This past Saturday I left Jacksonville Florida with a bit more than 3000 lbs in a trailer behind my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer headed for Grand Rapids Michigan. About little while south of Allan Vigil on i75 I noticed a significant amount of white smoke behind me and pulled over to check it out. There happened to be a Ford dealer right next to the highway. Transmission fluid covered the underside of the vehicle and seemed to be leaking from the fwd seal of the bell housing. The service advisor had no interest in helping with my situation due to the holiday weekend but suggested I call Allan Vigil. I called up to the service center and asked if they would just top off the fluid (assuming it was low) so that I could attempt to drive just a little bit north Atlanta to a family members and try to make a new plan to recover my belongings and vehicle. I arrived at the service center at 1:40pm, they were to close at 3pm for the labor day weekend. Long story short, the technician found that the trans had been over serviced, was able to drain the excess fluid and send me on my way. The service advisor, manager and technician that offered to help me ended up staying until after 5pm to accomplish this and I cannot thank them enough. I was able to drive straight from there all the way to Michigan only stopping for food/gas without any other problems. The service advisor even called the next day to ensure I made it home safely. The staff at Allan Vigil is an absolute blessing!

I had scheduled an online appointment for car services at 2pm on Saturday, when I arrived, I was told they didn't have my reservation. The guy told me they stopped taking appointments at 1:45pm but they would still see me because the website been experiencing glitches. I was very grateful, the services were quick and everyone was friendly. Logan was very attentive and very well spoken. I'll definitely recommend this place.

I only ever really take my Ford Escape to Allan Vigil. Are they perfect, no. Do they try to fix anything that may have gone wrong, yes. They are always trying to make things right. The last oil change I had, we asked them to check the lights because one had gone out. After getting the call that it was ready, upon departure I saw that it was still out. We went back in and they took the car immediately to replace the bulb. To be honest things like that seem to happen often there on my car. It makes me a tad nervous because it makes me wonder what else they forgot to do to my car. But overall, my car runs like a charm after they tune it up! It is an older car, 2010, but since I always do their recommended maintenance I don’t ever seem to have a problem with it. Thank you Allan Vigil Ford! I will keep coming back!

I went into Allan Vigil Ford just to see the Ford Bronco in person to finally decide if I wanted to move forward with purchasing a new vehicle. The receptionist scheduled me to meet with Jessie Gladys. I will say that Jessie made the process extremely seamless and less stressful. I told her my initial concerns, my exact budget and key features. I was a little nervous about stepping out of my comfort zone and moving forward with such a large purchase. Great custom service but un-intelligent assistant. Them are the people when u need extra work done to yo car. Then the normal. But Let's make thing short. I told them to do 2 thing. That did not get done. My motor locks up as soon as I left the lot. I mean really next 2 light by the high way. An do know what GM said it's not are fault. Then who is it????

My experiences have all been pleasant since the initial crash n burn around 2001, but my two most recent visits have been nicer because I knew Brock would treat his former high school educator well. On the other hand, he can't do what the dealership won't allow him to do so it's really all about having to go in educated no matter where you buy a car. Allan Vigil Ford, both Morrow sales and Fayetteville service, are as equitable as any other dealership...but at least I've had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Vigil himself, something I've never been able to do at any other place where I've looked at or purchased cars in the past. And the facility in Morrow is very, very nice.

We had a excellent experience as I worked w/t Andrew in mgmt. to put the deal together and get the deal completed and then he handed off the Juan who handled the paperwork as well as delivery of the vehicle which he did very professionally. We did have a dealership that we would give all our/family/friends first option on and they dropped the ball on this deal so now your dealership has replaced them and Andrew/Juan will get those future opportunities.

I had a 7 a.m. appointment. The service person met with me and reviewed services to be done. The work was completely finished in no time at all. I had time for breakfast and visit with my sister. I came in for one of my lifetime complimentary oil change and a tire rotation. It was just before the holiday weekend and the service department was backed up. My wait time was longer than normal but the service department more than made up for by not charging me for my tire rotation. I'm retired so the wait time wasn't terribly aggravating, so they doing this without me asking or complaining was very kind. This service department has been the best of any vehicle I've own. They continue to earn by business and definitely makes Allan Vigil Ford a leading contender for my next vehicle purchase in 2018/2019!

my 2016 Ford F250 had a power drain problem, 3 days of sitting and no starting the batteries would die, I took it to legacy Ford in Mcdoungh Ga, they had it 3 times and each time was a week and were unsucessfull in getting the problem resolved.Finally I took it back to Allen Vigel Ford they had it for one week and they gave me a loaner they were very sucessfull in getting the problem resolved, i let the vehicle sit for 3 days and it started right up.Congrats to the services Dept that was the stranges electrical problem they had ever faced.

Confusing when first driving in. About 5 different lanes (that part is nice) but it would also be nice to be greeted and directed on what to do once inside. I sat in my vehicle 15 minutes. Nobody comes out from behind the glass to meet or greet so I get out of my car and go in. I stand just inside the glass door now. Nobody looks up from their desk. A few of the desk people are taking care of other customers. That's cool but the ones without a customer don't bother to look up or help. After standing there about 8 to 10 minutes, I walk out, back to my car. I get in (ready to just drive off and leave) only then did someone come out and direct me where I needed to go. Once inside the correct glass door everything went smoothly. I know that y'all are familiar with the setup but some of us are coming in for the first time. Come out and let us know we're in the right place and in good hands.

I was a little disappointed at first. I came into the service department a week prior and talked with Justin about buying new tires and he informed me that he did not have them in stock, however, he was getting them from the supplier and would have them ready on Monday. I called Monday to let him know that I would not be able to bring my vehicle in on Monday and to give me call back so that could make arrangements to bring my vehicle. He never called me back. Well I called him again and never returned my call. I took a chance to bring my vehicle into the dealership on Saturday and found out that he never ordered the tires. I was pleased, however, that Cris was able to help me and he sold me the tires. Chis handled my concerns in a professional manner.

I called and we set up the appointment for Jan. 31, 2016.I arrived in the morning as scheduled and talked with Stan Harris our service advisor and we were able to get a rental car for the day. This was a recall not a repair that only took one day to complete, which was unexpected. We anticipated at least a two day stay in the shop. I wasn't able to pick it up until Saturday, which meant it did stay for a couple of days. Being Saturday there did not seem to be that many people working and it did take some time to retrieve the car from wherever they're kept. Other than that all went well.

I purchased an f150. My salesman did a good job of answering my questions. The purchasing process is way to drawn out. I do like being left alone and not exactly being told why every step is taking so long. When I actually signed the papers it seemed like the guy who was doing this, that his only purpose was to sell me an expensive warranty. After I left the dealership, I still received requests for paper work and references. I did not enjoy getting these requests. I like my truck and will probably use Vigil again.

I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance services. My service adviser was very friendly and knowledgeable. She professionally noted my requests, ensured I was informed as she tracked the service process. The work was done well and at a reasonable price. The staff is like a family of friendly experts. My Ford Focus is running well after over 200,000 miles and I plan to still be taking it to Allan Vigil for service when it surpasses 300,000.

2011 MKT = 12/3/15 Appointment at 11:30 am for oil/filter change; rotate tires; multiple point inspection and check-out a Recall for power steering issues. I went to lunch w/a friend who picked me up and returned about an hour later. Scott was at lunch. When he returned, he told me the recall check was negative (no issue found). I was surprise that it was almost four hours until the work was finished and I was ready to check out. Scott was real busy during this time (which is good for your business). Seems like a long time for the work that had to be performed. Because I am retired and I had nothing else to do that afternoon, it was not a big problem. Other than the extended wait time, everything else was excellent. Scott was very helpful, as usual. He even replaced the battery in the key fob's for me.

My daughter, son-in-law, son and myself were greeted immediately when we walked through the door by Cecil. He was friendly and asked who could help us. I told him the name of the salesman that had contacted me, Scott. He went to find him, he returned saying Scott was having difficulties coming in and that he would help us until he arrived. He asked which cars I was to see, I told him the Edge and the MKC. He immediately arranged test drive in a MKC. I then drove the Edge. I honestly loved the MKC, but the Edge is more suited to my situation. My son Clint is handicapped and a big fellow. He was able to get into both vehicles, but the Edge was by far the easiest for him and gave him plenty of legroom. Somewhere between the MKC and the Edge Scott arrived and finished our visit. I believe I received a very good deal on the Edge, my son-in-law agreed. We were all impressed with our experience. I feel I will enjoy driving the Edge the months ahead. We drove to Athens yesterday and my oldest son also liked the new vehicle. Thank You

I am not sure if I should call out names, but my sale representative was Mike Brown. I appreciate him for making my buying process feel like a transaction among friends. Also, the Sales Manager Tony has a great personality disposition and seems to stopped what he was doing to greet me and thank me for my business each time I see him. From the two of them I really get the impression that customers and relationships are extremely important. Regardless of whether or not my F-150 costed a few dollars more at another location, I will always pay more for the friendly and thoughtful courtesy I received at your dealership. I would change very little about my experience. No, there is one thing I would change. I would ask Mr. Vigil to provide a meal voucher to any customer purchasing a vehicle at the restaurant within the dealership. I think he has a great facility and I would have stayed longer had I had some food in my belly. Maybe if I'd stayed you could have sold me some upgrades...just a thought.

It starts with Service Specialist Scott G. who does not follow anyone else's example, but instead sets the standard for all others to follow. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and "we can make it happen" attitude radiates success and professionalism. The team of personnel do something I can find in no other dealership/repair facility - they work together as a team. You feel as though everyone there has a vested interest in your vehicle's problems and are working non-stop to remedy all issues while giving you the assurance that your vehicle will be returned to you completely repaired. For the most part I have been very pleased with the service for the past 2+ years. However I'm very disappointed with Mr Vigil. Every time I come in for service I run into him and he never speaks to anyone. When I purchased my Brand New vehicle in 2013 my salesman specifically told me that Mr Vigil spends a lot of time on the floor talking to customers which led me to believe he really cares about the customers. I'm beginning to believe that what my salesman told me was just a sales pitch. Let me be clear, I did not pay for my vehicle for Mr. Vigil to speak to me but I will tell you that I will think twice before I purchase another from Alan Vigil Ford because if customers are not appreciated by the owner then you shouldn't give him your money. This is no difference than going to a restaurant and you don't feel like you were appreciated. You don't go Back. Please make sure he gets this feedback.

New Brakes and some type of pump unit was installed at a cost of $1,100 about 4 weeks after warranty expiration. After installation there was a loud noise from the car. We took it back in just a matter of 5 minutes, and the Manager advised that it was normal noise after riding with my wife, and it should go away in about 2,000 miles. We left and called back in about a week as the noise was disturbing to us, and was advised by our Highly Professional Service Advisor that the job would be redone based on our request. It was satisfactorily redone, and discovered that the brake pads installed were bad or defective causing the noise. SAMI our Service Advisor is truly first class, highly professional, and a true leader in her field. May you recognize her fantastic performance and even give her a pay raise,. (smile).

Staff was excellent; Always had great service, latest service, oil change, brake pads for rear and two front tires, was lengthy. I had to make three trips to the dealership to get the service completed.It appears that there were not enough service staff available. I didn't leave dealership until closing time with a 12:00 Noon appointment. Had to return on Saturday to get the tires. Not too concern about oil change and brake service and one recall service. Problem with one of the new tires. After the tires were put on and I was leaving the dealership..dealership's parking and driving area, I notice that the tire was not rolling, and/or appeared to not be in balance and was making a loud noise, so I exited the dealership's parking ares onto the street and realized that the noise was constant, so I turned around on Mount Zion Road, call my service tech and told him that my car was making this noise and that I was on my way back....One of the Newly installed tires had a "nail" imbeded in it. I advise tech that the nail had to have been there when I got into the car because it was rolling uneven and making a noise and that's why I came back. The brand new tire was "patched".... I think that I should have gotten a Brand New Tire...because I truly believe that the nail was on the dealership's property.This was really my concern that the tire was patched in lieu of a new tire. I purchased a 2014 Focus with 6400 miles on it. Car was clean as new and ran like new also. The second day I drove it the indicator light showing low air in tires came on. The left front tire had 20 lbs. in it and the right front had 32 lbs. I looked on the door frame at the tag which showed 35 lbs. should be in all tires. Corrected air pressure and now it rides like a tank. Not really pleased with the ride.

I appreciate your service because you worked me in with only a days notice. However, coming at 5 pm didn't leave us with many choices. We asked about a ride across the interstate to an eating place and were told the shuttle had left and would not be back for quite a while. There was nothing available; no coffee, no snacks unless you like the salty chips in the vending machine. No drinks except the carbonated variety, again in the vendor. If Lincoln wants to succeed as a high-end car, someone needs to visit a Mercedes dealer and see how the service department treats the customer. Selection of coffees, teas,healthy snacks and assortments of fruit drinks. Free. They also have more magazines than 2 choices. I'll admit your service charges are equal with Mercedes. RHW

He went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle that I was looking for, and patiently dealt with problems in its acquisition. When we arrived for delivery, he made sure that the vehicle was spotless and assisted my wife in pairing her phone, as well as answering technical questions regarding the electronics in the vehicle. Marcus Ware in finance was very professional and personable as well. I encountered no "hard selling" during this experience. My wife loves her 2015 Flex which replaced her 2014 Flex that was totaled in an accident.

I occasionally try to schedule an appointment for an oil change and normally I find that I have to wait 2-3hours. I would like more consideration to be taken for the appointments in truly making sure they get out in an hour.During my last experience I would like to say Chris in the Service Center was awesome at addressing my concern. I had came in for an oil change, then 3-4 days later my tire light came on. I went back in and spoke to the associates at the desk asking whether they check the tire pressure when an oil change is done. They said they do and I told them my light was on and I would like them to check it because all my tires flagged low. They told me I would have to wait at least an hour....which I thought was unreasonable since I had just come in and paid for service to be completed. I told them I would return because at that point I wanted to talk to a manager. I walked in the building Chris greeted me, listened to my concerned and took care of me right away. NOW THAT WAS EXCELLENT SERVICE! A HUGE THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY PERCEPTION IMMEDIATELY! I think the associates at the desk should take a lesson from him. Always listen, understand from the clients point of view and resolve it immediately if it should have been done the first time. As a manager, if I worked in a dealership/service center I would have offered him a position on the spot. Great hire!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Flex (Cinnamon). The staff was awesome. Travis and Susan did everything they could to get me into that vehicle. They were so great!!! I wasn't having the best day and they turned it around with their top notch customer service. In fact, a tail light went out the same night I bought it and the service dept. was so great at taking care of it the next day.

I had a great experience with my salesman, Adam Hardt. He took very good care of me and i will send people his way. I was not however impressed with the Ford factory and how they handled the ordering and ETA on delivery with my car... however, Adam was able to find me the perfect car when Ford did not deliver and perform the way that they were supposed to.

I was disappointed to find out that you could not recalibrate my speedometer. I bought my tires from you and your salesman suggested that I buy a taller tire and said that it would not effect my speedometer. That was not true. People on the internet suggested that I take it back to the dealership for recalibration. Your service person told me that I would probably have to take it to an independent tire shop.

We thank the Sales Department for working with us to purchase the car at a price that was within our budget. We thank Travis Render, Used Car Manager, for helping to get our interest rate down to 0%. Without the 0% rate, we probably would not have purchased the car. We were glad to have Tony Wiggins, Finance Manager, work with us again (He went over all the paperwork when we purchased our 2014 Ford Fusion.) He re-explained the Platinum Warranty Plan and all the other benefits to us. He's arranging to have the Sky Link tracking device removed from our Fusion to our new Escape. He informed us that we should get a credit from our Sirius contract and have it transferred to the Escape. Again, thank you, Allan Vigil for having employees who care about your customers.

I was very pleased overall with the service and especially with Scott. He took the time to get a missing part for my explorer and to check on getting an oil change for my Taurus. Scott was a good representative for your business. On the other hand, my experience with the young black male at your customer service desk truly turned me off from coming to your service area. He was not only rude, but unwilling to satisfy me as a customer by not even attempting to find my papers, but even was rude to a fellow co worker of his to help. He told me to just stand back from the counter and wait. Then, I was asking one of the young black males for some information about bringing my other vehicle for service to see how long it would take. He did not try to help me, but had a sarcastic way of answering my question. When Scott appeared, I asked him the same question and he was very helpful. He even told me that it was ok for me to leave my vehicle for service overnight. I normally do not have any problems, but this really got to me.

After an unexpected and costly transmission issue with our Ford Explorer of nearly 12 years, my husband and I came in to see if it was possible to get another vehicle that we would like that would fit our budget. We were assisted by Brock Howard and Candice Williams, at the suggestion of a friend, and spent most of the afternoon completing the paperwork and working with them to find a suitable vehicle and corresponding deal. Thanks to their persistence and insight, we ended up purchasing a Ford Fusion. The unexpected delight was that we both felt very comfortable in the Fusion, in spite of having been Ford truck owners for years. The options with that particular vehicle were impressive and I, for one, did not feel too low to the ground after having driven an Explorer for so many years. Brock and Candice were awesome and very patient and attentive to what we were saying. Having purchased vehicles in the past, this was probably the best experience that I have had since being an adult. I left the dealership feeling as if I had really gotten what I was looking for and not stressed out or forced into a deal that I did not want. I apologize for not remembering the Finance Manager's name, but he was awesome as well. While I was familiar with the paperwork from previous transactions, this had been the first time that someone had summarized each document with clarity and simplicity on the financial end. Overall, everyone was pleasant and professional and I can't wait to refer my friends and family to them, should they ever need to look for a vehicle.

I notice that you are not letting the salemens in the Quick Lane take payment for their services. I think that you might want to rethink this change or at least take a look. Their was some confusion from the customer as to where to go to pay and pick up their cars. If the salemens were involved with serving customers trying to get their cars service or not around the customer went to the check or or payment window that they had used before with great confession. Just take a look at the process and see if you can improve the situation.

I finally said enough, Alex Baldwin was absolutely amazing and the first person who actually understood my frustrations with my car he and Mike Tate did all they could do to help me get out of my nightmare of a situation. I always said after that car I would never buy another ford again but they restored my faith and I bought a brand new escape. I was under the impression that I would get a multipoint inspection. I was told I did and there wasn't any reason to believe otherwise. But the multi-point inspection report card wasn't filled out, which is a good way for me to have visual reference for conditions of things. I only service my car at your shop and I keep my records, other than that being missed this time, I'm happy with the service. I have a 2009 Lincoln Town car, Signature Series.

Service agent was honest in giving me the details about the needed repairs for my 2003 Explorer. Starting from an estimate of $900 and ending up with a $1500 bill was an expected blow to my budget! David, the service agent assisted me in getting the help I needed. Being retired and not not expecting to purchase another auto soon, I had to make some quick decisions.

I purchased a 2015 ford explorer. We asked to see a certain salesman that my mom had used to buy her car several years ago. The gentlemen went and got him for us. Everyone was very polite. We had numerous people ask could they help us while we were waiting for our vehicle to be detailed.

I first came in a week earlier and received extremely poor attention from the service writers. How poor, since that is a subjective term? I left to take my vehicle to another dealership for service, swearing to never darken the doors of this one again. However, while en route to the other dealership, my AC began to work again and I decided to disregard Ford and continue with my planned day.Now comes this visit, one week after the initial trouble with my AC. IT went out again and I immediately went to Vigil Ford to get it checked. This time a service writer I have worked with before (Alex) was there. He got right to it and gave me the service I am accustomed too and more. Alex is the only reason I will be bringing my vehicle to Vigil Ford in the future. If he ever leaves, so will I.

We suffered a blowout on I-75 on our way to a family vacation. We put on the spare and took our Lincoln Navigator one more exit to Vigil to get a new tire. Linda Baker got us in and and out in record time so we could continue our trip with a fully loaded vehicle and 2 dogs to South Carolina. We appreciate the concern and professionalism we experienced from Linda and others to minimize this difficult situation for us.

I go to Allan Vigil even though there are 2 Ford dealerships which are closer to me. I have tried both of them and my experience with them has not been as good as with Allan Vigil. I trust Vigil Ford to work on my car which now have about 130,000 miles on it and has been serviced there since it had 5,000 miles.

The service for the oil change was a little backup (2hr wait) due to only having 1 technician available on the day of my service but the team make sure I was provided the best of care while offering shuttle service to and from home because of the inconvenience. I was able to continue my daily tasks with minimum interruption. Thanks for the kindly and professional service.

I purchased a Pre owned car at te dealership. The following day I woke up with a flat tire. I had the car towed to the dealership and after inspection of the tire I was told that the punchure mark was on the side of the tire and they would not be responsible and a new tire would be $200.00. I was not in financial shape to purchase the tire but used my money for a bill. The purchase was not planed, and was at a time when money was tight... I only went to the store and home after I purchased the car...I felt like they had no consideration for me as a cuasomer. If they would at least said. We dont know how it happened but we will give you a 10% discount on the new tire i would have felt like i was valued as a customer. I was a value when i was purchasing the car but when the deal was closed. Bye... My sales person Juan was great,and so was my service teck Scott, but the manager was not considerate or helful. I will not buy another car from the dealership. I have worked in a customer service field for 25 yeaars and I know what service is. The finance person was awesome also...The manager said that he would write a responce to this post and I am sure he will but their is no way he can answer to his attitude or no concern for a new customer..... I certainly appreciate the way you handled the "crisis" with my 2013 MKX. I do know that Monday is not the day to schedule routine maintenance, seems like everyone brings their vehicle in on Monday as your schedule board was full when we arrived.Not having had any experience with Allan Vigil Ford I wasn't sure what to expect. I've had dealings with other dealerships and know that all service departments are not equal. An example of "attention to detail" or lack thereof; several years ago I had a 2002 F250 Super Duty that I took to the Ford Dealership for regular service (oil, filter change, etc.) and at least twice it was returned to me with the note "starter is loose, needs tightening". I never could figure out why, when it was on the lift and the service tech saw the starter was loose he didn't take his wrench and tighten it. I didn't have a lift nor a torque wrench so I had to crawl up under it and hand tighten it the best I could -- obviously not tight enough as it was loose the next time I had the truck serviced.After the way you took charge of the situation when my MKX and I arrived in the middle of your busy Monday morning, I have no doubt that had I brought my 2002 F250 to Allan Vigil I would not have had to tighten the starter myself.I know that everyone else that was in your service area Monday morning thought their need for service was just as great as mine; and looking at the list on the windows there must have been at least a couple dozen vehicles there. Not sure what all you had going when we arrived; but I felt like I was your top priority. I do understand that sometimes it takes a few minutes for a bay to be cleared and then time for the technician to diagnose the situation but I felt like my wait for the verdict was minimal. And although I had explained my wife's need for a vehicle for Tuesday morning there was no rush to get my vehicle out the door, so to speak. Your technician wanted time to make sure that when I left my MKX would be fixed correctly and that an overnight stay would assist in making sure my starting problem was fixed correctly. That meant I would need a loaner vehicle for my wife to use Tuesday morning and you were quick to provide that vehicle and allow me to get on with what I needed/wanted to do Monday rather than sit in your service waiting area.I can't thank you enough for how well I was treated. As I said earlier, I don't think I will schedule my routine maintenance for a Monday morning as that appeared to be a rather busy time and there just might be someone else that needs your help like I did.

The saleman Marus Ware is a true professional he offered all of the info I needed and walk me through the process I was made to feel as though I was his best friend. When it was time to do the financial part Mr. Ware offered to watch and babysit my kids and grandson till I was finished with the financial officer. Scott Gahwiler has been my service advisor for a while. Always very friendly, courteous and professional. Made a great effort to get me in and out in a timely manner. Like using free WIFI AS I SIT IN YOUR RESTAURANT AND ENJOY BREAKFAST and conduct my personal business as I wait. Restaurant staff very helpful and breakfast was good. Flavored coffee machine would be nice!!
