I had a good friend sent me to All Star Auto Sales of Raleigh after a recent accident,my car was a total loss and my insurance company did not pay my car off and left me with a charge off on my credit.I had been to several other dealers who could not help me. Thanks to All Star Auto Sales of Raleigh and the wonderful sales lady Joan for hearing my prayers to find someone who would finance me with decent transportation after my recent bad credit. Joan not only treated me with lots of respect ,but listened to my payment concerns and explained how their short term financing would save me thousands in interest charges and I would own the car free and clean in just over a year.

After experiencing a job loss recently and having credit issues I was forced to shop for a buy here pay here,on lot finance car. Having never been thru such a process before I had several negative experiences at some of the bigger dealers who spend alot on advertising,but have cars and interest way overpriced and say no credit check but do not mean it. Then I found a true gem in All Star Auto Sales of Raleigh ,the first thing Joan did was to sit me down and explain how their short term 1 to 1 1/2 year car loans not only save you thousands in interest,but you own your car free and clear in a very short time. My friend who had purchased a car at All Star Auto Sales of Raleigh referred me to them and he was right about Joan and the great folks at the lot.Joan even helped me save some money on my auto insurance policy. This crew is great! Small business with a very limited staff. Facilities aren't that great, but I am not there for a latte and massage. Cars are good cars, usually have some minor problems, but nothing that will break the bank. Usually the mechanics will fix it for a fraction of the cost at a dealership or garage. I had a problem one time and the guys came out to my job and fixed it in the parking lot! Now that is customer service and standing behind their product. My first car was totaled in a no-fault accident, I went back to them for the second one and they gave me an incredible deal. I am so impressed with them that I took my son there for him to buy his first car! This is a stand up dealership. If you go in there with the expectation that these cars are not perfect (but chances are, neither is your credit), you will be satisfied. Thanks again for the crew at All Star Auto Sales. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make online payments available. Sometimes it is difficult to make payments in person.

I've purchased two vehicles from a major car lot, and never received the service that i received at Allstar Auto. Joan is amazing, the owner is compassionate, and the rest of the staff really are as nice as they seem. The word i can use to describe my experience is awesome! i bought a 2005 Buick with 75,000 miles, and other than minor problems that come along with the age, and mileage of a car i haven't had any problems with my car. Allstar has repaired items on my car in a very timely, efficient matter. They were there for me when i needed them the most, and i will forever be grateful. i will not buy a car from anyone else but Allstar...these guys Rock!!!!

Thanks to Joan and the All Star Auto Sales people for helping me when the chips were down due to a recent repo after a bad divorce. Joan helped me decide on a nice used car, and did not push me and let me take my time in my decision. I would recommend her to anyone with credit issues in need of a car.

Thanks to Miss Joan and All Star Auto Sales for helping me with my SUV purchase last night,even though there were 3 other customers buying vehicles,she took time to explain everything to me in detail about the buying and on lot finance process,She even helped me find a local insurance person with a better rate than my company was giving me on my old vehicle. Thanks To Joan and the nice folks at All Star Auto Sales, even though I have bad credit I was able to get a car financed thru a bank to help reestablish my credit. Joan spent a few hours helping me pick the car I liked and helping me obtain financing. A friend referred me to All Star and I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL.

My daughter saw a Car at this dealership and decided to go look and test drive the vehicle. All i can say is great car!!! It drove and handled great! my husband had a mechanic to check it out and he liked what he saw. An 10 year old car with over 100,000 miles on it will have some flaws of course but nothing that can't be fixed or replaced. Joan was my sales associate and she was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure at all, handled all the paperwork and i was driving off the lot an hour after . Thanks Joan and All Star for a stress free buying experience

These folks at All Star are the best! Joan made me feel relaxed and right at home. This was our second purchase and will NOT be our last. It is the only place to go for a vehicle if you have not great credit, If they can't get you a car nobody can! Fantastic experience both times.. Love them all!! Thanks
