I read a negative review just now and this guy went on about how terrible they were because of the "shack" they work out of. I've driven by this place for years and I admit the size of their office turned me off a little too, but I thought this place was great. Sure it's small, but so what? People are living in tiny homes that are smaller than their office. It's clean, modern, organized, and very professional looking. I've been to other used car dealers nearby whose offices were 2-3x the size but so shady looking I felt like I was walking into chop shop dealership.I have a ridiculous innate negative reaction to sales people. I'm skeptical, and untrusting and I always come off a little weird or rude. (Furniture stores are the worst for me!)Louis and Kim were really laid back, friendly, and not at all pushy. That really disarmed me! So I tested the truck, I liked it, bought it, and I got a good deal on it too. Even negotiating with him was a breeze. The typical scoffing attitude I've seen in so many other sales reps was completely gone. I thought he wa a no-nonsense guy. He sells cars, knows the process, and that's that.He referred me to a mechanic he uses to get it inspected. This gave me a red flag, thinking it would be a shoddy inspection but I went with it anyway. Turns out that the mechanic was really cool too! It passed inspection, but I wanted new washer nozzles. When I asked him how much they would cost for him to put in he told me that I could easily put them in myself. He even showed me how! WHAT?! I've never had a mechanic tell me I could do any kind of service on any car I've ever had myself. That totally scored him some points with me!Bottom line is, I got a pretty good deal on my Saturn SUV, and maybe even a new mechanic too.

I was in the market for a used pickup and saw an F-150 at Ally Motor Group that caught my eye. I live in Methuen, MA on the NH border and Seekonk is an hour and a half drive for me so I wanted to be sure the drive was worth my while. I called and spoke to Louie. He told me the truck "Had no stories" and was clean and worth it. I decided to roll the dice and headed down. As soon as I arrived there were red flags.The "dealership" was little more than a small rock and dirt lot with a trailer set up as an office. Louie approached my car while I was still in it to ask if I needed any help. After explaining who I was he went to get the keys to the truck. As I went about examining the truck I noticed there were several cosmetic issues inside and out but no deal breakers. Louie, asked me what I thought of it and I told him about the cosmetic issues I found and that I, like everyone else, was looking to get the most for my money. This apparently was too much for Louie to handle. He became agitated and asked me what I was looking to do. I told him I'd like to take it for a test drive and see how she feels. His response, I swear to you I'm not making this up, was "Well look, I don't wanna be moving cars around and everything if you're not sure what you want to do. I'm not budging on the price so..." In stupefied disbelief, I asked him, "So I can't take her for a test drive?" He replied, "Well what are you looking to do here?" I handed him the keys on the spot, thanked him for wasting my time, and got the hell out of there. An hour and a half to get down there, which he knew about, and he wouldn't let me test drive the vehicle unless, apparently, I gave him a verbal commitment to pay his full asking price. This is the kind of place you're dealing with here. Buyer beware.

My husband and I were in the market for a used truck, and we drive by the dealership all the time to go to Lowes and walmart right behind the dealership. They always have great inventory stocked and the yard always looks great! So we stop in one afternoon, and spoke to Kim and Louie, and they made the buying process so easy, as far as getting the truck registered, inspected. I would definitley recommend them to friends and family.

Kim & Louie, were very fair on price. Louie was willing to work with me on a couple small mechanical things. I will recommend Ally Motor Group, and I will shop there again. Their mechanic is top notch, Seekonk Auto Repair. I am very happy with the quality of the vehicle I bought, as well as service I received.

Nice cars but terrible customer service! I waited for 45 minutes and no one came out to ask me if I needed any assistance, 45 minutes!! I was interested in purchasing the car, but their loss for not attending me. Again, cars were nice with reasonable pricing, but terrible service!!!

Kim and Louie are great folks! They are willing to do what needs to be done so that your car buying experience a good one. I bought a truck -- Love the truck!!! -- it had an issue. Louie made sure that prior to taking ownership of this vehicle, it was fixed and running the way it should be. These are used cars, sometimes things happen. Have recommended Ally to friends and will definitely buy from them again if I'm ever in need!!!

Have had my "new" to me car for 10 days and I love it. Kim and Lou were great to work with from start to finish. No high pressure selling, just down to earth people. Ask the right questions and you get the straight answers. No worries. Me and my Mini Cooper are happy.
