My wife and I drove from southern Ohio to this dealership to purchase a used 17 Tahoe. The vehicle was spectacular and everything Alex said it was. We got a great deal and we are completely thrilled with the transaction. Alex and his staff went above and beyond to make this happen for Us. He even held the vehicle for us to make travel plans. I would certainly make the drive to buy from All Star Auto Group again. In a world of poor customer service These guys know how to do it right. Highly Recommended for all your automotive needs!!

All Star Auto Group is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Customer service was over and beyond and the staff made me feel comfortable. The staff helped me get out of my lease and into a new vehicle within a 2 week time span. Would highly recommend and will be working with them in the future.

I must say , when I seen the 2 bad reviews on here I was a tad bit hesitant only because my car had JUST broke down & I didn't have much saved for a new car so I knew that I would have to settle for one of the cheapest cars , & I didn't want to settle for a lemon. But when I tell you that Alex took care of me HE TOOK CARE OF ME!! I honestly feel bad because I feel like I stole from him & here's why The car was originally 4,500 & I won't say how much I got it for just know that more than 2k was knocked off the price & he extended my warranty just to reassure me that I would have the car for more than just 1 year. The carfax showed just how awesome the car is , ( low yearly mileage, only 2 previous owners , no accidents or issue's) it was even valued at 5,600 so if this was a place that was just in it for the money I would still be car searching but like Alex told me " he is here for repeatable business " & the only thing he wants from you is a good review & it'll be hard not to give a great review after that awesome customer service, Thanks again & I'll let everyone know about you guys
