soon as I walked in I was NOT swarmed with representatives (which I hate). Most of them were with customers, which gave me a few minutes to look around and settle in. I heard a very distinct voice and a chuckle come from the corner by the door and made my way over to John Petrillos desk, who had just come in from outside. (JJ) is what he told me to call him when I approached as he shook my hand. We sat down and he was laid back and pleasant to deal with. We talked a bit about what I wanted and was honest that my configuration may be hard to find. He was eager to find me exactly what I wanted even if we had to special order my car, which is what ended up happening. I was stressed and he calmed me down several times. I knew I was going to have to wait for my car for several weeks but JJ stayed in touch and made sure to keep me posted and excited about my new car on the way. I have had my beautiful Ford Fusion SE 2.0L for 1 week and I am absolutely in love with it. If you want personality x10 and are looking to purchase a Ford in Bergen County, go to JJ. Petrillo. These people are really weasels. Took 2005 Ford Escape in for a problem. Told them very specifically that the car had almost 200k miles on it and we didn't want to put a lot of money into it. What imbeciles - they charged us $3000 and never fixed the original problem. Then came back and told us it would cost another $800. I would never buy from them or use them. How they they get away with claiming to be #1 in service is beyond comprehension. Really borders on criminal the way the mislead and gouge there customers. They should be investigated.

I told him kind of what i wanted with leaving room to change, and he came back right away with a car that was perfect for me, and I signed the papers right then and there. Their service department is completely shocking! I booked my car in 2 weeks in advance for a safety recall due to a faulty fuel delivery module. I went to drop my car off on the morning and am told they now need to order the part? They knew I was coming in for 2 weeks and they knew the exact reason why I was coming in, but did not order the part - what type of business are they running there! The service adviser also told me that Ford just uses the words in the safety recall notice to "scare people" and its not that serious. You have to be joking right - no company wants to go through the millions of dollars and bad press for a recall, so it must be serious enough to warrant it.I was told that he would order the part immediately and phone me that afternoon to confirm. After 10 days and still not receiving that call, I phoned another Ford dealership in the area. They ordered the part, phone to confirm they received the part the next day and booked my car in two days later.The biggest irony for me is that I received an email from All American thanking me for bringing my car in for a service and being a loyal customer... (1) You did not service my car because your incompetent service adviser did not order the part even though he confirmed the reason for me bringing the car in when I originally booked it AND (2) I am no longer a loyal customer after this series of events.They may be good for sales, but after that take your business somewhere else for service.*Update: One month later and I have still not received a call from the dealership regarding the part. So much for customer appreciation and service...

Just made my 2nd purchase at All American Ford/Paramus, 1st time working with JJ Petrillo. We can honestly say that JJ made the entire experience stress free. We found JJ to be knowledgeable and friendly and not at all like the stereotypical "salesman". All aspects of our sale went smoothly and was handled by a very professional staff. JJ has done it again! We just purchased our 4th Ford vehicle from JJ and all have exceeded expectations. Each time, we have found JJ to be knowledgeable and professional. He is patient and helpful, never pushy. With an eye for detail, he always finds an automobile that is more than we hoped for and that also fits our budget. We had made an appointment (and confirmed two days prior) to view a specific vehicle. After traveling to the dealership (over 1 hour away), and waiting for over 45 minutes, we were told that they "couldn't locate the vehicle"!! They knew we were coming. The car should have been ready and waiting. How can you not locate your own stock? Our salesman even told us that the General Manger didn't know where it was (not that he bothered to come out and offer HIS apologies). They lost a potential customer and sale. As for the showroom? The "background music" was to loud to be able to hold a conversation.

I have a 98 Lincoln Town car with 60000 miles in like new condition. A real cream puff. It started stalling at speed or in traffic for no reason. I brought it to my local mechanic who I have used for 30 years and he kept the car for 3-4 months and couldn't find the "bug". I called Schultz Ford in Nanuet to make an appointment and after describing the problem to them they told me due to the age of the car and that someone else had fooled with it they couldn't help me. I drove the car to Haverstraw Ford and pulled in and told them my car was stalling and could I leave it there for them to look at. Wayne, the service manager said sure, we can fix anything. Two weeks later I get a call saying we have 8.5 hours in the car, cant do anything else, when can I pick up the car. WHAT !!!! I wrote to Ford Corporate and asked for help. They said Too bad, so sad, the car is over ten years old and we have no parts so there is nothing we can do. With nowhere to go I started asking around to all my friends and met a bowling buddy who bowled with a guy named Joe Jones who is a master mechanic at Ford somewhere in New Jersey. We called him at home and asked if he was up for a challenge and he so confidently said he can fix anything. I did not pull any punches with him and explained all the problems I had over the last 8 months and he said bring it down, see Jason the service writer, tell him you want me to fix the car. I arrived at noon the next day, met Jason, a great guy, met Joe Jones who said he'd have the car ready tomorrow (I laughed under my breath) and said goodbye. Holy Mackerel, at 10:13 AM the next morning I got a text that said "It's fixed" I texted back "very funny" he texted back "I swear to God", I texted back, "I am very big in my church, it's not nice to use the Lords name in vain." He then called me and told me what he had found and that it was definitely fixed and I could pick it up, the bill was 246.00 I nearly dropped dead. * months of anxiety, hundreds of dollars in diagnostic charges, two other dealers telling me "too bad but we've done all we can, and this guy Joe fixes it in less than 3 hours?!?! No one will ever touch my 6 Fords again except All American Ford and their Ace mechanic, Joe Jones. Thank you, Thank You, Thank You !!!!!

No one ever returns your calls. When I visited and called Alberto Rivero , he promises to call you back the next day but there is never a return call. Jon Selman and Dominick Minervini I left phone message and they don't return calls either. This is why I put a horrible customer service review on this page and in Facebook too. This is the worst since the Heritage Lincoln Mercury days back in the late 80s, which this dealership took over Heritage's place.

Terrific experience with JJ Petrillo! He found the perfect Ford Explorer for our family! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the options and the service that the dealership and Ford had to offer. We negotiated a fair price for the lease and within 2 days from the time we walked into the dealership we were on our way and we were extremely happy, JJ even arranged for the disposal of our old vehicle to our former dealership which was very accommodating.I would definitely go back to this dealership and would recommend to other customers to work with JJ!!!

My experience with this dealership was not going well as an Internet Sales Mgr was not returning phone calls and emails. I asked to be given to someone else. I was given over to JASMINE SUAREZ. Jasmine is wonderful. Ask for her if your initial contact is through the internet. Jasmine listened and got things going in the right direction. At the dealership, Jasmine referred us to BORIS VALENCIA. Boris showed us the cars we wanted to compare and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure. He found the color we particularly wanted at one of their other dealerships (there are several in this group) and had it brought over. To our pleasure we left with our new C-MAX the same day. The price was appropriate and we were given fair value on our trade. Boris is kind, friendly and relaxed, a genuinely nice person. We will definitely want to look his way for our next car.

This dealership was fantastic. From the minute I walked in with my wife, Pat took his time to make sure we each got the cars we were looking for. We went on multiple test drives...in the rain, and on busy Rt 17. He was friendly and made sure to tell us about all the features of the cars and even took the time to set our phones to the SYNC services. We finally decided to buy the cars around 6pm(closing time) and Pat made sure to stay with us the entire time! We ended up leaving the dealership with out new cars around 10-1030pm and Pat was there to hand us out keys and wave good bye as we drove off the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Pat Payne. Thanks!!

I came to All American Ford in Paramus to look into trading in my sedan for a new Escape or Edge. Pat greeted me outside and immediately began showing me around the lot, gathering all my information about what I was looking for and what my budget was. When we went inside to talk numbers at his desk he offered my kids and I water, coffee and popcorn. The Escape and Edge didn't work into my budget right now but he did a great job of showing me many other cars that would fit into my budget, both new and used. The car buying process can be so tedious and miserable sometimes but going to All American Ford was a pleasurable experience and my salesman Pat was a great source of information and made me feel very comfortable with buying a car from All American Ford. While I did not leave with a car this particular day, I will definitely be back!!! I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family and tell them to go see Pat Payne for a fabulous car buying experience!

I went to the dealership for my first oil change (which was complimentary) and was curious if I could get out of my lease. I have a ford edge and I love the car but there is not enough space for me. Curtis sat with me for at least an hour and tried to find an explorer for me. He was kind, informative, and never made me feel like I was a just a Customer. He made me feel as though I was a relative or personal friend he was trying to find a car. He knew my budget and did not try to sell me on anything I couldn't afford. He told me to wait until next summer till this car would be more affordable for me. He also called me to let me know he would be looking for deals for me and even asked how my move was going. (I just bought my first house and it came up in conversation)Since I leased my car last year, I have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership. If anyone wants a ford or Lincoln, you need to see Curtis at all American ford in Paramus. Also, the service department is awesome. Pete and Rob are great.

I went to this Ford dealership based on a strong recommendation from a good friend. I had been looking for my first SUV and wasn't sure what exactly I wanted or the best way to handle my situation from a financial perspective. My daughter leased her Escape from All American last year and the experience was excellent. I was not pleased with the last dealership I leased from so I followed suit and was extremely satisfied. Tom Stass and the entire staff were helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The actual transaction took less then a half hour no game playing just a great deal. I had to go back to work and picked up the new Fusion on Memorial Day. The car was prepped and ready and again everything was handled in a professional and prompt manner. I would recommend All American Ford to anyone I know looking for a Ford product. I love the new Fusion so much I would recommend the car too!

From the minute i walked into All American Ford i felt like i was in for a great car buying experience. I was greeted by Mr John Selman, the owner, (how often are you greeted by the owner) who then introduced me to his manager Dom who then got the process started with JJ. Our Sales Consultant "JJ Petrillo" has worked with us on all three lease agreements. I was looking for a new Fusion and my Uncle recommended All American Ford and "JJ" in particular. My Uncle said I would be dealing with great people and he was correct. JJ was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He was patient and went through all the available options with me. JJ and the manager Steve then went through every buying and leasing option for me until I was totally comfortable and ready to make a decision. They didn't want me to do anything unless I was 100% sure it was the right move for me. They made me feel like a friend, not a customer. I recently got my new 2013 Ford Focus from All American Ford in Paramus. My sales person JJ Petrillo immediately made me feel like I was dealing with a trusted family friend. He's patient, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and worked very hard to get me a great deal. I had obstacles with my financing but between the sales manager Steve, who never gave up on me, the General Manager Domenick and the finance person Gabe they worked together as a team and got me into my new car which I absolutely love!! This team is amazing, all the sales people are very friendly and polite. They make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire experience. I've only driven Ford vehicles since I got my first car at 17 and have never had any problems. I've dealt with other dealerships that weren't so great. This team at All American Ford in Paramus was a pleasure to deal with and they will be the only dealership I will ever go to. I walked into the dealership very unsure about what was going to happen. (I am a 22 year old female and I know almost nothing about cars.)Also a little nervous because I was looking to trade in my first car and get something newer and with better gas mileage. The customer service at this dealership was outstanding. My car broke down and I urgently needed a replacement. I called and left a message and within a short period on time I received a call back from the dealership. They took their time to review my options and amazingly were able to get me what I wanted the same day. Dominick Minervini and Shimon Kada were there to greet me when I got to the dealership. They also made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was completely happy with my new Ford Explorer. What an exceptional team! Ford of Paramus provided excellent service in my car buying process. After I took possession of my new lease, there was an issue with the new vehicle. Both my salesman (Tom Stass) and the sales manager (Jim Payne) were in constant contact with me to keep me in the loop as the problem was being resolved. The dealership did not have to amend the problem since the vehicle was already driven off the lot. I was vey satisfied that the issue was immediately resolved without hesitation and with great care.

JJ Petrillo is The man... He made my Father and I feel so comfortable. I asked him if he was ever in any episodes of the Sopranos because if you ever seen the show you would know what I mean. JJ personally new a lot of the cast and asked us, if we would like to talk with one of them as he had there cell phone #'s. JJ was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I wanted to share the great experience I have had at Paramus Ford. As soon as I walked in the door a salesman was there to greet me and show me the cars I came there to see. Once I test drove the car, Joe Green sat with me and answered all my questions. As a first time car buyer, I had many questions and Joe answered them all very knowledgeably. I was able to feel comfortable at Paramus Ford and they made me feel like my car buying decision was a great one! From the moment my boyfriend and I stepped in the door, we were treated wonderfully. We were made to feel very comfortable, as well as our children who were entertained in their "lounge" with TV, fresh popcorn and hot chocolate. The entire process was stress free. We discussed what vehicles were were interested in, what we could afford, etc. and decided on two vehicles total. We went in for the first time on a Saturday and picked up our new vehicles that Thursday. Unlike other dealerships we have been to, where buying a vehicle is a long, drawn out process, this was quick, easy and painless. From the minute my girlfriend I stepped into the dealership we and our children were treated like family. The kids were invited into a lounge that looked like someones living room to watch tv and relax. The kids were also allowed to sit in each of the cars as we looked and and discussed our options. We were all offered popcorn, coffee, water, etc through the process. That was just for starters. There was no pressure sell and the sales team explained all our options. I felt we were treated like family and I would recommend All American to all my family and friends. Edward V and his staff were dynamite. We purchased two cars that day the Explorer for my girlfriend and the Edge for me.

The total experience at All American Ford Lincoln is great - from sales to servicing. JJ Petrillo treats you like family and goes the extra mile to be sure you are pleased. I have been a customer of JJ's for many years and will remain one for years to come. I recently closed my eighth deal with him a couple of days ago. I recommend him highly; he'll treat you right. Although I went to All American because JJ moved there, I must say that every All American employee with whom I have dealt is courteous, friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. What is more, All American does not forget you after the deal is made. Even after you drive away in your new vehicle, they call to be sure everything is fine and invite you back for additional help so you can enjoy the full experience of your vehicle and "Synch." All American also does a great job in servicing a vehicle - professional work, courteous, prompt, and reasonably priced. I don't view them as a dealership, rather they are your vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and disposition provider.

After superstorm Sandy left me with only the leather on my shoes, Tom and the boys at All American spent numerous hours searching as far as Ohio in an effort to locate the vehicle I wanted. As a close enough match was not to be had, year end sales you know, I decided to place a special order. I'm very particular about my vehicles and given the limitations on various packages, getting exactly what you want isn't as easy as you would think. Internet sites touting "build your vehicle here" are somewhat helpful but not entirely accurate. Tom and Dominick went as far as having one of their top technicians sit with me to explain technical specifications as well as optional modifications available upon delivery. Tom has tremendous insight regarding compatability of options and was able to provide invaluable advice on their pros and cons. This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from All American and every one has been pain free. These guys have come up with the best price every time and really do go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

My experience buying a new car at All American Ford in Paramus was great! I had already been to a few other dealerships in the area and was becoming very frustrated with the whole sales process. I was tired of places advertising one price, then having it be a completely different story when I came in, or trying to sneak in a bunch of bogus fees or worse, having the salesperson walk away while we were talking and leave me sitting there for 20+ minutes while they did something else. None of that was the case at All American Ford. My salesperson was Deamus Blake, and he was terrific! He took the time to sit and actually listen to what I was looking for, instead of just trying to sell me a call. He did not make me feel pressured or rushed, and if I didnt understand something about the vehicle, he was more than happy to explain. Deamus understood that buying your first new car should be exciting, (not stressful like it was at other places), and went above & beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car. He even followed up a few weeks after I had bought the car just to see if I had any questions about the car. Everyyone I dealt with there was great, and I would recommend making this the first place you go when looking for a car!

Shimon was an extremely helpful asset to my purchase of my new 2014 Ford Mustang GT. He new more about Mustangs than anyone else I have ever met. Shimon provided his own personal experience of owning a Mustang, which made the decision of purchasing one much easier. JJ treated me as if he was selling a car to his own daughter. I was coming off a lease and couldn't lease again due to the distance I have to travel for work. JJ found me a certified car with low miles and gets great mileage to the gallon. My father has financed 9 or 10 cars through JJ and will continue to do business with him and Nelson.

I just leased my second vehicle, a 2013 Lincoln Navigator, from JJ Petrillo. He did a great job for us in 2010 on the initial lease and, when it was time to make a decision once that lease was up, I called JJ and he took care of us. In less than 24 hours from the time I intially spoke with him, I drove away with the vehicle we wanted. JJ is a pleasure to deal with every step of the way from the initial call, discussions about options and pricing and the ultimate delivery of the vehicle. Ultimately, I went home with a 2013 Fusion and could not be happier! I met John "JJ" Petrillo the first day at the dealership, and from the getgo a friendship was developed. JJ has a great sense of humor and knows his cars. He was most instrumental in helping my family find a 2013 Ford Fusion. But he was nice enough to show us a plethora of other cars that might interest us. JJ has the cream of the crop in his lot and never hesitated to allow us to test drive his cars - he'll get a key for a drive faster than anyone. He provided all the information we requested about the Fusion and then some. My favorite moment was when JJ called my father's driving akin to "Mario Andretti". That was a heck of a compliment. In the end we received our Fusion from the factory exactly as we specified at a great price, and it was all due to JJ. The car runs like a charm! We plan on seeing JJ often from now on because he's great to be around, is a wonderful guy, and delivers on his promises. Oh, and the Manager was very friendly, too. You want a car? Switched salesman at last minute. Dealt with Chris first, then when i showed up to make purchase, new salesman. Chris did not show up. Was told that we could put large down payment on truck with credit card. Once we got there, was told we could not use credit card for deposit. Forced to finance whole amount (which we did not want to do) New truck had scratches on dash. Has been 3 weeks, still waiting on resolution. We r in the military and had to leave NJ so we were on time constraints. They tried to repair dash, did a sloppy job. Now working with dealer here in kansas and they are having problems getting approval to fix.

Curtis was very professional and courteous. However his high pressure sales manager, Steve Viruet, is a real piece of work. He made no attempt to shield the fact that he wanted a deal to go his way, and was quite inflexible. I could tell that Curtis wanted to work with me, but Mr. Viruet appears to only care about the sale, and doesn't deal well with people. In the end, I took my business elsewhere and had a far more pleasant experience. I had to travel to north Brunswick, but it was worth it. I wouldn't write off all-American as a whole. I think this is a case of one bad apple spoiling the whole bunch. I don't even think Mr. Viruet is unsalvageable. I simply feel he needs to be more understanding of people's thought processes when making a big purchase that in my case neared $50k.

I'm writing this review because I really feel it's well-deserved. I got a great deal and am happy with my car. I came in as a college student with an almost unreasonable budget, but JJ managed to cut the price of the exact car I wanted down low enough that I could afford it. I couldn't believe how easy the whole experience was. I felt pampered and none of my friends can believe how good of a deal I got. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tried in vain to get honest answers to a vehicle that they have taken in trade. I have been in the business for over 2 decades, and have never experienced such rudeness and evasiveness in all my career. I could not get basic answers to tissue, current vehicle status, and how they wanted to proceed. They will not use email, instead desire to con me into visiting the store before I know the basic facts on the vehicle. They want to reduce my negotiating position to one of extreme weakness. If I do not know the statistics and logistics of the vehicle in question than I am at a prime disadvantage. Being in the business I do not expect this treatment. In all fairness I can not recommend this store to the casual buyer.

Each of them were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helful. I am completely satisfied with All American's maintenance service. They service all of my family's vehicles - even a non-Ford product which JJ will replace with a Ford in the near future. I highly recommend JJ and All American Ford for sales, leasing, and service.

Tom was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was open, honest, and found us the truck we wanted. He was able to get it at our price and we did not have to spend hours there. It was such a quick and easy process and we were so happy to walk out with another great vehicle from All American. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I visited a bunch of dealerships the past few weeks to find a new vehicle for my wife and 3 kids. My wife and I are 37 years old and (no offense to minivan drivers) can't commit to the van! We looked, we liked and to no avail. Anyway, I worked with JJ at All American Ford once before and liked how he presented the vehicles he showed me so I went back. After some honest back and forth regarding pricing (he was very forthcoming and honest- believe me- we can check invoice online) we settled on a used 2009 Tahoe LOADED. READ BELOWUPDATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | UPDATED | UPDATED | UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!The vehicle broke down 4 days into owning it!!!!!!!!!! We thought that maybe it was an intermittent thing and tried to go somewhere on Christmas eve and it broke down. Since it was a holiday, we couldn't get a loaner. I was told that I can't return the vehicle and get a new one (which is a stupid clause in these contracts). I've been without the vehicle for 6 days and still don't have a loaner- MY WIFE IS FREAKING OUT. I was told that the vehicle should be fixed by tomorrow. Stay tuned. Not happy.Nelson the sales manager whom I spoke with also confirmed that there are no returns. Awesome. My wife and three kids will be driving around in a vehicle that broke down 3 days into owning it. They have to do better! I will update this when I am done with this nonsense. I hope that they make us happy. My overall review will be affected BY HOW THIS TURNS OUT.

I was referred to Dominick by a friend and I am glad I called him. I spoke with him early one morning and mentioned my husband needed a truck asap and by the end of that same day my husband was driving out of there with a new truck. I returned my leased 2011 Focus 2 months before to All American. I wasn't looking to lease again but since my daughter was returning on weekends from College we needed another car. I decided to stop by All American Ford one day, arriving, I located my previous salesman of my Focus J.J. Petrillo. JJ is so easy going and very easy to talk too. We checked there inventory, saw something I liked and took a test drive. He was able to beat the price of a different local dealership right off the bat. We agreed and I drove off with a 2012 Ford Fiesta. My daughter is happy and so am I. And as a matter of fact when we returned from the test drive a person of my town was there looking at Explorer's and I suggested he ask for JJ, in which he did.

This was by far the worst dealership to buy a car from. They advertised a 2010 mustang for a certain price. By the time we got to the dealership not only could they not find the car that they had advertised but non of the employees had ever seen the advertisement. Talk about not having any communication. I went to look at the Mustangs on the lot and the dealer (Boris) knew NOTHING about the car. My boyfriend schooled the dealer on the car. Thats embarrassing. The dealer should know more about the car the the potential buyer. So the next day we decided to buy the car. My grandparents went to put a deposit on the car and called me saying the red car that we had originally priced the car out which was a premium is now $300 more then the black one. The car and price we agreed on was for the red car, now they want to charge more? Long story short we decide to buy the car, the day we get the call we can pick it up I tell the dealer that we will be there at 1 so they could have the car at the dealership ready. I get there, the car still wasn't there and the dealer wasn't there either. 20 minutes later he strolls in after we paid for the car out right with a check and doesn't even say one word to us. I walk to get in my brand new car and it wasn't even cleaned. They didn't even bother to detail it and I had to ask them to do it.

Our experience at All American Ford Lincoln Mercury in Paramus was a very pleasant one. The staff was accomodating and friendly. Tom Stass especially was very helpful. He made the process of buying a car less stressful for us. Tom was very informative about our purchase and stuck with us until the very end. We were there after they closed and he even followed us to the gas station to ensure that we received our complimentary full tank of gas. i tried to buy a car from them . but at the last minute the said they want $1000 over stickerwhen i asked why they said normally they ask $5000 over sticker . they posted the car for msrp on the internet. and when they know your interested they pull this stunt.I wouldn't trust them they are the reason people give car dealers a badd name.

My experience at this dealership was the best I've had in all my car shopping experiences. I lease my vehicles so I am shopping for cars every 3 years. I have to say that a big component of this experience was attributed to our salesman Deamus Blake. I wasn't looking forward to the car shopping escapade this time around but I have to say dealing with Mr. Blake made the experience enjoyable. He is very professional and most of all down to earth. He was also very knowledgable and insightful. The thing I appreciated most about Mr. Blake is that he wasn't annoyingly pushy like some of the salesman that I have dealt with in the past. I really felt he considered our needs in negotiating the deal. I would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family & would especially recommend they see Deamus.

Hands down, the best car buying experience I have had in my life. These guys know what they are doing, are very straight forward and courteous. From the minute I walked in and they offered me coffee/bottled water, to the last thing they did was fill up my new tank, everything in between was a pleasure. Salesman Boris Valencia, attentive, knowledgeable, diligent, and with an awesome demeanor, tracked down the exact vehicle I wanted - a ruby red 2013 Explorer Sport - even thought it wasn't on their lot. I was prepared with the exact pricing I wanted and came in asking for alot on my trade-in. Boris brought in his manager Steve Viruet and the negotiation was very reasonable. Steve spoke and acted like he really wanted my business, unlike so many other dealers who I have dealt with and in the end I got a fair deal on the trade in and a superb price. The final and usually my least favorite step in the car buying process was dealing with the finance office. Instead of being pitched 20 different rust treatments and accessories as I have at other dealers, Alberto Rivero was super efficient, covered the basics with no hard sell and I was out of there in a flash. Finally, as it is a 2013 model tricked out with a lot of technology, they sent me to my new car accompanied a young tech guru who knew and walked me through every aspect of the the electronics, paired my phone to bluetooth and even added my address book into the car system. What else can I say ? I am happy I found All American Ford Paramus on dealerrater and figure I'd return the favor and take the time to give a decent review.

JJ Petrillo was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and and straight to the point. He allowed me to test a few cars before I decided to go with the 2013 Ford Escape. I feel like we came to a good deal for the car. He also took the time to shuttle me back and forth to Hoboken, so I could take my new car home that day. We even grabbed some oysters at Biggies on the way back. Before I left the dealership he showed me how to program all the new features. JJ is the man and I'll be sure to go back to him when my lease ends. Can't go wrong with JJ or the dealership.

Our dealer was VERY friendly and down to earth. We overheard him taking our side when negotiating with his manager on a price for our cars which was nice. We went to this dealership after we lost both of our cars in Hurricane Sandy and received no financial help from our insurance company. We didn't get the best prices on our cars, but we definitely did not get ripped off either. Our only regret was that we went looking for cars too soon after the hurricane as many dealerships offered incentives for Hurricane Sandy victims the following week.

I enjoyed dealing with this dealership. On my initial visit with my children, Shimon was very informative as we have only bought and not leased Fords. His information and explanation on leasing is what lead us to lease as oppossed to buying. I returned 2 1/2 weeks later with my husband and once again encountered a wonderful salesman who took the time necessary to explain everything again to my husband. We were there on a Saturday afternoon at 4 and left at 8. Not once did any staff member seem to be agitated about the extra time they needed to put in due to the volume of customers that day. (they close at 6) We were never overwhelmed with phone calls about the sale of a car or hounded. We were not given enough time at 8PM for an explanation of the car and were told to please call and set up time to go over any questions we may have and i am doing that now. I highly recommend All American Ford and Shimon. Chris, I believe his name was, from the Hackensack Ford was there to help with the leasing paperwork and was quite pleasant as well.

When it comes to patience, respect, and unfathomable customer service...only one name comes to my mind: JJ Petrillo. I say this because I have been experiencing some financial setbacks and the suffered the loss of my previous vehicle to insurance red tape and a god awful loan situation burdened on to me by Lynnes Hyundai. This left me with a sour taste for "car salesmen". My father told me to head over to All American Ford in Paramus, ask for JJ. I drove over in my rental and met Mr. Petrillo and explained my lack of finances and asked if he could work his magic on a used car. I was looking for something with good mileage and had previously owned a 2004 Ford Focus. Boomba! I had no idea I was would be driving home 2 days later in an 09' Focus SES (certified pre owned). I'm proud to say in our dealings I had no doubt about being honest and upfront with my finances with JJ. I was merely reciprocating his own honest nature. He helped me get the car I wanted without the pre-tense and pressure you will find elsewhere. After new car shopping for 2 months, visiting Mazda and Subaru dealerships in the area and exploring other area dealers and inventory for Ford, Volkswagon, Kia, Mini, Chrysler and Chevy on-line, I visited All American ford in Paramus. Deamus Blake, a Sales Consultant there greeted me promptly. He quickly helped me locate the model I was interested in and we took a test-drive, during which he explained in great detail the performance and comfort features of the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product, friendly, courteous and very helpful. He went out of his way to locate the exact car I decided upon at another storage lot, the negotiation and financing went smoothly, and I drove it home later that day! Before leaving the lot, Deamus made sure I knew how to operate all of the (intimidating) Technology Package features that were packed into my new 2013 Ford Edge Titanium. I will happily recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a new car!As an aside, I am a single, middle-aged woman. When I visited the "other" dealers, I was not approached by a salesperson even after walking through the lot with my notebook, writing down info on models I was interested in, and walking around the cars INSIDE the showroom at least twice! One salesman even asked me, when I asked about more inventory held in a storage lot behind the dealership, "It's pretty hot today. Do you really want to go back there?" I did. He was a bit put out...but he then offered to take me back there in a golf cart! I appreciate that Deamus Blake treated me with professionalism and courtesy.

My husband and I have known JJ Petrillo for more than 25 years at least. What does that tell you?.........he is awesome. We have been leasing vehicles from JJ for so many years and every year I keep saying "I am going to buy this car out" OR " I don't want to lease any more" and yet JJ finds a way to get me into a new vehicle and I leave very happy.. A good salesman huh? Well yes that is true but I have been completely satisfied each and every time. Not only is JJ a great salesman, but he sees the deal through to the end so there are no problems; he makes sure that I am happy and isn't that what counts? JJ greeted me the minute I walked in the door, I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and he took me for a test drive and truthfully this man had me at "Hello"! He was honest and there was no haggeling or BS, I told him my guidelines and he made them happen and within 3 hours from start to finish I might add. Add to all that the bagel and cream cheese and the iced cold water he keep bringing and of course his "patience of Jobe" dealing with my insurance company...which I might add took longer than the actually sale of the vehicle.....JJ, you got me to work on time and in a brand new car, with a payment I am totally happy with....I thank you and my patients thank you.....You told me I made it happen but we both know it was you! This is the 3rd car I have leased from All American Ford. It is my 14th Ford in total. Boris was amazing and very accomodating. We gave him what we wished to spend and he found the car that fit our budget. Our new car has everything and we returned one vechile and leased another in 3 hours and 18 minutes. As far as being a salesman, Boris is knowdegable and efficient. He really knows his clients and does everything in his power to make his clients happy. He is an honorable, honest, decent man who does his job quickly, pleasantly and makes you feel you are a VIP. In these tough economic times, Boris found a way to get us a 2012 Fusion that is loaded with extra's and fit our budget. I would never hesitate to either purchase or lease another car from All American Ford.

Great overall experience. Leased a Ford F-150 on Saturday, 8/18/12, and it could not have gone smoother. Dealt with Jim Flaherty, along with Nelson Minier. Gary, Finance guy, was also great. And the gentleman who assisted me in going over the vehicle, Craig or George, was outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership.

Used to be a nissan lover until that 1 horrible service i received, which turned me off completely.Frustrated, i left them and went to FORD, on my first visit i received a warm welcome and great service,they went above and beyond to help me and they are straight forward no B.S. no games or tricks, If your having a hard time choosing a dealership, I recommend going to FORD in paramus nj ask for billy great guy, :) you will see he will fight hard to get you what your want trust me.

I got a Ford Explorer yesterday, 8/18, left at 5:00 PM, the dealership/salesman was awesome. I need to note that we left, showed my parents and got home and showed our neighbors, my neighbor pointed out on the back bumper, 2 little dents, license plate marks from the truck that was parked behind it in the dealer parking lot, I haven't slept all night, I was so excited yesterday that I didn't see it, I am so upset and hope the dealer owns up to it. We took pics and posted on facebook to prove that it was found right after the dealer closed so I couldn't bring it back to show them, I will be first thing Monday morning. The time can be found on facebook. I do want to note that they were super friendly and Nick was awesome. But these 2 marks on the back bumper, we measured it to show that it's was from the SUV that was parked behind it.
