I went to pick up a part since no service available until mid September. Staff is not very cordial. If there was another dealer closer I would definitely give them my business. Definitely need to work on their etiquette.

Dallas Fort was a great salesman and made my purchase EFFORTLESS. Price negotiating was simple and there was no pressure to buy! A truly rare experience in the car market today as I have had multiple salesmen at other dealerships not want to negotiate at all while still saying how the car wasn't going to last at the price it was at when it was way over valued.

I've seen more communication from Helen Keller. No returned phone calls from the service rep nor the Manager. Only 2 random emails with an estimate and a vague description of what's is being replaced.. Exactly 3 weeks and $4,200 to repair a alternator, battery, cv boot and a brake master cylinder. When we were called to pick up the vehicle, it still wasn't ready. The tech was still checking the breaks and the vehicle had not been washed. I'll go to New Orleans, Lafayette or any other city that has a Volvo service center before I ever have it repaired 10 minutes down the road. I shouldn't have to call the Volvo corporate office to speak to someone. Never again All Star Volvo.

Well I must be honest my vehicle I purchased from them brand new, was in service for about 4 months only to get it back with the same issue. Management is avoiding my calls and I even tried reaching the owner, no response. This is so sad and awful customer service. 😡

Overall experience was terrible .We were not greeted with a knowledgeable service employee when we arrived. We left the car with them for a week and they did not fix anything on the car that was asked. I had to drive 150 miles to have my car repaired and serviced at what I thought would be professional Volvo service center. I asked the service manager to make sure they fixed headlight and service the spare tire. Also told them to be sure and drive car to verify the front end alignment was true..... When I arrived a week later front end pulling hard right light bulb still out and spare had less than 20 lbs air pressure ....... Gee thanks how much do we owe !! Tyler did have a mechanic get the front end right while we waited for an hour. Corey however seemed to not have a problem with charging us and sending us down the road with the car the way it was. People just don't seem to care anymore. Guess they figure where else are you gonna go!

Where to start? No communication. False communication. Incompetence at all levels of the organization. Stay away. Figure out another way to get your car fixed. 3 weeks to have a flat tire fixed because they did not have and could not get a tool to remove a locking lug nut to remove the wheel.

Do not bring your car here. Take it to the New Orleans Volvo dealership. This dealership will return your car in worse condition than it was before.

I say I would reccommend it only because it is the only Volvo dealership in the area. It used to be great but the new staff and attitudes suck. Just got me for $340 to flush my transmission and update it just to say it needs to be replaces today. Then the service agent got sassy with me.
