The personnel at the dealership were very helpful, friendly and did everything possible to answer all questions and make my testing of the chosen vehicle a pleasant one. It was a happy experience especially since I found the vehicle I was looking for. I have driven it for a few days now and I can say I'm very pleased. My thanks to Matt Noel who took great care of me and made the closing quick and painless. Thank you Matt as well as all the fine folks at your dealership. I can’t speak on behalf of their products and what you are buying because I did not purchase from them but I have to compliment their customer service!!! Outstanding and jaw dropping is what I would describe it as. They are upfront about pricing. No dealer fees above purchase price and they are right to the point. Owner even comes out to shake your hand before you leave without asking you why you are leaving but instead just wishes you the best and tells you to come back. Must ask for Matt to ensure this type of service.

I had a great experience with both Raymond and Shawn who were very professional and not pushy. They were patient and answered all my questions. They worked with me despite my bad credit and found a way. They are both very experienced 20+ years and are very knowledgeable at every level. I did not have buyer’s remorse whatsoever after my purchase. I am walking away with a 2 year warranty, a two year maintenance at the dealership, and peace of mind. I would recommend both of them 100% to anyone looking to buy a great car!

We went to Ally looking for a 'first" car for our 16 year old son; Ally Auto Group was easy to deal with, and accommodated our busy family schedule in being able to get to Ally to preview the vehicle. Shawn, the Internet Sales Manager, could not have been nicer or more professional in working with us through the purchase process!! We will be back when our daughter gets her first car, and for other future car purchases.

It was by far the smoothest purchase transition I think I have ever experienced. There was no hankering back and forth over the price asking price and the price I was willing to pay. Shaun was simply professional and kind. This is the type of dealership you would be pleased to offer your business. I plan on spreading the word about Ally Auto Group!
