Excellent Service, vehicle repaired in a timely manner and the Service Advisor Cassie, went above and beyond in taking care of my concerns, answering questions and communicating with me throughout the whole process. They even provided transportation for me. The Service person Kevin who picked me up was professional, courteous and friendly. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a Vehicle Repair Service and I would highly recommend All Star Buick GMC to anyone in the area in need of a Repair Service for their vehicle.

had an appointment to get truck worked on for 2 weeks to have issues fixed that have been in to be fixed previous , when i arrived Monday the service advisor was suppose to have a loaner vehicle booked and did not. Mrs. Alex was able to get me a loaner. she is very good to deal with. I called on Tuesday to check status and was told due to 9 new vehicles coming in my truck hasn't been looked at. on Wednesday i was told that they didn't have the tool to look at my trucks issues , Note - this is the 3rd time it has been in for the same issue and was never told that the tool is not available the previous times when i asked to speak to the service manager i was given the run around with no luck. this has been the 3rd time i have wasted my time bringing my truck to this service center . very dissatisfied . I am in the market for another vehicle but I think I will look at other dealerships
