The service center was very accommodating and service was excellent. I missed my morning appointment because I didn't make it back from Thanksgiving travel on time, and they promptly scheduled me for the same day. Took my vehicle in, got a ride home and had my vehicle taken care of by end of the day. Service guy Ron was good too. He kept me updated with the vehicle status.

I came to Alan Turner Chevrolet to get my oil changed and tires rotated on a vehicle I had purchased there two years ago. While they were changing the oil, they noticed the water pump leaking. They immediately notified me and informed me that it was still covered under warranty. They had to order the part, which they did and it came in the next day. The only issue I had was that they said they would call me when the part was in, so I can bring the car back to them to get the warranty work completed. I had to actually call them to see when to bring the car in even though they had already received the part. I was able to bring it in right away and the repairs were completed the same day.

I had a great experience when I took my new sonic to have a oil change and an air bag light checked. Ron was awesome through the whole process. He called me right away to let me know my air bag module need to be replaced got me in a 2016 Malibu for my loaner and gave me updates every day til it was ready. He really understands customer service, I appreciate all he did for me, and I'll be asking for him when I return.

Mr. Lucas has some dementia, so I came with him to Allen Turner Chevy in Crestview, FL for oil and filter change on his 2011 Duramax 3500 dually truck. Ron was the service person that I dealt with, and he was very professional, so when he ask me if I wanted them to do the 45,000 mile check up while we were there or did we want to come back at a later date, I told him yes, go ahead. Mr. Lucas did not think it needed it, but the truck had almost 45,000 miles. Mr. Lucas has always enjoyed doing his own maintenance work, but now with the dementia he does not realize how important it is to make sure our vehicles are serviced on time. I have no idea who the mechanic was that serviced his truck, because I only talked to Ron.Now, that I am responsible for making sure that things are done, and I have no clue as to what/when things are needed, I am thankful that Ron suggested the 45,000 maintenance be done.Thanks!Sylvia Lucas

Head and shoulders above dealerships in this area. On time to start, stayed on schedule and completed the job efficiently. Service technicians did the job right the first time. The waiting area is excellent; water, coffee, fruit available and they kept the coffee fresh. Ok, so lots of dealerships can do that, but they don't have a representative like Ms Bailey. She kept on top of the progress, kept me informed, and was clear, concise and very knowledgeable. I had to decide whether or not to have some additional work done, and she helped me without being pushy, judgmental, etc.Oh, forgot to mention that they were slammed with business, and I got the same treatment as everyone else ... exceptional!I'll be back.

Just stoped in to setup an appointment, but I was told that they would take me right away. They described that it was a software reprogram for the airbag system and I thought to myself that eventhough it would take time, you don't mess with safety. Much to my surprise, and delight, it only took less than 15 minutes. Thats counting the paperwork and handing me my key. Polite and speedy and done right.

Allen Turner Chevrolet has by far the best Services Department I have ever see. I brought my Camaro in for it's standard oil change. They were able to take my vehicle early. I know I was a difficult customer since I kept on thinking of items for them to check. My vehicle had recently started to sound louder than normal, they found an issue with a connection and fixed it on the spot without hassling me about a bill. I have never seen the level of professional as I saw with the personnel at Allen Turner Chevrolet. Thank you!!!

The lady at the front desk Carrie, was by far the rudest woman I have ever met. She doesn't need to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE if she doesn't like people. I will not be back and that is thanks to her. I would rethink your employees and listen to the people because I know this is not the first incident you've had.

The service team at Allen Turner is top notch. They are both very professional and knowledgeable and run a customer oriented service. My scheduled appointment went as smoothly as possible. I was updated on the status of my service while waiting in a comfortable customer area with refreshments. My vehicle service was completed faster than the original time estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Allen Turner service department and highly recommend them.

I was afraid of going into a dealership as a woman and being intimidated to buy. I was pleasantly surprised that I was show the car I was looking at on line and was able to make a deal and be happy walking out the door. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I even met the owner, Allen Turner which to me was very rare to see and meet the owner.

Because of all the recent changes in the conversion from Award Chevrolet to Allen Turner, we were hesitant to buy (again) from this Crestview dealership. When we saw the 2017 Traverse we were interested in (when the dealership was closed), we began asking friends/acquaintances who in the sales department we could trust. We had previously dealt (many times) with Bill Spears and Wayne McCranie, but they have since left. On a whim, my wife called the dealership, and once she made it past the rather rude/abrupt phone answerer/operator, she was put in touch with Mr. Jason Mobley. My wife let Jason know our desire concerning the Traverse, that financing wasn't an issue, and, if given the right deal, we were ready to take ownership. Jason was extremely attentive and accommodating, not attempting to push anything more than what we had asked. When we arrived to finalize the deal that evening, Jason was very professional and courteous, answering all our questions, but never trying to upsell or suggest a different/more 'attractive' deal. When he passed us to Rob Godwin for finishing the financing, everything was smooth and complete. Because of our credit rating, Rob was able to find us financing below the rate of our PAL. Rob also deserves kudos for his courtesy and professionalism. We appreciate both Jason and Rob. Now, let's do something about the service department!!

I have bought from and trusted Allen Turner with my Chevy service as my home town Chevy dealer since they opened and also used that same dealership before the new owner took over. On my last visit Cari was very professional and courteous, I have nothing but praise for her. But, here is the problem, I was accustomed to showing up at their service department and being greeted by name and their service writer knew exactly who I was and greeted me like a family member. Now, unfortunately because of some rapid turnover in service writers, I'm being treated like a complete stranger. That home town family feel at Allen Turner has been lost. I'm not sure what issues have derived such a turn over in employees, but, Allen Turner needs to understand that this is hurting his business.

I've debated about this post for weeks now as I have never even come close to posting anything like this. (Sorry for the length) Trevors truck was struck by lightning on September 3 about 430 PM. We had the truck taken to Allen Turner being that they are a Chevrolet dealership. Thats where we me the all powerful Cari Bailey. Never have I had such an awful experience at any retail establishment in my 43 years here on earth. Mr. Allen Turner, you don't know me but I was born and raised here in Crestview along with my parents and grandparents! There are almost 2800 people reading this post right now and I'm sure this is NOT the kind of publicity that you want or need. This is all because of Cari Bailey that represents your service department where, i believe, most of your profit comes from. The delays, rudeness and attitude that Cari Bailey showed to us were not what we wanted or needed either. She has no business dealing with the public in any capacity as far as I'm concerned. I will be happy to discuss the details with you or anyone else that wants to know. Our insurance spent over $5400 at your dealership and I regret every penny due to Cari Bailey! And Cari.....I told you that you hadn't heard the last from me.

I recently bought a certified vehicle from Allen Turner Chevrolet. After 2 months of driving it some things need to be looked at. I decided a good time to discuss these issues would be when I scheduled my routine service. So when I went to schedule my service and begin to mention what I would like these items to be looked at, I was rudely interrupted with an oh no, thats a mechanic issue and we are way backed up. So when I scheduled 2 weeks out, I asked, could I bring them up then? service technician said yes. So 2 weeks later and I am in for my routine maintenance visit and began to mention the items I would like to be scheduled to look at, I was once again interrupted with a rude no! You have to reschedule those issues! So I mentioned, can you put these in the system so I can be scheduled, once again, no! So my question is, why am I still sitting here with a cerified vehicle that can not be scheduled for the discrepancies I have tried to get scheduled?The answer is quite clear, don't buy local at Allen Turner Chevrolet.

My experience with Allen Turner Chevrolet was positive experience due to the enthusiattic professionalism of the team.This was not only demonstrated to myself but to my son as well who wanted to join me to look at a vehicle that day.During my visit over the weekend it was busy and the team I was working with even took time to help the time pass for my son by engaging him and discussing and demonstrating the vehicles. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this. I will have to say that David Shapiro due to his professionalism, personality, and overall awesome customer service practices convinced me in the end to purchase the vehicle I was interested in. It's not so much that I was able to purchase the vehicle for what I wanted to offer ,but that he was able to gain my commitment at a fair market price and complete the purchase due to his enthusiasm for the sale. The first time I came the service was great. I then had a scheduled appointment that was called off due to the service department being behind. Then it was two weeks before I could get back in. I got there 7 minutes late due to weather and left at almost ten for an oil change. I even called to let them know I would be a few minutes late.

After a long and stressful search through other dealers and online locally, I decided to make the hour long drive to purchase my new vehicle from Allen Turner Chevrolet. If it weren't for Jessy Stancher and his desire to help me, I might have went elsewhere simply to avoid the drive. However, he went out of his way by sending extra pictures and talking with me about the vehicle I was interested in. He is great! So kind and helpful, so thank you Jessy very much!!! Scheduled service appointment via computer. No price listed for oil change over 5 quarts of oil. 2015 Tahoe takes 8 quarts. Advisor said vehicle was ready. The advisor that checked me in asked my advisor if the seat issue had been addressed. Found that it had not been. He apologized, said it would more time to address and fix the issue. Stated I could return at another time or wait. I chose to wait. Issue was fixed after the right part was delivered, wrong part was sent.

Our new spark the engine light came on so we brought it in to get it fixed They never fixed it after they told us they did. Told my mom to keep an eye on her temperature gauge I still can't find one on this spark. I guess they were too busy to actually fix the car so they sent my mother home with the same problem it had when we brought it in. This is after receiving multiple emails from onstar that the car needed immediate attention. Also received email from the Chevy dealership the car was bought from to bring it in as soon as possible. I am not happy with this at all and should something bad happen to the vehicle I want there to be some record that we tried to do something about the problem. Carie told us the car was fixed that they just added antifreeze and that was the problem. She said the car had no more engine light. When my mother went to turn the car on engine light was still on.

Bought new car, had trouble closing out paperwork. Owner called & explained the problem. The sales rep did everything he promised. I have some questions regarding the operation of computer. I had a problem last Friday with complete loss of power in the vehicle due to battery cables not being properly tightened in the factory. Local dealer fixed the problem, recommended tow, local parts store helped start vehicle. Caused unecessary stress locked in a car in 100 degree heat.

Although we were delayed due to computer being down, EVERYONE, even those employees just passing by, was very professional and friendly. Realizing we had been sitting a while, those passing us for a 2d or 3rd time, stopped talked to us, offered refreshments, or just commented in a friendly manner. Every attempt by both our Salesman and the Sales Manager, was made to ensure we had a pleasant and satisfactory visit. Allen Turner even took time out of his day to visit with us in a sincere way. I did not have an appointment when I brought me Corvette in for unscheduled service. The service representative was very courteous and extremely helpful. I needed a loaner vehicle and a fairly quick turnaround. All my needs were addressed, and I was on my way home in less than an hour. My vehicle was ready the next day, which was only about a 24 hour turnaround. I can't imagine how this experience could be improved. Awesome!

Since Allen Turner took over I haven't had very good service in the service department. This time was above and beyond. They went to bat with our warranty company and convinced them that it should covered by the warranty. Between the back and forth with warranty company and the back order of the part once they got the go ahead, my car was there for 2.5 weeks. They furnished a loaner car the whole time. They were in constant contact with us. We were very pleased with all they did for us. Thank you Larry, Carie and Marvin.

Jessy Stancher was great to work with. We originally came in for a certified used Colorado, but after reviewing what they had available we decided on a new Colorado. Worked a trade and added some accessories to the truck and are very pleased with product. Jessy also worked with our daughter and son-in-law and they received great service also.

We had a great car buying experience. We were very picky about the car we wanted. Our salesman, Jim, looked all over the southeast to find our car. He was very patient with us. He located several options and then hung on the phone with us while we drove around a dealership in another state looking at colors to make sure we made the best choice for us. After we got back to FL, our car was there, ready for pick up. Eric made the final sale and payoff easy. The folks at Allen Turner Chevrolet did an outstanding job. We will definitely be shopping there again.

Walked in with my own written cost and trade-in expectations within a $1,000 range. This keeps me from having to think too much on my own aging feet and allows me to leave without guilt or second-guessing myself. I walked from another dealer during this search, then went to Allen Turner Chevy. Their first offer was within my range and I asked for a bit more in trade. They did it without hesitation, so maybe they would have given even more. Regardless, it was within my range of personal fairness to both me and them, so I closed the sale. Definitely an honest and low pressure dealership. Also, no missed and unreturned calls to sales. Conversely, no pesky sales calls blowing up your phone.My only complaint? The finance manager was overly persistent and wouldn't take no for an answer to a service contract. Why buy one with 3 years ahead of me before the first one runs out. If the truck has problems during the first three years, I'll either buy a contract near the end of the term or trade in the vehicle. He also proved dishonest when he quoted that the contract would only cost about $8/mo, bringing my monthly payment to $258. In the end, with no contract the payment was $241. Sounds more like $17/mo than $8/mo, doesn't it? I don't believe this fellow was stupid; he was dishonest.Still, I'd buy from AT again and have already recommended them to a shopping friend to go there AFTER warning him about the dishonest pain in the butt finance manager.

My experience was very rewarding as this was my first experience with Allen Turner Chevrolet service department. I received a recall notice relating to a battery issue with my 2016 CRUZ. Yes I thought here we go but I was very surprised how quickly my recall issue was completed, I was offered their free shuttle service while they worked on the issue but didn't require the service. I arrived at 9 and was out by 9:45 quick and easy. I just had enough time to check with the parts department for an accessory I wanted the parts manager checked his computer website like I had done & didn't find it so he got on the phone and found out the accessories were not listed yet because the vehicle was so new. I liked the extra effort he took to help me resolve the issue. I was also impressed with the 2nd page of my report which listed my cars inspection's check list they check the whole car. Nice to know they don't just fix the problem but check for safety issues and all round vehicle needs.

Took my Silverado in to Allen Turner Chevrolet (the only Chevy dealer that I allow to perform service of any kind on my truck) to have repairs made as a result of a GM issued recall. I had made an appointment on line for 9:00 a.m. and was greeted promptly by Marvin Hall upon my arrival. I told Marvin I would leave the vehicle with him, but wanted to pick it up around noon. Around 11;30 a.m. Marvin called to inform me my vehicle was ready. I picked my truck up shortly after noon, everything was in order and the recall work had been accomplished. My experience at this dealership is ALWAYS pleasant and professional.

I felt and was treated as though I was the only customer in the dealership! This is my 5th vehicle that I have purchased at this dealership. Allen turner says it best at the end of his commercial ( Chevrolets really are cheaper in Crestview). I purchased a vehicle in June and it was a wonderful (but yet small) vehicle, after a couple weeks it was obvious that it just wasn't a good fit. I wanted to trade it but just knew I was going to be so far upside down that not even my doctor could help me with the pressure I was feeling. I pondered and decided what the heck, after all I knew from previous experience that the treatment I would receive once I got there would be that of a... well, family member. After a minimal amount of time I traded for the vehicle I wanted and I didn't even have to call my doctor!

Got to Allen Turner about noon Monday. Service department was very busy. Gentleman at service desk greeted me and told me he would weave me in and the repair on my bed liner would be done within an hour. He took my truck to the service bay area right then. The work was completed in less than twenty minutes. I was impressed with the high level of service plus the politeness of the service man at the front.

Initially I spoke highly of my experience, that's until I found out about the lies. When I asked the salesman what was taking so long, he stated that they were running my credit through multiple banks to find approval. I asked why they did not send through Eglin Federal Credit Union since all my auto loans have been through them and I have great history with them. I was told that EFCU denied my loan request. I thought that was odd but was told it was probably due to me paying off my loans fast. Ok, whatever.Was then told that PenAir approved it for 2.45% which wasn't so bad versus EFCU's 1.99%. So as I'm in EFCU to pay for my payment I asked a loan officer why my loan was rejected. She informed me that a request was never sent to them. The APR was also 2.75% not the 2.45% I was told. I was not happy since my credit was run 4+ times knocking my credit from a 720 something to a 640. Ultimately this cost me time and money not to mention my credit score. Luckily I was able to refinance my truck for a lower rate and less payment. I will not recommend Allen Turner to anyone due to this kind of practice. I am local and family has been for over a hundred years and this kind of practice does not need to happen in this town.

The courtesy of the employees was exceptional. The electronic evaluation of electrical system was effective but I thought expensive. The repairs were effective. The total cost for a dysfunction sensor and electrical analysis was around$300 for a $65 dollar part. It was also determined that I had a weak battery which would cost me an additional $165. When I pointed out to the service manager that I had only owned the car for a couple of weeks and they should have detected the weak battery during their evaultion of the car before sales, the battery cost was waved. Summary: Allen Turner Chevrolet was a good experience, the work was done correctly.

Found a truck on carguru, when I went to look at the vehicle, I was told it was sold at auction due to a recall on the air bag. Now it's back on carguru (I verified that it is the same vehicle through it advertised vin #) although I bought a different vehicle, I don't trust the advertising, and would not trust this dealership to make a different purchase. I'm disappointed and won't be back.

I usually call and schedule an appointment and the service is very good. But last time I scheduled through their online website. I really liked the convenience of scheduling online but there was some (unspecified) delay in taking my vehicle back at the appointed time. And I ended up sitting there waiting two hours for an oil change and multi point inspection. I think that's ridiculously long.

I ventured out of my local area to buy a vehicle, Allen Turner had the vehicle I wanted. After using Autotrader, I called the dealership and began the process of buying. Since, I was already happy with the price, there wasn't a long uncomfortable haggling period. A finance application online and a few exchanges of information via electronic means and the sale was done, except for the actual signatures and pick up of the vehicle. I worked with Jessy over the phone, mostly. Once I arrived at the dealership, Jessy met me with a handshake and a set of keys. We immediately test drove the vehicle, since I'd already owned a previous model, it wasn't a long drive. After 20 minutes, give or take, the deal was done and I was on my way home. All of my previous car purchases had been long, drawn out events that left a bitter taste from the experience. This time, has been by far, a great deal and easy thing to do. No hassle, no fuss, and no regrets, thanks for everything.

I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for 10 grand with 83,000 miles. While I got a good deal, I also was screwed over because three things broke on it within the first three weeks of having the vehicle. I was told by the salesman when I bought the car that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car & it had a clean car fax. First I was told my struts we're going out by Allen turner Hyundai in Pensacola, Florida and that I needed to take it back to the place I got it from in order to get those fixed. They refuse to fix it because I didn't buy an "extended warranty" even though they sold me the vehicle with bad struts. Then my starter went out that I had to replace myself which was $370. Because again, I didn't buy the extended warranty for an extra $1200. Then my check engine light came on and I do have a power train warranty so they fixed that. This was all in a three week time period. I just felt like since I wasn't financing through them, and they pretty much sold the car and recieved their 10 grand that they didn't have to fix my car or take care of things for me as a customer. Definitely would not recommend them unless your buying a brand new vehicle. They sell you things that are broken and then don't want to fix them. I bought a vehicle from a small car lot with only a few cars and they STILL put new tires and struts on the vehicle before I drove it home because they knew they were bad. You don't sell people messed up cars. I have kids and need something dependable and I told them that. After several attempts of trying to get my struts replaced I've just given up.

Upon doing a large amount of research, and being knowledgeable about vehicles and mechanics, I decided to visit Allen Turner Chevy after being pre-approved for financing and desperately needing to trade in my old car for a truck. I stopped in during free time in Crestview, and was set up with Al Sienko as my salesman. Al did a great job, and my being a female, he did not challenge my mechanic abilities as most men do females. He heard and understood what I needed, and worked very hard to find something that would work for me on my 2016 Colorado. The finance people weren't pushy, and allowed me to choose my options as I wished, and did not challenge my choices. My experience was wonderful.

I walked into the dealership right after closing time this past week just to take a peak at some used trucks. I walked in and was informed that they were closed but Tim offered to show me a couple trucks while he waited to finish another customers deal. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and what was in my budget. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning with Tim. Saturday morning we go back to the dealer ship and start to do some paper work. We didn't get the deal done in the morning and we left . We went back when Tim gave a shout asked us to come back and let's try again and see if we can't make it happen. We got the deal we needed to get and Tim made it happen. He is not pushy, he won't try and get you to buy a vehicle you don't want. Tim and Jeff (the GM) were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. This is a honest review. My wife and I have bought many Chevrolets over the years. Over the last 6-8 years, we have always started our search in Crestview because we live in Baker. But we always ended up buying from other dealers that were farther away because we couldn't get the deal we wanted in Crestview. But all that has changed last week. Allen Turner Chevrolet in Crestview has an outstanding staff. I have had a great experience with the dealership, from the first day we bought our 2014 Impala from the salesmen, accountant and service department. I then bought my 2014 Silverado from Allen Turner.

Sales and management where decent experiences. The Finance department on the other hand was sloppy. I went in very clear that I was looking to finance and had shopped around and got approved from my bank in case financing could not find a good rate for me. The rate that was quoted for me was not a good deal at all so I told him that I would just write a dealer check from my bank. Eric was quite annoyed and showed his displeasure a bit. Then he told me a specific amount that I should finance when I already knew exactly how I as going to do this. He said he could not get it to my exact number, but after some crumbling of paper and some frustration on the computer we eventually got there. Also, just make sure you have time when dealing with finance, have patience and ask questions. We went at the end of the day, and everyone wanted to leave and made me feel rushed for sure. I regret not asking enough questions, and found out the warranty to be a bit over sold. It was much more confusing then I thought it would be. But after all this still happy with my purchase. If I were to do it over again I would make sure finance new more about me before walking into the office to close the final deal. Eric was nice but definitely was eager to leave as he expressed a couple times that he has a child to get home to. I did not want to be there late either, but I did since the vehicle was delayed in arriving to the dealer. I was also told I would have plenty of time to work through the details.

This was a great buying experience, and I've bought a lot of cars since 1959! Jessy Stancher helped me find what I needed to replace a leased vehicle. He was thorough and available when I had the time to look. Jessy listened to my ideas and over a three week period he figured out what would really work, and he was right! Isn't that what a good salesperson does? You bet - AND, he respected my wishes by not calling, emailing, texting, etc. When we completed the sale, Mr. David Cain kept the same approach - no pressure, just a professional competence. This is my kind of dealership.

I needed to buy a vehicle and of course wanted the best for the cheapest price but with good gas mileage. Roch Mechrek let me see and drive any vehicle I wanted to and explained the prices for the used vehicles, leased vehicles and even gave me a tutorial on the vehicle I did purchase. He had a lot of patience with me, I went in not knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

The sales staff was excellent. Al Sienko was our salesman, he was very friendly and easy to work with. After three months of searching. Al showed us the exact car in the price range we were looking for. We found the prefect 2015 Equinox (Certified). Al helped us get, what we thought was the best deal possible.Things went a little sour when we went in to close the deal with the finance department. Keep in mind that we already had a PAL from Eglin FCU. Eric Sorensen was rude and pushy. He was attempting to strong arm us into buying extended warranties and protection plans we did not want. We told him NO five times. He told us we were pay $2000 over the retail value and when we left the dealership the value would decline even more. He insisted we needed gap protection. Then he asked us what was wrong, couldn't we see the value in these options and why we couldn't afford an additional $30 a month.One more word out of his mouth and we would have walked out on the deal. Eric turned our awesome day and great experience into a bummer. We thought we found the perfect car with the best deal but Eric told us different. I found my search for a new vehicle so easy and rewarding. My sales person Roch Mechrek was most helpful & knowledgable and went the extra mile to see that I got the right vehicle to fit my budget. My original option was to see about the 2016 Malibu, Roch knowing my budget limit and that there was no wiggle room said let me see what He could do and brought up a demo car which looked just like the Malibu but was actually a Cruze LT. My roommate who is only 4' 10" fell in love with the Cruze and the seat adjustments which brought her up to her driving position help and all the high tech options sealed the deal. Roch also showed me the Malibu which we also took for a test drive (to satisfy my original choice) but the Cruze won out. The Cruze was the right fit for us with very good gas mileage & it looks like a Malibu. Roch help us navigate the high tech features and introduced us to the service & parts managers and showed us the Allen Turner Chevrolet Internet site so we could look for additional accessories. We returned the next day with the check & I saw Roch with some problems I had with the high tech options & he helped me work through the issues awesome service. We also met with Eric Sorensen the business manager who walked us through the many warranty options but as excellent as they are our plan is to trade in our Cruze in three years & purchase a new vehicle as we both are in our 60's it is the right option for us. We feel that we have built a relationship with Allen Turner Chevrolet that we can trust of course the service visit will requires another review when they start to occur. We would not hesitate to recommend your staff & dealership to all we know, thank you for a vey enjoyable experience .

Impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Mr. Mike Albright. Had concerns with my 2010 Corvette transmission when cornering. We had excellent service from David Cole and Jerry Smith from the time we started gathering information, through the build and order process, and all the way through the vehicle delivery.One area we saw that we will encourage some improvement in is in the vehicle detail area. This is absolutely no reflection on David or Jerry what-so-ever. The vehicle detail technicians fell a little short on attention to detail in preparing the vehicle for final delivery to us, and presented the vehicle without the follow-up coordination with David.We are working through these small details. Vehicles displayed were very clean and the one we purchased was the monthly special. It was Al Sienko, the salesman, that really sealed the deal. Very patient, knowledgeable, and listened to what we really wanted in a truck. He also served as an excellent arbitrator on our behalf as we worked out the final deal. Keep that man on board. He also introduced us to the maintenance manager and staff, so we will know what we need to do when the truck comes in for servicing. We bought from Allen Turner in Pensacola before, and are glad Allen Turner has taken over here in Crestview with the Chevy dealership.

David Shapiro was our sales dealer and he is very good at his job. He let me take the vehicle (Used 2016 GMC Acadia) home for the night to show my husband. The next day I returned and let him know my husband was unavailable and he only had a chance to look at the car and not drive it. He gave me some numbers (that were pretty fair) and told me that I could take it again for the night so my husband could test drive it. We had our daughter with us and he helped me with the car seat, got her an orange, just went above, little things here and there. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us (what I think) a great deal. The owner of the dealership stepped into the office and introduced himself to my husband, told him if he needed anything let him know and don't hesitate to call. I wasn't in the room when the owner came in. When I can back David was telling my husband how involved and awesome it was to have such a great owner. Then a little later the owner came and introduced himself to me. Makes you feel like they really care. After we purchased the vehicle I bugged David a few more times with questions. He called me back every time and made sure everything was taken care of. He told me don't hesitate to contact him for anything car related. He was just awesome. He wants our business even after the sale, stating if I need to get my car serviced and I can't get it to the dealer he would find a way to help me get it there. Just the best car buying experience I've ever had. So very happy with my purchase, especially since I was nervous about buying a new car and finding the right one for the right price. I would definitely recommend David Shapiro and Allen Turner Chevrolet.

After completing some DIY maintenance on a 2004 Trailblazer I realized there were a few items needing attention which required more diagnostic expertise than I had. I took it to Mike who did a great job understanding my needs. He utilized Cassey as the technician who did a top-notch job with the needed repairs. To no ones knowledge at the time an error was made during the repairs, but the error is not the point of this write-up, instead the point is how professionally the error was dealt with. Upon discovering the error on the drive home I returned the vehicle after hours to the dealership and contacted Mike the next morning with my additional concerns. I needed to say very little and Mike was already correcting the error and promptly identified it will be fixed without hesitation and on the dealerships dime. Mike and the service staff are truly professional and very easy to deal with. They address issues and make it right. Thank you!

Mike in the service department did an outstanding job of explaining what maintenance , parts and time would be required to repair the rear axle on my 2012 Silverado. Mike also provided a courtesy ride to my home and back to the dealership to pick-up my truck. The ride was very much appreciated. It was great working with Mike who is a true professional who knows his job and he makes sure that the customer needs are taken care of, he called me several times to let me know the status of my truck. However he saw this and made changes again and its finally back to a wonderful group and great service again. I took my truck in to have it checked as the front end would not align. Ended up having to replace ball joints. They had the truck several days waiting on parts. After picking the truck up after repairs were made, I had to return to the service center because the truck was making a horrible metal on metal sound when the brakes were applied. I was told the brake plate needed to be adjusted. I later had to return because the front end of the truck was lower than it was before and the front passenger tire was scrubbing on the fender well.....pulling the metal away from the underside of the fender well. I was told that a bolt, can't remember what it was called, was missing on the driver side and the one on the passenger side was loose. They tightened the one bolt and had to order a bolt for the other side. I was told I would have to bring the truck back when the the other bolt came in. I returned a few days later for the bolt to be installed. I was never charged for this as I am pretty sure the mechanic failed to put the truck back together after the initial repairs were made. I was not ever given a loaner car because there were never any available. I had to take time off from work each time I had to return to the dealership. My primary concern is whether or not anything else was not properly repaired, which might in turn be a safety concern. I have no intentions of ever returning to the service department as I'm not really sure your mechanics are qualified to perform the job they are doing. I have no issues with the Service personnel....just the mechanics. They obviously didn't even drive the truck at any point to see if there were any issues after the repairs were made.

I met Joe Units at the door moments after arriving at the dealership and was so glad I did. As a fellow military veteran we hit it off right away. I found his honesty, integrity and charismatic personality an awesome surprise as compared to my previous new auto purchase experiences. Had an 0800 appointment for oil change/27 point checkup-2 1/2 hours later vehicle was ready-also was price increase for use of synthetic oil of which had recently went up $10.00 to cover such- When I have an appointment I really expect better service as I own two vehicles and have always had them serviced at this dealership-had less waiting time when there were no appointments-almost in and out time. Will have to think about where to have my vehicle serviced next time as to above experience. THIS IN NO WAY REFLECTS THE COURTESY-KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTENTION THAT MARVIN HALL HAS PROVIDED TO MY FAMILY AS CUSTOMERS. I have used the Chevrolet dealership in Crestview for 10+ years and never had any problems with the quality of work until recently. Over the past year, really since its been Allen Turner, each time Ive taken my car in for service I ALWAYS have to take it back because something wasnt done properly. Last February I took it in for an oil change and they said I should do fuel cleaner, so I agreed. Bad choice! A few days after they completed that my car was driving horribly, sputtering and wouldnt go over 25-30mph or just go dead. Found out the throttle body went out. A few months later I had my brakes replaced and had to take it back a few times after that because it was making a horrible scrubbing noise, no one there could tell me what was causing it other than it was due to the type of car it itthat made no sense to me. The brand new brakes sounded worse than the ones that Id had on for 80k miles. They said the rotors were fine, and it would be a waste of money to replace them. The service manager rode with me and told me to just turn my radio up if it was bothering me. Then I had a headlight bulb go out. I took it in for replacement (because its a pain to get to without the proper tools), but they didnt put the headlight back in the frame correctly. I was just dealing with it, then my passenger headlight went out and I couldnt see anything because by them not putting my headlight back properly it was shining up in the air. I took it back and they fixed that and the other bulb and knocked $50 off the bill. A few weeks ago I took it in for an oil change and they said based on my mileage I needed a coolant flush and brake fluid flush..I hesitated at first because of the experiences Ive had in the past but agreed since they were going to have it in for the oil change anyhow, $290 later. When I picked my car up I was called within 10 minutes and asked to bring it back because there was fluid on the ground. I took it right back and the technician looked it over and said it was just residual fluid and everything was fine. Within a week I started hearing water gurgling under the dash, so I called Allen Turner and was told they were too busy on Monday mornings and I could bring it the next day and if there werent any service soon lights on or if it wasnt running hot then it was okay to drive until the next day or so. And at that moment it wasnt running hot, but within 10 minutes the temperature gauge was moving its way to HOT. So I took it in anyway and they looked it over said there was air in the lines from the coolant flush. They said they fixed the problem, by getting the air out and refilling the coolant. Two days later I heard the same noise and took it back and was told the water pump was bad. Now I had NO problems with my car until they did their service on it. This was now a $607 job. They offered to pay the labor($457) if I bought the parts($150), so I agreed since I really couldnt drive it while its running hot. Then I get a call the morning they are to replace the water pump that my exhaust manifold is cracked. And again they offered to pay the labor on that if I would pay for the parts ($133)..still ended up paying $300 for this. So I went in for a $40 oil change and came out paying over $500. I agreed since I felt they caused the problems when they did the coolant flush on it. I then took it to an experienced mechanic to have it looked over because it is now making a new noise, whining almost when I accelerate or decelerate, sort of sounds like a diesel and I dont trust Allen Turner. I do have to say that Marvin Hall was very helpful and understanding through this, and I do appreciate his help. I have been using the dealership for oil changes and maintenance services because I felt they were certified mechanics and knew what they were doing, but have since been proven otherwise. And apparently brake fluid flushing is not necessary. I would not recommend this dealership. I just dont like being taken advantage of.

Everyone there is sooooo nice and greetful! They have so much to offer! Joe units (the salesmen) is SO AWESOME!! If you ever stop by this dealership, that's the man to see! He makes sure his customers leave happy. I was purchasing my very first car. I was very picky and specific. I told Joe exactly what I wanted. Knowing that it was my very first car he definitely got it for me. He didn't send me off your another dealership or suggest a different car. He was determined to get me my wish. I couldn't be more happier with this car, I felt like it was birthday. Haha DEFINITELY SATISFIED. Thank you Chevrolet yall are awesome and I'm telling everybody!

Our salesman, David Cole, was excellent! We had been searching on the Internet for a specific year and make of truck. On Saturday, we narrowed our choices down to a couple of vehicles. I did the inquiry thru the Internet. Even though it was way past lot closing, David emailed me back with additional information regarding the truck. Then on Sunday, even though the lot was closed, he set up a time (thru email) for me and my boyfriend to view the truck on Monday morning. I was so impressed with his willingness to work with us on our schedule. We did buy the truck which was an excellent value. We will buy our next vehicle from David!

As always, Mike at the Service Center was professional. I went in for an oil change, Mike and the mechanic informed me that a few maintenance items were due and showed me that my tires were in need of replacing. Instead of just telling me, they showed me the areas on the tires that were worn. I was unable to leave my vehicle that day, but they set me up for a future appointment. Thank you Allen Turner for being a respectable and trusted dealer and service center.

Went to the dealership after finding a truck on Cars.com. Was greeted within the first 5 steps by Brandon. He was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. We went for a brief test drive then he showed me a lot of the extra features and showed me how to work almost everything in the vehicle. Made same day appointment to get my oil change, which I was very happy about. I showed up 20-25 minutes early to fill out paperwork and perform walk around of vehicle. It took them 2hours to perform a simple oil change on my vehicle and when I asked about it the employee did not even go to the garage area but instead went to the parts department and chatted with his Co-worker. Once my vehicle was finally pulled out it took another 20 minutes for them to get my paperwork together for my signature. Definitely not worth the free oil change will not be back.

Since this vehicle had just come on the market Justin and Jerry had to do a lot of research to help us configure the model we wanted. They also helped us in using our military discount thus enabling us to obtain the best price available. The truck was excellently prepared for our delivery. We started our car search around the middle if December. we had one set-back after another, but Myles and Zia tag-teamed and kept in touch with us. I went into the dealership with a pre-approved loan and a GD supplier discount so there were no negotiations to deal with. I knew exactly what I wanted to test drive. The salesperson was very helpful with information for all of the vehicles in inventory and was more than willing to answer any questions during the test drive. We have purchased our last 4 vehicles at this dealership and I will continue to do so as long as they are willing to work with me.

The entire crew gave me excellent service, with no hassles, no gimmicks to get me in the store or pricing of the vehicle. Everything was up front, and honest. Trade-in value was what I asked for and no last minute increases to pricing because I wasn't eligible for the incentives that they advertised the truck priced at. Service and financing was not high pressure, and everything to purchasing the vehicle was pleasant and not stressful. Great Dealership!

We have been searching for a Chrysler mini van for months and even though they are a Chevy store Allen Turner Chevy was the only one to follow up with me and help me find it. This is the second car that my family has purchased from Allen Turner Chevrolet since our move from Missouri to Crestview, the last purchase was our 2012 silver Chevy Camaro, beautiful car and Roch was again a great salesman. Knowing that we couldn't get our hands on our hefty down payment til January 6th, we were trusted to take the car on our trip to Orlando for business, in doing this, this allowed us to cancel our rental car and hit the highway in style. Walked in on January 6th with a cashiers check and that's how business was done, couldn't ask for a more smooth transaction than this. We will be back!! This is by far the worst dealer I have dealt with. Do not buy from allen turner Chevrolet. I bought a brand new Chevrolet impala and with under 3000 miles the car has had to go back and forth to the service dept 6times for multiple dif issues. I have spoken to the owner and the service manager to get out of this lemon of a car and there response is to trade it in but you will take a loss I paid 31 thousand for this car. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Needed a battery replaced on a new Cruze. Called for a service appointment and was told it would be at least 2 weeks at the earliest. I'm sorry to say I lost my temper with the service personnel. I have heard many bad rumors from others. When Mickey was service manager at Award, I had confidence in the dealership service dept. Award sales was second to none. I could always get a straight drive out price on a vehicle. Those days are gone. Buyer Beware!!!!

The dealership scratched my car and there were manufacturer defects on the bumper. I delt with Jeff Hensen on many of the issues I had with my brand new malibu. I have never been treated so horribly in my life by a business. Jeff ridiculed me then sat in front of Allen Turner when I had a meeting with him and back peddled and lied about his behavior. Allen Turner supports this inappropriate and mistreatment of the military community by his general manager. In fact Allen Turner told me I was trying to get something for nothing. My advice to everyone that reads this review is go to Preston Hood Chevrolet. Everyone in okaloosa county should boycott Allen Turner Chevrolet. If you find damage on your car within the first three days of owning it take it back and demand a full refund the salesman saying being it back we will fix it is the biggest lie I have ever experianced. Allen and Jeff did more work to get out of fixing the car when it was completely under warranty. Thank god Preston Hood Chevrolet knows how to run a business and treat the military community.

I was very impressed with the Godly people in this dealership and the Manual of Life I found in the glove box of my car. I shouted with joy when I got home after finding the New Testament. Dear David Cain I wanted to let you know how happy I am with my 2012 Cruze Eco. I took it for a two day road trip to Biloxi, MS this week. It did really well on the interstate. The ride was really smooth and I really like having cruise control in it. The gas mileage was great. It was 36 mpg with the automatic transmission for the entire trip. I am really happy to see the gas mileage be that high. The ride is very comfortable and everything handles well. It also looks really sharp with the blue metallic color. FIRST I would like to thank Mr. Roy Graves service director at Award Chevrolet, Inc. Crestview Florida! He's the only one who acted as if he cared but, the other two service managers really need to work on their customer service skills really bad! Roy discounted the total price but 8 mile or so my check engine light came back on for one of two that was in it when I dropped it off three days ago and I had to bring it back the next morning over all experience with this dealer very poor!
