POOR MANAGEMENT.Recently I Googled All- Star Dodge in Denham Springs, LA as I was shopping around for a new Jeep Wrangler. The first website link listed was www.allstardodgelouisiana.com. After clicking the link to search in new inventory I noticed there was a white Wrangler Unlimited that was listed for $30, 505 under the "All Star Price". The Wrangler had a a set of what appeared to be custom wheels so I searched to see if there was any additional price listed in the small print. There was not. However, there was a section titled "Offers" listed below the All Star Price that listed being able to lease the Wrangler for $286/mo for 36 months with $2,500 down. Being that I live a good 20-30 minuets from the dealership, I called the number listed, which soon was answered by a woman saying "Hello, All-Star Automotive". I told her I was interested in leasing a particular Wrangler listed on their website and she said she would connect me to the Dodge Jeep and Chrystler side. I was then connected to another woman who said she was over the internet sales department. I gave her the stock number and asked her if the listing was correct. I asked if the Wrangler was truly the price listed of $30, 505 and if I could lease that exact Wrangler of the stock number given for $286/mo for 36 months with $2,500 down. She responded yes. I told her that I would come by the following day to check it out and she told gave the name of the salesman Id be seeing. When I arrived the salesman met me at the door and brought me straight to the Wrangler I had called about. As soon as I laid my eyes on it I noticed the Wrangler was much nicer than it looked in the picture and knew then that they had suckered me in. Of course there was a separate sticker on the window listing over $10,000 in added features. Not only could I not lease this stock number for $286/mo for 36 months with $2,500 down like I was told over the phone, the price for these added features were not mentioned anywhere on the websites listing. In a state of panic after mentioning false advertisement from the website listing and the confirmation I received over the phone, the salesman quickly asked me to step into the managers office to talk behind closed doors. The managers excuse was that the FIRST WEBSITE listed on Google was not their official website and that their website was www.allstarautomotive.com, THE FIFTH WEBSITE listed!! He also went on to tell me that the woman I spoke to that passed on all of my info to the salesman expecting me didn't actually work for his dealership so they weren't responsible for what she had confirmed. This was nothing more than old school suckering to get people in the door. The manager claimed to not be aware that the dealerships official website was listed fifth on Google. What horrible management to not be aware of something like that and have someone who doesn't work for you answering the phone for internet sales. Not to mention the fact that the websites are still listed in the order with the same false price. He made no attempt to give me a great deal to make it right so I informed him that I would be writing a letter to the BBB in reference to the false advertisement, poor management and lack of customer service. The manager then began to shout at me asking "does that make you feel better about yourself, to take money out of my pocket and make me look bad?". The best part is www.allstarautomotive.com still does not mention the added cost for the features and has the Wrangler listed under the "Final Price" of $30,505. So do not be suckered in by these guys with what appears to be great offers because when you arrive there will be a huge catch.

Steer clear of this dealership. I am out almost $1000 for diesel exhaust system problems that the dealership refused to cover under warranty. The keep saying the truck kept getting bad def. The dealership put def in themselves and still said bad def was the problem. Thier service department is horrible.

I talked to the sales person(Pearl) over the phone, telling her my list of things I wanted in a vehicle(with price, note and make/model ). I set up an appointment for the next day and when I arrived, I was happily surprised !!! Not only did I get the exact car(make/model) but the note was well under my monthly note amount. And get this, I thought my credit score was going to be a factor, but I was approved in under 20 minutes !!! Customer Service, Price , Quality of work, Friendliness an and overall experience should be rated as "fantastic" but I had to "check" off GREAT! The quality of the vehicle was exceptional(very clean and smooth ride). Pearl was friendly and her customer service had a "non" pressured sales feeling. Pearl told me that, "All Star Dodge Denham", wanted me to be a customer for life, not for just this car. But what really made me happy was the price. thanks again Pearl.

I would not recommend the used car department, because they advertised a 2010 Dodge Challenger list price for $17,500. I have gone to the dealership on 3 occasions and I were told the car is on its way. One month later they are still advertising a vehicle I was willing to purchase upon inspecting it. Where is Stock #CB8238A Black 2010 Dodge Challenger? You are losing customers and money!
