Interested in buying a Porsche, but instead receiving an answer on my online I personally followed up myself and was told vehicle wasn't for sale. So why bothering and advertising? After 8 days, someone left a VM to refer to my request, unfortunately it was Friday after 5pm. I'll follow up tomorrow. Perhaps my experience with ALM continues.

I bought my dream Lexus SC430 at ALM. I first viewed the car on the internet and went directly to the dealer without an appointment. I was surprised to see that the car looked even better in person-- VERY CLEAN and only 70k miles on a 2005 car. This is the real deal CREAM PUFF. Six months later, I am still in love with this vehicle as I cruise down Peachtree with the top down. I would definitely buy another car from ALM. They are a small dealer but the selection is pretty good for high end cars. I always recommend getting your own financing before you come in so the process is smoother and you can shop for the best deal before hand.

I have been shopping for months or a used SUV for my wife. I checked around several places and had been doing so for months. I found the car I wanted and sent them an email with a few specific questions. They got back to me within a day and were able to get me the answers I needed to make a buying decision. After that, I called them the morning I intended to visit to ensure the car was still there. They answered to the affirmative and we headed up there later in the day. When I arrived, I found the associate I spoke with (and emailed with) and we were able to quickly test drive and inspect the car. It was in the condition they mentioned (very good!) and was missing in a few small things like floor mats and spare key. I asked for the price and the negotiating started. We were able to stay around where I wanted and it took less than an hour. If you've ever bought a car before you know how short a time period that is. They came down on the price a little for me and threw in some car mats and a good wash. Within a couple of hours total I had my wife's car and drove off the lot. I met with the sales associate (Alan) and the sales manager (David) and they were both easy to work with and direct so it was easy to see where we stood. I had a very good experience and it didn't take all day. Good job gents.

First time experience with ALM proved to be a positive one. Our salesman Jarod, was very personable and accommodating. We went to look at a specific vehicle for my son I called first to ensure the vehicle was still there and Jarod told me he would have the car ready to test drive when we arrived about an hour later. The car was clean and in very good condition. Drove well, motor was quiet, shifted like it was new, all bells and whistles worked, new tires.....great car, so we decided to buy it. The process was simple...they were a bit short on detail technicians, since it was a Sunday, so that took longer than expected, but when the car came out of the detail shop, we were pleased that they did a nice job removing scuff marks on the door thresholds and cleaned and polished inside and out...they did not just rush it through. I would consider ALM when I need to purchase again.

I went to purchase a beautiful Toyota Tundra and as I entered the door, a first salesman smiled, looked at me and said I'm busy with a customer and he looked away. I turned and looked at another salesman whom I addressed with the above prospective purchase. He didn't know that they had a Tundra. Then a distant salesman was shaking his head and said the truck was sold. It is now several days later and I see they are still advertising the Black Toyota Tundra!

As a veteran with credit issues I must say I had low expectations at a high end dealer; but, GOD is good. This is the most effective team I have had the pleasure to do business with. Looks like I purchased the ODD vehicle on the Lot: The H3 which "stuck" out like a sore thumb. The usual stall tactics, sales pressures associated with many dealers for customers like myself were a distant memory with this team. Starting with Tim (Internet Sales) when I first spotted my ultimate driving machine online to the Finance department where they worked extremely quickly for financing and I was approved and driving out in less than half the time of previous car buying experiences at a level of extraordinary customer service. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Can't wait to complete the Sales Rep. Survey for OUTSTANDING TEAM!!!. Four Thumbs up (added wifes thumbs). When I earn the big money I will definitely return.

Just bought a G37 from this dealership and it was quite unlike any other experience I've had with other used car dealers. Free Carfax, new tires, good conditioned vehicle overall. No junk at this dealer. And I had fun looking over the Rolls, Maserati, and M6. Price: Very close to NADA and eventually under, after some negotiation - Customer Service: My initial salesman Alex was nice, low pressure, and knowledgeable about the vehicle - Final paperwork: David C. met my price, eventually, and doing the papers was like talking with a neighbor, and very fast ( I was out under an hour). Anyone looking for a slightly used high-end vehicle should go here. Great guys to work with overall!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this used car dealer and overall, I'm very disappointed by their dishonest advertisement details on the internet, dishonesty about listing price on central dispatch for shipping and poor customer service. Every time I placed phone calls, people who work there were not answering professionally or rude over the phone. One of their employees just hung up the phone while I was talking to him once and I was overwhelmed by their unprofessional attitudes. My car was sitting on their lot for 12 days without any arrangement for shipping and the salesman was keep saying that the price was increased to have my car picked up by a driver but I happened to find out from other auto broker that it was still listed for the initial listed amount without any change. I was disappointed so I e-mailed the salesman again to increase the price asap. He said that he will change it right away but it was never changed. I found out from a broker again that it's still listed for the same initial amount after couple of days. I couldn't trust the sales person anymore so I had to arrange it myself for higher price. I finally got my car 18 days after I fully paid for the vehicle and went through inspection with the driver who dropped my car off. I've found many scratches and dings on the exterior which were not disclosed on the ads (The ads described this car as excellent on everything and it has 22" wheel but it was not true) and interior was not even completely cleaned up not like the sales person would do before shipping. It was not completely cleaned or detailed and inside of the trunk was not even vacuumed and the floor mats were dirty, not shampooed well. Most of all, one of the muffler looked damaged so I took the car in and get it lift up and inspected by a muffler mechanic. It was completely damaged even worse than by just looking at it. The part that was connected to the muffler was hanging underneath the car without being stuck into a hole to be secured and the muffler was hit by something and damaged pretty bad. This dealership indicated that they would inspect all of the cars they purchase from lease returns and go through full inspection before they place them for sale but I strongly believe that they didn't even go through repairing the small dings and scratches on the car and I doubt it they did go through full inspection of the car. There were several scratch damages on the rear moon roof glass but it was not disclosed either. I spoke to David C./General Manager over the phone couple of time to fix some issues while my car was sitting there but he wouldn't even try to solve the issues but instead, was being rude over the phone. I felt that it was not worthy to talk to him to fix any issues even if he is the general manager there to handle any issues or problems occur at the dealership. My experience with this dealership was a lot worse than any other dealerships I've dealt with in the past and I would not return to this dealership in the future. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone seriously thinking about purchasing used vehicles. THINK AGAIN AND DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP !

Purchasing a car is usually like going to the dentist - you know you have to do it...but you never look forward to it. Our entire experience with Atlanta Luxury Motors was smooth, seamless, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our Sales Associate, Ralph Simpson, listened to our "must haves" in a vehicle and was able to direct us toward numerous cars that perfectly fit what we wanted. He also made several suggestions - but never pushed us or gave us the "hard sell". We narrowed down our choices to two and ended up having to make a very difficult decision between them. When it came time for the final negotiations - the part we all generally hate - it was always professional and courteous and I believe everyone came away happy. They made a sale and we were hapy with the final price. We are extremely happy with our choice - a 2011 BMW 328i. Thank you Ralph Simpson and David Csaszar for a car buying experience that will be memorable for all the right reasons.

I drove from Savannah GA. The sales person at ALM knew I was coming a day before. I called him again that day. he said the car will be ready for a test drive. 4 hours drive and when I arrived the vehicle mysteriously was in the shop for some repair??????? Really? So I moved on... Bought my Mercedes Benz at another dealer down the road.

I did alot of research and these guys kept having the cars that I was looking for. I showed up on Saturday and was almost overwhelmed with all of the inventory. They had over 300 cars and they all looked great! I was shocked that they were all lease turn ins. I didn't have to haggle on price (the X5 was priced 2k below wholesale NADA and 5k less than Global or United), they rate was 1.99% for 48 months, and I was out of there in less than 2 hours! It was so easy and they gave me a great value for my trade. Awesome experience! Richard the General Manager was a gem! Jack was nice and very patient.
